I noticed that I've never posted the entire set of doodles from my personal Digimon Writing Challenge - Mix and Match this year. It has been a fun way of exploring the different dynamics between the Chosen Children, other Digimon partners than their own - and how each of them are handling their most prominent traits during various points of their lives. Some stories were a little rushed, but I am overall really proud of how they turned out!
[Yamato+Gomamon+Sincerity] [Takeru+Gabumon+Light] [Hikari+Patamon+Courage] [Sora+Tailmon+Hope] [Taichi+Tentomon+Love] [Koushirou+Agumon+Friendship] [Mimi+Piyomon+Reliability] [Jyou+Palmon+Knowledge]

TaiKouvember 2024, Day 4: Reliability
‘A headache is coming on.' Joe thinks to himself, massaging his eyes and opening them to the blurry blobs before him. He gently paws the table for his glasses, cupping them gingerly in his hand before equipping them once more.
“Okay, run this by me again... How do you get stuck on an island in the middle of Tokyo???” Joe yells into the phone, quickly assembling his things as he awaits the reply. First aid kit, rations... maybe bring double... utility knife, rope, an atlas, a compass...
“Well, uh, Kou…?” Taichi questions on the other line, prodding his friend to take the reins.
“Well, Joe-san, we heard stories of a monster on the island... and, thinking that perhaps there was a Digital Gate, we went to investigate... and there was! We defeated the Digimon! However, we spent too much time fighting it, and our Digimon went back to rookies." Koushirou says meekly, shame coating his words as he has to admit their blunder.
“Alright, me and Gomamon will be there as soon as we can. And Koushirou? Please tell me when you do this. I may be busier now, but if I thought you were in danger, I’d be there immediately.” Joe says, confident in his ability to make time for his friends.
“Yeah! We’d be there faster than two shakes of a Tylomon’s tail!” Gomamon cheers as he jumps into Joe’s arms, grinning as the two give their goodbyes and quickly make their way to the coast of Odaiba. Pulling out his Digivice and aiming the screen at his best friend, the bar begins to overflow with the Light of Hope within his heart.
“Okay, Gomamon! Time to Digivolve!”
Quickly, a ball shrouds Gomamon in grayish energy, and he begins to float midair, forming the features of his evolution as it spins midair.
Gomamon! Digivolve to…
IKKAKUMON!
Suddenly the sphere shatters, and Ikkakumon lands in the water, floating proudly as Joe easily makes his way on top of the digital beast. The two begin their journey, Joe giving directions as best he can using the directions Koushirou gave him, his atlas, and his compass. Soon enough, they see a wooded island, a Pepper Breath erupting from the shore like fireworks in the sky. Joe calls out but deems it futile, so Ikkakumon returns fire with a weak Harpoon Torpedo, signaling their arrival.
“Joe! Am I glad to see you!" Taichi is the first to make contact, giving Ikkakumon a big hug as Joe slides down to greet him.
"Well, I couldn’t have just left you two here!” Joe exclaims, mock-offended as he looks around. Noticing the lack of a certain redhead, he turns to Taichi and questions the location of Koushirou.
“Oh, yeah! Come on, we found a campsite!” Taichi grins, grabbing Joe’s arm as Ikkakumon devolves back to Gomamon, quickly catching up on the familiar sandy surface.
Quickly Taichi has led Joe to a rather open expanse; dried log chairs surround a now-burning flame, Agumon tending to the fire with his claws as a smell of burnt sugar fills the air. Discarded aluminum cans partly covered by dirt indicate to Joe this was an older spot, not likely used for a while. Koushirou, arms full of fresh and old tree limbs, sets them down before waving down the two other boys.
“Hey! Glad you could make it, Joe-san! And I see you brought some supplies.”
“Yep! I figured better safe than sorry, right?” Joe puffs his chest out proudly, happy he could help his dear friends.
“Oh yeah? Whatcha got in there?” Taichi questions, creeping up on Joe’s bag like a tiger stalking a poor rabbit. Knowing it’d be opened anyway, he drops the bag down and begins to sort it out, revealing the various items he brought. With a hearty laugh, Taichi can’t help but grin.
“You were more prepared than I thought! This is great! Joe, this may be too sudden, but can you camp tonight? With this campsite, your equipment, and Gomamon’s fishing skills, we can spend the night roughing it together!” Taichi pleads, flashing his best smile and biggest, brightest eyes.
Joe, weighing the options in his mind, eventually sighs in defeat and says, Fine, but I’ll need to borrow your satellite phone, Koushirou.”
Taichi jumps up into the air in excitement and runs to Agumon, leading his Cretaceous creature into the woods to forage and get more wood. Koushirou, satellite phone in hand, passes it to Joe.
“You didn’t have to; we would have been able to camp ourselves if you’d just left the rations,” Koushirou says matter-of-factly, smiling as Joe begins to dial his home.
“Yeah, but even future doctors need breaks now and again, right? Besides, don’t think I didn’t notice the smell earlier; there are pears on this island, right? You could have left any time.” Joe smiles knowingly, causing Koushirou to look away, their little plan to spend time together exposed.
After calling their parents and confirming they have the night to camp, they all begin to scrounge up some fishing rods to catch dinner. Naturally, no one can best Gomamon, but Joe didn’t happen to do too badly. Tentomon, rather than fishing, prepared the fish to be roasted as he learned from Kae. As Agumon again tends to the flame, they all take turns watching the fish in between rounds of stories and laughter.
Soon, with their bellies full and the darkness coating the landscape, they can’t help but begin to reminisce about the Digital World. Living under the stars for so long in a world straight out of a fever dream, spending what felt like months while constantly fighting for survival, was something that you can’t forget. The stars begin to fill the once-shifting expanse—different stars than in the Digital World, but no less special. They exchange stories, revisit memories, laugh together, and spend time with each other. The Digimon are the first to fall asleep, their bellies full and their partners at ease, giving them all the comfort they need. Next is Koushirou, huddled together with his precious partner Tentomon; he can’t help but join him in sleep.
Taichi, however, stays up alongside Joe, quiet for a while, but he can’t quite let this thought go.
“Psst… Joe…! I got a question.”
“Yes, what is it, Taichi?”
“Do you... ever have bad dreams? About the Digital World?” Taichi mumbles part way through, but Joe can get the gist of his words.
A moment passes as Joe begins to formulate a response, Taichi worrying his bottom lip as Agumon instinctively moves in closer to his partner.
“I used to. You don’t go through that without at least some bad dreams... Leomon... becoming a doll... even fighting with Matt at the cafe. I used to dream about all of that and more.”
"And... why did they stop…?”
“My parents found me screaming one night, and I was in therapy the next day. That helped me a lot. Are you…?”
“What? Me? Having nightmares? Psh, no! I’m the Crest of Courage, remember? I don’t need therapy!” Taichi deflects, the tone of his voice obvious to Joe that he’s lying.
“Hmm, I guess you’re right. Still, there must have been some reason you wanted to know.”
“Kou… He’s been having them too, and I wanted to know what could be done…?”
“Well, it can’t replace therapy, but how about you two come over for breakfast tomorrow and I can show you some of the techniques I learned? At least until ‘Koushirou’ can get into therapy.”
“Yeah! That sounds great! Thanks, Joe! You’re the best!”
“Mmmh… and don’t you forget it…!” Gomamon tiredly says, breaking up the back and forth of their conversation and eliciting laughs from the both of them.
“I won’t anytime soon. G’night Joe, don’t let the Bedmons bite!” Tai flashes him one last grin in the dimming light before laying on his back, staring at the stars, and cuddling Agumon to fall asleep.
“Of course Taichi, I’m good Ol’ Reliable Joe, and I won’t forget that. Good night, both of you.” Joe says, returning the warm smile and giving Gomamon a small peck on the head.
It may take some time, but he’s going to help his friends however and whenever he can.

sincerity at its finest
hi there @bacomon-art-blog!!! it’s me, your secret santa! merry christmas!
this is my first time writing something focusing on iori and jyou and i hope i was able to do them right. and adventure and 02 are also my favorites so i was still a little familiar with the feels. this is an au fic though, so sadly no digimon partners because i felt like it would be too forced and a little crowded for the plot, huhu, i’m sorry :(
so a few notes i would like to say before we begin the gift ; i apologize for being late, stuff happened, although no emergencies or anything negative in you are wondering, but lotsa busy and last minute stuff plus works and a change of plot / i had an original idea that i really liked and it was heading the right direction but not the direction i wanted, so i made some changes and although i love what i’ve written, i’m still scared you won’t like it, but i hope you do! / i had a lot of fun writing this but i think it’s too short :( but i swear i love it and that’s something to me because i hate writing short stories for people who deserve more / this focuses more on iori but i put in some jyou x iori friendship in it / also, the title, omg i thought that was very smart of me (or not?) hahaha / and finally, this has been edited just a few times so please don’t expect any perfection huhuhu
...and so, let’s go!
Tumblr media
sincerity at its finest | main characters ; iori hida, jyou kido | pairings ; slight takeru x hikari | genre ; friendship | word count ; 1,000 | rating ; g
Iori Hida was not particularly one of those to have a large group of friends. He had Miyako and the others, but sometimes, he felt like he never quite fit in. They were loud and exciting, while he was shy and reserved. He loved his friends dearly, but he still felt…out of place. He also knew that his friends loved him, too. But he could not help but feel like he did not belong.
“Iori,” Miyako greeted, a smile on her face. She had come from the opposite direction and was waving as she approached him. “Are you still coming to the party later?”
He nodded. “Of course, why wouldn’t I go?”
Her smile softened. “It’s just…you haven’t been yourself lately. I know the holidays aren’t really your thing but I promise that spending time with us will be worth it.”
Iori nodded. “I know it will.”
Miyako grinned and pumped her fist in the air, “That’s the spirit!” Then she chuckled. “I’ll go ahead, I promised Mimi that I’d take care of the food.” She clasped her hands together and closed her eyes, a grin still on her face. “I would never break a promise to her.”
Iori gave a small smile. Miyako idolized Mimi to bits and pieces, he sometimes wondered if Mimi found it uncomfortable or amusing. ‘Probably the latter,’ he thought. “I’ll see you later then.” Miyako patted his head and said goodbye.
Iori sighed once she was out of sight. The hallway was not as crowded, which does not happen so often. It seemed everyone was inside the classrooms planning events or hangouts for the break. His pace was his usual, slow and steady but alert. He hoped to one day be like the schoolmates he had, secure and confident.
Later that day, the party had begun in the room they rented. The place was specifically made for gatherings of people who wanted their privacy. He and his friends all chipped in to pay for their event, it was not too expensive. It was not just his core group that was there, their friends from the higher batches were also attending.
He was a little intimated by them but they always made him feel welcome and treated him as an equal.
He and Takeru had come together as they were both on cleaning duty for their respective classrooms.
“I’m really excited,” Takeru said. “We do this all the time, and we’re always meeting up, but specific gathers always excite me.” He smiled. “What about you, Iori?”
Iori nodded. “I get nervous,” he admitted. “But it always ends up great.”
Takeru agreed. “We’re really lucky, you know. Finding our friends.” Iori’s ears perked. “Especially our senpais, they’re really great.”
“But your older brother is one of them,” Iori pointed out. “You grew up with them.”
Takeru smiled. “That’s true, yes. But I don’t think it matters to them whether we grew up together or not.”
Iori knew what Takeru was saying but did not want to say it out loud. He was talking about him, Miyako, Daisuke, and Ken. They were the “freshmen”, friends Takeru and Hikari brought in. But the senpais were nice, very nice. He felt welcome, and though he had those thoughts of being detached as compared to everyone else, he felt their sincerity.
They finally arrived and saw that the party had already started. “Nothing like a grand entrance,” Takeru said with a chuckle.
Iori giggled and agreed. As he and Takeru entered, he noticed that everyone mixed and mingled. Miyako was talking to Sora and Koushiro, Hikari was with Taichi and Yamato, Daisuke seemed to be ranting to Jyou, and Ken and Mimi had smiles on their faces. Takeru started to walk, heading for Daisuke and Jyou while Iori went to get some food.
He watched the others talk and laugh, but Hikari, Taichi, and Yamato seemed to be in serious mode. He had just finished his food when he heard his name being called by Jyou. He stood frozen for a while. Like Miyako idolized Mimi, Iori idolized Jyou.
“Hi,” Iori greeted them when he arrived at their group.
“We were just talking about Takeru’s gift for Hikari,” Daisuke said a little sourly. Daisuke had a huge crush on Hikari but everyone knew that she and Takeru were endgame. “He’s scared she wouldn’t like it.”
Jyou chuckled. “That’s just how puppy love is.”
Iori smiled. “What about it?”
As they talked, Iori could not help but actually feel the rapport he had with them. They asked for his opinions and valued whatever he said. He would even cast some silly, corny jokes, which he rarely did, but their laughs were genuine.
“I have to talk to Ken,” Daisuke said. “Excuse me.”
Takeru nodded and smiled. “Mimi said she wanted to talk to me about something, too.”
Iori was left with Jyou, and surprisingly, he did not feel any awkwardness. “How’ve you been, Iori?” Jyou asked.
“Doing good,” he replied. “Exams are done but the thought of passing or not won’t change.”
Jyou scoffed. “I know exactly what you mean.” He shook his head. “But let’s not talk about school, I’m not ready to go back.”
Iori did not know how Jyou’s academic life worked and a part of him did not want to know for now. Just as he was about to ask what his senpai was going to do for Christmas, Jyou cut him off.
“Are you done Christmas shopping?”
Iori nodded. “I’ve got gifts for everyone. I’m just hoping you’ll all like it.”
“You all?” Jyou cocked his head. “Me included?”
“Why do you seem surprised?”
Jyou stared at him for a few seconds before smiling and shaking his head. “Forget that, let it be a surprise.”
It was a massive bewilderment for Iori. He talked to every single participant in the party and not once did he feel any negativity. When the event was done, they all said their goodbyes and headed home. He, Miyako, and Takeru walked together until Yamato called out to them and accompanied them home.
It was finally Christmas and everyone had given their gifts to everyone. He was very shocked when he received gifts from the senpais as well–all of them. On Christmas day, Iori was trying his best not to look at his mother whenever he would grab a present and read the cards. He knew his mother was doing her best not to cry, cry because of happiness. He could see from the corner of his eye that her lips were quivering.
“You received a lot this year,” his grandfather said.
It had been a while but Iori’s heart soared, and he felt the love. Not just because of the gifts he received, but because the friendships he made with each member were not shallow, nor was it a facade. He knew there was a deep connection between them as a group and each of them individually.
“They’re the most sincere people I know.”

Digimon Related Stuff
I’ve wanted for a long while to write a few opinions I had about Digimon Adventure and Zero Two, specially about the ending. I’d love to read other people opinions as this one is just mine and we all can have different ones. ( I’m not talking about Tamers, but Tamers were even better in some mature and emotional stuff.) I know that it’s a bit useless as I can´’t change anything but I just wanted to write them, and now that Last Evolution Kizuna and the new series are announced I thing it’s a good time. I’m a bit worried about the new series as it seems to be a new story with same characters or something like this and I didn’t like when it happened to other series like Inazuma Eleven, in which it seemed that the characters were for fanservice and the nice development and story they had in the original was lost. Anyways Digimon is part of my heart since day 1 and I’ll see it and I hope I’ll be delight with the new stories.  In my opinion Digimon Adventure was wonderfull, being a child show in that time it talks about some important stuffs, and it has a depth that even if it could be more explored it’s fine as it’s aimed for children and me, as a child, found it great like it was. Like Doremi, I’m amazed about how in both series it’s shown different kind of families and relationships, someones being helthy and others not so much. And also the reactions to death, a dead brother, dead friends... dead Leomon once again and to the weight of responsability that makes Taichi lost confidence or Sora almost in the end of Adventure had a big depression. And in Zero Two BlackWarGreymon looking for who he is, that’s really interesting, BlackWarGreymon was one of best characters to me. Going back to families, in Digimon we have divorced parents, adoptive parents, strict parents, absent father, sick sister and more, and it’s said about how it makes their children act. And what’s best in my opinion is that these parents (most of them) get involved in the story and help their children fighting the bad digimons, each one as they can. Yamato’s father, Sora’s mother and Koushirou’s parents are the most involved. While the others give their support as much as they can. But in Digimon they don’t need to “kill the parents” to give freedom of moving to the children, parents help as much as they can, sometimes just being sure they eat enough. And improving their relationships with their children. About Zero Two, while a lot of people didn’t like it and myself find Adventure better, is also a good series. They had other issues, I think it’s more focused in siblings that in parents but also in the “who I am” as I said with BlackWarGreymon. Who I am is a topic that appears all the time and that every main character has to overcome, altough Ken and BlackWarGreymon take more time and importance. Also Daisuke is a sunshine boy, he was ready to die for his friends in the beguinning. And then it come the epilogue, and well, I didn’t like it, as many people. I’m not salty about it, the characters aren’t us, but some of the things that happened were like... “why”. And this could haven been answered along the series to not be so shocked. I’m going to talk about the chosed jobs for each child. When I saw the first time the epilogue I only understand the reason for 4, the others were truly unexpected. Taichi [8/10], as a child I dislike a lot his job but now I can understand why it’s important for him. He is the ambassador of Digital Work. I think Sora would fit this job too, but Taichi is the Leader so it’s okay. I only would like more if they focused it in Taichi and Agumon being the spokespeople of Digimon wih Children and other Digimon being the spokesmon of the Digimon without Children. And do you know how could have been? Leomon. So ending picture of Taichi and Agumon shaking hands with Leomon about agreeing some important stuff. To me it’d have been perfect.  Yamato [0/10], this one was the most unexpected in a bad way. I didn’t understand why or how Yamato ended as astronaut. Like... cheff? ok, musician? great, Taichi’s right hand in gobernment? amazing. Astronaut?... hell no. But I supposed they had their reasson altough I can’t understand it yet. I would have like if Yamato would have being side by side with Taichi, being the second man with Gabumon being the second Digimon. Or being the headmasters of an organitation to help Digimon that enter Human World by mistake to go back to Digiworld. Also continuing with the Music Career would have been amazing. A group with Humans and Digimon maybe?  Sora [4/10] I didn’t like Sora’s work at all either. In Tri they try to give a reason behind it but... Not enough. Trough the series Sora is portrayed as a strong and indepent woman but most important also Leader and Sportive. I’d have like if she would continue with something sportive. Yes, it can be a Hobby, but even if it’d have been good developed I’d have like more if she continued with her mother’s Ikebana’s tradition.  Koushirou [10/10] What else could have he been? Just perfect to him. I’d also have like to see Wallace and Miyako working with him, but Koushirou’s focusing, just perfect. Mimi [2/10] How a girl who adds sugar and cream to a fried egg endep as Cheff? Mimi culinary’s art are shown in the series (even in Tri) as horribles. But as a little kids Teacher... I think this job suits her more than to Hikari. Mimi is caring, with a gold heart as it’s seeing her growing from being selfish to being really sweet. I’d have like that Mimi would become a Teacher and Teaches the importance about living with Digimons. Jyou [10/10] Same that with Koushirou, this rol just fits him so much I couldn’t see him being something different. He started not wanting to become a doctor, but trough the series and seeing how his friends become injured and even dying, he changes he mind. It’s good developed in the series and I liked it a lot. Takeru [7/10] I didn’t like but also didn’t dislike, I’m neutral about this. I didn’t know what I could like for him better as it’s not showed anything. Maybe something that can help agains evils? But writing stories can be a good way to do too. Hikari [7/10] She said she wanted to become a teacher and she did. But with her character I would see her more being a Reporter. She likes the truth, enlight the things and it would have been a good way to do. But I’m fine with her being a Teacher just because in canon it’s said it was her dream. Daisuke [?/10] I just don’t know how to feel. Same that with Hikari, he sais it was his dream but... I found it so strange that Daisuke wanted to have a Noodles’ Restaurant. I think they should have explained why in canon. Just that. Miyako [2/10] I understand being at home as a house keeper is important but she had so much potential with informatics, she could work as a programmer from home or something like that. I also didn’t understand why she married Ken... like she couldn’t understand him at all, I always found Miyako crush on Ken strange and not really healthy, but well... I hope in Kizuna this would be good developed.
Iori [10/10] He was another one I really liked, I loved how he went from being so hard with “good or evil” to understand that maybe villains aren’t so bad and that they can be helped with compassion. It’s the one I like the most, because Jyou or Koushirou were easy choices, but with Iori, I was surprised to good. Ken [10/10] I also like this one a lot, he did bad in the past, he knew he did bad and then he tried to do good because it’s his life and his way to make the world a better place. Being a Police to help others with everything. I liked, I liked a lot it. And these are my opinions, I don’t know if someone would read them but I just wanted to share them! And as I said, I’d love to read other people’s ones, specially abot what everyon would have like them to work as adults? Just tell me!

All Likes and Reblogs are welcome and very much appreciated ♡
A new collab and I must admit that I prefer Dino's copic colours. She tried some water colouring here because I made the Lines far too thin. Even though her copic colourations are a lot better, I like how the colours turned out. It seems as if Gomamon is kind of glowing while the school books look like a dark shadow. I feel you, Jou, really. HOwever, try to make Gomamon feel like the ray of hope he is <3 I love Gomamon in Digimon Tri a lot. He cares so much and I really feel that they finally get some attention from the series' writers. Gomamon is concerned about Jou studying a lot and brings him some Chahan. I bet it's tasty.

If anyone has Digimon fic requests or wants to know a few headcanons, my ask box is open!
I’ve recently been in a Digimon mood again since I started binge watching anime again, it’s been a few months. Anyways, I had a huge fun time fulfilling a Takari fic for Secret Santa and I thought I’d like to try some more.
So yeah, just send me a message and let’s see what happens. (I’m kinda picky on romantic ships, sorry, but aside from those, I’ll take anything!)

I'm curious - what does Ishimaru using -kun for women as well mean? (He did that, right? It's been a long time...). I figured it had to do with his "hall monitor" persona, but never completely understood the how.
I have noticed a trend in fictional characters that use -kun for girls--they often (but not always) tend to be characters more hung up on rules or protocol. For another example, Kidou Jyou from Digimon also uses -kun for girls. Meanwhile, one of my coworkers does this irl, too.It isn't technically incorrect, just uncommon. Like girls using "boku" outside of song lyrics.

I’m glad you like it! Jyoumato simply is my favourite Yamato ship out there (I’d say I round about equally like Jyoumato and Jyoumi in terms of being my favourite ships for Jyou too), but it’s tough putting ideas to paper, so this was the perfect opportunity! 💗
Tumblr media Tumblr media
Since I saw your reply to my friend @jamesthedigidestined's ask and REALLY loved the reply and REALLY needed some inspiration to draw Jyoumato myself... Here you go! I love your art so much, your humour always makes me laugh and maybe we can push the ship a little further together!
WHAT OMG THIS IS SO CUTE???? THANK YOU SO MUCH FOR THIS??!! I LOVE IT AAAAAAHCSHCJSJCSJ 💗💗💗💗

Even if I won’t state whom I actively ship him with, those preferences still shape how I perceive him and his role in his relationship(s).
Like several people have mentioned before, he is a work-a-holic who, for the longest time, struggled with his own sense of responsibility - because, just like many other characters in Digimon Adventure, he can be a great self-sacrificer for what he perceives is important. While other characters push through without fully realizing how much they harm themselves in the process, Jyou is among those who are aware of it - at least to some degree.
In a relationship, he would - at least at first - feel responsible to make sure the other person is well off, being cared for, he’d probably be very keen to overperform here. I believe he can be very overprotective - and once he sees that someone’s in need of help, he’d be among the first to jump and steal a bike for you or jump from a mountain or into the ocean find a solution to his best capabilties, always meaning well, always having advice, whether or not it is helpful or not... But he’d learn to get his resources through the years. He’d remember what kind of tea his partner likes and would buy a whole stack of it, he’d remember their favourite restaurant and, out of the blue after months and months of not mentioning it, would surprise them with it. He can be chaotic at times - but also very thoughtful and he’d make time where he can. And that “where he can” is the one side of the medal - because the other one would be the “I have no freaking idea how to balance out all the different aspects of my life, help, HELP”, so he’d lose himself in work - instead of his relationship.
Whiiiich is why I ship him with characters I assume would go with that for a while - but would eventually get fed up with it and confront him about it. Loudly and clearly. There’ll be arguments - and that’s what he needs, he needs someone who can challenge him when he’s in his zone again. This may sound weird, but that’s also why he and Gomamon work so well as a team and which is why he WOULD feel attracted to someone who’s capable of opposing as antics - as well as supporting him all the way through to find his goals. He’s a reliable person - so of course he’d long for stability and reliability in his relationship as well. He doesn’t need somebody who sits by his side all night long while he’s studying for an exam - but he’d love to spend lunch or dinner with them while they’d take a pop quiz with him, showing him that they care.
Tl;dr - as said, Jyou can be chaotic, but very caring and he needs someone who shows him he is loved, even if they have to shout at him sometimes.
Question for the Digimon Adventure fandom: How do you ship Jou?
Not 'with whom'; How?
What's his role in the relationship, what's his partner's role?
What traits is he attracted to, etc.

I'm still obsessed with the new Digimon Adventure Beyond PV concept art for Taichi and Yamato - and even if it doesn't come close, I tried to emulate the style at least a little bit!
