op I know exactly what fic you are talking about but I can't seem to find it, if it helps I remember that ena was tagged in it and I believe it was not a completed work if it aids the search

I’ve been searching for this one fic on ao3 for the past hour, but I can’t find it 😭😭😭

It’s a ruikasa fic that’s tsukasa centered, and saki is a bit younger. Toyas also related to them and is their older brother. What I remember about the plot is that touya was sent to a psych ward(?) and a while later is let out and tsukasa doesn’t know how he feels about him coming home, cuz he’s different. Rui also starts(comes back?) at the school and everyone sorta labels him ‘crazy’ cuz he was also in a psych ward(???).
