Thinking about how much being an avatar changes you, how the people mold the Entities as much as the Entities mold the people. How free real is limited by a system that makes the decision of few to interfere in the lifes of many and capitalism slowly forces us into being someone else and how the Fears represent that.

That if Jon had no choice and Daisy was different with and without the Hunt what does this say about the others? Did Annabelle ever truly had a chocie? She was turning into an avatar as a kid, she was still kind enough to be one of the few people on her college that were nice with the workers. Was Jonah Magnus always the man we met? He did choose his god more than probably anyone else, was the favoured in ways not dissimilar to Agnes and Jon except he choose it, but also within all these years of being a Watcher how much of the early Jonah was him? The curius workaholic his friends (or harem) considered kind and progressive (by victorian standarts) , how much of that man Jonah ever even was? Smirke is begging Magnus to quit and beliving he'll listen even after Jonah has built a whole ass Temple (with his help). Does a bit of Elias stays in Jonah to help Jon into the Statement? And if so how long until the would've been stolen faces becaming all that there was of him (is Jonah slowly ship of theseusing himself?).

Fucking screamed when I heard Breekon's voice, somehow that motherfucker survived. Hearing his odd way of speaking now, without Hope to chime in and speak with him, was really off putting.

Basira's been calm and logical for a while, but we finally got some emotion out of her now that Daisy's been brought back, sort of. She gets pretty mad and the horror in her voice when she says "Daisy's in there."

Jon's getting spooky now, and stronger. He's not the punching bag he was in season 3. And I know Basira's been wondering for a while what the heck he's turning into, but she's definitely wondering that even more now after seeing what he can do.

Statement "extracted" from subject? I don't like what that implies.

Okay I know I've been like "Get the fuck outta here" to Breekon and Hope in the past, but at the end of the statement where Breekon pretty much said that now that he was on his own, he doesn't want to live, that was a little sad. The whole statement in general just had me like "Yeesh." No wonder Jon passes out after recording it.

"Don't open the coffin." Yeah, Jon's gong to open it as soon as Basira is gone. Like, Daisy's alive, you know he's going to at least try. And I'm thinking with all the assistants and friends he's lost, he's going to take that chance if it means getting one of them back so he doesn't feel so much like a failure.

Hands down one of the best things about being a fan of the Magnus archives is how I can make random bullshit up and 99% of the time it won’t be any more insane then canon.

Like if I asked a someone who hasn’t listen to tma which if two things happened:

1.) man gets kidnapped and lotioned for an extended period of time by clowns

Or

2.) woman sells her kidneys on the black market and they come back to haunt her

I think it’s a fair toss up
