Happy National Coffee Day! This is usually how I drink my coffee. Homeschool materials laid out everywhere, organized or organizing and amongst teaching. It helps me to feel at peace. I don’t know what it is about that first sip of coffee but if you love coffee, you know what I mean. We’ve been learning so much with our homeschool from @MemoriaPress but one of the most important things I’ve learned is, I still need to take some time for myself. If you’re home with children all day, helping with lessons, making meals, being a teacher, working from home (I don’t know how you do it!) make sure to take some time for yourself. I know it’s been a heck of a season for most but you can only be your best you, with some self care. Also lots of prayer and coffee. Second day of school

Cody came and we walked together to drop Autumn off. She went in no problem again!

I get home and I get a call from the school. The secretary saying Autumn fell and hit her head in gym class. They wanted to send her home because the size of the bump so I left right away! I got there and signed her out and then waited in the hall for her. As soon as she saw me she ran and started crying telling me about what happened. She is okay now but the bump is still there.

I just called the school to find out Autumns first day and she told me I could pick. So I picked a day and now Im like all excited but near tears. My baby is growing up!

Autumn is registered for Junior Kindergarten!
