An open love letter to the entire Faith the unholy trinity fandom off sorts. I present to you.....

John in the style of 9 different artist!

(Keep in mind this is a style study. And although the whole thing was drawn by me, please please PLEASE check out the artists whose style I tried out. Thank you!)

This was SUCH a fun experience! I honestly love our fandom, and I adore how unique everyone's style and perception of John is. Says a lot about society or smth.

And even though I probably didn't do justice to all the art styles, I really hope they are recognizable.

Also, you might've noticed an empty spot in the end. Well, it's for you! Naturally, I wasn't able to include every artist, but I hope you will be interested in taking a spin at this yourself. Thank you and good luck!!!

I adore how soft this version of John looks, he seems so trustworthy and kind, gah. The shading style is surprisingly difficult, but I hope I managed to pull it off:) I also adore Prince's AUs hehehe

A very unique colouring style!! I've seen a few versions of how this artist draws John, but decided to stop on this one. His face is so adorableeeee. I also LOVE the use of liturgical clothing and themes!!

I lovvve how game-adjacent this artist's style is. I also love the way they (I'm so sorry, I'm not sure about the pronouns) draw hands and use body language. Also, the father and children AU??? Muah.

I'm not even pretending I managed to pull this one off, I bit so much more than I could chew. But I couldn't not try, I almost every time I see their use of coloured pencils and watercolours, I just can't. Love love love

So. As far as I can tell, Zoup doesn't use this style TOO often, but it wasn't leaving my head, I had to try. The artist did so much for the fandom, the Gary ask blog is such a treat. Yum

Hee hee he's so shapes. The legs. Beautiful. I wasn't sure about the colouring style since I only saw lineart done by this artist, so I decided to use the in-game ones. I hope they do more art, it's so unique and makes me happy!:)

Wet cat John. Silly. A little pathetic, but in a nice way. I feel like I didn't make the lineart the way he does, it is usually more gentle, but I still hope it will suffice. Also my God he does amazing backgrounds, which I sadly can't portray here. (A personal thank you for giving me the courage for doing self-inserts)

Hi there! I just wanted to say how much I love that recent work you did of John Ward in different styles. Partially because you did a super good job at mimicking and honoring the styles of the different artists, but also because you REALLY made JustCommander so happy. I'm her partner and she was freaking out and gushing to me about how happy and honored she was that you had her there with some of the bigger names in the Faith fandom. It was super awesome seeing how happy she was so just thank you so much. Plus it's super cool seeing people try out other's styles and how people interpret the same character. Keep up the good work and have a great day!

A Tankmen fic about Ted and the Scared Sniper from Tankmen infinity realizing that they’re in love with each other! Under the cut of course becuz it’s pretty long (also I didn’t get anyone to proofread this so I’m very sorry if there are any spelling, gramma, or pacing errors)

Based off of the drawings by @justcommander (who really wanted to see this fic)

Also the tankmen server and I decided to call Scared Sniper “Oliver” because why not y’know?

Ted looked at the sky, flipping a coin he had into the air repeatedly while waiting for Captain to give out the needed instructions for this mission.

He looked over at Oliver, but better known as “Anxiety Sniper” or “Scared Sniper” since everyone liked to call him nicknames, he seemed to be staring at the ground and was trying to calm down by taking deep breaths. Oliver was holding his gun close, shaking, and looking back and forth.

Ted was used to Oliver panicking one way or another during a mission, it was normal for him. He tapped Oliver’s shoulder gently causing Oliver to yell and point his gun at him…oh boy.

“Hey! Hey! Watch where you’re pointing that fucking thing!” Ted exclaimed, hoping that no nearby enemy soldiers heard Oliver’s screaming.

“S-Sorry! It’s just that-!”

“I scared you?”

“Yeah…” Oliver responded, putting his gun down but still holding it close.

Ted sighed, it seemed like Captain wasn’t gonna give any instructions anytime soon and he and Oliver were gonna need to find a way to pass the time. He put his coin into his pocket and looked back at Oliver.

“We’re gonna need to find a way to pass the time.” Ted said, wishing Captain would hurry up instead of taking his sweet time like this.

“What are we gonna do?” Oliver asked.

“I don’t fucking know! Do you have any ideas?”

“Maybe…a drinking game?”

“Can’t, no alcohol nearby.”

“Damnit.”

The two snipers sat there with no response, Oliver mumbled something under his breath which made Ted look at him in confusion. Ted couldn’t help but ask the other soldier about what he whispered to himself.

“Did you say something?”

“Oh! Uh..yeah...I said that maybe we could just talk for a while? There’s some stuff I’ve been wanting to tell you for a really long time now.”

“What is it?”

“It’s just…I..” Oliver struggled to speak, there are so many ways this could go wrong and so many ways this could go right. He hugged himself. “Do you like me?”

“What kinda fucking question is that?! Of course I like you! You’re a good friend and-!”

“No! I mean do you like me in a…r-romantic way…?”

Ted’s face flushed, a look of confusion and surprise could be seen in his eyes as he stared at Oliver. “I-I…how did you know!?”

“H-Huh?”

“Who told you I liked you?! I thought I kept quiet about it!”

“Wait so you…actually like me the way I like you?”

Ted and Oliver’s hearts began to beat fast, they both liked each other in the same way and didn’t know how the other felt until now. Oliver scooted over and rested his head on Ted’s shoulder so he could be closer to the other sniper.

“So...uh, how long have you liked me?” Oliver asked.

“A month or two.”

Oliver chuckled at Ted’s response. “So I guess we fell in love at the same time.”

Ted was blushing just as much as the other sniper was, he couldn’t believe this was actually happening. Oliver removed his head from Ted’s shoulder and looked at him and Ted looked back.

“Your face is…um…” Oliver muttered

“Not as cute as yours?” Ted grinned, clearly flirting.

“Huh?!”

“What? It’s fucking true and you know it!”

Oliver covered up his face with his hands in embarrassment, he didn’t know the first thing about flirting! How was he gonna compete with what Ted said to him?! Wait…suddenly Oliver had an idea.

“Hey. Does this mean we’re dating n-?” Before Ted could finish his question he instantly felt Oliver’s lips intertwine with his, they were so soft. He didn’t stop his new boyfriend and instead happily melted into the kiss, putting his hand on Oliver’s cheek.

Oliver soon separated his lips from Ted’s lips, panting due to him needing some air.

“I guess that answers my question.”

“Y-Yeah, pretty much..”

“Well?”

“Huh? What do you mean ‘well’?”

“Aren’t you gonna keep kissing me?”

Oliver blushed, he didn’t think Ted wanted another kiss so quickly already, but if Ted was up for it then he was too. The two snipers began to smooch once again with no hesitation, there was no one here to stop them and nothing here that could distract them.

A few minutes have passed now and Oliver is currently sitting on Ted’s lap so they could be closer, their hands interlocked as they continued to kiss. This felt so peaceful, so calming, so romantic…the two snipers wanted this moment to last forever and ever! Sweet nothings and promises to never leave being whispered by the two.

“Hey!” Captain’s voice exclaimed from the radio, surprising Oliver and Ted. “What’s your status?”

The lovers break the kiss as Ted grabs the radio and replies.

“In a relationship!”

“Huh?”

“T-Ted!!” Oliver shouted. “We’re in place as we speak…what do you need us to do?”

They listened as Captain explained the plan to the snipers, but that didn’t stop them from looking into each other’s eyes happily. Seems like Oliver had no reason to be scared anymore now that Ted was with him.

When I made this blog I wanted to both post and reblog art. Though, I ended up preferring to only post to keep things tidier. Occasionally I add these posts here to talk... But I feel the need to reblog. So, Justcommander-blog is now a secodnary blog. I will write stuff, probably stupid things knowing myself, but I’ll mostly start to reblog like there’s no tomorrow. Because I need to. I’ll do my best to keep it tidy but... me? Tidy? Let’s pretend I believe it.

the courier in FNV is so fucking funny if you’re just good at tanking damage and dogshit at dodging attacks because they get shot two (twice) times, get revived, and suddenly they can start sleeping off gunshot wounds to the head, dynamite to the legs, and having their torso littered with laser rifle holes. like can you imagine being benny and knowing that the dude who stepped on three direct landmines and didnt break a sweat is after your ass. terrifying.

Now the priests got back home, the family can celebrate! They are kinda forced to work today, you know?

And this is a mash up of my boyfriend's AU and mine. Pretty much we both like to save people that canonically die... And Poor John got a little more scars after the Profane Sabbath. My man set himself on fire, it was bound to happen.
