●Juice Robinson x Reader●
Summary: He returns surprising you and everyone.
_________________________________________
*Y/N's POV*
"No!"
I stand on the outside of the ring near the commentary table when Penta and Fenix hit Jay with a Stomp Fear Factor than Fenix runs over and flies through the ropes next to me hitting Austin and Colten. I look down at them than back in the ring when the crowd starts screaming. My eyes go wide seeing Juice Robinson grab Pac's leg and make him fall off the top rope. Jay hits Pac with the Bladerunner and gets the win. The Gunns climb into the ring as Juice gets in and helps Jay stand up. I crawl into the ring and crawl over towards Colten laying infront of Juice. I check on him than slowly look up at Juice who hasn't noticed me yet. He is celebrating with Jay which makes me smile. He finally looks down at me and his jaw drops.
"My babygirl!"
He drops to his knees and puts his hands on my cheeks causing me to smile even bigger. He pulls my face into his, kissing me hard. I kiss him back, putting my hands on his wrists. He pulls back looking at me with a big smile on his face and keeping his hands on my cheeks.
"God, I have missed you."
"I have missed you too Juicey."
He stands up and helps me stand up as The Gunns and Jay are collecting their championships. We all climb out of the ring and Juice grabs me by my waist, picking me up to sit on his hip. I wrap my legs around his waist and put my arm around his neck, laying my head on his head. We celebrate with the crowd while heading up the ramp to the back.

My fav goofballs 🖤
Summary: Jay's cousin joins AEW and catches the attention of Juice, Colten, and Austin.
The airport is oddly quiet for the middle of the day when you step off the plane. There are a few people around but not nearly as many as you're used to seeing as a frequent flyer.
After you've collected your things from the baggage claim you head out and scan the area for your cousin who's supposed to be picking you up. "Where is he?" You pull your phone out to see if you missed a text from Jay.
"Y/N! Over here!" Someone shouts your name while you're looking at your phone.
You look up from your phone just in time to see Juice coming at you full speed. There are two younger guys behind him looking slightly confused. "Juice?" You hold your hands out in front of you as Robinson comes toward you.
"You happy to see me?" Juice reaches your side and engulfs you in a hug.
"Always." You cough with a small smile as Juice crushes you against his chest. "But where is Jay at?" You can't help but notice that your cousin is missing.
Juice releases you from his death grip and returns you to your feet. "He had a last-minute meeting that he couldn't miss." He explains. "So he sent me and the boys. This is Austin and Colten Gunn."
You turn away from Juice and greet your cousin's new friends. "Billy Gunns kids, right?" You ask them. "It's nice to meet you guys."
"Pleasures all mine." Colten steps up first and offers you his hand. "Juice was saying that you were pretty, but I gotta say." He chuckles. "Words aren't doing you any justice."
"Awe." You giggle. "You must be Colten. Jay warned me that you were the flirty one." You shake his hand.
Austin steps in, not about to be overshadowed by his brother. "He's the flirty one, but I'm the handsome one." He insists and goes to shake your hand as well.
"Good to know." You shake his hand with another laugh.
Juice cuts back in and slings an arm over your shoulder. "Alright. You two are going to have to get in line. I've been working at Y/N for years now."
You roll your eyes and drop Juice's arm from your shoulder. "Well, I am single now." You announce. "So who knows? One of you might get a shot this time." You tease the group.
Juice perks up at the news. "Really?" He asks you. "When did you and Riley stop seeing one another?" He asks you.
"A few months ago." You shrug. "We just kind of drifted apart. Then Jay got me this new job in the States." You explain. "I'm pretty sure Riley is already seeing someone new."
Juice picks up your luggage for you and everyone heads out to the car. Austin and Colten post up on either side of you and start a casual conversation while Juice is walking ahead of you and playing luggage handler.
"So, do you two like hanging out with Juice and Jay so far?" You ask the brothers.
"It's been fun," Austin answers first. "Juice took a bit of time to get used to." He adds with a joking laugh.
You match his laugh and agree. "I've known Juice for almost a decade and I'm still not fully used to him."
"So he's really just like that?" Colten replies.
"Mhm." You nod.
As if on cue, Juice reaches the car and hurries to pull the passenger side door open for you. "Your chariot awaits, my lady." He bows with a goofy grin.
"Thank you, Juice." You giggle and slip into the car.
The car ride is filled with more flirty banter. Jay is waiting for you when you finally reach the hotel. He watches you exit Juice's car after Austin opened the door for you. The trio swarms around you like eager bees to a flower as you all cross the parking lot.
"You look like you're having fun." Jay quips when you reach him.
"This is the best group you've ever been a part of." You laugh. "I can't wait to see what kind of shit we can get into."
Jay rolls his eyes playfully and gives you a small hug. "I've got you a match scheduled for tonight if you're up for it." He informs you. "Though I made sure to let the boss know that it wasn't guaranteed so no pressure." He adds.
"Great! You know me, Jay. I'm always up for a good fight" You welcome the challenge.
Everyone heads up to the hotel to hang out for a while before it's time for the show. Juice offers to lug your suitcase up for you and you let him again.
"So Juice is your bellhop now?" Jay questions you on the elevator ride up to the room.
"He doesn't mind." You reply. "Right, Juice?" You turn to Robinson with a smile.
Juice beams with that signature goofy smile of his. "Of course not!" He assures you and Jay. "The lady should never have to heave her bag alone when there's someone else to do it for her." He insists.
"See?" You poke Jay on the arm.
"Whatever," Jay mumbles to himself.
Colten and Austin part ways with the group until the show so you, Jay, and Juice head for the hotel room. Juice sets your luggage down for you next to the bed in your room and you thank him.
"Thanks, Juice." You smile and sit down.
Juice nods and sits down next to you. "So, tell me more about how Riley broke your heart. And more importantly, how your old boy Juice can help heal it." He teases you.
"You and Riley broke up?" Jay cuts in from the other side of the room.
"Yeah, a few months ago." You nod.
You hear Jay mumble something under his breath before he turns back to you. "Great. So that means Juice isn't the only one that I've gotta worry about being all over you now." He complains.
"Hey! That's my job!" Juice perks up. "If anyone wants Y/N, they'll have to go through me."
"Yeah!" You laugh. "That's what I've got Juice for!" You laugh and hug him from the side. "And it looks like Austin and Colten now as well." You add.
Later in the night, everyone is backstage for Dynamite so you can have your first match in the company. You've already changed into your ring gear and are just waiting for your cue to head out. Austin and Colten are on either side of you, and Juice is standing right behind you.
"Okay! Let's go out there and kick some ass!" You adjust your top right as your music hits.
You walk down the ramp with Juice, Austin, and Colten accompanying you to the ring. You kick ass in the ring against Ana Jay and pick up the win. The bell rings and the boys all swarm you in the ring. Austin and Colten both hoist you onto their shoulders between them and Juice takes up the free space under you.
You laugh and relish in the ideas of all the fun you know that you're about to have in these next few months.

There's a Great Big Beautiful Tomorrow
Chapter 34: Paging Mr. Morrow
(Warning, this chapter deals with dark themes such as experimentation. As always, take care and read at your own risk)
Cornelius nervously gave himself one last look over before stepping into the Boss’s office. “Yes, sir. You asked to see me?”
The large gentleman looked up from his work, dark eyes settling on Cornelius. He squinted thoughtfully and stood up, desk chair creaking.
Cornelius silently tensed up when the Boss approached him. He had forgotten just how tall he was. The man loomed over him and held out a massive paw to shake.”
“I’m sorry, are you a new hire? I don’t believe we’ve met. Mister…”
“Morrow.”
“Morrow…?”
“Mister Tom Morrow.”
He put on his best entrepreneur smile, took the gentleman’s hand and gave it a firm shake. Years in business had taught Cornelius much.
“Please pardon me, I had been recently hired, but in all the chaos I hadn’t found the time to properly introduce myself. Is it always this busy?”
The Boss was slightly taken aback, but seemed pleasantly surprised at the ‘new hire.’ He chuckled. “Well I shall hope so! With such a breakthrough I shall hope for more exciting things to come! You should see we just had another one brought in a few hours ago. I was about to go take a look at him, why don’t you come with?”
“I’d love to! Lead the way,” Cornelius responded with a smile that didn’t reach his eyes. He hoped the Boss didn’t notice his face go pale. They caught someone? Who?
Cornelius didn’t catch anything the Boss was saying, loosely letting himself be guided to the elevator. He noticed the larger man scan a key card on the elevator. It made sense the ‘subjects’ were kept under special access. Didn’t make it any less upsetting, though.
------------
Gaston gasped as he was pulled from the frigid water, coughing and sputtering and trying to get precious air back in his lungs.
The stopwatch ticked in the scientist’s hand.
“Three minutes and seven seconds. He held for nearly six and a half minutes in lukewarm water. Remarkable times for each test.”
Gaston was pulled from the icy pool. As soon as he was on solid ground, he collapsed on his side, still coughing and hacking to clear his lungs. His wide eyes darted around and his fingers twitched, trying to get feeling back in them.
Cornelius couldn’t believe what he was seeing. The sight of his brother-in-law on the ground, half drowned and clawing at the air made him sick.
“Quite an incredible specimen, isn’t he? The strongest and most resilient we’ve had,” the Boss chuckled. His eyes carried an awe to them. It reminded Cornelius of the way he himself looked whenever one of his inventions was successful. Only here it looked… wrong. Everything was all wrong. This was wrong.
A wave of shivers wracked Gaston’s body and he curled into himself. Now that he was beginning to breathe alright, he was trying to warm himself. Glooming hatred burned from his eyes as he looked up at the scientist with the stopwatch. She was jotting down results on a clipboard and discussing it with another scientist.
Cornelius felt anger unlike anything he had ever felt before.
This was his family. His brother-in-law. This man who had played with him and teased him and watched him grow up. He had gone to every one of Cornelius’s talks and presentations, just like the rest of his family. And these people saw him as nothing more than a science experiment.
His hand twitched. Anger told him to give the Boss a good clock in the face.
But…
Self control told him otherwise.
You can’t. You’ll give yourself away. You’d be trapped and nobody would be able to get them out. Besides… That man is twice your size. He’d have you down in the blink of an eye.
Cornelius took a deep breath and calmed himself, unclenching his fist. He forced himself to look away from Gaston, and up at the Boss instead.
“I’m sorry, I’ve lost track of the time and must head back to my station. I was doing some work and don’t want to leave it unattended.”
“Of course. You’re dismissed, Mr. Morrow,” the Boss sent him on his way. “Thank you, sir.” Cornelius nodded and hurried out as quickly as he could without running.
“Mister Tom Morrow…” The Boss puffed his cigarette in thought and went back to watching over the experiments.

Things Best Left in the Past - Switchblade / Emery
As I feel like Jay is taking a back seat in the Dark Angel series, I felt like I needed to explain the distance between him and Emery, so... this came to be.
Directly follows one of the first in the series, Return of the Dark Angel
Word Count: 1092
tag list: @summertimefun1982 @katries
(border)
As Emery walked along backstage, the sound of familiar music reached her ears, causing her to deviate on her path to catering. Finding a monitor that displayed the camera’s view of the ring, she watched as Jay White made his way down the ramp for his first official AEW match. Going against someone as talented as Komander would be a test, but Emery knew how talented Jay was, and thus knew that unless something weird happened, he would get the win.
The AEW crowd was excited and hyped up to see Jay live, chanting out all familiar Bullet Club ‘Too Sweet WOOP WOOP’ as he showboated for them, soaking up all the attention they gave him.
Seeing Jay in person over the past few weeks admittedly caused pings of sadness, as Emery wished that Riley—El Phantasmo—would get a contract as well. Despite that, however, she was happy for him, where he was in life and how things in New Japan were going. Riley was taking care of things, loose ends and betrayals, and was slowly becoming his own person again. It was nice to see, honestly.
Standing there, her arms loosely crossed in front of her, Emery watched, a faint smile on her face. She was barely aware of someone coming to a stop next to her, until Britt gently spoke up.
“It’s weird, right? Seeing him here after everything that happened between Kenny and he in New Japan?”
Emery briefly turned her head towards her friend, before giving a half shrug and returning her attention to the screen as the two wrestlers began doing what they did best.
“Yes and no. Kenny was ready to move on, honestly, and Jay was the best option for Bullet Club. Just because there wasn’t a hostile takeover like the times before doesn’t mean there’s hard feelings. Jay did betray Kenny before—when he tried inviting him into Bullet Club the first time around. But… I still got to know him a bit before we left to come here. He’s a good guy, funny….”
“Emery, hunny, Jay is not a ‘good guy’,” Britt frowned, “I know we all have our moments, times we’re… on the dark side and heel… but from what I’ve witnessed, Jay is all heel.”
“Believe me, I know…” Emery sighed, watching as Jay trapped Komander in one of the ring corners, feet on the turnbuckles as he rained punches down, yelling out the letters as he spelled ‘switchblade’, “But he can be good, honestly. There were times I felt out of place, homesick even, and sometimes my anxiety would take over—and despite knowing I had Bullet Club there to talk to, I… I couldn’t bring myself to do it. Jay noticed, somehow, and he’d start talking to me… getting my mind of things, letting me freely talk about whatever… It was nice.”
“So he’s got a small, teensy sliver of a good side,” Britt said, “But that’s miniscule compared to all the bad. Honey—” She turned her body towards me, gently placing a hand on my arm and turning me to face her, “With everything that has gone on over the years, any… negative—you’ve managed to pull through effortlessly. Not once has there been any inclination that your Dark Angel side wanted to come out. Then, White shows up, uses his honeyed words on you, and suddenly your personality changes and Dark starts to slip out? That’s not a good thing, you realize that right?”
Swallowing the lump in her throat, Emery briefly glanced at the screen to her left, seeing Jay deliver a nasty spear to Komander, taking him out roughly before raining down more punches. Blinking, she turned her attention away, looking down at the floor.
“I…. Yeah, I know…”
“Good, that’s good to recognize. Look, I know it’s hard to do—he’s familiar to you, that bond you guys made in New Japan…. But as your friend?” Britt said, as Emery lifted her eyes up to meet Britt’s, “It’s probably best if you steer clear of Jay White. I’d hate to see you get hurt or in trouble for anything that happens because of him, in any way, shape, or form.”
Emery gave her a nod of acknowledgement, before waving a goodbye as Jamie Hayter came up and took her away to get ready for their match later. Turning back to the screen, she watched as Jay jabbed this thumb into Komander’s eye, wincing at the underhanded tactic. Usually, things like that didn’t bother her any—Emery was guilty of doing things just as bad in the past—but seeing Jay’s behavior and hearing Britt’s words caused her mind to start racing.
Her mind went back to recent interactions with Jay, with Kenny being more and more distant from her.
“My princess shouldn’t be treated that way by anyone. You deserve to be around people that respect you—that cherish you.”
“I couldn’t…”
“Shhh…. make any plans just yet. Give it some time, princess. When you figure out what you want to do… You know where to find me.”
Pairing that with the unfortunate choice of going to his apartment just a few weeks later… they had hung out like old times. Reminiscing, laughing—just having a grand time—but he had brought it up a few times.
“I’d love to have you at my side. Think about it—Switchblade and the Dark Angel. We’d be unstoppable!”
“Omega’s not treating you like he should, you deserve more respect than that, Princess.”
“If you ever need anything, you know you can always come to me.”
The familiar rasp of Juice Robinson’s voice as he yelled out “RICKKAYYYY!” brought her attention back to the screen, her sight focusing as she took in Jay and Ricky sitting on the ramp, Jay cradling Juice’s head as Ricky Starks and Shawn Spears stared at them from the ring.
Emery had been so lost in thought that she hadn’t even heard who had won the match, but she realized with a resigned sigh that it didn’t matter. She wasn’t Bullet Club anymore. She wasn’t the same person she was five years previous.
Taking a deep breath and slowly letting it out, Emery shook her head to clear all the thoughts, and with one last look at the monitor, she walked away. It might mean losing a friend, but it was better for her in the long run. She had enough things to deal with on the daily—maybe one less devil on her shoulder would be a good thing.

Reader Beware....
another Flamebird in Gotham au, notes app substitution on this site!
this time I'll be listing my personal goals for the au and the developing fanfiction. (ignore if you don't want spoilers! /or you just couldn't care less about my DC/Batman thoughts)
create a fic/maybe a series that develops Bette Kane and introduces her to an audience that does not know her
Bette is highly underrated and unused. The potential in her parallel to Dick Grayson and her history with both Kate Kanes is a lot. Now that I've gotten into this fic and my hcs, I will now forever resent Grayson (2014) bc I can see so much there if you just swap Dick for Bette as the insider-spy. (Kathy Kane characterization in that comic notwithstanding).
characterize and humanize Talia al Ghul
I very much prefer a Talia that is complicated and tragic. She deserves her own development arc and she deserves a characterization that won't paint her as a strictly abusive mother. There's so much there, she's an old character and a great one! (Morrison I am closing my hands around your bald head). Yes, she's not a perfect mother. Who is? I prefer a Talia who maybe wasn't there for Damian all of the time, but she tries, goddamnit. Talia has her own heavy trauma and baggage that should be taken into account with the way she raises Damian. She should have way more in common with her son, especially when it comes their relationships with Ras.
actually write Damian Wayne in a published fanfic for once (you do not want to see my many many drafts and wips)
Not as much to add here, other than I don't think my Damian headcanons or characterization is that far removed from canon.
focus on other aspects of Gotham City that aren't tied to Batman/Robin (like Ragman, Wildcat, Mother Panic)
Self-explanatory. Gotham is a huge and diverse city, and having only Batman and vigilantes directly associated with him operate there is super boring.
Integrate Bette Kane and Kathy Kane into the wider Batman/"Batfamily" mythos
Also self-explanatory. It'd be nice. They're the first Batwoman and Bat-girl!
Create future opportunities for smaller, lesser known Batman characters (if this becomes a full series) like Charlie Gage-Radcliffe, the Foxes, Calvin Rose, Onyx Adams)
Please I need to see them in fanfiction form. Charlie is my blorbo who needs more comics, and Calvin is my favorite Talon. Also, he's canonically a former member of Haly's Circus and he wasn't given the immortal juice like the others - it is my hc that he was in the circus around the time that Dick was.
Rectify the deaths or character assassinations that I don't like (Orpheus, Holly Robinson)
Orpheus's death sucks major ass. Bringing him back no matter what, just to satisfy my brain. Holly Robinson deserves to be Catwoman for at least a while longer.
If I'm crazy enough to do it - introduce Christopher Kent in the future to an audience who does not know him.
MY SON. Look, I like Jon. Mildly. He's alright. But Chris is MY defacto Superman child and everyday I mourn what could've been if he wasn't aged up (deja vu) and he was able to exist for just a little while longer so that he could interact with Damian. So, if this au becomes a series, you best believe that I'm including at least a cameo. Jury's out if I fully replace Jon in the au or I make them similarly-aged brothers.
Expand/lengthen comic arcs I like and wanted to see more of (Robin: Son of Batman in general, We Are Robin, Talon, unironically Beast Boy 2000, Streets of Gotham)
Mostly self-explanatory. I just wanted to see more of Damian/Maya. Suren hanging out and going on adventures. We Are Robin needs a longer series, Talon is one of my fav comics, and I genuinely just wanted to see more of Bette in LA in Beast Boy. I also wanted to see Colin and Damian in SoG. (Plus, there was a Ragman backup running there!)
maybe give characters who are considered part of the "Batfamily" but are usually never given their dues - a chance to be main characters (Duke Thomas) (once I actually fully research him)
Yeah. This needs development on my part. I like him a lot, I just want to understand him better and give him some screen time so to speak. If I do get around to a We Are Robin rewrite or just incorporate it somehow into a larger fic.
umm... maybe expand on al Ghul lore perhaps, and develop the League of Assassins into something functional, terrifying, and tangible
Requires further research. But I love @arabian-batboy's take on how the family names (the al Ghuls, the Orghams, the Darga) connect to Behenian stars and the idea that each star could be connected to a hypothetical family and their powers. It's just cool.
#wasp does a thought#dc#dc comics#damian wayne#robin#batman#flamebird-in-gotham au#bette kane#batfam#dick grayson#batman meta#talia al ghul#Jason todd#cassandra cain#dc meta#batgirl#batwoman#flamebird#stephanie brown#seriously War Games is the WORST#yes all of these goals are difficult and crazy#yes I will probably not be able to complete all of them#still#a man can hope#notice how none of this is about the main Batfamily#yeah#there's enough fic out there for most of them already#also I don't feel qualified to write any of the bigger characters bc I haven't read enough comics to justify it#read Ragman (1991)#taxonomy!verse

Murky Waters, Part 1
Pairings: David Finlay x OFC & Jay White x OFC Synopsis: Six friends set out for a weekend getaway at a secluded―and allegedly haunted―mountain lake house. But should they be more afraid of the living than the dead? Part: 1/7 Word count: 2.9k Warnings: Language; alcohol use; mentions of cheating, m*rder, and s*icide. This fic is rated E, fam!
Masterlist.
No one asked for this, but I’m posting anyway. One (1) David Finlay has inspired me to revive and finally finish this fic more than a year after I started it. And it’s close enough to spooky season, so here we go! Enjoy :)
Tag squad (please let me know if you’d like to be added!): @statdaddy @hdbngsprnva @hotyeehawman @knifepervert @rusevday @missbrownstone @kawaiikels @meteora-fc @bec0m @linziland13 @librathepheonix13 @betsy-bradock @irish-newzealand-idian-dutch @thatgirlforever5 @rocca09 @gabbynorth98 @brokenglassslippers @adriii-omega @sugar-melts-mo-fo
“Are you seriously still packing? They’re gonna be here any minute!”
Chloe let out an exasperated sigh as Alyssa walked through her open bedroom door. She was notorious for waiting until the last minute to pack, and even though she’d done exactly that, she was, for the most part, ready to head to the lake for the weekend. She just needed one more thing.
“No, I’m just thinking way too much about which swimsuit to bring.”
“Oh?” Alyssa’s face lit up in delight. “Why’s that? Trying to look good for someone?”
Chloe shot her a look. “Don’t,” she muttered. It only made her friend grin wider.
“What? There’s nothing wrong with admitting that you might just be the littlest bit interested in David, Chlo.”
Chloe didn’t dignify her with a response. For the last two weeks, Alyssa had been finding more and more ways to casually work, “Jay’s friend David”—and later, just “David”—into every other conversation, and the reason why was obvious: she was trying to set Chloe up with him. And while Chloe had been completely opposed to the idea at first, curiosity had finally driven her to do a little late-night social media stalking, with the result that maybe she was just the littlest bit interested in David.
But she was still more wary than not. “I don’t know. This whole situation is just awkward.”
Alyssa’s brow furrowed. “What’s awkward about it? We’re just going to the lake with our friends.”
“No, you’re just going to the lake with our friends. I’m going to the lake with my now ex-boyfriend’s brother. It’s not exactly the best environment for a rebound.”
When Chloe and Matt had broken up, she’d initially backed out of the lake trip; the last thing she wanted was to spend a weekend in close quarters in the middle of nowhere with an ex who had cheated on her. But then Matt’s guilty conscience had led him to back out instead, and so, with some coaxing from Alyssa, Chloe had agreed to go again. Then, Alyssa’s boyfriend Jay had invited his old friend David to come along, and Alyssa’s not-so-subtle hints that Chloe should hook up with him soon followed. But even though Matt wasn’t going anymore, his younger brother Nick still was—and Chloe knew he’d report back on her. It just made the whole thing messy, no matter how interested in anyone she might be.
But Alyssa seemed entirely unconcerned with the dynamics of the situation. “Okay, first of all, Nick was your friend before his stupid brother was ever your boyfriend, and he knows Matt fucked up. And second of all, let Matt find out that you’re getting some good dick this weekend! It serves him right for cheating on you.”
Chloe let out an uncomfortable laugh. “Jesus, Lyss.”
“Well!” she proclaimed. “Rebound aside, I actually think you’ll like David, Chlo! He’s good-looking, and funny, and thoughtful, and way better than—”
“Talking about me?”
Jay suddenly appeared in the doorway, a crooked smirk on his lips.
“No,” Alyssa returned. “We’re talking about David.”
“Oh, yeah?” The sides of Jay’s eyes crinkled with his smile as he looked at Chloe. “He’s excited to meet you, you know.”
Heat rushed to Chloe’s cheeks. She hoped neither of them noticed.
“Hey, you know him better than me,” Alyssa started. “Chloe’s trying to pick out a swimsuit that he’ll want to rip off of her.”
“Oh my God.” Chloe awkwardly curled her lips into her mouth and her cheeks burned hotter. It didn’t help when Jay looked over the assortment of bikini tops and bottoms spread out over her bed with far too much concentration on his face. He stroked his beard in thought.
“Definitely the red,” he determined. “You look good in red.”
Chloe eyebrows arched. “Oh, have you noticed?”
“Of course he has,” Alyssa answered with a good-natured grin. It elicited another smirk from Jay.
“You know, if you and David don’t work out, we could make a threesome happen this weekend.”
“Ugh, get out.”
Alyssa shoved him out of the room. “It’s just a suggestion!” he laughed as he went back down the hall. Jay was a huge flirt, but it didn’t faze Alyssa—she was far too confident in herself and their relationship for that. Chloe admired that about them, even more so now that her own trust had been completely broken.
“He’s a moron, but he’s right,” Alyssa said, drawing her out of her thoughts. “Bring the red one. But bring the black bottoms and snake print top, too. A girl needs options.”
HONK-HONK-HONNNNK!
A car horn suddenly blared from outside. “That’ll be Nick and Juice,” Alyssa said as she walked over to the window and pulled back the curtain. Chloe joined her in peering out into the driveway. Sure enough, Nick’s giant gray Toyota 4Runner had pulled up in front of the house. Juice popped out of the open sunroof.
“LET’S GO, BITCHES! IT’S LAKE WEEKEND!”
Anxiety suddenly tightened Chloe’s chest. “This is gonna be fucking awkward,” she breathed.
“It won’t,” Alyssa assured her. “And I’m pretty sure that’s David pulling up now…”
A black Jeep Wrangler pulled into the driveway behind Nick’s 4Runner. Chloe watched in silent interest as the driver parked and got out. He wore sunglasses and a black t-shirt with the sleeves cut off, the near-sleeve of colorful tattoos on his right arm on full display. His sandy hair was pulled up into a bun atop his head, and he had a nice smile and a well-groomed beard. A nervous knot formed in Chloe’s stomach. He was definitely her type.
“He is cute,” she admitted.
“See?” Alyssa grinned. “You’re totally at least gonna make out with him.”
“Get out,” Chloe bluntly returned, and Alyssa laughed as she went out the door, just as Jay had a few minutes before.
* * * * * * * * * *
Chloe made sure to pack the swimsuits Alyssa had suggested before she slung her duffel bag over her shoulder and joined the others outside. Unsurprisingly, Jay didn’t waste any time introducing her to David.
“Oh, David, this my friend Chloe,” he said as she walked over. “Chloe, this is David.”
She nervously bit the inside of her lip as she looked up at him. He offered her a crooked, boyish grin that reached toward kind blue eyes. He had a lip ring that she hadn’t noticed in any of his pictures she’d looked at the night before. It suited him.
“Hey. So I guess these two expect us to hook up this weekend,” he commented with a nod at Jay and Alyssa.
Chloe’s lips curled into a smile. She hadn’t expected him to say that, but she was glad he did. It was certainly one way to break the ice.
“Oh, so you got that feeling too?”
“We don’t expect you to hook up,” Alyssa professed with a roll of her eyes.
“Yes we do,” Jay countered.
Chloe feigned confusion. “But I thought you wanted to have a threesome?”
“What?” Nick sputtered as he and Juice joined them—but David talked over him.
“With us?” he asked, pointing between himself and Chloe. “I’m flattered, man, but I’m not into you like that.”
Chloe bit back a laugh. She could already see why David and Jay were friends. The two of them would be trouble this weekend.
She might be in trouble, too.
“Whatever. You couldn’t handle me, anyway,” Jay returned.
“Oh my God,” Alyssa breathed.
“And on that note,” Juice interjected, “I need to use the little boys’ room before we hit the road.”
He pushed past them and walked toward the house. Nick looked around at them.
“What’s this about a threesome?”
Jay just smirked and smacked his shoulder. “Come help me get the supplies.”
They followed after Juice. David glanced back at Chloe as he turned to go with them. “It’s nice to meet you,” he smiled. Her stomach did a little flip.
“You too,” she returned.
They disappeared into the house. Chloe could see Alyssa grinning at her out of the corner of her eye. “You two are totally gonna—”
“Stop!” Chloe cut her off.
But she couldn’t stop the smirk that crept its way onto her face.
* * * * * * * * * *
It was just over a two-hour drive to the lake house, and a little more than halfway through Chloe was feeling carsick. She and Alyssa had been the unlucky ones to get stuck in the cramped third row of the 4Runner (“David and I are taller, so we should get the middle row,” Jay had argued), and they’d long left the city roads for a winding two-lane route through the mountains. All the ups and downs and twists and turns were making Chloe’s stomach drop and ears pop—and Nick’s driving didn’t help.
“Jesus, Nick, don’t go over the edge,” Alyssa commented with a wary look out the window. Nothing more than a short guardrail protected them from the drop into the valley below.
“Relax,” Nick returned as he cut around another corner. “I’ve driven this a hundred times.”
“Well, let’s not make this the last time,” she muttered.
“So, you go to Sharp Rock a lot?” David asked. Nick nodded.
“Yeah; we used to go every summer when my brother and I were kids. Actually, Matt and I are thinking about buying the cabin we’re staying at this weekend. The owner is pretty eager to unload it so she’s selling it for cheap.”
“Really?” Jay asked. “How come?”
Nick laughed. “Because it’s apparently haunted.”
“What?” Chloe and Alyssa simultaneously proclaimed. “I’m sorry, did you just say it’s haunted?” Alyssa added.
“Apparently,” Juice corrected.
“Haunted by what?” David curiously asked.
“A White Lady,” Nick answered. “You know—a scorned bride, or whatever.”
“What?” Jay laughed. “Okay, you can’t just leave it at that.”
“Well, I don’t know all the details,” Nick started. “But the story is that back in the ‘60s this newlywed couple was on their honeymoon at this cabin, and on the first night there, the husband admitted to cheating on the wife and knocking up some other woman. So, she went off the handle and killed him, and then drowned herself in the lake. According to local legend, her ghost haunts the lake and drowns guys who’ve been unfaithful who dare to go swimming after sunset.”
There was a beat of heavy silence—and then Jay barked out another laugh. “What? Well, I guess it’s a good thing Matt didn’t come, then.”
Alyssa reached over the back of the seat to smack his head. “Really?”
“He’s not wrong!” Juice piped in. Chloe shifted uncomfortably in her seat.
“So, we’re spending the weekend in a murder-suicide cabin,” she breathed. “Great.”
Jay turned around to give her a teasing smirk. “You scared?”
“Don’t be a dick,” David said. It made butterflies teem in Chloe’s stomach again.
“Oh, come on,” Jay dismissed. “There’s no White Lady haunting the cabin.”
“Well, if the owner wants to get rid of it so bad there’s gotta be something to it,” Alyssa pointed out.
“She probably just doesn’t want to own a murder-suicide cabin,” Juice reasoned.
“But Nick and Matt do,” Jay remarked with a grin.
“Hell yeah, we do!” Nick confirmed. “We’d make a pretty penny renting this place out on AirBnB. I’m not above cashing in on the sordid past, either. Dark tourism is a thing.”
David laughed wryly underneath his breath. “Nice.”
The conversation was left at that as a gas station appeared around a bend in the road; it was the first sign of humanity they’d seen in miles. Nick slowed down and pulled up next to a pump.
“I’m gonna fill up,” he said. “If you need to use the bathroom, do it now, because this is the last stop until the lake.”
He cut the ignition, and everyone unbuckled and piled out of the SUV, if only to stretch their cramped legs. But the unease in Chloe’s stomach didn’t quell as she took in the gas station. It had clearly been there for decades, the name painted on the side of the building long faded by weather and time. She realized with some curiosity that there weren’t any other cars in sight. It looked like they were the only ones there.
“Are they even open?” Alyssa asked with a questioning look at the convenience store.
“I don’t know,” Chloe returned. “But I’m gonna see if they have any gum.”
“Oh, that’s a good idea,” David said. “I’ll go with you.”
He led the way toward the convenience store. The lights were on, but they couldn’t see anyone inside. David hesitantly tried the door; it opened with the jingle of a bell. He shrugged and offered for Chloe to go ahead. She stepped inside, cautious. She didn’t know why, but she felt an overwhelming need to tread as lightly as possible.
“Maybe someone’s in the back?” David quietly asked.
“Maybe,” Chloe said. She gave an uncomfortable laugh. “It feels like this trip has suddenly taken an unsettling turn.”
“Right?” David agreed. “I would’ve liked to have known beforehand that we’re staying in a murder-suicide cabin.”
“Seriously,” Chloe breathed.
“Do you believe in ghosts?”
She looked thoughtfully up. “I think so. I don’t want to be proven right, though.” They found the gum by the register, and she grabbed a pack of peppermint. “Do you believe in ghosts?”
David shrugged and reached for a pack of spearmint. “Undecided. Maybe that’ll change this weekend,” he said. It made her arch a curious brow.
“Would the man-hating White Lady have a reason to drown you?”
“What?” he balked, put on the spot. “Oh—no. No. I’ve actually been cheated on, so. I know how that feels.”
There was empathy in his eyes. Chloe looked down at the pack of gum in her hands. “So, I guess Jay told you what happened with me and Matt?”
David nodded. “Yeah. But we can just leave it at that. It’s not any of my business.”
“No, it’s alright,” she returned. “Actually, I don’t know anyone else who’s been cheated on, so it’s kind of nice having someone who can relate?”
He smirked. “Well, it sucks that I can relate.”
“Well, yeah,” Chloe returned with an awkward laugh. “Sorry, I didn’t mean to imply that I’m glad you got cheated on.”
“No, I get it,” he assured. “It is nice having someone who can relate.”
He smiled, genuine in the sentiment, and Chloe noticed she felt a bit lighter. She’d only known David a matter of hours, and it already felt like she could trust him more than she ever had Matt.
“Hello!”
She jumped and grabbed David’s arm. A middle-aged woman had suddenly appeared behind the register, her face tanned and leathery from too many years spent out in the sun. Chloe let out a breath and let go. She felt silly for getting scared.
“I’m sorry! I didn’t mean to startle you,” the woman apologized. Her voice was raspy and rough, like she’d smoked a pack a day for the last decade. She fit the part of rural gas station attendant a little too well.
“No, you’re fine,” Chloe breathed. Her heart rate was still returning to normal. “We were just talking about ghosts, so I was already a little on-edge.”
“Ah,” the woman returned. “Well, we have quite a few of those around here.”
“Yeah?” David asked as they both put their gum on the counter. “We just heard this awful story about the cabin we’re staying at up at Sharp Rock Lake.”
“Mm,” the woman hummed in understanding. “So, you’re staying at Clara’s cabin.”
A chill shot up Chloe’s spine. It was a statement, not a question. “Clara?” she hesitantly asked.
The woman nodded, ringing up the gum. “That’s her name; the bride who murdered her husband and then drowned herself.” She clucked her tongue. “Awful. She was actually a friend of my mother’s.”
“Really,” David said. He seemed interested, but skeptical. “So does her ghost really haunt the lake waiting to drown any scumbag cheaters who just want to go for a swim?”
He asked it with a grin on his lips, as if he fully expected the woman to wave him off and confirm that it was just another urban legend born from real tragedy, warped and exaggerated with time as the story was passed down from generation to generation.
But her reaction was anything but. “It’s not a joke, what happened in that cabin,” she bit. “You’re not more of those paranormal investigators going up there to provoke her, are you? The dead should be left to rest.”
Her eyes were dark; angry. But David wasn’t rattled by it. “No,” he said with a bit of a laugh. “We’re just going to have a chill weekend at the lake with our friends.”
The woman eyed him for a few seconds longer. “Good,” she rasped. “See to it it stays that way. It won’t do to go pissing Clara off.”
The hair stood up on the back of Chloe’s neck. She wanted to leave. David could sense it.
“Keep the change,” he said as he threw a few dollars on the counter and grabbed their gum. He put a comforting hand on the small of Chloe’s back and ushered her to the door; but just as she pushed it open, the woman called after them.
“Oh, and don’t be too loud. Clara doesn’t like it when it gets too loud.”
Chloe’s stomach dropped. She looked up at David in horrified confusion, but he still didn’t seem fazed by it. He clearly thought the woman was off her rocker.
“We’ll keep that in mind,” he said, and he gave Chloe a gentle nudge out the door. But he didn’t have to—she couldn’t get out of there fast enough.

Request: #13 with Juice Robinson (of this Drabble List)
You frowned at your phone before quickly shoving back into your bag.
It wasn’t so unusual for you to wait a few hours until Juice would reply to a text. He was always busy doing press for NJPW, training in the gym or working shows. But your texts going completely unanswered was something new.
And it worried you.
Especially now that your first anniversary was coming up.
You quickly brushed it off. It surely was nothing. Maybe he was travelling or just tired. Or his phone battery was dead. Or all of it. By the end of your work day you’d probably have a reply of sorts. Even if it only a picture of a sleeping David.
So instead of checking your phone every few minutes you focused on work. Over the next few hours you checked everything off your to-do list for today, letting you start the weekend even earlier.
You checked your phone quickly before you packed your belongings. But the only texts you had gotten were from family and friends. Nothing from Juice.
The way home took you longer than usual. You had ditched the first train because it had been packed already and you hadn’t felt like squeezing yourself into the too full carriage. The next train was a little less full but packed nonetheless.
And then – of course – your bus was delayed. You don’t know how long you had to wait, but it was way too long. When you finally got on you were just done with the day. All you wanted was to get home and call Juice.
Eventually you made it to your apartment building. You climbed the stairs and crossed the foyer to the elevator. Just as you were about to get on your phone rang. Juice.
“Babygiiiirl”, he greeted you. “Are you at work?”
You’re just about to answer when you heard something crashing in the background. Followed by loud swearing. “Juice? Are you alright?”
“Oh haha. Yeah yeah”, he cleared his throat, “Sooo.. Are you at work?”
“No. I’m almost home. Are you sure everything is okay?”
“Cool cool cool cool cool. See you in a bit then”, he said and chuckled.
And with that the call ended. You immediately tried to call him back, worried something had happened to him. But his phone kept ringing; he wouldn’t pick up. Goddammit.
You quickly jumped into the elevator that arrived just back; you brushed past the couple leaving and pressed the button for the 6th floor. Usually you didn’t mind the speed – or well slowness – of it but today you just wanted it to hurry up.
In front of your apartment you hurriedly fished out your keys and opened the door. Just as the lock opened you heard more banging and swearing inside. One of the voices definitely belonged to Juice. But who was the other one?
“Juice?”, you called out, as you dropped your bag and jacket at the entrance.
Immediately the voices stopped.
Suddenly Juice’s head appeared from the kitchen. “Hey babe”, he quickly looked back into the kitchen, “Umm .. Hey. I didn’t expect you this early”
“Yeah I was just downstairs when you called. Are you okay?”
He quickly walked over to you, wrapping you in a tight hug. “I’m great actually. Especially now that I see you”, he said and kissed you softly on the lips. “Here, I have to show you something”
Still taken by surprise you simply followed.
He led you into your living room. Lit candles were spread all over the room. Blankets and pillows had been piled on your couch. And two stacks of pancakes had been placed on the small coffee table.
It looked absolutely cosy.
“Oh my god”, you whispered, “Who did this?”
Juice hugged your from the side, planting a kiss on top of your head. “So you like it?”
You nodded. There was so much to take in and you felt no word would do it justice. You took a tentative step further into the room, letting it all sink in. “For real though, who did this?”
Juice smiled at you brightly. “Did this all by myself” Just as he was about to say more, crashing came from the hallway. Someone had snuck out of the kitchen and ran into a lamp. You’d recognize that hair anywhere.
“David?”
He stopped dead in his tracks and turned around slowly.
Your gaze wandered from him to Juice. Both men looked a bit embarrassed to have been caught.
“Ah well.. I might have asked him for help”, Juice chuckled lightly. “You know I’m not the best cook in the world and I wanted to do something special for you before I’m going on that tour with NJPW”

"You have done nothing, but a bad impression of Kairi Sane" Cody hollered into the microphone as he hoisted the title on his shoulder. You watched Juice laying on his back with his eyes closed.
Seriously? You thought, unlike Cody, who had just jumped into the bullet club bandwagon, Juice had actually strived to earn his place in New Japan. You switched off the tv and sat with your head in your hands because new japan was seriously pissing you off.
"Hey, how long have you been backstage?" you heard someone say. You lifted your head up to see Juice in his red white and blue gear.
You were his manager but that hadnt stopped you from falling head over heels for him. All of his quirks which first seemed like a nuisance, now had become adorable.
"Been a while" you said as he stepped closer to you.
"I told you to go home right?" He asked scornfully. "Or do you plan to spend the night with me"
You blushed bright red at that statement. He is just joking, you repeated to yourself as he stepped closer. You got up in a jiffy.
"What is it Y/N? You seem to be really eager to be with me." His hand was on your cheek, it slid down and caressed your chin. His breathing was hard. The other hand Slid at the narrow of your back as he pulled you closer. Your faces inches apart.
"Juice" you whispered.
"Shh" he hushed leaning in. Your lips pressed against each other. His tongue slid into your wet carvern exploring it.
He broke the kiss and moved onto your neck. Nibbling slowly ,sloppily making his way further down. His hands cupped your breasts and then slid up your shirt.
You were burning at his every touch.
"Aah, Juice" you moaned as he again connected his lips with yours.
"Can we continue this further at my place?" He asked as he gave you a kiss on the forehead

Ok. I’m in love with this. I’m fully invested now.
Make It Right
Chapter Two.
Chapter One here
Jay White x Fem Reader x Juice Robinson
Warnings: domestic abuse, cheating, slight smut (+18 minors dni)
Word count: 1476
After you explained to Jay what happened you could see the rage building up in his eyes. He knew Juice was a little aggressive to you lately but never did he think Juice would ever lay a hand on you. Jay quickly and aggressively began dressing himself.
“Where are you going?” You asked.
“I’m just gonna go have a talk with him.” He lied and you knew it by the tone in his voice.
“Jay please don’t!” At this point he was slipping on his shoes and was about to walk out the door. “Jamie White if you care about me at all you’ll leave this alone!” He stood extremely still as he debated walking out but soon enough settled on staying with you. “Thank you.” You whispered.
He sat beside you on the bed and tucked your hair behind your ear. Slowly he leaned in to kiss your cheek where Juice had hit you. “You’re staying with me tonight. I’ll make sure he doesn’t touch you.”
Refusing to argue with him, you nodded in agreement. You were tired. “Do you have any extra clothes I can wear? Just so I can get cleaned up before bed.”
He nodded and went to his duffel bag to give you one of his t-shirts and a pair of sweatpants.
You stepped into the shower and let the hot water hit your body as you stood there lost in thought. Where did it all go wrong? Why was Juice taking all of his frustrations out on you? He was never like this before. Sad and overwhelmed, you sat down in the tub hugging your knees to your chest and sobbed. You must’ve been a little louder than you thought to get Jay’s attention.
“Y/N? You okay in there?”
You wiped away your tears and nodded as if he had seen you. “Uh yeah I’ll be out in a minute.”
You didn’t take much longer to clean yourself up, but when you stepped out of the bathroom the only light that was on was coming from the television.
Jay was laying on the left side of the bed and scrolling through his phone, once again in only his basketball shorts. When he finally noticed you, he jumped out of the bed and grabbed the spare blanket. “You can have the bed tonight and I’ll sleep on the couch.”
It was very difficult to not look at his body. He was in fantastic shape and he clearly loved showing off his hard work. You couldn’t tell if you were blushing or if your face was still in pain, but either way you found yourself fantasizing about being in his arms once again.
“Is that okay?” He smirked as he attempted to make eye contact with you.
“Hmm?” You shook your head as you snapped back into reality. “Oh! Y-Yeah that’s um…that’s fine.” You bit your lip to hold back a smile as you snaked past him to lay down on the bed with your back facing the couch.
You tossed and turned all night thinking about Juice. Was it your fault? Did you do something that made him turn out this way? Nothing about him made sense anymore. At times you found yourself debating if you even truly loved him anymore. Then suddenly you remembered the night you came home early from visiting your family to surprise Juice, only to catch him in bed with Toni Storm. Apparently Toni had no idea you two were even together and you excused her for it but you couldn’t help from feeling like such an idiot for not only excusing her, but forgiving him.
You felt your chest tighten as you sobbed silently. You tried your best not to wake Jay up but the sound of a blanket shuffling on the couch as well as his footsteps coming closer to you filled the room. He made his way to the other side of the bed and slid under the blanket. “Come here sweetheart. Don’t cry.” He whispered. Jay opened his arms and you held him as tight as you could. His body heat as well as the sound of his beating heart calmed you down.
It had been a long time since Juice last cuddled in bed with you. You missed this feeling so much. While it wasn’t your boyfriend holding you, it didn’t matter now. Jay was proving he was above and beyond the next best thing. Everything felt so right with Jay. You didn’t feel like you were cheating. You felt like this is where you belonged. But was it really? Or were you just that desperate for some kind of affection?
Jay gently rubbed your back and kissed your forehead to comfort you and in that moment all of your thoughts had slipped away as you drifted to sleep.
——
The next morning you awoke in Jay’s arms. He looked so peaceful as he slept, slightly snoring and his hair hanging loose around his face. You smiled and gently caressed his face, tucking some of his hair behind his ear as he hummed and pulled you in closer. “Morning beautiful.” He whispered.
“Good morning.” You smiled.
“Did you sleep well?”
You nodded. “In your arms I did.”
He smiled. “So did I.”
Without saying another word he leaned in and kissed you passionately and this time you didn’t want to fight him off. You returned the kiss and pulled him closer until he was hovering over you. Your legs wrapped around his waist as your hands roamed his back. Heavy breathing filled the room as the kiss became more intense. Your tongues dancing together as his mouth engulfed your own.
You could feel him getting stiff as his hips ground deeper in between your thighs, causing you to let out a moan as your toes curled. One of his hands slowly slid underneath your shirt and groped your breast. You moaned louder into the kiss but Jay wanted to hear you. He trailed sloppy kisses down to your neck and you moaned in his ear. “Jay, please.”
“Please what baby?” He growled in between kisses.
Just as you were about to answer him, there was a sudden pounding at the door that made your heart stop.
“Who is it!?” Jay called out in frustration.
The voice responds “It’s me, Juice!”
You felt yourself panic as you and Jay jumped off the bed and you ran around to grab your clothes and into the bathroom to hide. Jay kept his composure and nonchalantly answered the door.
“Hey dude, sorry to bother you but have you seen Y/N?” Juice asked tiredly. Jay could tell he hasn’t slept all night. “She’s been out all night and I haven’t seen her. I tried calling but she won’t answer me.”
The fact that Jay knew Juice was lying made him want to laugh, but instead he just looked at Juice in confusion. “Well I haven’t seen her. Hopefully she’s not far.”
Jay noticed Juice’s eyes scanning inside Jay’s room. “Did you have company? Sounded like you had a girl in there with you.” Juice asked.
As you were listening to their conversation, you looked at your stuff and noticed that one of your shoes was missing. “Shit.” You mouthed.
“You probably heard the tv. Haven’t had a chance to turn it off yet.” Jay stated.
“Right. Well if you see her, just tell her I’m looking for her.” Juice said.
“Yeah. And Juice? Word to the wise, maybe if you’d treat your girlfriend a little better then you wouldn’t have this problem.”
Just then Juice froze in his steps. Anger building up as he turned to face Jay. “Oh yeah. Wise words from our fearless leader. Tell me something Jay, how does it feel to be you? Seriously, how does it feel to have everything you want at the snap of your fingers and not have any remorse for the person you’re taking it from? How does it feel?”
Jay and Juice were now toe to toe and Jay was not backing down. “Well, if said person feels so strongly about my success over his failures, then maybe he needs to take a long look in the mirror and realize I’m not the problem.”
They stood toe to toe and stared each other down for a little longer before Juice finally walked away.
You spent the next hour getting yourself together before finally convincing Jay to let you go back to your room by yourself. You decided you needed to leave for a while so Jay offered to pay for your flight back home.
You knew Juice would be in the room, but you weren’t going to give him the time of day. You walked in and gathered your luggage while Juice watched.
“So how long have you been fucking Jay White?”

for real though! like if someone were to see me at work staring off into space it’s most likely that i’m 100% mentally not there
(okay but the way that meet the robinsons’ is my favorite disney movie, especially the t-rex scene with the “big head and little arms and he’s not so sure how well this was all planned out” being one of the phrases i quote the most?)
duly noted about the comics! as for my patience, it’s hit and miss depending on the situation with the shows, but if i’m thoroughly involved in the character’s well being i usually binge watch that shit ((which i am very tempted to do with runaways but i also want to take my time and enjoy it as well)) i totally get what you were trying and yes i agree that trying to english is very hard
(((you are speaking so many truths right here lol like the parents can totally afford therapy for themselves, their kids, and anyone else they traumatize which also includes us)))
((((I AM SO GLAD YOU ENJOY MY INPUT AND IM VERY GRATEFUL FOR YOUR RESPONSES AND OWN INPUT TOO, IT SHOULD BE A CRIME TO HAVE TO ENJOY THINGS BY YOURSELF CAUSE IT’S NOT AS FUN! BUT I AM DOING ALRIGHT AND I HOPE THE SAME TOO YOU!!! <3))))
(((((okay but if i ever forget to sign off again, my default signature is automatically all of the parentheses)))))
((((((oh! and i hope that all of the motivation and creative juices are flowing for you as well!! i’m still over here like the owl in avatar the last airbender that gate keeps wan shi tong’s library in the desert, cause i have all these great ideas that i can’t put into words to share with others hahaha oop. honestly you [or fic writers in general] should write the next history books with a whole ass section on fanfiction maybe it would go into the psychology books though))))))
~ input runaway anon
((((((*wink* didn’t forget it this time))))))
You mentioned the last airbender and now I feel like I need to watch Korra and Asami again (maybe read the comics too???). ((and I feel the need to rewatch meet the Robinsons for the li cute dinosaur))
I get the hit and miss thing, the amount of show I got so into then just loose interest because the characters and storyline just wasn’t as solid and sending my apologies to all the watchlist shows that I am no longer loyal too
and do u ever watch something in 2x speed cause youre invested and wanna finish the show?? no?? yes?? okay same
PLEASE THROW YOUR IDEAS INTO UNTITLED DOCUMENTS LIKE WHATEVER IT IS! THROW THAT SHIT THERE AND LET IT MARINATE!!
Writing history would be too powerful of a task for me. Like do you wanna read about how my favourite girl group and dworded characters deserves better??? Cause they made history????
AND I HOPE YOU’RE TAKING CARE.
Thank you for sharing you words <33 I really read it like the morning paper giving me update of life.

In the aftermath of his fall from grace at NJPW, to his landing at AEW, Jay White wants to live differently. That covers a lot of ground.

This match had me stressed. 😂😂
I'm new to AEW(ish) and looking forward to learning about Juice.
Glad one of your faves is back. ❤️

I Tried it at Home
Chapter 2: What Goes Up...
Saturday, August 16th, 2036 - 4:37AM
The Father of the Future awoke to a scream.
Neither he nor his wife needed share a word between them as they sprang out of bed and rushed to the back door.
Gaston, Art, and Carl heard it too. The robot leapt from his charging bay and looked wide eyed at the Framaguccis, silently asking if they’d heard it too. The serious expressions the brothers shared confirmed that they had.
Billie had been the first to find him… Laszlo was sprawled out on his back and writhing helplessly in pain, his nails digging into the dirt as he gasped for air. Although Carl was happy to finally use the spotlight feature he had, he wishes it was for a happier occasion rather than to shine a light on his wounded cousin so that he could be tended to. Carl wasn’t cold steel like most robots- he hated seeing people get hurt. Especially family.
Cornelius wasted no time, practically sprinting over to help. “Hold the light steady Carl. I’ll get his gear.” He fumbled around his pockets for something- “Here,” Wilbur held out his father’s pocket knife. “I know, I’m not supposed to have it, I’m sorry,” Wilbur said apologetically. Cornelius did a double take, but didn’t have time to speculate. “We’ll have a talk about that later,” Franny gave Wilbur a sharp side eye. Wilbur knew better than to play with such things, but he had never been more glad to have it now.
Laszlo was taking in rough, ragged gasps. Franny had a gentle hand on his shoulder as Cornelius opened the pocket knife and got to work, cutting the strap on Laszlo’s helmet and pulling it off. It seemed to help a bit, if nothing else he sounded like he was getting a bit more air. Franny began to remove his goggles, but Laszlo reached up as if to stop her. “They’re cracked, hun. I don’t want you getting glass in your eyes.” He paused… but slowly let go of her sleeve.
From an outside perspective, the family looked like they had more or less a rescue operation with the way they were huddled over, using a spotlight and giving quick orders to one another. The Robinsons were a lighthearted bunch, very scarcely letting the world get them down and pushing their way through the hard times because no matter what happened, they had each other's backs. But when there was an emergency, you’d find not a better group in your corner in the whole world. The Robinsons would go to war for one another, and everyone knew that.
Franny was known for her motherly instincts. Everyone felt safe and loved so long as she was around. She had a history of adopting those who needed it, regardless of their history, or species, or size. How do you think the dog got here? Franny also had the extraordinary ability mothers seemed to have in which they could manage to be gentle as a flower and sharp as a blade in the same beat. This situation, for example. Laszlo moved to sit up. “Stay down, hun. Billie, I need you to call for help,” Franny’s tone sharpened with instruction. A quick and determined nod and the engineer was off.
“H-help-I-can’t-breathe-e,” Laszlo managed between jolting gasps.
“You got the wind knocked out of you, take a second.”
Gaston, who had been mostly quiet before, shook his head.
“No, it’s worse than that. He’s hurt bad.”
“Breathe,” Franny soothed again.
Gaston Framagucci was no stranger to injury. The hospital staff knew him by name. Every bump, bruise, and bandage was worn with great pride. And so, neither were injuries a stranger to Gaston.
His eyes drew to Laszlo’s chest and the way he struggled to take in air. The artist could feel something wasn’t right, weakly pawing at the lapels of his coat as if trying to get it off. Suddenly, Gaston connected the dots.
“Fran, he can’t.”
“What?”
“Something’s wrong with his lungs. Help me get his coat.”
“Laszlo?!” Fritz’s voice was normally so meek and quiet, but not this time. Not now.
“Dad-”
Fritz hurried over and took Laszlo’s hand, using the hand he’d normally carry Petunia with.
As gently as they could, Franny and Gaston got Laszlo’s coat off and began working on his shirt. Gaston was right. Franny’s eyes widened when she saw the damage. Laszlo’s torso was already turning purple on one side, and it was clear some of his ribs were broken. His ribs had been cracked and punctured one of his lungs.
Fritz cringed and looked away, swallowing down his nausea and squeezing his son’s hand tightly. Laszlo’s breathing picked up and he began to whimper with each breath. He was panicking.
“Hey, hey easy…” Franny began to calm and Fritz joined in.
“Son, I need you to breathe.”
Laszlo honestly thought he might vomit. From the pain or the panic, he has no clue.
“Laszlo!”
They had never seen Tallulah skate so fast. She stumbled the last few feet and dropped over next to her father and brother. She sucked in a sharp gasp and covered her mouth when she saw the injuries. Struggling gasps caught her attention and suddenly Tallulah was sharp as a razor. “Laszlo, Lasz look at me. Deep breaths, just like before okay?”
While both Laszlo and Tallulah had their mother’s quick wit and their father’s creativity, Tallulah inherited her mother’s short temper and Laszlo had his father’s anxiety.
Sure, it was different in Laszlo than it was in Fritz, coming in short episodes rather than a steady constant, but when those episodes hit, they hit hard.
Tallulah held her brother’s shoulders. He was starting to shake pretty bad. “Deep breaths, Lasz.”
Laszlo coughed and began to steady his breathing. It was starting to pass.
“There you go, kiddo.” Gaston gave him a gentle pat on the knee. “Gravity’s got nothing on you.” Despite everything, Laszlo managed a small chuckle (at least, as much as one could with broken ribs and a punctured lung), and bit back a wince at the pain. He was still shaking, but given the situation he was in, it was a bit understandable. He was afraid, but he wasn’t alone.
“Franny!”
Aunt Billie skidded to a stop, shielding her eyes when Carl’s spotlight turned to look at her.
“They’re here!”
_ _ _ _ _
Laszlo isn’t sure when he had passed out.
Someone picked him up, the pain got worse, and then nothing.
Where was he now? He could feel he was flying in a vehicle, that was for certain. There was an oxygen mask on his face. He’s… on a stretcher. Laszlo moved to sit up, but a sharp pain in his chest provided a quick reminder to what was happening in the first place. Where is everybody…? Dad? Aunt Franny? Lulu…? He couldn’t turn around and see who was driving. Laszlo groaned and laid back down when he felt another sharp pang in one of his lungs. He was going to die here. He was going to die here all alone. Nobody can hear him-
It was happening again. He could feel himself beginning to panic. Only this time, nobody was here to help. Something began beeping behind him. A horrible wheezing sound escaped Laszlo’s throat. He grasped at his chest again. “Help…” The engine made him difficult to hear. “Someone please…”
A paramedic pulled back the curtain behind him.
“Don’t worry, we’re almost there. Are you getting oxygen? How’s your pain?”
“W-where’s my family?”
“They’re following behind. They had to hold your sister back, she tried to jump in here after you.” The paramedic gave a smile. It strangely helped.
He climbed in and sat in the seat next to the stretcher.
“Yep, there they are,” he nodded towards the back window of the ambulance. Lasz couldn’t sit up to see, but knowing they were there helped him calm down.
“Your heart rate is spiking and we don’t want you injuring yourself further, so we’re going to go ahead and put you back to sleep until we get you to the hospital, okay?”
Honestly, Laszlo didn’t mind that. Sleep is painless. The faster he went to sleep, the sooner he’d feel better.
“Okay.” The paramedic worked on one of the machines he was hooked up to.
“Count backwards from ten. It’s going to be okay.”
“Ten.” It’s okay.
“Nine.”
Your family’s right there.
“Eight.” Just go to sleep.
Laszlo stopped counting and drifted into a painless sleep.

Juice tugs on my jeans. One of the bald security man waves me down, “Hey, uh, can you get down from there. This isn’t the ring.”

“This your dog?” Juice just grips my arm, making a small noise.
