Just The Beginning

I keep telling myself that I will start a blog. Not until now am I actually fulfilling that dream. I am not sure what will come from this but either way it will be good for me. My main focus for this blog is to track my journey to a healthier life. I am not happy or healthy. I am an XL girl living an XL life in the infamous XL America. I hope to help every single one of those. A little impact is all I can hope for. If you decide to join me on this journey I will be thrilled. I have a long ways to go, and I can’t wait!
