In a sea of sounds, handful of moments, you realize that people not always can understand how stressful and difficult it is to understand or comprehend what is going on in your head, mind or even heart - when at times it is even difficult for you to understand yourself. 👥 It is crazy when there is no visible symptoms but still your tongue can cut your innerthoughts like a blade, and it is something so unable to explain. ✂️ You can be such a good advocate, counselor, or friend for everybody else but it is extremely difficult for you to find it sometimes within that man in the mirror. 🪞 Meanwhile in the eyes of the beholder they can only see success, but you are trying to listen what everybody wants still not being somebody else. 👀 You don’t have to be positive all the time. It’s perfectly okay to feel sad, angry, annoyed, frustrated, scared and anxious. Having feelings doesn’t make you a negative person. It makes us only human. 🫂 When we can talk about our feelings, they become less overwhelming, less upsetting, and less scary. 😨 What mental health needs is more sunlight, more candor, and more unashamed conversation.
