~ One Year Prior ~
You were drunk out of your mind. So drunk you could hardly remember your own name. So why were you underneath your best friend, Josh Washington, moaning his name as his tongue licked long, tantalising stripes up your wet slit? The answer was beyond your comprehension to think right now, but you were enjoying it nonetheless. The two of you had been downstairs with Chris, drinking and partying, when eventually Chris had passed out on the table in the kitchen. A few flirty comments later and you were sneaking out of the room with Josh, hand-in-hand. He led you to his bedroom and that’s where you found yourself now. Sprawled out on his bed, completely naked as he lay underneath the covers giving you the best oral sex you had ever had. Your hands found their way into Josh’s hair, pushing his head further into your cunt since you were desperate for more. Josh happily obliged, shoving his tongue into your hole and lapping up like a dog starved. He grunted and groaned as he ate you out, strong hands holding your legs apart since you were guaranteed to close them if he didn’t. Josh pulled his tongue out of your hole and began kissing at your clit, nibbling ever so softly at the sensitive bundle of nerves between your legs. Within seconds you were cumming over his face, moaning quietly as you did. Your eyes rolled back as you threw your head back onto the pillow, biting your lip to stop the scream from escaping. You had no idea what your other friends were up to, but you didn’t want them to know that you were having sex with Josh. Not at this moment anyway. Josh grinned to himself, satisfied with the orgasm you had just had, but he was far from finished with you. His cock was so hard that he knew he had to be inside of you and so, he began to trail wet kisses up your navel, to your sternum and then to your neck. When he reached your neck, Josh began to nibble, hard enough to leave love bites that would form as a reminder of the passion-filled night in the morning.
“Oh Josh, please,” you whimpered, spreading your legs further apart.
“Someone’s eager,” he grinned back as he spat in his hand and gave his cock a few experimental pumps before lining himself up with your entrance. You didn’t say anything, just silently whined in response. It was then that Josh thought this was the perfect opportunity to slip inside of you. Soft moans fell from both of your lips as he immediately began to move inside of you at an agonisingly slow pace, allowing you time to adjust to his length. He was large in size and in girth, stretching you perfectly to the point you had never been stretched before.
“Please go faster,” you whined when you felt as if you were fully adjusted to his cock. Josh obliged, the pace of his hips speeding up upon the words leaving your lips. He couldn’t help but moan at the way you constricted around him, his cock felt like it was suffocating and he loved it. He loved you. As he continued his pace, Josh left wet kisses on your neck, biting occasionally at the skin to mark you later. It wasn’t the most romantic of times, being drunk and all, but it was passionate. Oh so passionate.
It didn’t take Josh long to cum. The way you were clenching around him filled him with all sorts of pleasure he never thought he’d experience. “Oh fuck Y/N,” Josh choked out, his hips stuttering indicating that he was close to climax. “I’m gonna cum. Gonna cum inside of you.” All you could do was nod in response as Josh shot white thick ropes of cum into your cunt, all while moaning a bit too loudly. And then, you both passed out in eachothers arms.
When you woke up in the morning, Josh was nowhere to be seen. You sat up and rubbed your eyes before collecting your scattered clothing off the floor and putting them on. You walked down the large staircase in the lodge and into the kitchen where Josh and your friends resided. Josh was sitting down, head in his hands, while shaking uncontrollably and repeating the words “no.”
You read the room quickly and realised something had happened, you were just unsure of what it was. You noticed Hannah and Beth weren’t here and your heart sunk. That’s when you spoke up. “What’s happened?” You asked, voice wavering slightly. Your body was still sore from last night, but you pushed it aside.
That’s when Chris looked at you and whispered, “Hannah and Beth have gone missing.”
~ One Year Later ~
You were travelling back up to the Washington Lodge for a reunion with your friends: Josh, Mike, Emily, Matt, Ashley, Sam and Chris. It had been a year since you had seen them all together in one room. A year since your best friends Hannah and Beth went missing. You pulled up to the lodge, it seems like you were the first one there. Snow was falling, making the incredible scenery feel more serene than usual. You sat down on the doorsteps to the lodge and flicked through your phone, looking at the recent message you had received from Sam telling you that her and Chris were almost there. You replied back with a simple ‘see you guys soon’ and put your phone back into your pocket. You were well wrapped up, but the cold continued to seep through your clothes and to your bones making you shiver.
“Hey there,” a voice came, snapping you out of your thoughts. You looked up to see Josh, staring at you with a glint of mischief in his eyes.
“Jesus, Josh! You scared me!” You shrieked, placing a hand over your heart which was now beating rapidly from his jump scare.
“Sorry,” he grinned.
Things had been awkward between the two of you since that night a year ago. So many words were left unsaid by both of you. There had been so many things you had both wanted to confess, but after Hannah and Beth’s disappearance it didn’t seem right. So neither of you talked about that night and instead, just pretended like it never happened. It hurt you, but what you didn’t know was that it hurt Josh more.
“How long have you been here?” He asked, sitting down on the step next to you. His hands remained in his pockets away from the chilly wind.
“About half an hour?” You said, scrunching your nose up. “I’m not getting any warmer you know.”
“Well, I would let you in but,” Josh started, pointing to the door. “It’s frozen shut. Need to find another way in, but I’m sure Chris can help with that when he gets here.”
“He shouldn’t be too long. Sam texted me, said that she’s with Chris and that they’re almost here.”
Josh nodded and scooted closer to you unconsciously. His heart was beating rapidly in his chest and memories of that night began to flood back to him. He wanted to hold you, to kiss you and keep you warm. Maybe now that it had been a year since Hannah and Beth disappeared, something between you could flourish. If only there was some form of traumatic event that would push you into his arms.
“How have you been holding up?” You asked after a few moments of awkward silence.
Josh looked at you and smiled sadly, nodding his head. “I’ve been good, I guess. Better now that everyone is finally getting together again.”
“Whatever you need Josh, we’re all here for you.”
Josh nodded, thankful for your words. He missed his sisters, he really did. There wasn’t a day that went by where he didn’t think about them. You were about to rest your head on his shoulder when you heard the sound of Sam laughing, probably from a stupid joke Chris had told. You sat up straight and positioned yourself away from Josh and looked in the direction that the laugh came from. Within seconds, Sam and Chris appeared from around the corner. When they saw you and Josh, they smiled and waved manically, walking slightly faster over to the both of you whilst being incredibly careful not to slip on the snow and ice surrounding the lodge.
“Hey lovers,” Chris smirked, earning an eye roll from Josh.
“Cut it out man,” Josh groaned, slapping Chris on his chest lightly.
Chris snorted a laugh and walked up to the door of the lodge before trying the handle. “Uhm, dude. The door won’t open,” Chris pointed out.
“Yeah, it’s frozen shut genius,” Josh said playfully. “Why do you think Y/N and I were sitting outside?”
Chris found himself shrugging before turning to Josh. “So what do we do?” He asked.
“Well, we need to find another way in.”
“Do you have any windows that would be open?” Chris asked.
“You’re talking about breaking and entering?” Josh asked, snickering.
“It’s not breaking and entering if it’s your own house,” Chris smirked back. Josh nodded and whispered a ‘touche’ before the two of them walked around the corner to the back of the lodge.
Meanwhile, you and Sam sat on the steps to the lodge. She wrapped her coat around her slender frame and smiled at you softly. “How are you holding up Y/N?” She asked.
You shrugged. “I don’t know Sam. I really don’t know,” you replied honestly. This past year had been such a whirlwind for you.
“Well, if you need anything you know I’m always here,” she smiled.
“Funny, I said the exact same thing to Josh just before you and Chris arrived.”
Sam let out a soft chuckle and nodded her head. “Well, it’s true. We’ve all been through a lot this past year.”
You nodded back in response. You were good friends with Sam and always welcomed her comforting presence. You sat in silence for a while until you were joined by Ashley, Emily and Matt.
“Where are Josh and Chris?” Ashley asked, looking around for them.
“Went to try and get the door open,” you replied, pointing towards the door.
“Frozen shut?” Matt asked, to which you and Sam just nodded.
“They shouldn’t be too long,” you said after a few seconds. “They’ve been gone for like, ten minutes now.”
The four of you sat on the steps now, freezing in the weather patiently waiting for Chris or Josh to open the door. After a few more minutes, you were joined by Mike and Jessica and had to explain the frozen door situation to them. As soon as you explained it to them, the front door swung open, revealing Chris. He had a lighter and a can of deodorant in his hand.
“That’s one way to unlock a door,” Mike remarked as all of you quickly piled into the lodge, desperate to get out of the cold.
“Welcome,” Josh’s voice came from behind you all. You turned around to see Josh stood in the entrance to the lodge with his arms spread wide. “It’s nice to have you all back.”
“It’s good to be back Josh,” you smiled at him softly.
Josh nodded at you and walked over to the table. “Drinks, anyone?”
Everyone cheered, including you, and you watched as Josh began to pour the alcohol into little plastic cups. Then, he handed them out to everybody one by one. When he reached you, Josh’s fingers brushed against yours as he passed you the cup. The electricity between the two of you caused the breath to hitch in your throat. You silently thanked him. Josh brought his own cup up to his lips, a slight smile formed on the corner of his mouth. He knew what you were feeling, because he was feeling it too.
Time seemed to pass quickly. Everyone was drinking and laughing, just generally having a good time. It was nice to have everyone together again. You finished your fourth drink and stumbled your way to the kitchen to grab another drink. As you were filling up your plastic cup, you heard a noise coming from the kitchen door forcing you to turn around, coming face-to-face with Josh. “You scared me again!” You slurred.
Josh laughed drunkenly and held his stomach as he laughed. “Sorry sorry! It was just too good to pass up.”
“I’m gonna kill you,” you groaned, rolling your eyes.
“Ha ha ha,” Josh grinned as he stepped further into the kitchen, stalking towards you.
You stayed silent for a moment as Josh continued to walk over to you before speaking, “are you okay? Have you had too much to drink?” You asked, placing a hand on his shoulder.
Josh shook his head and smiled politely. “I’m fine,” came his reply. Josh let a hand cup your face, his thumb tracing circles on your cheek. You sighed, content, and leaned into his touch. “I’ve missed you. So much,” Josh whispered as he leaned into you. His lips hovered over your own as he waited for you to make the next move, and you did. You pressed your lips to his softly and sighed into his mouth. Josh kissed back eagerly, letting both of his hands cup your face now and pull you closer to him. “Missed you,” he repeated.
“I missed you too,” you replied against his lips.
Josh seemed to relax at your words and allowed his lips to glide over yours with ease. His hand moved to the back of your head, tugging at your hair gently. A soft moan left your lips as Josh pushed you up against the kitchen counter. “I’m so glad you came tonight,” he whispered as he pulled away, breathing heavily. His eyes gazed into yours, searching for your response.
“I’m glad I came too,” you smiled softly at him. Josh’s hand stroked comforting circles on the back of your head causing you to hum in approval. He kissed you again, more hungrily this time, and allowed his free hand to caress your body. Soft sounds escaped your lips.
“Do you want to head upstairs?” Josh asked, his lips never leaving yours. You didn’t even need to think about that question before you were nodding eagerly. Josh smiled and grabbed your hand, leading you out of the kitchen and past your friends who were all smirking as the two of you walked up the large staircase to Josh’s bedroom. When you reached his door, Josh wasted no time in opening and pulling you inside, closing the door with his foot behind the two of you. “How do you want to do this?” Josh asked as you sat down clumsily on the bed.
“I don’t care, I just want to do it,” you replied, already taking off your clothes leaving Josh speechless. He quickly followed suit, removing his clothes until you were both completely naked. In any other situation you would have felt nervous about being naked in front of somebody, but not only had Josh seen you naked before, it just felt right.
“I like your style,” Josh smirked seductively at you.
Josh pushed you down flat onto the bed and climbed on top of you, lips attaching to your neck almost immediately. “Don’t tease me Josh,” you whispered quietly, your body rubbing against his in need.
“I won’t, precious girl,” Josh mumbled, sucking on the skin of your neck. He slicked his tip up your folds easily, gathering your wetness along the head of his cock. You were absolutely dripping with excitement. Without warning, Josh pushed the tip of his cock inside of you and a moan mixed gasp left your lips. He gave you a few moments to adjust, just laying on top of you and whispering words of encouragement in your ear.
“You can move,” you said breathlessly, arms wrapping around Josh’s neck to pull him closer to you. Josh nodded and began to snap his hips against yours, moving roughly. It was as if he was trying to tell you how much he had needed you this past year through sex. You could feel it. His movements were harsh and rough, yet soothing at the same time. You wrapped your legs around Josh’s waist, forcing his cock even deeper inside of you. A gasp of surprise left both of your lips as his cock reached new heights.
“Oh fuck,” Josh whimpered softly, nuzzling his head against your neck. “You feel so good. I can feel your pussy gripping me.”
“Don’t say such things,” you said, arching your back. Josh’s hips continued to slam against yours, cockhead kissing your cervix deliciously. Words and motions couldn’t describe how good this felt. “Josh if you keep going, I’m going to cum.”
“Cum for me sweet girl,” Josh whispered into your ear, licking and biting the lobe of your ear. You nodded and allowed yourself to reach your climax. Your entire body shook with pleasure as wave after wave washed over you, your eyes seeing stars. You closed your eyes as you let out a loud moan, your walls contracting around Josh’s cock pushing him over the edge as well. With a groan and a few stuttering thrusts, Josh came. His hands grasped your shoulders to try and balance himself as his own body shook, chanting your name like a prayer from God. When he had finally stopped cumming, Josh rolled off of you and lay on his back staring at the ceiling, a huge goofy grin on his face. “That was fucking incredible,” he groaned, head lolling to the side to look at you.
You smiled at him and nodded. “Yeah. Yeah it was,” you agreed. You were both out of breath, panting and sweating as if it wasn’t the dead of winter outside.
“You know, I’ve missed you Y/N,” Josh whispered, his voice sounding sincere.
“I’ve missed you too Josh. Really, I have.”
“I’m sorry I haven’t reached out,” he mumbled. “I’ve been trying to deal with my grief by pushing away those I care about, and that includes you.” You let out a shaky sigh and listened as Josh continued to talk. “That night, with you, was magical. The best night of my life in fact. But it quickly turned into the worst night of my life when my sisters went missing.”
“I understand,” you whispered soothingly.
“I’m sorry if I gave you the impression that you were just a one night stand to me,” Josh spoke after a few seconds of silence. “You were much more than that. You’re everything to me, Y/N.”
“I am?”
“Yes. Yes you are,” Josh chuckled. “I want to be more with you. I want to be with you.”
“I want to be with you too,” you said sincerely.
“Then be with me,” he said, eyes pleading as he looked into yours. You didn’t hesitate, instead, you just nodded. A huge smile graced Josh’s face at your silent confirmation. He pulled you into his arms and kissed your temple. “Thank you.”
“You don’t need to thank me.”
“I’m just glad we’re together again. Like this, I mean.”
“Me too.”
“I have a feeling that this trip is going to be very… adventurous,” Josh said, a mischievous smirk on his face. You had no idea what he meant by that, but what you did know is you didn’t matter as long as he was by your side. You remained in his arms for the rest of the night, hands linked with each other and just talking about everything you’d missed out on over the year. You knew in the morning that your friends would tease you for your night of passion with Josh yet again in the Washington Lodge, but you didn’t care. Now you were together, you felt like you could face anything. However, you were not prepared for the trip that was to come over the next day, and Until Dawn.

josh always had to be touching you. it was something you noticed early on in your friendship, but it had grown more noticeable over time. a casual brush of his fingers across your waist when he walked by, how his hand would find yours when no one was looking. at first, you didn’t think much of it, it was just josh, always needing someone close.
but now? now it felt like more.
tonight, the group had gathered in the theater room of the washington lodge for what was supposed to be a relaxing evening after a long day of hiking. the lights were dim and you were sprawled out on the large sectional with everyone, blankets thrown over legs, as a movie played on the tv. josh, predictably, had taken his usual place next to you, his thigh pressed against yours under the blanket, his hand resting on your knee like always.
it wasn’t like he was doing anything that anyone else would notice, it was subtle, almost innocent. but you felt it. the warmth of his hand on your leg sent tingles up your spine and it was almost impossible to ignore the way your heart beat just a little faster when he touched you.
"you two are practically glued together," emily teased from across the couch, smirking as she sipped her drink. "it’s cute. you can’t stand to be apart for five seconds?"
josh, unfazed as ever, grinned. “what can i say? i’m a hands-on kind of guy.”
you rolled your eyes, chuckling softly, but the way his fingers squeezed your knee for just a second sent a jolt through you. he wasn’t letting go, not even when everyone else joined in on the teasing.
ashley leaned over the back of the couch, an exaggerated look of pity on her face. "i mean, it’s cute and all, but how do you breathe? he’s always touching you.”
josh shrugged, still looking completely comfortable. “she doesn’t seem to mind.” his voice was playful, but there was an edge of seriousness beneath it.
you glanced over at him, your pulse quickening. no, you didn’t mind. in fact, you had grown to expect it, maybe even craved it. his presence, his touch. it had a calming effect on you, even if it was doing the opposite to your emotions now. your friends had been teasing about this for weeks and you weren’t sure how to explain the connection without sounding ridiculous.
"she knows that i'm just that good at making sure she’s comfortable," josh said with a quick grin. "it’s kinda my thing."
emily laughed. “at this point, i wouldn’t be surprised if you two woke up spooning!”
you felt the blush rising to your cheeks as you shoved josh lightly, but his hand slid down your leg, brushing the inside of your thigh, lingering just a second too long before pulling away. you froze, the sensation sending a wave of warmth through you. he shot you a quick look, eyes twinkling with amusement, but there was something else behind them.
before you could respond, chris called out from the other side of the couch. “what? it’s just a little friendly affection, right?” he winked, clearly teasing.
“yep,” you agreed quickly, your voice coming out more breathless than intended. “totally. just friends.”
josh gave a low hum, leaning back and stretching his arm out along the back of the couch, his fingertips brushing against your shoulder. “if you say so,” he murmured softly, only for you to hear. the weight of his touch felt heavier now, his fingers grazing your skin.
as the movie droned on, your focus drifted away from the screen. your mind was entirely on josh, the way his body was so close to yours, the way his touch lingered. you found yourself leaning into him more without realizing it, like you were drawn to him just as much as he was to you.
the others had mostly gone back to watching the movie, though there were still occasional glances your way, always with that teasing edge but josh didn’t seem to care. his thumb traced slow circles on your shoulder now, his hand occasionally slipping down to brush your arm.
you turned your head slightly, looking up at him. he wasn’t even looking at the movie anymore. his focus was entirely on you.
“josh?” you whispered, keeping your voice low enough that the others wouldn’t hear.
“hmm?” his eyes flicked down to meet yours, his expression soft but with that familiar mischievous glint.
you hesitated for a moment, unsure of how to say what was on your mind. “why do you always…?” you trailed off, not sure how to phrase it without sounding too obvious.
he smiled, a knowing look crossing his face. “always what?”
“always… touch me,” you finished quietly, your pulse quickening at the vulnerability in your own words.
josh’s smile didn’t fade, but his gaze grew a little more serious. he leaned in, his voice dropping to a whisper as his hand moved from your shoulder to your cheek, cupping it gently. “it’s… comforting. you’re comforting.”
you stared at him, heart racing as the weight of his words sank in. there was more to it, you could feel it, more than just the comfort of touch. there was something between you that had always been there, quietly lingering beneath the surface.
“you don’t mind, do you?” his thumb brushed against your cheek now, the gentle motion sending a warmth through you that had nothing to do with the blankets.
you swallowed hard, your breath catching in your throat. “no,” you whispered. “i don’t mind.”
josh’s gaze flickered down to your lips for a second before returning to your eyes. there was a moment of hesitation, but then he leaned in just a little closer. “good,” he murmured, his voice barely audible.
“because i don’t think i could stop even if i tried.”

trick or treat
pairing: josh washington x gn!reader w. 1,491 genre: suggestive horror, shameless smut summary: out exploring the mountain for halloween, you come across a lodge. thinking it's abandoned, you head inside not knowing what (or who) you'll find. warnings: very dubcon vibes, questionable morality, implied afab anatomy. no use of y/n. rough sex, choking, creampie. a/n: this is my first until dawn fic! i still plan on doing one for mike i just thought josh would be a perfect halloween fic
READ AT YOUR OWN DISCRETION. MINORS DNI.
There was a lot of intrigue surrounding Blackwood Mountain and the horror stories surrounding it. Deciding you wanted to go out and have fun on Halloween, you decided to get into some heavy clothing and make the trek up to explore the site of the rumors.
The trip up was agonizingly long, and the cold weather and snow didn't make it much better. Though, you still decided to continue exploring and came across a few fun spots.
There was a shed that looked awfully cozy, but unfortunately was locked. If it worked out, you might've spent the night if it meant not having to go back down the way you came in the freezing cold.
As you traveled up the trails, you noticed a large building in the distance. Already feeling like you could get hit with frostbite any minute, you decided to check it out.
It was a huge lodge, and you could see all the lights were off indoors. Getting to the windows, there wasn't any sight or sound of anybody inside.
When you tried the door, it surprisingly opened without a hitch. The inside of the house was eerily quiet. Abandoned, maybe?
Investigating further found that there were obviously people that had lived there, but weren't around. The rooms were empty and only a few stray pieces of clothing or a beer can was any sign of life. The heating was still on, luckily.
So, you decided to check out the fridge. If you were going to make the place your house for the night, you wanted food.
Just as you were opening the fridge, you heard a creak of the floor behind you. Before you could turn, you felt a hand over your mouth just as you attempted to yell.
"No, no, don't yell. You're not in any danger, yet," A man's smooth voice came from behind you, "I'm going to take my hand off of your mouth and you're going to tell me your name."
Just as he said he would, his hand traveled off of your mouth and lightly wrapped around your throat. Fumbling on your words, you sputtered out your name.
He repeated it into the air multiple times before chuckling softly. You could feel his breath against the back of your neck. "That's a pretty name. What are you doing out here all alone on the mountain?"
Your brain felt like it was going blank. "I just.. I wanted to see what all of the horror stories were about. If there really were monsters up here."
"Not the kind they talk about, no," His grip tightened slightly, "But there are monsters up here. Ones that are very territorial."
You felt your pulse rising in your throat and it only seemed to be getting faster. Your mouth felt dry and you weren't ignorant of what he meant. "Who- who are you?"
"Oh, honey," You felt him get right next to your ear, "I'm one of those monsters. You can call me Josh, though."
"Josh.." You had to think about it. You knew the history of the mountain from the google deep dive you did the night before. "You're Josh Washington, the son of the rich guys that bought this mountain."
"Ding ding ding, we have a winner!" He backed away, hand still on your neck as he raised his voice, "Well aren't you a smarty pants?"
You felt your cheeks flush and your mind raced with questions. "What are you going to do to me?"
That drew Josh back in, although this time he pressed his body firmly against the back of yours. A very obvious bulge pressed against your ass and you swallowed hard. "I'm going to show you what one of those monsters do when someone comes into their territory."
"Don't.. don't hurt me," You pleaded, although it sounded pathetic and weak.
"I won't hurt you, or I won't try to," Josh laughed softly into your ear, "You just have to cooperate."
You nodded slowly, feeling uncertainty all throughout your body. What he was going to do was uncertain, although the obvious bulge pressing into you gave you some idea.
"That's good," His voice lowered and his hands hooked onto the thick pants, "You're not going to forget me, sweetheart."
His movements were quick, pulling your pants and underwear down in a quick few tugs. You felt bare and open, sweat collecting on your brow. "Josh.." You murmured.
"Oh, I like it when you say my name," You could hear his grin from the way he spoke, "Keep saying it and maybe I'll be nice."
You felt his hand running over your ass, giving it a firm squeeze and letting out a low groan when his hips rolled forward. His free hand reached down and pulled down his sweatpants and boxers. His cock was painfully hard and you could already tell.
His hand also reached forward and pressed a finger against your hole, teasing it and chuckling. "Someone's desperate for me, aren't you? Pretty thing."
You couldn't suppress the whine that left you, subconsciously pushing back against it. He seemed to notice and gave in, his finger sinking inside slowly. It drew out a gasp, but you kept your composure as he worked it in and out.
"God, you're wet. I'd have half a mind thinking you walked in here wanting me to fuck you," He teased, pushing his finger in rough and adding a second to go along with it.
The stretch burned, but you were still breathy and overwhelmed by the feeling. "Josh," You could hardly get the word out.
You heard him laugh behind you. "If you say my name like that, I can't promise I'll be able to control myself," He withdrew his fingers and you felt his cock press against your hole, "Say it again."
You felt his hand close around your neck tighter, but you still got it out. "Josh." You repeated firmly.
"That's right," He sounded satisfied with himself before pushing his hips forward.
His cock was thicker than you anticipated and you fell against the refrigerator door, trying to catch your breath. His hand slipped off of your throat and both of them grab onto your hips.
His pace started out steady, even though you hadn't had nearly enough time to adjust to his size. Either way, he was going full steam ahead. Your hands closed around the fridge's handle, holding on for dear life.
"Fuck, you're so tight, did you know that?" Josh's voice sounded rough and airy, "So tight I never want to stop fucking you. Never gonna stop, you hear me?"
All you could let out was a broken moan, his steady pace felt unrelenting and hard to process anything around you. "Fuck, Josh.."
"God, baby, keep saying that," He wrapped his arms around your waist and began pounding into you. His thrusts felt desperate and unhinged.
"J-" You were cut off by his incessant pace, being completely overwhelmed by the pleasure of his cock hitting deep inside you.
He seemed to slow down, back to his pace from before, although he was letting out small whiny sounds. "You feel so good, can't help myself, no... gotta have you.."
His ramblings began to drone on, his voice quiet and largely overshadowed by the sound of his hips connecting with yours. Before you could say anything else, he randomly began to speed up again.
Just like before, he was fucking into you ravenously. He sounded like a mess, much like yourself. The feeling of his cock pushing into you over and over had you without any warning had your brain turning into mush.
It wasn't long before you felt a surge of pleasure, letting out a choked moan as you came around his cock. It was sudden and fast, but prolonged by his relentless pace.
You heard him whine behind you, his fingers digging into your hips. "Fuck, you can't just.. that felt so fucking good, I can't stop.." His voice sounded completely foreign to the confident, intimidating presence you heard before. He was gone.
It was even more sudden that he slammed into you, his hips staying firmly pressed against you as he moaned out. You felt a warm sensation and the pieces clicked together just as he started to speak. "Fuck, that's it.. you're all mine."
His hips slowly rocked before pulling back, feeling his cock slip out of you. Your knees buckled and you collapsed onto the kitchen tile, feeling his load begin to seep out of you. "What did you.."
"Monsters like to claim their prey," Josh said, his voice back to his intimidating persona. "Now they'll know you're mine."
"Yours?" You said as you looked up, seeing his face for the first time that entire evening. He was far too attractive for his own good. "I'm nobody's, Josh."
"Oh, is that so? Maybe I didn't make it clear enough. Let's do it again and learn, shall we?"

tuesday, 7:56 pm.
both you and josh had been planning this night for what felt like weeks—a movie night. to be frank, neither of you are very coordinated when planning hangouts, but when you stepped inside and saw nothing laid out—blankets, snacks, drinks—or even a recorded movie ready—you knew this was going to be a mess, a small frown tugging at the corners of your lips.
sometimes things are better done spur of the moment! josh sheepishly let you in, insisting he forgot, but you knew he didn't—he couldn't have. texts back and forth every day talking about how excited you were proved that—not to mention hannah and beth were trying to tidy things up in the living room, waving at you with smiles on their faces. "i'm sorry—really—i'll get popcorn going," he rushed out, shaking his head softly as he made his way into the kitchen. you could've sworn he was blushing. from embarrassment. obviously. you didn't mind in the long run. you were here, and now the party was really going to get started. "it's alright, josh."
-
you sat criss-cross on the washington’s couch, remote in hand as you scrolled absentmindedly through the channels. josh, on the other hand, was in the kitchen whipping up popcorn. you were supposed to be looking for movies… but nothing seemed to be on tonight. nothing interesting, at least. it bored you to the point you were lost in thought while clicking the down button. their house was one you'd been in many times, and honestly you treated it like your own—albeit a bit better since you wanted to make a good impression. every time you arrived you just felt an immense sense of comfort, like you were wrapped in a warm blanket the second your foot hit the hardwood floor. but i guess that's just the effect the washington's have. on everything, really. whenever you get texts from them you're unable to hide the smile from your face.
the subtle pops and snaps of the kernels filled your ears, as well as the overwhelming smell of butter. it was a nice contrast to the frustration you were feeling... just seeing the same shit as you switched channels—almost to the point where you just wanted to take that dumb, plastic remote and throw it at the screen. deep breaths, you said. just take a deep breath.
click after click, channel after channel, nothing. the only things coming up were reality tv, animal planet—hell, judge judy. honestly, you could've settled for something dumb like 'ridiculousness' or 'the impractical jokers', but you desperately wanted to find a horror movie. you know. that cliché movie scene where the girl clings to the guys arm helplessly as she pretends to be scared—nuzzling her face into his shoulder to 'hide' from the absolute terror on screen. and then the boy consoles her, telling her that there's nothing to be afraid of, but deep down the girl just wanted an excuse to be by him. -
“aye, ya find anything?” he walked up behind you, a dopey grin on his face. his hands rested just behind your head, leaning on the couch. his voice broke you out of your small fantasy... unfortunately. you glanced behind yourself, thumb still auto-pressing like a zombie. “nope. no luck,” you sigh, scrolling so far you reached static.
“mm, well, i'm pretty sure i have dvds lying around somewhere,” he shrugged, patting your shoulder gently as he stepped back.
“now that's more like it.” you smiled with relief, setting the remote down by your side as your hands came to rub your face. "any idea where they are?"
you stood up from the couch, circling it as you followed him back into the kitchen. josh hummed softly, trying to think whilst pouring the popcorn into a medium sized tin bowl.
“they’re either in my room or my sisters, i’d assume,” he concluded, shooting you a knowing look. “we’re all movie people.”
you nodded, walking over to the fridge as you grabbed two bottles of water. “i can go check with hannah and beth,” you smiled.
hannah and beth. they had left the living room in silence the second they were done organizing—no hello or hug like usual. it was a bit strange, but you chose not to question it. i mean, they were only helping him, you know.
your hand lingered on the fridge handle for a moment, closing it quietly as you walked back to the couch. the cold of the water bottles were beginning to burn your hand—a sensation you never enjoyed. quickly, you set them down on coasters on the coffee table, wiping the condensation on your pants.
“so you don’t want to come to my room with me?” he teased, following after you as he brought the popcorn out.
“ew, josh,” a slight scoff escaped your lips, faint blush dusting your cheeks. “i’d much rather talk to your sisters.”
you feigned annoyance, but the smile creeping up on your face clearly said otherwise. it was incredibly hard to hide the fact his little comment made your heart race and all of your blood rush to your face.
silence fell between the two of you—a tension filled silence. your heartbeat echoed in your ears, trying to steady your breathing. his eyes scanned over your face, and suddenly the world seemed to stop. the glow of the tv seemed to illuminate his face perfectly—accentuating all his features. it was like he was luring you in. a sort of magnetic pull that just had you absolutely captivated.
conflicting feelings arose in your mind. it was a known fact that you liked josh—but should you act on them? your heart wanted you to walk forward and close the distance, but your mind was unsure. you were good friends, sure, but it was far-fetched to say he felt the same. he was unobtainable in your book.
“suit yourself,” he grinned, shrugging nonchalantly.
the second time you were broken out of your thoughts.
his voice was smooth—the way he replied igniting a spark within yourself. he turned around almost as soon as he spoke, disappearing into the hallway that led to his room. as his footsteps slowly dissipated, you finally exhaled. honestly, you didn’t even know you were holding your breath.
but, did he always look at you like that?
- the walls of their home were decorated in a plethora of family photos, some of just them individually. there weren't many of josh, but the ones they did have up were cute, mostly him as a little boy with a goofy grin on his face. excited about his first day of kindergarten—catching his first fish—all his milestones. you couldn't help but look at all of them as you wandered around in attempt to find hannah or beth. you envied the washington's a bit—a well off family with a big house that just so happened to own an entire fucking mountain, not to mention the lodge and other buildings on that property. (dare i say nepo-children?). no matter how many times you were in that house, you only seemed to remember where hannah's room was, aside from the living room. your footsteps were quiet as you navigated, walking up the staircase with your left hand on the railing. as you reached the top of the steps, you b-lined it to hannah's room, knocking on her door gently. you could the muffled sounds of laughter, followed by soft steps as the door swung open—beth greeted you with a tight hug. hannah was sitting on the floor in front of a line-up of nail polishes. fun! "hey," she grinned as your name fell from her lips, "long time no see! i thought you and josh were supposed to be watching a movie?" she let her hands fall to your sides, holding your arms as she gently shook your body back and forth. "yeah, we were going to—" you smiled, laughing a bit as she took your hand and brought you into the room, "i came to ask if you guys had any dvds. he said they might be in here." the twins shared knowing glances, and they both nodded as they looked back at you—almost in sync. it was scary. were you first hand experiencing twin telepathy? they had a full-on conversation with their eyes alone. "they're in my room, i'll take you." beth took your hand in hers again, leading you out of hannah's room almost as soon as you arrived. you quickly waved to hannah, mouthing 'bye' as you were practically dragged through the endless hallway. a couple turns away and you were in front of her door. a small, mischievous smile tugged at the corner of her lips, glancing between you and the door as she opened it. "can i tell you something?" it came off as a question, but you knew she was going to say it anyway. beth walked straight to her bedside, picking up a stack of movie cases. you stood in the doorway, leaning on the doorframe with you arms crossed. a bit skeptical, you nodded, "of course." she almost seemed giddy at your reply, walking calmly over to you to hand you the tapes. there was an expression you couldn't quite read on her face. it was like she was excited—but also like she wanted to hide it at the same time. your arms opened to take the dvds, holding them to your chest as you read the titles from the top down, slipping the case to the bottom of the stack once you were done. "i'm pretty sure josh has a thing for you," beth started, tucking her bottom lip in between her teeth. she was trying to shut herself up, but honestly she couldn't keep it in any longer. your eyes flicked between the names of the movies and her face, your brows furrowing. she knew something you didn't. "what do you mean?" curiosity laced your voice but your eyes never met. you avoided her gaze. she leaned on the wall beside you, watching as you were suddenly so focused on reading all of the movie titles. "well, for starters, you are the only girl he's ever invited over to the house," beth nodded, sticking out a hand to count how many things she was listing off. she stuck her thumb out. "the only time he ever sees sam and the others are when we go to the lodge or hang out as a group." you hummed a small 'mhm', wanting her to continue. to say you were intrigued would be an understatement—you wanted to hear more, needed to hear more. just a half hour ago you were trying to convince yourself it was too good to be true, and now you weren't so sure. "and, he keeps asking han and i what kind of things you're into." she stuck out her pointer finger.
resting her head on the wall behind her as she looked up at the ceiling, she continued: "he's been listening to a lot of fleetwood mac ever since we mentioned it to him."
a small laugh managed to escape you as you listened to her, followed by a gentle nudge on her part. "i'm serious, i've never heard someone listen to gold dust woman so much!"
“maybe he’s just being a good friend—y’know, i always try to get into—“ beth placed her pointer finger to your lips, a quick and silly way to silence you.
“can you just trust me on this one?” her voice was desperate but playfull, her hand dropping to her hip.
a beat of silence fell between you two. it wasn’t awkward, just giving you time to think about it all. and then it dawned on you.
he’d been flirting with you the entire time.
stolen glances, the way his hand brushed against your own, little presents here and there—everything began to make sense. and you looked like a fool. blush instantly rushed to your cheeks, shaking your head as your eyes met beth’s.
“and you’ve known this for how long?”
“about 4 months. he begged us to not say anything—i swore on my life.”
another beat of silence.
“does josh know that i—“ you began, cut off by beth once more, this time by her words.
“nope, not to my knowledge. unless han said something, he is also oblivious.” she reassured, placing a hand on your shoulder.
“is it as painful as watching chris and ashley dance around the topic?” you questioned, tilting your head slightly with a bashful smile on your face.
“worse, actually, way worse. you guys are always so close to making a move, and then you chicken out.”
you shook your head once more, then glanced back down at the movies. they were all comedy except for one—‘the shining’. you’ve already seen it, quite a few times actually, but it wouldn’t hurt to play it. you politely handed the other movies back to beth, tucking the horror case underneath your arm.
her palm fell from your shoulder, taking the movies into her hands as she returned them to her bedside, then right back to the spot she was standing at.
“okay, but, that still doesn’t explain why he ‘forgot’,” you put air quotes up, “about our hangout today. is something up?”
“well,” she sighed, glancing to the floor before she met your eyes again. “i honestly don’t know. i think you just make him nervous, he was kind of just sitting around fidgeting all day.”
you nodded, butterflies swirling in your stomach. you made josh nervous? hell, he made you nervous. palms all sweaty any time you got too close—your body naturally heating up—not to mention how you always get red in the face when he stares at you for too long.
“promise you won’t say anything.”
“i won’t.”
-
eventually, you had made your way back to the living room, this time ignoring the family photos and instead trying to figure out if you were going to say something to josh. each step you took matched your heart beat, nice and steady. that was until you spotted josh on the couch, eyes closed.
your heart fluttered a bit just seeing him. despite only being apart for a couple minutes, you couldn’t help but miss him. it was a familiar feeling, unfortunately, it came with the burden of having a crush on him.
as if he felt your presence (undoubtedly heard your steps), his eyes opened as he turned his head to look in your direction—immediately sitting up straight with a small smile.
“there she is,” he stood up, walking over to meet you in the middle, “i’m guessing they had the movies?”
“mhm,” you nod, handing him the case. “you’ve seen ‘the shining’ before, right?”
he shook his head, taking the dvd into his hand, examining it. his eyes glanced between you and the writing on the case. "horror?" he questioned, sauntering over to the tv—you followed after. "would you rather watch 'pretty woman' or 'ferris bueller's day off' again?" you teased, leaving him to put the movie in while you sat on the couch, sneaking a few pieces of popcorn. josh chuckled gingerly, popping the disc from the holder straight into the dvd player. you changed the hdmi until it displayed the previews for other movies, signifying that you were on the right one. he strolled back over to you, sitting on the other side of the couch. comfortable silence fell between you two as he skipped the previews, immediately turning the movie on. he seemed invested—which was good—but you were starting to get bored. it was a great movie, don't get me wrong, but having seen it a few times... it just wasn't something that sparked your interest. compared to the other movies, this was the best bet. "scared?" you turned your head to look at him, a small smirk on your face. "need someone to hold onto?" "yes, definitely," he retorted, a dramatic flare grazing his voice. josh almost immediately moved closer to you, your knees touching as his arm hung on the spine of the couch—behind your body, of course. "what would i do without you?" you rolled your eyes, graciously accepting the newfound warmth that spread through your body. yes, from the proximity, but also because your heart was racing once more. he seemed so eager to be beside you. which is a good thing. - minutes passed and you found yourself watching josh's face more than the movie. he was completely entranced—hyper-focused on the screen in front of him, oblivious to your fond eyes examining his every expression. and over that time, your positions had changed. his arm was now resting around your shoulders, pulling you (basically) as close as possible, with your legs touching, both of you glued to each other. you could feel each time he was startled—his body tensing—then relaxing. eventually you decided to watch the movie, your eyes returning to the bloody horror that was being displayed. your head rested on his chest, and you wrapped your arms around his abdomen—a lazy hug, but also because it was more comfortable this way. you swore you could feel his heart rate pick up. "scared?" he mocked, glancing down at you. you scoffed, shaking your head gently against his body. “if anyone’s scared it’s you,” you retorted, looking up at him through your eyelashes.
josh looked back down at you, this time holding the eye contact. both of your eyes simultaneously flicked between the others eyes and lips—the two of you thinking the same thing.
your lips parted almost instinctively, both of you leaning in—
“am i interrupting something?”
hannah’s voice cut through the tension like a knife—neither of you even heard her coming. you sat up quickly, blush evident on your cheeks.
“not at all,” josh replied, his arm still around hour shoulders—he seemed rather calm—but his body was tense against yours.
you didn’t want to admit it, but it was so excruciatingly obvious she interrupted something. with the way she was grinning, she had to have known it too.
a small smile fell on your lips, looking at her, that same mischievous smile that her sister wore was now on her face.
beth was right. you and josh dance around the topic too much—at this point, you need to come up with your own choreography for it. the fact you two almost kissed—faces so close—yet so far.
how long were you going to have to wait for it to happen again?

Zero Suit | Fem! Y/N x Josh Washington *Smut*
Masterlist When Y/N attends her long time crush Josh's party, she makes a plan to dress up especially from him. When she meets him at the party, tension quickly rise and she finds herself getting everything she ever hoped for. (WC: 3404 ) Song used: Into you - Ariana Grande
Warnings: Smut, AFAB! Reader, Alcohol, Drunk Sex
AN: This the first Smut I've ever written so please don't mind if it's a bit lackluster. Set in an AU where Beth and Hannah lived
------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Y/N adjusted the arms of her body suit as she walked up to the Washington’s house. She walked next to her best friend Sam as they approached the door. Colour lights were flashing, and a sea of bodies could be seen from the windows outside.
“Do we even bother knocking?” Sam asked while smirking, her hands on her hips.
Y/N shrugged before reaching forward to grab the handle, twisting and watching the door open with ease, “Guess not.”
The two held hands and stepped inside, closing the door behind them. Sam took the lead and guided Y/N through the crowds and into the kitchen, where The Washingtons usually kept the drinks. As they entered, the distinctly slurred voice of an already drunk Chris greeted them.
"Hey, you guys finally made it!” He approached them and pulled them into a little group hug. “I thought I’d have to survive here all by my lonesome.”
The two girls laughed at their friend, even more so at his peculiar costume. “Are you wearing an ascot, Chris?” Y/N asked playfully, flicking at the orange piece of fabric wrapped around his neck.
“Ah well… it was Ashley’s idea,” he explained, pointing to the outfit Ashley was dancing in the crowd; the purple outfit alongside the green headband made it clear who she was dressed as.
"Wow, couples outfits already,” Y/N continued to tease, “I’m impressed, Chris.”
“Oh yeah, well, what exactly made you pick your costume then, huh?” He teased back in return, a blush forming on her face as a result.
The truth is she’d pick her outfit based on one night a few weeks ago when they were all comparing different childhood crushes. The group had all been sitting in the basement when Mike had brought it up. The conversation had quickly devolved into the boys comparing all the women they found hot, specifically video game characters.
“I’m a fine of the classics,” Josh had proudly exclaimed. “I’m kind of ashamed none of you have mentioned Samus. I mean, have you seen her in that blue suit she wears?”
At the time, Y/N had rolled her eyes while the other girls complained to the boys and forced them to change the topic. Yet, when the time came to plan her Halloween costume, her mind instantly went back to that one thing Josh had said. It wasn’t as hard to find the costume as she thought it would be, and so here she stood, leaving nothing to the imagination as the blue bodysuit clung to her body.
“Shut up, Chris,” she chastised him before turning to the kitchen counter and began fixing herself a drink. Her and Sam had drank together as they were getting ready, so she was already slightly tipsy.
“I still can’t believe me and Ash got together before you even confessed to Josh,” he shook his head in mock disappointment.
“Chris I swear to God I will throw you in the pool!” She threatened, Chris placing his hands up in mock surrender.
"Chris, come on, lay off; you know what it's like to have a crush on one of our friends.” Sam spoke up in your defence. Chris looked shameful for a moment and offered you a genuine apology.
“It’s okay,” Y/N hugged him again before noticing Ashley's wandering eyes on the dance floor. “Now go dance with your girlfriend.” She pushed him away in the direction of Ash, smiling as she watched the two hug when they reached each other.
She turned back to the corner and poured her and Sam some drinks while the blonde texted on her phone. Sam thanked her when Y/N passed her the drink before speaking, "Hey, listen, I’m going to go find Hannah; you wanna come?”
“I think just gonna chill here for a bit, you go.” She replied, and after a second reassurance to Sam that 'yes, it was definitely okay.', the blonde left the kitchen in search of her best friend.
Now by herself, Y/N leaned against the kitchen counter and glanced around the party for people she recognised. Chris and Ashley were still on the dance floor holding each other close, and next to them dancing a little more erotically were Jess and Mike. She hadn’t seen Emily and Matt yet, but knowing Emily, she had probably dragged him to the hot tub.
With her eyes focused on the crowd around her, Y/N didn’t see the person slowly creeping next to her. Sliding close, they leaned down and whispered in her ear. “Boo!”
She jumped with a small scream and whipped her head around, coming face to face with the new person. “Josh!” She yelled at him as he laughed, “Don’t do that!”
“Sorry, sorry, I just couldn’t help myself,” he apologised but was still laughing, leaning on the kitchen counter. Josh looked good; he was in a surprisingly simple jean and white t-shirt combo but had topped it off by covering himself in fake blood.
“So who are you supposed to be?” Y/N asked, moving past his little scare.
Instead of answering, he pulled a small white device from his pocket and lifted it to his mouth before speaking, “You look like you’ve seen a ghost.” It seems the device he was using was a voice modulator that deepened Josh’s voice.
"Oh, Billy Loomis!” She pointed at him as she realised, “You look so cool.”
“Thanks,” He replied before looking at her in a way Y/N couldn’t figure out, “You look... well, you lot hot, Y/N.”
She blushed and smiled shyly, "Thanks.”
There was an almost uncomfortably long moment of silence between the two; they both looked away awkwardly, each drawing a long sip from their drinks, “Are you... do you like the party?” Josh broke the party while looking at her expectedly.
“Um yeah!” She replied, and she turned to look at him, “You always know how to plan them.”
“Do you wanna go join Chris and Ash?” He offered gesturing to the dance floor with his thumb.
“Sure.” Y/N allowed Josh to take her hand and lead her onto the dance floor; although they didn’t find Chris and Ashely, they still stayed in the centre of the dance floor.
The crowd cheered as the next song played, and couples quickly gravitated to each other, Y/N blushing as she realised what the song was. However, the drinks were catching up, and her body relaxed as she kept dancing unashamedly.
I'm so into you
I can barely breathe
As she turned slightly as she danced, Y/N felt some hands tentatively reach out and hover by her hips.
And all I wanna do
Is to fall in deep
Turning around, she came face-to-face with Josh. He was looking intently at her eyes, hooded with an unreasonable expression on his face.
But close ain't close enough.
'Til we cross the line,
Before she could lose her nerves, she placed her hands on his and guided them so he was touching her hips.
So name a game to play.
And I'll roll the dice.
She began to gently sway, allowing the gentle rhythm to control her movements. Josh kept a hold on her hips, slowly stroking her side in circular motions as he continued to watch her.
Oh, baby, look what you started.
The temperature's rising in here.
Y/N looked up at Josh, her stomach twisted as she made eye contact with his intense stare. She started to gently sing along to the words as she maintained eye contact, almost gasping as Josh pulled her closer.
Is this gonna happen?
Lifting her arms, she placed them around his shoulders, linking her hands at the back of his neck before pulling him even closer. Y/N continued to sing along, allowing Josh to feel her breath on his skin.
Been waiting and waiting for you to make a move.
Before I make a move
He paused as he listened to the lyrics she was singing, a spark of hope passing through him as he looked at her carefully. “Are you sure?”
“Uh huh” is the only sound she can make out of before pulling him forward and slamming her lips to his. The moment her lips touch Josh’s, her whole mind goes blank. His lips are slightly chapped, and he tastes like beer, but all Y/N wants is more.
She feels his hand squeeze her hips as he pulls her even closer; at this point he’s practically leaning over her. When she gasps into the kiss, Josh takes the opportunity to slide his tongue past her parted lips.
A hand slowly slides from her hips to cup her ass gently. Josh smirked into the kiss as he slowly felt through the thin fabric. “Y/N…” He teases, “Are you not wearing underwear?”
Her face grew hot in embarrassment. "I... the bodysuit was too thin, and I didn’t want them showing.”
"Well, I’m certainly not complaining." Josh replied, giving her ass a rough squeeze, “If anything, it just makes you hotter.”
All Y/N can do in reply is pull him back down into another heated kiss. She whined into the kiss and subconsciously ground herself forward into him. Letting out a strangled moan that was drowned out from the music, Josh pulled back from the kiss so he could whisper in her ears.
“Do you wanna take this somewhere private?” His breath was warm against her ears.
“Yeah.” She lets Josh grab her hand and lead her through the crowd. They left the dance floor and made their way upstairs and walked down a long corridor full of couples just making out. Eventually the pair stopped in front of what she recognised as Josh’s room.
“Gimme me a second,” Josh said before pulling out a key. “Didn’t want any strangers doing it on my bed, so I locked it.”
Y/N leant against the wall, giggling as she watched him struggle with the lock for a moment before he was able to swing the door open. He pushed the door open, flicking the light switch on so the room was filled with a dim light. He grabbed Y/N’s hand again, leading her inside and quickly closing the door behind her.
As soon as the door was shut, he pushed her against it, pinning her there with his body as his lips found her neck. He started kissing and gently biting at her skin, smirking into her skin at the little whines she made.
“You have no idea... how much I’ve thought about doing this.” He whispered into her skin, causing shivers to spread through her body.
She pushed him backwards towards the bed and shoved him so he was sitting on the edge of it. “I think I might be able to guess,” she spoke seductively, and she carefully kneeled in front of him.
He leaned back against his elbows as he watched her, his eyes trailing down her body slowly. She leant forward and slowly moved her hands from his thighs up to his crotch, smirking at him as she felt his arousal through his jeans.
“I turn you on that much?” Y/N asked him as her hands absentmindedly stroked him through his clothes.
"Mhm," he hummed out, biting his lower lip slightly. Josh's hands gripped at the sheets, his hips slowly rocking against her hands as a quiet moan left his lips.
She giggled in pleasure at his reaction to her touch, moving her hands to his belt as she fiddled with the buckle. Once the belt was undone, Y/N quickly undid his jeans so she could pull them down, struggling slightly from her position.
Josh lifted his hips as much as he could to make it easier for her; once they were at his ankles, she lifted his feet to pull them off completely. Now only in his boxers, she went back to palming his arousal.
“Fuck Y/N!” He moaned, the feeling of her hands more noticeable through the thin fabric. “You gotta stop, or this is gonna be very disappointing for the both of us.”
When she didn’t stop, he reached down to grab her wrists to pull her hand away. His eyes were closed as he tried to catch his breath, still holding on to her wrist. “Shit… just gimme a minute.” Josh said between breaths.
Y/N pulled her wrist away from his grasp and stood up, moving close to him. She lifted his chin so he was looking at her. Without looking away, she moved even closer to straddle his legs. His hands moved to rest on the upper part of her thighs.
Josh leant forward so their lips touch, pulling back away she followed, lips still connected in a heated kiss. Y/N placed her hand behind his neck before dragging them up and into his hair, causing him to groan against her mouth. She rocked herself against him, gasping as she was able to feel his cock against her pussy between the two thin layers between them.
He hissed from the contact, wrapping one arm tightly around her hip so he could push her closer. His free hand moved from her thigh, gripping the back of your head and tangling itself into her hair.
“Fuck… I need you.” She said between kisses and small moans before pulling away to yank his jumper above his head, which he gladly raised his arms to help with.
In a quick motion, Josh picked Y/N up and turned to put her on the bed. He crawled on top of her so his body rested over hers, one hand gripping her hip, as the other rested above her head as he propped himself up.
“Wait!” She said as Josh started kissing the shell of her ear. “I need to take off the bodysuit.”
He laughed in her ear before responding, “You said you weren’t wearing any underwear right?”
“Yeah… why?”
Josh slowly pushed away from her ear and moved back to look Y/N in the eyes, an evil smirk slowly forming on his face.
"Well, in that case..." He leaned back further, slowly sliding down her body and kneeling on the bed, “Spread your legs.”
She looked at him suspiciously but still slowly spread her legs for him. He moved further down on the bed, sitting back on his heels so he was level with her hips. He let his fingers slide along her thighs slowly, but then suddenly gripped the thin fabric of her bodysuit and pulled. Y/N's eyes grew wide as she heard a loud rip and felt the cold air on her now bare skin.
“Josh!” She yelled at him, earning a simple smirk in reply. Y/N was about to chastise him but was cut off by her own moan, caused by Josh’s tongue now massaging her folds.
He smiled and hummed into your folds at the sounds you made, causing you to moan louder from the vibration and reach down to pull his face closer. “Josh… please… oh fuck.”
Josh was relentless; as he continued to lap up her juices, he used his fingers to gently rub circles into her clit. His other hand then moved in to her entrance as he slowly inserted a single finger and slowly began to thrust into her.
“I-I’m gonna…” Y/N could barely speak as she was hitting her peak.
“Do it, lemme taste you.” He pulled back to speak before moving back, this time inserting a second finger as he licked. It was too much for Y/N, as she orgasmed not long after. She was thankful the music was so loud downstairs; hopefully it drowned out the sound of her scream.
“Mmhm,” Y/N barely heard Josh through her euphoria. “This might be my favourite taste.”
He lifted his head up from between her legs and looked into her eyes, asking a question without talking. Understanding what he meant, Y/N noted and allowed him to slide himself back on top of her. He paused for a moment, throwing of his boxers, reaching across to his bedside drawer, and pulled out a condom, making sure it was on, before he fully propped himself up above her.
“Are you sure?” He asked verbally this time, giving her a chance to back out as he lined himself up with her cunt.
“Please just fuck me.”
“With pleasure.” With that, he carefully inserted himself, closing his eyes in pleasure, “Shit Y/N, you’re so tight.”
He went slowly, giving her a chance to readjust to his size, stopping once he was fully inserted. Eventually Y/N started moving her hips to his in little thrusts, “I need you to move.”
Slowly he pulled his cock out of her cunt almost to the tip before suddenly slamming himself back, causing Y/N’s back to arch as she screamed out in pleasure. As he found his rhythm, she lifted her legs and wrapped them around his waist, creating a new angle that allowed him to go deeper.
"Fuck, shit.. go faster." She could barely speak between moans, as she felt the pressure building again.
Josh happily obeyed her and picked up the pace, slamming into her harder and faster. They looked into each other’s eyes for a moment before Y/N pulled him down into a heated kiss as his thrusts continued.
A low moan escaped Josh's lips as their lips met once more. Neither of them were thinking clearly anymore, too consumed in their own primal lust. He wanted her, all of her.
He pulled out for a moment, gripping her bodysuit from where he’d torn it previously. His muscles tensed as he pulled it apart again; it split upwards, exposing her entire front. With some quick manoeuvring, Josh was able to pull her arms and legs out of the tight fabric, leaving her completely naked.
“Oh god, Y/N, you’re so fucking beautiful." He said before entering her cunt again, thrusting far more erratically than before. When Josh felt his arms begin to give, he held onto Y/N’s waist and flipped them so she was now on top. “Ride me, baby.”
She took a breath, readjusted herself, and slowly began to rock. The feeling of Y/N slowly rocking over him caused a low moan to escape his lips, his fingers digging into her hips.
“Josh… I think gonna cum..." Y/N moaned out as the pressure increased again, indicating she was near her peak.
“Me too… Just keep moving,” he groaned out, pushing her down onto him by her hips. She moved faster and faster, chasing the high that she knew was coming.
Y/N threw her head back as her second orgasm ripped through her; she heard Josh groan as her cunt clenched around his cock. He came not soon after, the tightness causing him to spill into the condom. When she came down from her orgasm, she collapsed on top of him; her body felt numb, and she could barely catch her breath.
After pulling out of her, Josh gently pushed Y/N of him so she was lying at her side. “Just lay there a sec; I’ll be right back.”
She watched him stand from the bed, still completely naked, and make his way into his bathroom. He came back moments later with two glasses of water and a towel draped over his shoulder.
“Here, sit up and drink.” Josh said as he gave her his hand to help pull her upwards before handing her one of the glasses. As she drank, he parted her legs again and tenderly wiped her with the towel, making sure she would be comfortable in the morning.
Once he finished wiping her, he moved to his drawer and pulled out a T-shirt and two boxers. Josh walked back over to Y/N and helped her place his shirt over her shoulders and slide his boxers over her legs. After putting the second pair of boxers on himself, he lay back down next to her.
“Shouldn’t you get back to the party?” She asked as Josh pulled her to his side. “You are the host after all.”
“Nah, Hannah and Beth can deal with the guests,” he replied, pulling the covers over the both of them. “I much prefer this to any party.”
When she hummed in agreement and closed her eyes, Josh smiled softly and leant down to kiss her head before also closing his eyes. They could hear the muffled beat of the party still happening downstairs as they both slipped into sleep, Y/N resting her head on his chest as he held her close.

hungover
just having a bit of fun. i will make up background characters to join the main 10 (names inspired by roles the actors played in other universes).
characters are in college (over 21, so no US underage drinking), it's summer break (idk how college in the US works exactly) and they're having a house party week at one of the washington properties. au in which the original prank and josh prank didn't happen, emily and mike are still together.
wc: 2.1k
ct: drinking, drugs, smoking, mentions of nudity
he woke up, his head feeling like it might explode at any second. his hands were clammy and his cheek was resting against something cold and rough. he rolled over onto his back, hard, the movement sent a wave of pain through his joints. his right arm had fallen asleep and the tingling, buzzing sensation was unbearable. he waited until it subsided to push himself into a sitting position, groaning. his mouth and throat were so dry that swallowing felt like trying to eat sand. he raised his hands, feeling for his glasses that were hanging off the tip of his nose and pushed them back up.
chris immediately regretted opening his eyes. the bright lights and white walls made his head pound. he squeezed his eyes shut again for a few seconds and took a deep breath. when he opened them again the room seemed to spin and shift in and out of focus. he gagged, just barely managing to gulp back the vomit but the vile taste remained on the back of his tongue and his throat was burning now. his eyes were stinging and teary from the sensation, he felt uncomfortably sweaty and sticky. his vision was still blurry and he realised that his glasses were smudged and greasy, so he cleaned them with the hem of his shirt.
he could see clearer now, though there were still streaks on the lenses that irritated his tired eyes and made him squint and blink rapidly. he fought back against his body's urge to vomit once more and looked around the bleak room. it was a small room, the floor concrete, the walls white tile and there was a door with some kind of cutout or flap. and there was... another person?
"josh? hey, josh!" chris shook his sleeping, snoring best friend's shoulder. "josh, wake up! where the hell are we?" - "stop it, stop, i'm up, i'm awake", josh mumbled while slapping his hands away. josh sat up and rested his back against the wall. his eyes were half shut and he looked at chris, grinning. "cochise, my man, what's up?" he was slurring his words and looked tired but seemed to be in a good mood, seemingly not having noticed the situation they were in. "what's up? what's up?", chris sputtered. "i have no idea where we are. i have no idea when we are and this is not your house. what happened last night? i don't- i think i remember, uh, that guy, y'know the one who was your roommate last year..", chris trailed off. "oh yeah, dan, he's still my roommate", josh added. "yeah, that guy, yeah, he, uh, he tried to hit on jess, right? and he was, like, super bummed out when she said no." josh started laughing. "ooh yeah, i forgot about that. i told him if he could get her to make out with him i'd do his chores for two months, if not he has to do mine. buuuuut i know for a fact that jess has been hooking up with his cousin since they met during spring break." chris had gotten up and tumbled and teetered towards the door. "good for her but what happened after and where are we?" he tried the handle but the door wouldn't budge. "i think we're locked in, josh." - " uh yeah, i think we were arrested." - "we were what?"
chris was pacing, trying to ignore the sloshing feeling in his stomach. he hadn't eaten since, since, he didn't even know since when. at some point last night, or he hoped it was last night, for all he knew it might've been longer than a day, he'd shared a pizza with hannah, ashley and some guy called aaron or something. he felt, heard his blood pulsing. it was agony. "what do you mean we were arrested? what for, how, when, WHY?" josh was still on the floor, his elbows resting on his knees, hands gripping the sides of his head. "oh my god, chris, stop yelling, my head's killing me." chris turned to look at him, the effort of trying to remember what happened after josh had tricked this guy daniel into asking out jess had him seeing stars. he could barely think, let alone think coherently. "sorry, man, i'm just.. freaking out. i've never been arrested before." - "neither have i. i just- i just don't think that freaking out is helping us right now." - "then what are we supposed to do?" chris looked around the room again. tilting his head back to look at the ceiling hurt and he barely managed to stay upright while his head felt this heavy. there were no cameras. he didn't know if he was pissed off or tired or annoyed or just everything. but he was thirsty and starving. he knocked on the door. "hey, hello? is anyone out there? we've been in here for ages and we'd really appreciate some water and maybe something to eat."
someone had opened the flap in the door and dumped two small plastic bottles of water into the cell. chris and josh had drained every last drop in record time. no one had talked to them. josh had fallen asleep again but chris was wide awake. anxiety was gnawing at him, taking bites out of the small part of coherency he had managed to put together after the water bottles were dumped in. but that had been, what, an hour ago and since then there had been no other sign of life from the other side of that door. he started pounding his fists on the door again. "hey, HEY! don't we have the right to like a lawyer or something? or just basic human rights like water and food?" there was no answer. he kicked the door. "assholes", he muttered.
he had fallen asleep again. thinking about what ashley or his parents would say when they found out he'd been arrested was exhausting. or maybe ashley already knew. had she been there? maybe she was trying to bail them out. he had tried to count the seconds to have some semblance of an idea of how long he'd been in this cell but he was too tired to stay awake.
chris woke up to the creaking of the door's hinges. the sound sent another bout of stabbing pain through his head, making it feel like his brain was pulsing painfully against his skull. he opened his eyes slowly and saw three shadowy silhouettes walking through the door towards him and josh. "ash?", he croaked at the figure with reddish hair. "hey, chris. it's me. come on, get up." she grabbed his hand and pulled him to his feet, slowly. he stumbled a little before leaning on her shoulder. the other two, beth and hannah probably, pulled josh to his feet. "heyyy, it's my baby sisterssss", he warbled, gleefully. yeah, hannah and beth, okay. "are- are we criminals now?" chris was mumbling, inclining his head towards ashley who groaned under the added weight. "n-no, chris, you're fine, everything's okay", she huffed, straining to keep him upright. "sorry", chris shifted, getting his weight off of ashley's shoulder. "i'm fine, i can walk." - "okay, good." ashley smiled at him.
they walked out of the cell, entering a dimly lit corridor. might've been a creepy murder basement straight out of a horror movie if he didn't know this was a police station. josh, beth and hannah were right behind them, the twins whisper-yelling at their brother to move his own damn feet. they reached a staircase and started climbing upstairs. "ash, am-am i a criminal now?" chris' voice was quaking but he was determined to get an answer. "are-are my parents here? what about josh?" ashley glanced at him. "chris, i'm sorry. you're gonna find out soon enough. i can't tell you anything right now." he stopped and turned back to look at beth, josh and hannah. "do you know anything? please, please, tell us! i don't want to go to prison, guys." beth and hannah shrugged and shook their heads. beth reached out to squeeze his hand. "sorry, chris, we don't really know anything. all we know is that we were allowed to come and get you guys from your cell. you might be under house arrest for a while until your trial." josh's eyes fluttered open. "trial? what trial?" his voice was slightly higher than usual. "i'm sorry josh", hannah muttered, her mouth twitching and tears in her eyes. "i'm so sorry. i don't know if there's anything we can do after what happened last night." josh stopped dead in his tracks, almost tumbling backwards down the stairs if the twins hadn't held their firm grip. chris and ashley were now turned around, face to face with the washington siblings. "what do you mean? what the hell happened last night?" chris looked at josh, eyes wide. josh stared right back, just as horrified. they looked at ashley, beth and hannah. all three were looking at each other, avoiding their eyes. "we- we're- we can't really tell you anything", beth blurted out after a minute, maybe five. "you'll just... have to deal with it", hannah added. ashley nodded. "you can't delay this, anyway."
when all five of them reached the top of the stairs, chris and josh did a double take. ashley, beth and hannah were still supporting chris and josh. but they were in the living room of the washington's vacation home. not a police station. not a court room. nothing like that. chris looked back at josh, thoroughly rattled, and josh looked back at him, just as wide-eyed. emily and mike were holding a banner that read 'surprise, bitches', sam and matt were pouring out shots. jess and that guy, daniel, were in the process of lighting candles on an elaborate cake. there were a few more people, who chris met through josh and jess, he thought he remembered the names simon, grant and nina, who were holding and arranging cool bottles of champagne and beer on the table. ashley, beth and hannah led chris and josh towards two chairs facing the table and banner. everyone, apart from emily and mike who were still holding the banner and ashley, beth and hannah who ducked behind them, grabbed, shook and popped a bottle of champagne, aiming them at chris and josh.
chris and josh shielded their faces with their hands for the three, four, five seconds until it was over, barely ready to comprehend what was happening. when the foamy liquid had ceased to spurt from the bottles the others were still holding, josh coughed and sputtered. "what the fuck is going on?" chris wiped his face with his sleeve. "yeah, what josh said." mike erupted in a fit of laughter, almost pulling emily down with him, wheezing. "you should see the look on your faces!" chris and josh looked at each other, slightly uneasy. "no, seriously, what the fuck is happening?", josh's voice still sounded hoarse and croaky from the hours of not speaking. chris was beyond speaking and just looking around wildly at everyone present. "you've been", whispered hannah between their ears. "pranked", muttered sam. "BITCHES!" shouted beth, clapping their shoulders, hard. "GOTCHA!" - "can you please stop yelling?", josh pleaded. "hmm, we could but we still have, like, four more parent and/or supervision free days until we have to go back to being normal young adults/college students." matt was almost cackling at mike's sass. "we just," sam was wheezing, coughing and trying to compose herself "we just want you to know that-", she broke off again, leaning on the table to support herself. "that", emily added, "you're being pranked." chris and josh looked around, both more or less bewildered, at their friends who were doubled over, crying with laughter and still pouring out drinks for everyone.
"i'm so sorry, but", sam giggled, "you honestly deserved this." hannah sidled over. "oh, they definitely did."
josh and chris looked at each other, faces slightly scrunched up, beers in their hands, more than a few shots into this next evening. josh was grabbing chris' shoulder, almost shaking him. "yeah, maybe we deserved it. but what if we pulled an even better prank on them? ever thought about it like that? bet you that i have better ideas than beth and hannah with that drunk tank prank. we're gonna put the fear of god into them all." josh was grinning at chris, mischievously. and you know chris would never say no to a good prank, especially after falling victim to one.

Chat…
I’m obsessed with Until dawn, almost every character is flowing through my mind with so many scenarios. I want to write short little imagines/fics of them before hightailing an actual long fanfiction. So if you see Until Dawn imagines…just know I’m cooking.
Also I haven’t really been interested in updating anything else cause unfortunately my father passed away and I’m trying to deal with grief?
Mill peobably get back to updating soon tho.

Two Pairs of Star-Crossed Lovers
A Life Is Strange and Until Dawn Oneshot/Poem

Two pairs of star-crossed lovers
See the butterfly drift away with the breeze,
It’s wings beating lightly and without a sound,
Causally and lazily making it’s way out of their view.
Amongst the broken bottles and sweet grass,
Strewn out against the snow and wooden totems,
They laugh and flash toothy grins,
The tiny insect quickly forgotten as the sun begins to set.
Two pairs of star-crossed lovers
Share a past prior to the events that have yet to unfold,
Becoming friends,
Accomplices to each other’s crimes,
As children, no less.
Blue permeates the soul’s of these children;
Two the color of the purest sky reflecting the bay’s water.
The others, an indigo darkness shrouded by fog and smoke
Hidden high in the mountains.
Two pairs of star-crossed lovers,
Guardians of the light in the human spirit
And the darkness in the human soul.
Two within the past,
Changing what could not be changed
And visiting planes of reality not yet discovered nor explored by humankind.
Magic, the most pure and yet deadly kind, is their ally.
Two predicting the future,
Choices that seem small and insignificant
Carving into the lives of every person upon the accursed land.
Not magic, oh no.
Curses linger near, always watching, always listening.
Ghosting across the physical and mental worlds like a disease ready to take hold.
Two pairs of star-crossed lovers,
From across the harbor and into the town,
Filled with a sticky heat and the smell of fire making love to the Earth,
Comes a celestial being and her magnificent gifts.
Powerful is she,
Auburn hair angular and good,
Time and space lingering upon her fingers.
She knows not how this power came to be hers,
And yet it still chose her.
Her other,
For there is always another,
Is a fallen angel,
Giant wings of butterfly blue growing from her spine and drifting into her hair to ravage wildly about her pale face.
They, the chosen and her angel, embody the world of the past,
Bravely trusting Fate herself to bring their dreams of being together to the light of day.
Sadly, Fate tends to have a sense of humor.
Two pairs of star-crossed lovers,
Hailing from the frost lands of the North,
Where it is not uncommon for men, women, and children to betray their human nature,
A puppeteer watches quietly from the shadows as his trap has been laid.
Revenge plays heavily upon his string pulled mind,
Smile charming and deceiving, eyes shining and full of suffering,
None can see behind the laughs;
None can see the hatred that boils within.
Mistake number one.
The other,
Trusting and naive,
Hopelessly in love though destiny dictates otherwise,
Can read through the strings and gauze of his partener like one might read a book.
A ghost of his former body,
Sorrow binding and chaining him down to the Earth as he desperately claws for breath though he cannot give up hope;
He must never rest.
For what friend (what partener) would he be if he abandoned the puppeteer now?
Mistake number two.
Two pairs of star-crossed lovers,
Each trapped forever,
In a never ending cycle of
What is,
What was, and
What will be.
Or, perhaps the most daunting of all,
What COULD be.
All four trapped in a web of their own design,
The vibrant azule wings that once held the aloft ripped and mangled at their feet.
All four embracing the storm that howls and shrieks at them,
Faces flushed from fear of the unknown and voices hoarse from screaming back at the wild rain and snow.
All four bonding through a love created in the innocence of childhood that was cultivated and fed as they aged;
The effects of their death-marked love not only echoing about their bedrooms with sighs and gasps, but also out into other places and other realities that go on forever.
All four sharing an early grave;
Hair wet and lips cracked and bleeding;
A concussed head and crushed limbs, if not completely ripped from their original homes.
Two pairs of star-crossed lovers,
Destinies changing as rapidly as the wind changes course.
And as the storm dies, the screeching lowering to a hum during the afterglow of it’s rage,
It takes with it the souls of two of the children, their bodies physically broken or mutated beyond repair
And it takes the remaining children’s spirits, leaving them behind sobbing and hallowed remains of the people they used to be.
Forever craving,
Forever yearning,
Forever alone.
Two pairs of star-crossed lovers
Await the beat of the butterfly’s wings
As the sun begins to rise,
Praying that the storm that will soon follow will not be their last.
And,
If it is,
Try to find solace in each other’s arms
One last time.

Hey there! I'm Ghostie-Ghoulie. I have had this app for years and always wanted to post, so here I am!
Currently, I'm obsessed with anything Until Dawn or Resident Evil related. I can't ever shut my mouth about them.
My content will either consist of possible art or my fanfiction about certain fandoms I enjoy.
This is an 18+ blog! So, if you are a minor, please, in the most polite way possible, leave my page.
These Fandoms that I am a part of happen to be:
Until Dawn
Resident Evil (a personal favorite)
Horror movies (Ghostface, Hellrasier, Chucky, IT, Etc)
The Wolf Among Us
Mortal Kombat
Cyberpunk
Arcane
Team Fortress 2
Star Wars
Star Wars: The Bad batch
Ghost (band)
Sallyface
Bendy And The Ink Machine
Spiderman (mostly the spiderverse movies)
Dark Deception
Devil May Cry
More fandoms can be added later!
I will write Smut, oneshots, small imagines, and multichapter stories. I'm a sucker for smut, so you're gonna get that out of me once I finally get the hang of it.
Important note: I only write XReaders for now. I know that might suck for a lot of people, but it is something I heavily enjoy. I know people don't like it (Y/n, I'm looking at you), but the stereotypical cringe XReader stories that drive me up a wall will not be here. I will try my hardest to make the apperence vague, but personality might be a challenge. Though, hey! Everyone needs their practice. I can't go writing an emotionless reader, eh?
The readers I write for will mostly, if not entirely, be gender neutral or feminine. I'm sorry if this is a major letdown, but I do not trust my abilities to delve into a male reader just yet. I most write for male characters in general, and as love interests, but I can write for women when it comes to romance. I am both for ladies and gents.
Another very important note: I have a major history regarding mental health. Stress comes to me easy, and with stress comes heavy burnout. My brain gets fried, and my creativity goes down 6 feet under. All I ask is that you be very patient with me until I recover. This might mean small breaks or long breaks. Requests may be hard to handle, but if I'm ready, I'll think about doing them. You are able to send in asks! I may not be able to do full requests, but maybe some thoughts for a writing I could possibly start off with.
I am very understanding when it comes to emotional and mental related things because I have experienced my fair share of dealing with it. These topics will show up sometimes in various writings. If these bother you, worry not! Warnings will be placed.
This is a page friendly one towards everyone. I do not stand for hate of any kind. Sure, we're through a damn screen, but I still won't tolerate it. So please, no hate or arguments. If opinions differ, it doesn't mean we need to clash.
Characters that I could possibly write for consist of:
Until Dawn
Chris Hartley
Mike Monroe
Josh Washington
Matt Taylor
Resident Evil
Leon Kennedy
Karl Heisenburg
Luis Sera
Jack Krauser
Albert Wesker
Devil May Cry
Johnny Cage
Vergil Sparda
Dante Sparda
Nero sparda
Mortal Kombat
Syzoth (Reptile)
Tomas (Smoke)
Bi-han (Sub-Zero)
Kuai liang (Scorpian)
Liu Kang
Cyberpunk
Johnny Silverhand
Viktor Vektor (he needs more love and attention. I love him sm)
Team Fortress 2
Spy
Sniper
Medic
(Possibly the rest)
Star Wars
Captain Rex
(Probably will write for a bunch of clones, tbh)
Hondo Ohnaka
Darth Maul
Darth Vader
Boba Fett
Din Djarin
Hunter
Crosshair
Tech
Wrecker
Echo
The Wolf Among Us
Bigby Wolf
I think that's all I've really got for now. More of course can be added later to masterlists. I'm just giving you good ideas on who I would love to write for.
(I will probably reform this because damn it looks jumbled, but hey, I'm inexperienced with actually posting on Tumblr.)

Hey, I had an idea. Or two. (If you do in-depth smut)
One was an in-depth, like explained, and words and actions, Sam x Mike x Reader. Mike and Sam's jealousy of someone at a party flirting with their girl.
Washington!Sister reader with Mike and Sam. It's a secret because Hannah likes Mike. She was never treated like a Washington. She didn't know why. She just wasn't. So she started not caring. Then, when Sam had come over one day, it evolved from there, and eventually Mike caught them, and that progressed. They are on a Washington vacation, the whole group of friends. After a night of all the group watching movies and the throuple, teasing each other when they pass by one of the other two, they meet up in the room Mike is staying in. They get lost in each other, not hearing the talking or footsteps. Ashley had convinced Hannah to talk to Mike, so she heads to his bedroom, knocking, but they don't hear her, and she walks in seeing them. She gasps, but they don't hear, and obviously, they're in a very compromising position like Sam and Reader making out while she teases Reader and Reader is sat on Mike's lap. She screams,'What the hell?!' Before she gets mad and starts yelling, making the whole group go to where Hannah is yelling. They see the trio, and its all shock. None of the three really care what the others think, but Mike is trying to make sure his girls are covered. There were other boys in the house too. Like all of that from the start of the relationship all the way to the bottom. It's kind of like a oneshot but like a story chapter or two combined. I just like very long chapters.
Please reply when you see this so I know whether you might or not, and you can let me know whether you like it.

otter anon ur mind...love the idea and i would love to write this in the future! i can just imagine a not horrible but rightfully kind of bitchy (mike's type) reader being the middle child, born after josh but before the twins and the parents kind of dismissing her which leads to her siblings doing the same. maybe one of those nepo kids who's always in the tabloids and what better way to cause a stir than to start dating the guy your sisters in love with? mike would def convince reader to keep it a secret, not wanting to hurt the youngest washington's feelings. almost got caught cause again, sam saw and of course they invited her because everyone loves her.
its a movie night and they all sneak away to mike's room, who probably got you to oh so nicely tell everyone he was getting one of the rooms with a bigger bed because "he said he's started moving around in his sleep, i dont want him to fall and break his neck. its gonna bring bad attention."
and i will admit normally getting caught scenarios give me so much anxiety even though its. fake. but i would not mind being caught by them.

random bits and bobs about fuck no: the movie: the au because as i'm trying to shift into finishing some wips, it keeps popping up in my head...
does that mean i have a fuck no: the wip in process?
maybe.
is it a fuck no: the oneshot?
probably.
will any of these little details ever see the light of day in actual writing?
who's to say.
but here they are anyway. reader beware, i mention some chronic medical stuff in here, so if that's not your jam, you're in for a scaaaaaare. also this IS a climbing chrash or chris/ashley/josh au, so if that's not your jam either, HOO BOY.
the little underground indie horror studio everyone's favorite garbage pail kids start gets named Hidden Basement Workshop - something that, at first blush, just seems like a sly nod to josh's whole deal during the prank...and it is that, but it's also a fun signature that includes all their initials: HBW, hartley, brown, washington.
after the whole blackwood pines fiasco, josh needs a bunch of reconstructive surgery that leaves him with some facial scarring, but what really gets him (because it's MY au and i get to project wherever i WANT) is the onset of fibromyalgia once he's out of the hospital; chris sustains a fairly rough knee injury that causes him to favor his other leg and wear a brace on and off; and ashley develops migraines and some slight vision issues that necessitate her wearing glasses. they were indoor kids before the pines...after the pines, they're even more so.
this is where the scheming begins.
when the titular movie actually comes into play, or at least an early version of it they can pitch, the gang splits up responsibilities fairly evenly: ashley is, of course, the one to write the damn thing, but josh is the one to adapt it into a screenplay before handling most of the practical effects, and chris handles sound mixing/visual effects/editing. once they blow up and hire more bodies, things change, but their core roles never shift tooooooo much.
josh and ashley simply cannot work in the same room together. it doesn't matter if they're working on different projects. it doesn't matter if they're both wearing headphones. nothing matters. they just can't do it. they're always antsy the other one is looking over their shoulder and waiting to throw their two cents in, so they have to work separately.
chris does not have this issue. in the slightest. once chris is in the zone, a category 5 hurricane could be happening behind him and he'd have literally no idea.
everyone who doesn't know better assumes that they get their OH SO CREATIVE ideas from their combined history - josh's dad being in the horror movie business for years and years, chris being chronically online and familiar with game/tech development, ashley inhaling stephen king novels even before she could walk - but everyone in the know will tell you they're just vultures, plain and simple, buying the rights to any story they sniff out through the grapevine and turning it into something terrible.
josh and conrad/julia's parents were always buddies, but they fell off for a bit after hannah and beth went missing. that is, until (surprise) josh hears a really strange story over family dinner one night and calls the conman himself to "catch up." they spend a very strange night talking about pirates and sexy, sexy grandma zombies.
barely a week later, conrad handles the pr for hbw and the rest of the gang who found themselves kidnapped from the duke that night now find themselves significantly richer than they used to be. significantly.
they don't pick up new employees every time they hear about and snatch up someone's story, but...it happens. taylor and daniel eventually join on to help with stunts and blocking. mark gets offered a position as director of photography and leaps at the opportunity.
nothing - literally N O T H I N G - supernatural/paranormal EVER happens to them again...unless you count the eerie way they're able to track down stories of weird shit happening to other people ;)c
the three of them wear converses to every. single. movie premiere of theirs. it drives conrad up the fucking wall.
the garage of their place is just used for josh to make the worst, most gruesome props mankind has ever seen, so woe betide anyone who goes in there thinking it's the door to a bathroom or the laundry room. woe. betide.
eventually they decide they need a pet and end up adopting the angriest, mangiest, most torn-up old fighting tomcat they can find at the animal shelter. he's grey (sort of), is totally blind in one eye, and will let ashley and josh pet him, but only chris is given the honor of holding him for any amount of time. he swears he even heard him purr once! they name him jack and no one can ever decide if it's a joke or a memorial. probably it's both.
#queenie rambles about supermassive#fuck no: the movie#just thinkin a lot about this au lately......when i shouLD BE THINKING ABOUT GHOSTS AND SUCH

the cabin was quiet. the flickering flames in the fireplace cast small shadows across the room as the last embers of the night begin to fade into darkness. you were stretched out on your bed, the warmth of the fire still lingering in the air, even as the chill from the mountain outside crept through the windows.
everyone else had long gone to their rooms. the day had been packed with hiking, teasing jokes, and way too much food, now the others were all passed out, getting some much needed rest for whatever was going to come tomorrow. you should have been tired too, but here you were laid in your bed wide awake, staring at the wall beside you.
the soft creak of your door opening broke the stillness. you didn’t need to turn around to know who it was.
“hey,” josh’s familiar voice whispered from behind you. he was always the last one up too, unable to sleep when it got too quiet.
“hey,” you answered, glancing over your shoulder to see him standing in the doorway, his hair disheveled, looking sleepy and tousled. he had that half grin on his face that made you feel warm inside.
“can’t sleep again?” you teased, already knowing the answer.
josh shrugged, padding barefoot across the hardwood floor, making his way to you. “nah, i tried. it’s freezing in my room, and, y’know, it’s weird without you there.”
this had been a thing between the two of you for as long as you could remember. whenever you were on trips with the group, josh would find his way to your room after everyone else had gone to bed.
it started as something simple as after late night movie marathons or study sessions that turned into sleepovers, but over the years. it just became your thing. sleeping alone felt strange now, especially for josh. he always needed you close.
“come on then,” you mumbled, lifting the corner of the blanket without a second thought. there was no need for words. he was already climbing under the covers with you, fitting his body against yours.
he slipped his arms around you, pulling you back against his chest, the warmth of his body immediately chasing away the chill from the mountain air. his breath was soft against your neck, and you felt him relax instantly, his head resting on the pillow just behind yours.
this was normal. it had always been normal. the two of you had shared beds, couches, even floors when crashing at friends’ places after parties. josh had always been touchy, needing to feel you, as if that contact helped him settle. you never questioned it. after all, you felt the same.
his presence was grounding, the one constant you needed in your life.
his hand found its way to your waist, his fingers casually slipping under the hem of your shirt, resting against your bare skin like it was the most natural thing. it sent a shiver up your spine, but not because you were cold.
you were used to this, he always did it. he always wanted that skin to skin contact, as if the barrier of clothing was too much separation between you. and you let him, because it didn’t feel strange. it just felt like josh.
“you’re warm,” he murmured sleepily, his fingers tracing lazy circles on your lower back. he said it every time, but the way his voice softened whenever he said it always made your heart flutter.
you hummed in response, pressing back into him just slightly, the lines of your bodies fitting perfectly together under the thick blanket. his fingers continued their slow, lazy path across your skin, drawing shapes you couldn’t quite decipher but made you relax into him even more.
the room was quiet except for the faint crackle of the dying fire and the soft sounds of josh’s breathing behind you. this was your rhythm. an intimacy that had never been questioned.
josh had always been more than just your best friend, but you’d never dared to label it as anything else. the touches, the closeness, it was just how the two of you operated. you were comfortable, safe with each other.
but tonight, something felt… different.
maybe it was the calm of the cabin, or the way the mountain’s isolation made everything feel sharper, more intense. or maybe it was just the fact that your heartbeat picked up whenever his fingers slipped a little higher, his hand resting now against your ribs, dangerously close to the swell of your chest.
you wondered if he noticed the way your breathing hitched when he moved, the way your body tensed ever so slightly.
“josh…” you whispered, your voice barely audible in the quiet of the room.
“hmm?” his response was a soft hum, his lips brushing the back of your neck now, almost absentmindedly.
for a second, you considered pulling away, setting up those boundaries that were supposed to exist between best friends. but the truth was, you didn’t want to. you never had.
the truth of it settled deep in your chest, an acknowledgment of something you’d both danced around for years.
instead, you turned your head just enough to see him from the corner of your eye. his face was so close, eyes half lidded in the dim light, his lips parted slightly in that relaxed way that made him look vulnerable.
your heart did that little stutter it always did when he was this close, and suddenly, the unspoken feelings that had always been lurking just beneath the surface felt impossible to ignore.
“josh,” you said again, this time turning fully in his arms to face him.
he blinked, eyes clearer now as he studied your face. his hand didn’t move from where it was resting on your skin, but his expression shifted, like he could feel the shift in the air too. “yeah?”
the weight of the moment hung between you, the closeness suddenly more intense than it had ever been. you opened your mouth to say something. anything, but the words died on your lips as josh’s gaze flickered down to your mouth, then back to your eyes.
you weren’t imagining it. the way his hand moved a little more deliberately now, fingers tracing the curve of your waist, skimming just beneath your shirt. the way his body pressed a little closer to yours, his chest rising and falling in rhythm with your own.
this was no longer just about comfort. something had changed.
“i–” you started to speak, but before you could say anything more, josh’s hand slid a little higher, his thumb brushing the underside of your breast so lightly you almost thought you imagined it. but you didn’t. the look in his eyes, now more awake and intense, confirmed that.
his breath hitched, the same way yours had, and for a moment, the only sound in the room was the shared rhythm of your breathing, matching and uneven at the same time.
“we… we’ve always been like this,” he murmured, his voice rougher now, as if he was trying to remind himself of what this had always been. “right?”
you nodded, not trusting your voice to stay steady. “yeah. always.”
but it wasn’t always like this. not with the way his lips hovered just inches from yours now, the way his hand slipped further under your shirt like he was testing a boundary you weren’t sure existed anymore.
“maybe…” he whispered, his forehead now resting against yours, his voice so soft it was barely more than a breath, “maybe we’ve been fooling ourselves.”
his words hung between you, heavy and raw. and just like that, the unspoken tension between you, years of shared beds, lingering touches, and blurred boundaries, came crashing to the surface.
you didn’t pull away. you couldn’t. because deep down, you’d known it too. this was never just about needing to be close. it had always been more. you just hadn’t wanted to admit it.
“josh,” you breathed, your heart pounding in your chest as his hand slid up to your shoulder, his fingers gently tilting your chin so you were looking directly at him.
and then, as if it was the most natural thing in the world, his lips brushed against yours. soft, tentative at first, a question hanging in the space between. when you didn’t pull away, he kissed you again, deeper this time, the heat between you building until the air felt thick with everything you’d kept hidden for so long.
you didn’t know where this was going to lead, but in that moment, with josh’s hands on your skin and his lips on yours, you knew one thing for sure.
there was no going back to the way things were.

late to the party and also just going off Vibes here but if you're still doing the wip thing, "donna moss fic 2 why are we doing this" because that's a Relatable Title
of course I am still doing it!
so this document is called this because several years ago I wrote "the donna moss fic" (which is on ao3 as Start Over) and then rewatched the show and I realized I could do it better now.
I want to include way more stuff. some things will be different, some will be exactly the same.
The radio sang out bursts of static. She forgot her troubles when she saw the blue sign welcoming her to New Hampshire. Live free or die, it challenged. That was her plan. Living free. Her mom was convinced the alternative was more likely, that Donna would end up murdered on the side of the road, which was why she hadn’t told her until she’d called from a payphone in Indiana, safely out of her parents’ protective reach, past the point where they could convince her to go back.
I went a little insane over this last year and one time while I was on a day trip from Maine to Massachusetts I checked the color of the New Hampshire sign in person.
This is, basically, Donna's backstory. It starts with her arriving at the Bartlet campaign the first time, covers her early days there, leaving to go back to her boyfriend, and her time back with him. It ends with her coming back. It will show Donna coming into her own, the beginning of her relationship with Josh and their dynamic where he teaches her about politics, and her starting to build relationships with other staffers. I'm also going to tell the story about Donna and the Flenders, and it was actually the desire to include that that got me thinking about this whole thing in the first place. This period of time also covers Josh's father's death, from Donna's POV.
The original Donna Moss fic, intended as a quick oneshot, ended up a 10k months later and caused me such aggravation I have to ask... why are we doing this (again).
I don't have much written yet, but this snippet is from the prologue. Each chapter will be named after a state: Massachusetts (prologue), New Hampshire, South Carolina, South Dakota, Illinois, California, Wisconsin, New Hampshire (reprise), and possibly Washington, DC (epilogue).
If I do the epilogue it will be the first time Josh sends anniversary flowers.
This is probably going to be the first thing I write whenever I write West Wing again.

Chocolate Brownies | GN!Y/N x Josh Washington
Masterlist
After Y/N accidentally consumes some of Chris' *special* brownies, Josh is a sweetie and takes care of them through their first high. (WC: 3400)
Warnings: Weed usage, Accidently eating an edible, Alcohol, Horror movie, minor overstimulation A/N: I'm not super familiar with weed, apologies if it's not realistic.
------------------------------------------------------------------------------
"Damn, I didn’t know Chris could bake.” Y/N spoke as they licked their fingers, finishing their second chocolate brownie. Sam half-listened as she was busy looking for a bottle opener in the lodge’s huge kitchen. “You should probably take a brownie before I eat them all.”
Sam froze as she realised what Y/N was talking about: “Are you eating the brownies Chris made?”
“Uh huh.” Y/N replied nonchalantly, reaching for another one, and stopped when Sam slapped their hand away. “Hey! What’s your problem?”
"Sweetie, those are Chris’ *special* brownies.”
Pause.
“You mean that these have-“ “Weed in them yes.” Sam interrupted them, reaching a hand out to feel her friend’s temperature. “You feel okay, sweetie?”
“Yeah… I think so... Is two brownies a lot?”
“For someone like you, probably.” Sam was right. Y/N hadn’t taken edibles before; they’d smoked it once, but that was a year ago, and they’d coughed it up immediately before stopping. “But it shouldn’t hit for another thirty minutes or so.”
"Okay,” they trailed off, “could I stay with you while you get sorted?”
“Of course.” Sam replied sweetly; she was like the big sister Y/N never had. They sat and watched as Sam finally found a bottle opener, laughing as their friend victoriously opened her bottle of beer. The two chilled in the kitchen for a while, until Y/N's head became fuzzy, but they didn’t mind; in fact, it felt nice.
Sam turned as her friend began quietly humming to themselves, “Has it hit it, you?” Her friend could only tilt their head and smile smugly, “I understand why you guys like this now.”
"Aww, sweetie, let me get you some water.” She stroked her friend's cheek before turning away to grab a bottle of water from the fridge.
“I think Josh would like these...” they spoke absentmindedly, swinging their legs as they sat on the kitchen counter. Y/N found it weird how their voice sounded; it had gotten slightly deeper as much as they tried, but it remained at a slow pace. “Where’s Josh?”
“He’s where we left him, Y/N, remember?” Her voice muffled as she reached into the fridge. “Do you want me to get him for you?”
"Oh, I don’t want to bother him.” Y/N felt a blush creep onto their cheeks. They’d always had a crush on Josh ever since Sam had introduced them to each other; that was only four years ago.
The blonde simply shakes her head before leaving the kitchen for a moment before returning, Josh following behind her. “What’s up?”
Sam simply pointed at Y/N, who was busy staring into space. He approached them, standing in front of their eye line, “Y/N? You okay?”
“Joshuaaa” Y/N smiled brightly as he came into their view. “You should try Chris’ brownies; they’re really good.”
His brows furrowed for a second in thought, reaching out to their chin and lifted their face to him. He assessed them for a moment before a smirk spread across his face. “Are you high?”
“Yep,” they answered, “Although I didn’t mean to be.”
He looked between them and the brownie tray before asking, “How many did you eat?”
Instead of speaking, Y/N shyly held up two fingers as an indication, “Jesus, you’ve barely touched the stuff, and you decided to eat two weed brownies?”
“I didn’t know they had weed in them.” They shrugged, ignoring Sam as she tried to hand them the bottle of water she’d gotten for them moments before.
“You didn’t know?” A laugh escaped him, and he crossed his arms. “How do you not know they’re weed brownies? What, you thought Chris was just that good of a baker?”
Sam tired to pass Y/N the water again but was waved away as they continued to defend themselves to Josh. “I thought it was one of his grandma’s recipes, like that cake he made for my birthday.”
“I doubt his grandma was the one that taught him how to make these.” He shook his head fondly before taking the drink from Sam’s hand and shoving it towards them. “Here, drink. It’ll help with that dry mouth.”
“Not thirsty.” They stated while pushing his hand away.
“Don’t care, drink the goddam water; you’ll thank me later.” His voice was stern, and he shoved the water back towards them. For as long as Y/N and Josh knew each other, everyone knew how protective he was over his younger friend.
Y/N knew they couldn’t argue with him, so they chugged the water and then quickly hopped off the counter, causing them to stumble a little bit.
Josh’s hands shot out and wrapped around their waist to keep them steady. “Woah, take it easy. You’re gonna fall on your ass, Y/N.”
"Well, you caught me,” they replied before tapping his nose. “So I’m perfectly fine.”
He smirked and kept a hold on them still. It was almost second nature to just keep their body close to his. “Just keep your feet on the ground next time, yeah?”
“‘Kay.” They replied simply, “Where’s Chris?”
“I’m sure he’s around; want us to go look for him?” He pulled away from them, taking a step back so they could move.
"I wanna thank him for his magic brownies."
“You really wanna thank him, or are you just wanting more brownies?” He asked with a raised eyebrow and crossed his arms. Y/N just shrugged in reply, earning a fond chuckle from Josh, “C’mon then, let’s go find Chris so you can thank him for the brownies.”
He carefully guided from the kitchen, walking to the living room, where Chris was sitting awkwardly making conversation with Ashley and Jess. Once Y/N eyes focused on Chris, they suddenly shot from Josh’s side. Nearly pouncing on him as they hug him from behind.
"BONJOUR MY MAGIC BROWNIE MAN!" They yelled in his ear as they kissed him on both cheeks.
Chris was clearly shocked, his eyes widening as he jumped from the couch and turned to face them. “Y/N, Jesus, you scared me.”
Without Chris sitting down, Y/N was now sprawled over the back of the couch, looking rather uncomfortable. He opted to ignore Josh’s mumble of “pussy” and turned to face his friend, “The fuck is wrong with you.”
"I'm high," Y/N replied simply, as if it explained everything.
“High? How can you be high? You don’t even smoke—oh, OH!” Chris’ eyes became wide with realisation, and he quickly lifted Y/N’s head up to look into their eyes. “How many did you take?”
"Only two," Y/N answered truthfully, their voice still slow and a hint deeper than it usually was. "Why? Is that a lot?"
Josh chuckled again at their confusion, while Chris looked even more shocked if that was possible. "Two? You're a lightweight; you're gonna be on your ass for three hours minimum!"
"Well, I didn’t mean to!” Y/N yelled back, “I didn’t even know they had weed in them.”
"That's your own fault, moron," Chris responded bluntly, but there was a hint of amusement in his voice. Then he turned to Josh, with eyebrows slightly furrowed in suspicion as he asked, "And where were you when our dear friend was getting high off their ass?”
Josh laughed quietly. "Relax, Coachie, I had nothing to do with this."
Y/N spoke up determinedly, "Hey, don’t be mean; Josh said he'd look after me.”
Chris rolled his eyes and let Y/N go, letting their head fall back down. "Of course he did. He's practically your knight in shining armour," he remarked sarcastically.
He turned back to a still-clueless Y/N. "Seriously though, how did you not realise they were weed brownies? They smell stronger than the skunk's den near my place."
By this point, Y/N was slowly sliding off the back of the couch and onto the floor. To the point their face was now in the sofa’s pillows, which muffled their voice as they responded.
"Alright, come on, let's get you somewhere more comfortable," Josh suggested as he walked over to Y/N, pulling them upright with ease as if they were a ragdoll. However, in this case, the ragdoll in question had a tendency to giggle at nearly everything and was finding the whole situation rather amusing.
“Chris is right, you’re my own personal hero.” Y/N said in between giggles, leaning their back into his, allowing him to drag them around the couch.
Josh simply hummed to himself, then he dragged them around the couch and made his way towards the stairs. "C'mon, you lightweight, let's get you to your room, yeah?"
Instead, Y/N fought against him by suddenly going limp in his arms. "Nooo, I'm not tired yet.”
“Shit!” Josh exclaimed as he struggled to hold Y/N up at the sudden added weight. “Jesus, stop doing that!”
“Can we watch a movie instead?”
Josh tried his best to hold the limp figure up. "Alright, alright, fine." He agreed, "We'll watch a movie."
As he spoke, he effortlessly scooped them up, with one arm under their legs and the other behind their back. He had never had a problem carrying them before, and it was the quickest way to ensure they didn’t fall.
He carried them to the couch and gently placed them down so they were sitting before heading to the DVD player and opening the cupboard with all the movies inside. “So what do you wanna watch?”
“Wait, I’m gonna text everyone and ask them to come." Y/N explained as they pulled out their phone and sent a quick text in the group chat, “We should decide together.”
Josh just raised an eyebrow at that but said nothing as he watched them quickly type out a message. Eventually the other’s made their way into the living room from wherever they were before.
“So Y/N,” Mike began with an amused smile as he read of his phone, “Mind telling us what ‘has gus come to live rom’ means?”
Emily stifled a giggle while Sam covered her mouth to hide a smirk. Mike was clearly the only one brave enough to ask the question.
Y/N furrowed their eyebrows in confusion. “I didn’t write that.” They said as they looked at their phone once more, “I wrote, Hey guys, come to the living room.”
“Are you fucking high or something?” Emily asked harshly, although she meant it affectionately, “You basically wrote in gibberish.”
"Yeah, I am..." Y/N answered honestly, a dopey smile on their face. "And Chris's brownies were really good."
Chris's face went bright red as everyone turned to stare at him. "You gave them weed brownies?!" Ashley gasped, slightly horrified. "How many did they eat?"
"Two," Chris admitted sheepishly, "I didn't think they'd actually eat them!"
"You ate what?" Matt asked, clearly shocked but more concerned about how Y/N would feel. He knew that a few of his friends smoked, but Y/N never did, meaning they had a low tolerance for that sort of thing. "Are they okay?"
Josh rolled his eyes and went to sit in the chair next to Y/N. "They're fine, Matt. Don't stress."
Y/N nodded fondly before grabbing Josh’s arm. “Josh’s taking care of me tonight!”
"Of course he is," Mike said with an amused smirk. "Josh always takes care of Y/N."
"I'm just looking out for my younger friend," Josh said with a shrug. "Anyway, what movie are we watching?"
"What if we watch a horror movie?" Matt suggested with a mischievous grin. "It'll be fun to see how Y/N reacts when they're high."
"No way, Matt," Josh said firmly. "We're not giving Y/N a panic attack."
At the same time as Josh’s words, Y/N also spoke up, “Great idea, Matt, we could watch The Conjuring!”
Josh frowned at Y/N. "You don't like scary movies," he reminded them. "I'm not letting you watch The Conjuring."
"I don't see why we can't watch it," Emily spoke up. "It'll be funny."
"It's not funny, Emily," Josh said, his tone bordering on annoyed. "Y/N doesn't like to be scared, and we don't want to take advantage of them when they're not in their right mind."
“Jesus Josh, no need to be so dramatic,” Jess spoke up from next to Emily with a smirk. “Y/N is a grown up; they can handle themselves.”
"That's not the point, Jess," Josh replied, his frustration evident in his voice. "They're not in their right mind, and I'm not letting you take advantage of that."
"Oh, come on, dude, lighten up,” Mike said as he patted Josh on the back. “We’re supposed to be letting go this weekend, remember?”
“Seriously Mike.” Josh muttered in reply as his eyes narrowed, ready to lay into his friend.
"Okay, okay, enough," Ashley interjected before the situation could escalate further. "How about we watch something light-hearted instead? Comedy maybe?"
Josh let out a sigh of relief, glad that the conversation had shifted to a more reasonable suggestion. "Yeah, that sounds better," he said, looking around at the group for their approval. "Y'all good with that?”
Unbeknownst to them, while they were all arguing over what movie to watch, Y/N had slipped from Josh’s grip and had approached the DVD cupboard. After finding the movie they wanted to watch, Y/N had simply placed it in the DVD player and pressed play. It wasn’t until the opening scene of a man loudly screaming in pain loudly echoed through the room did the others notice what had just happened.
"What the- Y/N! I told you we weren't watching a horror movie!" Josh exclaimed, his irritation clear.
Instead of answering, their eyes were fixated on the screen. They were completely silent for a while, until they finally spoke up when the movie versions of the Warrens appeared on screen. “Fuck. They’re so hot.”
Josh groaned in frustration, "Y/N. You’re way too high for this.”
"Come on, Josh," Sam said teasingly. "You can't blame Y/N for having a thing for Vera Farmiga."
“Shut up, Sam.”
“Oh Josh, that hurt’s my feelings.” Sam replied in mock hurt.
Meanwhile, Y/N had finally moved away from the TV and back towards the couch. Except instead of sitting back in the spot they were in, Y/N decided a better option would be to sit right in the centre of Josh’s lap.
"What are you doing?" Josh asked, slightly taken aback by Y/N's sudden intimacy. However, he didn't push them away, merely adjusting his position to accommodate them. He put his hands on their waist, holding them steady as they nestled into his lap.
“You’re comfy,” Was all Y/N said as the other’s simply smirked at each other before, taking their own seat to watch the movie; Sam now sitting in the spot Y/N used to be in.
As the movie continued, Y/N couldn’t help but feel a little shiver up their back and turned towards Chris, “Could you pass a blanket, please, Chris?”
“Sure,” he tossed them a large black fluffy throw, which Y/N happily placed on themselves and, as a result, Josh as well.
Josh was glad Y/N was comfortable, and he couldn't help but chuckle at the situation. "You're lucky I like you," he muttered under his breath as he tightened his arms around Y/N.
“Mhmm, I like you too.” They said as they shuffled further into his chest and rested their head on Josh’s shoulder. “Maybe I like you a bit more.”
“Shut up and watch the movie.” He responded fondly as he wrapped his arm around Y/N and pulled them closer.
The group continued to watch the movie in mostly silence, except for the occasional screams at the several jump scares. At some point throughout the movie, Y/N had adjusted in Josh’s lap and was sitting sideways with their head resting against his neck.
During the climax of the film, Y/N felt a bit dizzy and nauseous, so with a groan, they hid their face in Josh's neck. Yet despite not being able to see the film, the sound effects and voices were making them feel very overstimulated.
Noticing their distress, Josh reached his hand up and began to stroke her hair softly as he whispered over the movie, "Hey, you doing okay?”
Y/N couldn’t speak suddenly; their mind felt like mush; all they could do was mumble and shake their head against his neck.
Josh's concern deepens as he feels Y/N shake their head against his neck. He turns his head a bit to get a better look at their face, but all he can see is the disoriented look in their eyes.
"Hey," he says gently, "can you look at me for a second?"
Y/N tried to lift their head up but was struggling; they felt like it weighed nearly a tonne and couldn’t move. Their breathing grew heavy with panic, and tears weld in their eyes.
Josh noticed the tears welling up in Y/N's eyes and the panic setting in. "Hey, hey, it's okay," he said in a soothing tone. "Just take some deep breaths, okay? I'm right here with you."
Swallowing harshly, Y/N found their voice long enough to whisper into his neck, “I don’t wanna be here.” Before letting out a small sob.
"Shh, it's okay," he reassured, gently stroking their hair and using his own body to try and shield Y/N from the outside world. "We can leave, okay? We can go to your room if you want."
“Please…” Their voice was small now but still loud enough for Josh to hear.
Josh quickly gathered Y/N in his arms and stood; the others looked away from the movie at his movements. Watching as he began to carry them away from the room.
“Is Y/N okay, Josh?” Sam asked with a furrowed brow as motherly concern spread across her face.
He paused and turned back to the group. “They’re not feeling too good, so I think I should just take them to bed.”
"Alright, man," Mike spoke up. "Be sure to take care of them, yeah? And let us know if you need any help."
Josh nodded in agreement. "Don't worry, I've got it," he replied, his grip on Y/N tightening slightly.
With that, Josh turned back around and made his way up the stairs and into Y/N’s room. After a little struggle, he was able to push the door open and gently lay them down on the bed. He tucked them gently before moving around the room to make sure they had everything they needed: a glass of water, some painkillers, and a bucket, just in case.
He gently stroked their cheek before quietly moving to the door. “Wait!” A voice called back to Josh, caring for him to turn around, "Stay, please.”
"You sure you want me to stay?" he asked quietly.
“At least until I fall asleep.”
Josh nodded, a small smile tugging at the corners of his lips. "Of course," he replied softly. "I'll stay."
He sat down above the covers next to Y/N and took their hand in his. “How are you feeling?”
“Better,” Y/N answered, “sorry for freaking you out.”
"No need to apologise," he replied, shaking his head softly. "You were in quite a state. I'm just glad you're feeling better now."
He continued to stroke Y/N's hair, his fingers weaving through the soft strands. "You'll be okay, I promise," he said reassuringly. "Just get some rest, okay?
“Mmhmm,” Was all Y/N said in reply; their eyes were closed and their breathing was growing softer as they drifted to sleep. “Thanks for looking after me.”
"No need to thank me," he said quietly. "I'm just happy to be here. Now, go to sleep, alright?"
He stayed sat beside them for a few more moments, watching as they entered a full state of sleep. Once he was sure they were deep asleep, he carefully brushed a stray lock of hair from their face and sighed softly.
In their deep sleep, Y/N breathy felt a soft touch on their forehead. Sighing contently, they fell deeper in sleep, not realising that Josh had placed a kiss on their head.
“Sleep tight, Y/N.” He whispered into the quiet, “I’ll be here to take care of you, always.”
