Totally. I don't know if dreamworks kids will dare to go that far and them being canon or not is just the icing on the cake, not the whole thing. To me it's all the fact that they're undeniably a bond between them no matter the nature and that's what's fun to speculate upon.

I don't feel like benrius WILL be canon in chaos theory, I'm hoping it WILL though, their chemistry in camp cretaceous from season 3 down was genuinely visible.

Darius running to comfort Ben during season 4, Ben doing the same for Darius and being the only one to check up on him whilst he was (basically) kidnapped by Kash. Ben's “I love you, bud.”

My headcanon with Ben's words was that Darius' didn't interpret them right, he interpreted them in a friend way whilst Ben meant them in the romantic sense, disguising them with “Bud”, Darius’ soft glance and very slight, nervous smile in the same scene.

How will Darius feel in chaos theory when Ben shows up to his cabin? Will the same tension be there?

There was a little tension between Darius and Ben in the cabin, Ben's soft expression with “Prank call you? I didn't call you at all.” And when Darius starts to blame himself for Brooklynns death, “No, it wasn't your fault. That's why I'm here.” – this time it was Ben running to Darius (cough – driving to California – cough)

Okay so Jurassic World: Chaos Theory is a show with the words "chaos theory" in the title and nowhere else. Nobody mentions chaos theory (conspiracy theories yes, chaos theory no). What happens is not particularly chaotic except in the sense that Jurassic Park-descended stories always are. There is not even a whisker of Dr Ian Malcolm in evidence. I am left with no idea why they called it that other than "it's a phrase associated with this long-running media franchise and it sounds kinda smart."

My list of favourite Jurassic Park/World dinosaurs wouldn’t be complete without Toro. Camp Cretaceous is such a fun watch, and I hope to see Toro pop up in Chaos Theory, even if it was just a photo in the background.

dusting off this blog to talk about the new choas theory show!! (spoilers ahead!)

I’m already up to episode 2, but I’m loving the dynamic of Ben and Darius!! (they argue like an old married couple. yes, I’m a Benrius truther.)

i was suspicious if they actually killed Brooklyn off, but because of the different voice actress in the flashback, i’m gonna assume that the creators are following through :(

i will hope they give Kenji as much screen time as he deserves. he’s under-appreciated in this fandom :(

anyways! ill be back with my thoughts on the rest of the season!
