I realized i haven’t been giving any GunplUpdates to the, like, 3 people that care, so I’ll just do a quick review of the nine kits I’ve built since the Zeong
Real Grade Sazabi
Tumblr media
Probably one of the best RG kits I’ve built so far, at least in recent memory. It’s big, it’s articulate, it’s detailed, I love it!
High Grade Gundam NT-1, AKA Gundam Alex
Tumblr media
This one was certainly an older kit. It builds the same as any other HG RX clone, and absolutely needs panel lining with all the molded details (good thing I picked up a pen recently). However, despite all its limitations, the HG Gundam Alex turned out better than I expected, and poses quite nicely!
I’m not at all biased because we have the same name :P
High Grade Mobile Doll May (Gundam Base Color)
Tumblr media Tumblr media
This is probably my first official step into the Mecha Masume genre of model kits, but not my first girlpla (I’ve built the Figure Rise Sulleta Mercury the Artery Gear Fusion Guard Spider Feidy kit [highly recommend] before either of them). I doubt I‘ll end up buying anything more scandalous than this, I really don’t care for the half naked robot girls of Frame Arm Girls or Megami Device.
That all being said, this was a really fun kit! It was my first run with waterslide decals, and I think they turned out… mostly ok. The articulation is really good, the sculpting is well detailed (especially in the areas meant for other fans) and I just like kits that come with stands.
I will say, i do not and will not understand the appeal of battle stilettos (it’s hard to see in the pic but her feet are basically pointed straight down in the heels she’s wearing)
Sakura’s Edge
Tumblr media
Another of my few non Bandai kits, Sakura comes from the Armored Puppet line of kits from Number 57. It’s another 1/24th scale kit, which means she is very very smol. Her most stand out feature is her third giant buster-arm, capable of wielding a sword twice her height. The bright pink, gold, and white go really well together, and she just looks really nice! Unfortunately her armor is more of an afterthought from the creators, as some parts need to be filed and trimmed excessively to get them to fit (I was in a VC with a friend, he can testify I was almost brought down by the shoes), and other parts just sit loose, ready to pop right off after the slightest tap, touch, or pinch.
30 Minute Missions Spinatia (Commando Type)
Tumblr media
This kit was my intro to 30MM and I wish I bought more of them sooner! It was a cheap impulse purchase from a “local” hobby store I was checking out and it was a really enjoyable experience! It was simple and relatively fast (I failed the mission, it took me an hour), but using all the extra parts and mixing and matching equipment was so fun to play around with and experiment with what looks cool, something I hope to see more of as I build more Hexa Gear kits. In the meantime though, I have a 30 Minute Custom to plan >:3c
Transparent SD Gundam and Char’s Zaku II
Tumblr media Tumblr media
I dont own many SD kits, and I think these are some more I’ll snag more of as I shop around. They’re simple and cute! They’re both Cross Silhouettes, but only the Zaku came with the CS frame, so the Gundam is just really squat and even more chibi in comparison. Overall not much to write home about, but still fun!
High Grade Gundam Maxter
Tumblr media
The only red white and blue I’ll ever stand for
That being said, this was a really great kit! It’s a shame it’s P-Bandai limited, along with Gundam Rose. It absolutely needs panel lining for its literal abs of steel and face, but it still looks quite nice. It’s very articulate and it was hard to pick just one photo that truly sums up the insanity of Gundam Maxter, perfectly captured in gunpla form. It comes with everything seen in the picture, along with its flying surfboard shield, guns, and an effect part for its bursting machinegun punch. It is such a great kit, and comes with enough ham to justify its $30 price tag, despite the fact that Maxter is in fact very small.
High Grade Messer F-01
Tumblr media
I love The messer’s design. It feels like a true successor to the Zaku series of suits. I know canonically it’s built off of the Sazabi, but it’s design is 100% Zaku. It’s got that respirator like mouthpiece, and the spiky asymmetric shoulder armor. Is just so cool! And did I mention this things size yet? It, like it’s predecessor are big boys, snd both stand almost as tall as many master grade gunpla in my collection. Overall an amazing kit!

Okay I said I was gonna post my new Gundam Rankings and since finishing a bunch of stuff I felt like a numbered list wouldn't do the series justice so instead here's a tierlist:
S Tier -Zeta Gundam -Turn A Gundam -Gundam 00 -Gundam 00: A Wakening of the Trailbrazer
A Tier -Gundam Unicorn -Witch from Mercury -Char's Counterattack -Gundam Thunderbolt
B+ Tier -ZZ Gundam
B Tier -Mobile Suit Gundam 0079 -08th MS Team
C Tier -Narrative Gundam
D Tier -Stardust Memory
I was thinking of writing explanations for each placement here but the more I thought about it the more I realized the explanations would get longer the lower I got because it'd just be me complaining about stuff.
So if anyone wants a more detailed explanation then send an ask and I'll go off. Instead, I'd like to say one thing I enjoyed about each series be it a scene, MS Design, song, or whatever. So here goes:
Zeta Gundam- This one just has a lot of favorites for me. Favorite mobile suit, favorite protagonist, favorite unhinged white women
Turn A- This series has, imo, the best episode in the entire franchise with Midnight Sun.
Gundam 00- This might be a hot take? But easily my favorite mobile suit designs on average for the whole series.
A Wakening of the Trailblazer- Two for One babyyy, Setsuna fucking rules so much and not only is he another favorite character of mine now but he might be one of the Gundam Protagonists to resonate with me the most
Unicorn- I've said it before on another post but that scene where Banagher uses the NT-D system to hold the tether on cargo ship and help it escape Earth's atmosphere is one my favorite scenes ever. I think that scene really represents everything that UC Gundam stands for with placing their hope on the next generation.
Witch from Mercury- This series got me into Gundam!!! It's far from perfect but I feel like it's had a very profound effect on my life in the past year. It's also responsible for just making me insane about this series and gunpla in general
Char's Counterattack- The ending to this movie felt like the perfect ending to the original Tomino Trilogy. The Axis Shock was the perfect way to end Amuro and Char's story and I wouldn't have it any other way
Gundam Thunderbolt- Literally some of the most insane visuals and soundtrack I think I've seen in an anime. Also, uh, Bianca Carlyle
ZZ Gundam- We got so many iconic and cunty looks from Haman in this one. Also, Haman, literally the best character in the series.
Mobile Suit Gundam '79- The place where it all start babyyyyy, it's so fucking iconic and influential. Don't let me placing in this B Tier confuse you or give the impression I think it's bad. Original Gundam is amazing and anyone who's seriously getting into the franchise should come around to watch this one, be it the series or the compilation movies.
08th MS Team- I think this one has one of my favorite endings for a gundam tv series. Both the Ep 11 ending and the entirety of Ep 12 as an epilogue. It was fitting, uplifting, and had the right amount of mystique and weird newtype shit going on for a UC series.
Narrative Gundam- The chase scene between Jona and the Phenex is one of the sickest action scenes ever. It's so fucking intense and you can feel Jona's body and MS being crushed under the g forces trying to keep up with the Phenex.
Stardust Memory- As much as I bitch about '83, I do think the animation is *very* good. Something about 90s animation really just hits different.

Title: NT-1 Panini Alex
Here's another "Armor" drawing for Panini (Cuteness Female Member). 🙂
Before she's a Cuteness Member Female (high ranked for female leaders), Panini was a girl Chief Petty Officer and she's special (just like others). Though she's armored up with her RX-78 NT-1 "Alex" with her customized color of her FA - Chobham armor suit. This Cuteness Mecha Armor is also good for beginners (depends on the rank).
NOTE: Her clothing still the same as being chief petty officer on the inside armor I guess.
RX-78 NT-1 Panini "Alex" (RX-78 NT-1FA Full Armor Panini "Alex") Came from the real: RX-78 NT-1 Gundam "Alex" [CLICK ME!]
Armament(s):
• 90mm Gatling Gun: Arguably the Alex's signature weapon, the gatling guns are normally stored in the blue forearm pieces of the Alex when not in use. When they are activated, the blue piece(s) quickly pop up to reveal the guns. While not near as powerful as a beam rifle, the sheer number of bullets flying through the air shred through almost anything, regardless of how durable it is.
• Blash·XB-B-09 Beam Saber: Standard equipment of most Federation Mobile Suit(s). The "Alex" has two beam sabers, stored on the backpack. The beam sabers use Minovsky particles held in place by an I-Field to form an effective cutting surface that can slice through nearly any material. The particles for the beam sabers are stored by E-cap in the hilt of the saber, which is recharged from the armor's reactor when the saber is returned to its socket. Once activated, beam sabers do not rely on the mobile suit's reactor and can be thrown or discarded as decoys. The beam saber is most often used for close range combat or as an emergency weapon once all other ammunition has been depleted.
• BOWA·Norfolk XBR-L Type-3 Beam Rifle: The beam rifle is the primary weapon used by the "Alex".Making use of the Federations E-cap (or "energy capacitor") technology, the rifle uses charged concentrations of Minovsky particles as ammunition. This gives the beam rifle firepower equivalent to that of a battleship's beam cannons. As the Minovsky particles destroy matter on a molecular scale, the beam rifle can penetrate even the thickest armor and destroy its target with a single shot. One weak point of the rifle was its energy limits. The outward appearance of the "Alex"'s Beam Rifle differs significantly from the original but is assumed to have the same damage effect.
• Hyper Bazooka: Similar to the Zaku's bazooka, the Hyper Bazooka was a heavy weapon used by the Federations.Technically a large rocket launcher it could fire several 380mm missiles to attack targets at long range. Almost no mass-production MS's armors can stop this weapon. While very powerful the Hyper Bazooka had a slow rate of fire and fairly little of ammunition. Most often used to take out slow, heavily armored targets.
• RX·C-Sh-05 UBC/S-0003 Shield: A basic optional arm-mounted defense armament for many Federation mobile suits. The shield is a thick sheet of armor designed to take severe punishment that would normally destroy a mobile suit. Since the introduction of beam weaponry, shields have been treated with an anti-beam coating allowing it to withstand several beam shots before the coating wears off. Typically physical shields can only take so much damage before they succumb to the pressure and break.
Special Equipment/Feature(s):
• Chobham Armor: First tested on the Alex, the Chobham armor was a series of heavy armor plates grafted to the main body of the Alex. Though it granted the Alex superior defensive capabilities, it weighs down the suit tremendously and is unarmed. When placed on the Alex the model number changes to RX-78NT-1FA Full Armor "Alex".
• Magnetic Coating: A special membrane treatment applied to mobile suit joints to improve their response speed. The mobile suits developed by the Federation used special actuators called field motors, whose efficiency is increased by the magnet coating process. The treatment also reduces friction resistance in the mobile suit's joints. With this, the reaction time of the MS is greatly increased, but also made the "Alex" extremely hard to control, especially for an Oldtype. This technology still would be applied to the original RX-78-2.

Gundam Unicorn: Final Thoughts
Tumblr media
This series probably represented the biggest gap in my mecha fanatic cred, at least after I plugged the last big hole in the shape of Code Geass a few months ago. I’ll keep this one short, because let’s face it, if you’re reading this you were probably way ahead of me on this one so there’s not that much to say - plus this time I’m really just passing through on my way to my true goal of watching Gundam Narrative. Still, I think this was a remarkable series in many ways and it wouldn’t be right to pass up making comment on it entirely.
The plot setup is that it’s UC 0096, after the Grypps conflict and Neo Zeon wars. A Neo Zeon faction is on the hunt for something known only as Laplace’s Box, the contents of which are said to be something capable of destroying the Earth Federation. It’s currently in the hands of the Vist Foundation, an organisation headquartered at the space colony Industrial 7. The “key” to the box is the RX-0 Unicorn Gundam, which falls into the hands of Banagher Links, who gets caught up in a shadowy conflict between multiple factions in their race to recover the box, and ends up being led across the Earth sphere into a series of increasingly bloody and desperate battles.
I found the plot surprisingly compelling - you get invested into what the contents of the Box are, even though you know that what’s inside will ultimately make little difference in the grand scheme of the Universal Century’s timeline - F91 and Victory came out years before this despite being set further down the road and the Federation is still very much up to its old bullshit in both. Still, that doesn’t mean that the journey isn’t interesting regardless, even if character motivations are sometimes hard to follow and can chop and change on a whim at times. Even disregarding the end goal of the journey entirely, as a kind of tour of the UC setting I thought this series was excellent and fleshed it out perhaps better than any other prior mainline entry in this venerable old timeline - it brings the desperation of angry space colonists, the desolation left by years of devastating wars and the shadowy machinations of the Federation government to life in intimate detail across the course of the 22 episodes that made up the TV rerelease version that I watched (it was originally a 6 episode OVA.)
Characters are by and large superb - whether they’re old or familiar faces. Most characters come to be really well fleshed out through the course of their interactions and their voice actors deliver impassioned performances. That said, Banagher, the protagonist, was somewhat hit and miss for me. He’s probably the most Tomino-esque main character I can think of, which is honestly somewhat impressive because as far as I can tell Tomino had little if any direct involvement in the creation of either the animated work or the novel it’s based off (besides, of course, being the original creator of the setting itself.) What I mean by that is that he has a very odd way of talking, following a very strange form of logic and openly talking about feelings to a ridiculous extent - this is a hard thing to put into words but if you’re familiar with Tomino shows that feature this kind of character, especially the likes of Zeta Gundam or Brain Powerd you probably know what I’m talking about. I don’t think this is intrinsically a bad thing at all, but it has a time and a place. During dramatic plot moments involving newtype magic, sure, I’m down with it, but sometimes the off switch needs to be flipped so the protag can come off as a little more human - not everything that comes out of his mouth needs to be a profound insight into the human condition - though when it comes to young newtype protagonists in UC Gundam, perhaps that’s just the nature of the beast.
One thing that doesn’t really need spelling out by me is that this show’s basically at the apex of the genre when it comes to presentation, and probably near the apex of animation in general. The animation is vivid and dynamic, especially during the chaos of battles - this show sells you on the sheer destructive power of the mobile suits that star in it better than any other entry in the franchise. This would be impressive enough by itself, but the animation is also immaculately detailed at all times. Mobile suit designs new and old are brought to life impeccably. Meanwhile, Hiroyuki Sawano’s ridiculously sublime musical score elevates the entire thing to stratospheric levels. Honestly, the entire production just feels like an enormous flex by Sunrise, as if to proclaim its dominance - and honestly, it’s hard to argue with it when the level of quality is set this damn high.
Overall, I feel slightly foolish for not finding some form of excuse to watch this sooner, although perhaps it’s best to keep things like this in reserve to savour them fully when the time is right. I’m hoping that Gundam NT manages to live up to this, though I know critics weren’t as kind to it as it was to Unicorn. Regardless of what the case may be, I’m watching that next.

Gundam NT - Experience and Initial Thoughts
Hello tumblr...it’s only been 94857589746575 years, eh?
Well. So it finally happened. Gundam NT finally got an official run in America, and I finally got to see it. I’ve finally seen the dang mecha movie that I’ve been dying to see since last November.
Finally!!!
But, not without some dramatic mishaps at first (lol).
I was lucky enough to have my local theater showing the movie, but it took them 20 minutes to get the movie running (it was just a dead screen up until then)...only for us to realize it was for Bohemian Rhapsody, and not, in fact, for Gundam NT. Some jokes were made from the other movie-goers (”Gee, Macross sure looks funny!” “Hey Hawthorn you okay there?”) but soon the chatter turned into serious consternation and concern. Eventually, theater staff told us the movie couldn’t be shown because the projector didn’t have it, so we all filed out of the theater to head to Guest Services. While we waited in line to get vouchers (in lieu of a refund), we were also told that staff was working to fix the issue, so we were welcome to go back to the theater to wait it out.
And boy am I glad I decided to go back up, because soon enough, they had it up and running. THANK GOD.
Unfortunately, they skipped over most of the bonus footage featuring the interview and introduction from the producer and director in the interest of time... I’m actually really sad and salty about that, but it’s better than not seeing the movie at all, at least.
And so, after like 30-40 (or maybe more?!) minutes delay...we finally began the movie proper. LMAO.
Before diving into things, a bit of a head’s up:
Frankly, I’m new to Gundam, and I’m by no means well-versed in Gundam lore. Additionally, I’m also not someone who is usually nitpicky about details in animation or story-telling. So, my POV is basically of a casual bystander who happened to check out the franchise, and decided to stick around because it seems fun and interesting. If you’re someone who is more or less opposite to me...then this “review” of sorts is definitely not for you.
Actual movie thoughts under the cut! Not spoiler free!!!
I’m not gonna lie...honestly my memory of the movie is really cluttered and foggy. However, despite this, I still very much enjoyed watching the movie!
So...pacing. I’m no expert, but I seriously feel like this movie could have benefited from getting like maybe 2 hours of screen time rather than an hour and thirty minutes. It felt like the production team was trying to cram SO MUCH into TOO LITTLE time that the whole movie felt really fast. Despite this, the tension build-up was definitely there, especially as we got closer and closer to the end. About halfway into the movie I began to clutch my coat and scarf (it was quite chilly out today) really tightly just out of the continued anticipation of what will happen next...needless to say, my hands are now very sore, lol.
I do wish the plot wasn’t revealed in such a non-linear way. Of course, flashbacks and the like are sure to be used in storytelling, but much of NT’s story-telling felt more like oddly-placed snippets that went back in time, rather than a series of flashbacks. For the most part, I’d say each of the trips back into the past were important and revealed important information...but it made the movie feel cluttered and kind of all over the place. And honestly, the non-linear way NT’s narrative was told made it difficult to keep up with what was going on and how everything tied into it all until the very, very end. That’s probably my one gripe about this movie, I think.
Now, despite the pacing and the scrambled nature of the plotline, NT was still a lot of fun for me to watch, and I think I can credit the fight scenes, the characters, and the acting for that. The fight scenes were thrilling to see on a BIG ASS SCREEN, for one. And then just generally anxiously waiting at the edge of my seat to see how the battle would pan out is of course always a thrilling part of (my so far very short) Gundam experience. Animation-wise I really don’t know if I can say anything, since I didn’t notice anything especially jarring or bad. But, I’m also terrible at noticing small details when it comes to animation, so it could have also missed it.
The characters were a pleasure to watch, in my opinion. Rita honestly seemed like a cooky mystic Newytpe for most of the movie, and it really grated on my nerves. I kept thinking, “Surely there’s more to her than wondering about heaven and wanting to be reincarnated as a bird.” But the very end of the movie finally revealed the more human side of her, and that definitely made me feel better about her as a character. I do wish they could have shown more of Rita’s human-ness, but I suppose in the interest of time, they couldn’t.
Michelle seemed really cool, up until she started to look like a nasty manipulative player with huge stakes on the line. But as more and more of her story unfolded, I began to see the layers of the onion, so to speak. I was glad that she wasn’t just a vengeful person greedy for power, and at the same time I was also glad she wasn’t just another corner in a love triangle. Her humanity was evident, but I wished that we could have seen more of it through showing rather than telling. Ultimately, it was Brick who made the final reveal on Michelle’s true character in his last message to Jona, and I just wish that we could’ve seen more of it through Michelle’s own actions instead. We did get glimpses of it, of course, and I suppose maybe choosing to not show it much was to reflect that side of Michelle’s character--someone who guards her personal emotions closely and puts on a show, a facade for the public to see. But even then, I still wish we could’ve had more glimpses into Michelle’s humanity through her own actions.
Jona, Jona, Jona... Where do I even begin. Ultimately, I resonated with his humanity the most, I think. Seeing how much he still thought about those years with the lab even after all this time, how angry he was with Michelle, how distraught he was over Rita being taken away...it all felt very raw and very human. I guess it was just all very relatable, seeing how emotional Jona could be. I’m a pretty emotional person myself in the sense that I feel emotions very intensely, and it seemed like Jona’s personality was like that, too.
He says a line towards the end of the movie where he’s wondering out loud what is the point of continuing to live. He pretty much wonders, after the only people you cared about have left, after you’ve witnessed such horrendous things, after you’ve had to LIVE through such awful events...what even is the point anymore? I really felt for him in that moment. It made me remember how much I’ve wanted to give up before when everything seemed to be terrible and miserable in life. When nothing seems to go well, what point is there to continue going on, right?
Then there’s the returning characters from Unicorn. I was happy to see all the characters who returned, of course, but MAN...I was SO happy to see Banagher finally, at the very end of the movie. And the words of encouragement he says to Jona...the classic “Even so...” MAN. MAN OH MAN did I cry...! Like I mentioned before, I was already really resonating with Jona in like the prior scene, so the emotion from seeing Banagher again combined with the emotions from HEARING those words of hope...that really did a number on my heart, and in a good way.
The dub cast did a fantastic job, I thought. Normally, I feel like I’m suffering every time I have to watch a dub, but the cast made it work for this movie. I think the only bone I have to pick would be Rita’s dub actress, and that may just be personal preference. I figure the actress was told to sound kind of mystic and airy (since that’s basically Rita’s personality for about 99% of the movie, so that’s a fair direction to take with the acting), but it sounded a smidge too...fake? plastic? for me to really buy into. But again, this is probably just me being picky, lol. I LOVED the acting for the other 3 main characters though (Jona, Michelle, and Zoltan). I have to commend Jona’s dub actor (Griffin Puatu) because he really pulled off a similar tone and feel to Enoki Junya’s acting, I thought. (At least, based on the long preview; I’ve yet to watch the first 23 minutes of the JP version of the movie.) I have other thoughts for the other actors but I think I’ll leave them for another day... Also, I’m merely a fan when it comes to voice acting, so these are purely just the feelings and thoughts the performances gave me as a viewer, and nothing more.
So, after having seen Unicorn AND Narrative, I really get the sense that the story of Newtypes, and I guess Gundam on the whole, is about humanity. At its very core, Gundam is seeking to tell a story about the differences that could tear us apart, but also the humanity that holds us together. It feels like watching a story that tries to remind us that at the end of the day, no matter our differences, we’re all human, and we ought to remember that if we ever hope to survive as a species.
Furthermore, I really feel like Gundam is trying to show the importance of both communication and emotion. Both UC and NT showed how Newtypes can communicate on a higher level, but that communication typically ultimately conveyed the person’s feelings and will. Sure, we got thoughts and important backstory too, but I think the main thing we tend to get from their communications is emotion--what is that person feeling, and how is that emotion then translating into the actions they’re taking. Not only that, but we also then see the subsequent actions taken in response to being revealed someone’s deepest, innermost feelings. Of course, there were times when the person was mercilessly murdered, be it by accident/misunderstanding or out of “necessity,” but there were also moments where the action taken ended up being to withdraw an attack, or to let go of the captured person.
Maybe this is just me going off on a limb, but I think that’s a really important message to take in. Communication is important, but what’s even more important is communicating our emotions to others, and respecting others’ emotions in turn. That’s probably the big message I take away from seeing the Newtypes’ stories in Unicorn and Narrative.
Well, needless to say, I’m now very curious to see how the UC plotline continues on. We’re already slated for another movie this upcoming winter, so I guess I’ll have to wait until then. In the meantime...I suppose I’ll finally get around to finishing Origin (lol). Even if the next movie doesn’t show much of the previous characters, or even if the JP voice cast doesn’t feature anyone I know, I think I know too much of the plot now to be able to abandon the series.
All in all, NT was a fun movie to watch. I definitely don’t recommend watching it if you haven’t watched Unicorn yet, but once you get through Unicorn, NT is a nice way to wrap up the story from that point of the UC timeline.
Now to eagerly await the BD release for those sweet, sweet bonus materials! :3c

Can you say all the anime that you watched?
….you mean EVERY anime I have ever watched in my life or caught part of, regardless of enjoyment? I know I have already given a list of my favorites. Okay, let’s see what I can do:

I THINK this is it, but who knows? As a man in my late 20’s, I was born around the time of the great anime boom where Toonami just came out at the right as I was around 10 and 4kids dominated the airwaves. I still remember all the joyous backlash at websites like Arlong Park when the 4kids dub of One Piece came out.
Good times.

I appreciated the honesty of your answer in regards to Gundam X. :D Now, before I send TWO asks your way, I just want to say...you are valid, you are loved, you are awesome.
Aw, dude, /gay./
A’ight, so.
War In The Pocket is one of those entries in the Gundam franchise I can never not keep going back to. Despite not having the impact that, say, 0083 had (in setting up Zeta Gundam with the creation of the Titans, etc), it had a great cast of characters in its own right (Chris Mackenzie deserved better, lesbihonest here), and as far as the designs go, like, bruh, real talk? The Kaempfer? I’m gonna fuck it. No joke, no metaphor, I’m going to climb all the fuck up inside that thing. Also, regardless of how one feels about SURPRISE WRIST GATLING GUNS M’FER, I really like the design of the NT-1.
MGS, I think, is similar to FF7 in that there’s a distinct difference in how good they were and in the impact they had on their respective genres. The first Solid game is, of the numbered titles, honestly my least favorite for a number of reasons, most of them having to do with gameplay (lack of first person aiming hurts my CPU, and there were a lot of times that the interfaces as a whole felt clunky and sort of unwieldy), but, eh, it’s not bad, it’s just....eh.

Title: Brave Mom Can Do Anything
Here's my throwback "Mother's Day" drawing for Rita Speedster.
It's the year of your beloved mom! 👩🥰🤗 And mom was the white shining armor who do chores, protect kids from harmful activities and among others, such the case like Rita Speedster who just doing her whole tasks without breaking a sweat (aside from her husband Bonn. But he'll see on father's day in June). After all, she's a tough, courageous and beloved mother from her family, so that's why she's suited in the armored "NT-1 Alex". 😁👩🛡️
Rita [in Alex armor] 🐶🚺: Wow, astig (awesome)! I'm not a fan of wearing armors, but since it's "Mother's Day", I'll take it! 😁I'm always taking care of my anaks (children) & my asawa (husband) at any cost! 😉
To all moms and mothers around the world, Happy Mother's Day. 👩🥰🤗

Title: Cuteness Girl Member - Miki
Apparently there's a HTF OC Female member who wants to stepped in the third Armored "Unicorn" so... You're now looking it, Romulus907's HTF OC Miki in her armored "Unicorn 03 Phenex". I gonna be honest here - drawing a any three Unicorn Gundam armors are SO "DIFFICULT", despite the design of both Unicorn mode and Destroy Mode. It's really hard mimicking the Unicorn Gundam's design though...
BTW: Here's Romulus' HTF OC, Miki → [CLICK ME! #1], [CLICK ME! #2]
Unicorn Miki 03 Phenex
Came from the real: RX-0 Unicorn Gundam 03 Phenex [Narrative Ver.] [CLICK ME!]
Armament(s):
• 60mm Vulcan Gun
A basic armament found on many armored suits. While essentially ineffectual against opponent(s), they are useful in intercepting incoming missiles/rockets, destroying armored suit sensors, and engaging lightly-armored vehicles.
• Armed Armor DE
The normal I-field equipped shield used by the Unicorn with additional parts containing a propulsion system and a mega cannon, it is similar to Shield Boosters. The Phenex is equipped with two such shields and they are mounted on the back like a pair of wings, demonstrating explosive accelerations. DE stands for Defense Extension. It also has tail-like stabilizers on the Armed Armor DE for attitude control and can be used as remote-controlled weaponry.
• Beam Saber
The standard close range armament for most armored suits. The Phenex is equipped with four beam sabers, two on the forearms and two in the backpack. In Unicorn mode, the armor only has access to the two forearms mounted beam sabers. In Destroy Mode, the other two beam sabers flip out from the backpack, allowing access to all four sabers.
• Beam Tonfa
The forearm-mounted beam sabers can be flipped over and used directly. In this form, the weapon is known as beam tonfa.
• Beam Magnum
A highly customized beam rifle designed with an energy condenser, a single shot from the beam magnum is equal in power to 4 normal beam rifle shots but it uses up an entire E-pac. Each of the beam magnum's magazine is loaded with 5 E-pacs, allowing a total of five shots before a new magazine is needed. The Phenex can carry two spare magazines on its rear skirt armor.
Special Equipment(s)/Feature(s):
• Newtype-Destroyer System
The Newtype Destroyer (or NT-D) System is an anti-Newtype system developed by the Earth Federation and used on the RX-0 series. The system works by using the Psycoframe built within its body to seek out Newtype brainwaves. Should one be found, the NT-D System activates and turns the Unicorn armors (The Unicorn Gundam, the Banshee, and the Phenex) from its usual "Unicorn mode" into its "Destroy mode", improving its stats overall and allowing it to take control of Newtype weaponry used by others and turn them against them. However, the system has a number of flaws to it, among them being having a five minute time usage so it wouldn't kill the member and the fact that it doesn't discriminate against real Newtypes and Cyber-Newtypes. Its most ironic flaw is that, because of the massive stress to give, a Newtype is the member for the unit. Perhaps the greatest flaw in a weapon system is the automatic response. The NT-D activates automatically when a Newtype opponent is detected. Once active, it will attack, even against member's wishes. Thankfully, those with strong wills can overpower the system and determine when it can activate.
