Main: The one that started it all. Originally, Circe was conceived as a Supernatural OC and so her world was (very) loosely based on that mythology. However, as soon often happens in rp, it soon grew and took on a life of its own. Hazbin Hotel: Being the children of Eve, Circe and her brothers would technically be Charlie's younger half siblings. (Which may take some timey wimey type stuff but its fine....fine...it's Hell). Initially, Circe wanted nothing to do with the hotel. Helping people find redemption? Not her thing. But after a little....convincing....for Alastor, she decides to pitch in. (Whatever deal she and Alastor came up will vary between Alastor muns).

Mafia AU: Circe is the third born child of Lucifer Morningstar -- head of the Morningstar Crime Family which just happens to operate out of Saints & Sinners...a casino in Vegas.

Welcome to Hell

The concept of Hell that developed around Circe is very specific. When Lucifer fell he created his own kingdom separate from that of God’s. Since he’d taken Eve as his wife, he was determined to give her everything she’d had before, and more. Eventually “Hell” came to encompass all the lands of the Underworld, from all the different traditions. Some parts, like the palace and the gardens, are lovely. Some parts like the pit, the fire fields, and Tartarus, are for punishment – it’s just the land where everyone who has a tradition of the Underworld goes when they die if they aren’t good enough for God, and aren’t going to a Heavenly type realm.

Disclaimer

While I don’t usually put disclaimers on my rp blogs (in fact, I have only had one other blog with such a page in all my time here), I feel this time it might be necessary. So is the way of things when you are dealing with actual, literal Hell.

First, there will be triggering material up the wazoo on this blog (all of which will be tagged). However, you have been forewarned.

For the purposes of this blog, Hell DOES NOT AUTOMATICALLY EQUAL EVIL. My version of Hell is very complex and detailed and shall be expanded upon in the section appropriately called "Hell and its Realms".

Due to the nature of the muse (and my version of Hell), this blog will span SEVERAL fandoms and/or mythologies. You can learn more about each of these through Circe’s verses.

I understand that for many people Hell (and religion in general) is a very personal and sensitive thing. I am not here to offend anyone and if I do, accidentally, offend you, I am truly sorry.

Third born child of Lucifer and Eve (yes, that Eve -- it's a long story)

Has two older brothers, Balthezar and Azrael; they are extremely close. (She also technically has two half brothers in Cain and Abel, but as she only has ever really known Cain...)

As a child, she was gifted the hellhounds by her father who noticed her affinity with them. While the pack originally consisted of 12 hounds, Circe can now be seen with either eight or 10 of them, depending on where in her timeline a thread takes place. (The reason for the missing hounds will vary by verse).

Because she can control the hounds, it's often Circe who goes to collect on the Throne's deals. She enjoys the hunt just as much as her "puppies" do.

Is NOT a demon; never EVER refer to her as such, it will not end well for you.

Has powers beyond what you can possibly imagine.
