We had just launched our cards range back then and started trading at @canopy_market upon accepting their invitation. I started wearing the pin and placing the extra pin next to our business cards on the stall table. This pin is designed exclusively for this amazing campaign by lovely @angela.chick.illustration It’s a brilliant way to show your support for JUST A CARD and it's aim - to encourage people to support, value and buy from artists, makers, independent shops and small businesses. They even have other promotion materials for sale. 💫 The campaign came about when Artist & Designer Sarah Hamilton saw the quote "If everyone who'd complimented our beautiful gallery had bought 'just a card' we'd still be open" by store keepers who'd recently closed their gallery. Did you know that today is Just a Card Day day? . Most of my sales come from my greetings card collections, here you can see part 1 of my Wizzarding Pigs Series. . All my cards are printed on the same quality paper as my Fine Art Prints, making them suitable for home framing. I'm against the use of plastic coating and glitter on my cards, so they can be recycled or composted. I also use plastic free packaging for all my works. . Michael Palin and Natalie Dormer are among a host of stars supporting the grassroots campaign Just A Card to support independent bookshops through the ‘Just A Book’ initiative. Just A Card has partnered with small business loan platform Funding Circle to launch its latest initiative, ‘Just A Book’, celebrating books and local bookshops.

Richard E Grant, Felicity Jones and Hanif Kureishi are also backing the campaign alongside Dominic Cooper, Nathalie Emmanuel, Charlotte Gainsbourg, Hayley Mills, James Norton, David Oakes, Bruce Robinson, Greta Scacchi and Twiggy. (Source)
