still hating on the fact that netflix cancelled jatp. a show that had multiple awards, top 1 show multiple times, AND was most liked tv show on netflix from 2020-2021. another thing i hate abt netflix is the fact they're still continuing badass shows like 'cocomelon' or 'gabby's dollhouse'. STOP. and please don't tell me otherwise.

thinking about bright again, and how the guys had no clue they'd be seen on stage with julie. they just planned to be her backing track, to give her their support in the only way they could, and if they hadn't realised that they were visible, julie would have continued singing the entire song by herself.

and yeah. imagine what it would feel like for flynn, to watch her best friend sing for the first time in so long, and to be singing these lyrics:

I was hoping someone would send me them! I don't ship Juke romantically but I sure as hell ship them platonically and queerplatonically

Luke is aro to me and honestly I have very strong aro hcs for Julie, she’s only ever interested in boys she can’t have and then as soon as they become attainable (I.e. Nick asking her out) she loses interest. Aro coded. Also I’m a Julynn shipper til I die and narratively Julie/Nick endgame makes more sense but I do think Luke and Julie match each others freak and I need them to be the most codependent qpps you’ve ever seen <3

I haven't properly thought about this show in ages because it makes me so sad that their story is over, so thank you for letting me dip my toe in the water a little with this <3

Favourite character: It's either Julie or Alex. I relate to both of them so strongly and also they're just precious.

Funniest character: Oh crap, they're all hilarious. I was going to say Flynn or Luke but then I remembered Alex so now I'm not sure. Maybe Alex.

Best-looking character: Oh, that's so not fair. They're all beautiful. But if I HAD to choose then... Julie. But also Willie and Caleb.

3 favourite ships: PeterPatter, Julynn, Willex

Least favourite character: Hmm, I'm not sure. Maybe Bobby? Only because I am absolutely in love with everyone else, but I do still like Bobby.

Least favourite ship: I don't think I actually have one. I don't, like, actively ship Jukebox but I don't hate them either, obviously.

Reason why I watch it: For one, the music is addictive and enchanting and so heartbreakingly beautiful. Two, the story and the characters for very much the same reasons.

Why I started watching it: I saw that Booboo, Cheyenne and Jadah were going to be in it + Kenny was involved, and as a huge fan of Descendants at the time, I just had to watch it. And I'm so glad I did because it still lives in my heart.
