this is totally on me btw, but if anyone remembers I was asked last year in November to ask about Ark Academy and I emailed PB which at first I thought they didn't reply to me and for whatever reason in my inbox I'm JUST NOW finding out they did email me the end of November last year......this is what they had to say btw:

Hello this is Prettybusy. We first wish to thank you for your patience while waiting for our reply.

Ark Academy is being developed by a separate team. However, due to the small size of the team, the development progress is a bit slower, so there are limitations on the amount of information we can share at the moment. According to the team's internal discussions, the goal is to bring you some new updates by the end of this year.

So since this was dated Nov.28th of last year this means since we didn't get any updates about it they didn't meet their goal which sounds like it's to be expected with the smaller team that's working on Ark Academy. However this also has me wondering if that's why there's so much down time between chapters. Because not only were they working on the 13+ version, there is another team working on Ark Academy at the same time while they have to pump out stuff for us on WHB....

It's probably lookin' like we're getting a new chapter for WHB every 5+ months at this rate based on this amount of workload.

played the first chapter/prologue of Noctilucent (a new BL gacha game on EROLABS) and let me tell you I was nearly brought to tears because the smut scene, the art, the music in the background, the voice acting, the SFX and the writing???? there was only one pronoun mistake in the entire thing and it never showed up again but phew....I saved a particular line I liked

also yes, the guy on top is gray all over. his hair is gray, his skin tone is gray and even his dick is gray with a muted deep pink rose tip.

BUT the mechanics had me sold because blonde guy at the bottom was moving his hips, his shoulders were shaking, and he even threw his head back a little. The developers and ppl who work on things like this I will always give kudos to because it HAS to be hard to get every single movement right.

but don't jump on over just yet ya'll (if BL games are your cup of tea) because I have play through an entire week first to see if I recommend it for f2p. ^^

okay ya'll don't have to agree with me on this and I expect it, but I find it personally annoying that this new content that includes more background on their personality and lore for the seraphim is only available if you obtain multiple evolutions of their limited cards. that's pretty much something us budget/f2p folks are never gonna get unless someone tells us about it and with how PB is being about content being shared lately it's slowed down like a lot.

i like having lore for fic writing sake because i'll be damned if someone comes in my mentions yellin at me about "canon" and accuracy" when I-

It's silly to even bitch about, but that's what rubs me the wrong way is being corrected when I didn't have the information to begin with. I will accept being reminded and corrected if it's information I knew and forgot or if someone wants me to clarify why I wrote something and didn't label it OOC or non-canon.

I'm behind on my final event react ya'll, I'm aware but it will be finished later this morning I was busy recording an audio react for Luci Blow's new card and then realized my voice sounds like a train wreck from still being sick 💀 I might have to redo it later when I don't sound like this or say "fuck it we ball" and post it anyway. (yes I'm still sick, turns out I don't have the flu and something worse (no not covid either) and it literally can last up to a month or two with symptoms so naturally I'm miserable) I'm pushing through the best I can! This blog doesn't run itself anyway lol
