I think the thing we will learn about Jodio Joestar is that he is "short-sighted" (as in, he has a limited worldview and a lack of interest in expanding upon it), represented by how he has his hair covering his eyes.

He thinks himself more important than he is and his entire narration seems based on the assumption that so many things in his life are the "norm".

He is the Stupidest Jojo so far is what I am saying
