Given the hell is the preferred afterlife for some in canon, I really liked the interpretation from the fic series 'Achieving Heaven Through Hell' the JoJo bizarre adventure crossover. It had hell as an actual punishment for everyone. Not just the shittiness of others but the little things. Coffee is luke warm to the mouth no matter how hot the water used to brew it only to be scalding hot on the crotch. Water either boils you alive or freezes on you as you shower. While this will be handled a lot like those “what if ____ was given a second quirk” asks, this is a little different. Because as we've seen with Pop Step, Kuin can't seem to use the host's powers in tandem with her own like other multi-Quirk users. So instead of powers that would fuse well with it, this is more powers that work well with it.

Centipede: While this could be used to extract the venom from the pincers to use with the bee stringers, I really wanted to include this just so we have the horrifying combination of bug Quirks.

Invisibility: This seems unfair. Between the sheer range of the power and being invisible, the user is going to be impossible to find. It's even worse if it can apply to bees and you get the dread Invisi-Bees.

Acid: Did you ever see that fight in Part 6 of Jojo where a Stand fills up a bunch of mosquitos with acid and spreads it among the main cast? Yeah, that would be horrifying to deal with to say the least.

High Spec: This is to be used in tandem with the immense sensory abilities of "Queen Bee". With the greater processing power, the user could process so much more information that are perceive through the bees.

Somnabulist: Assuming that the needles the bees use can intake gas as well as liquid, this could be an extremely useful. It could expand on her subterfuge abilities by letting her selectively and subtlety disperse the gas to people.

Super Regeneration: With how the bio-physical link can do a lot of harm, this is the perfect counter with it. You can lose and sacrifice the bees a much as you want it will mean nothing. Plus it offers some much needed personal protection.

Glamour: Similar logic to "Somnambulist", but I would argue a lot more useful. Using the bees to give off sights and sounds wherever the user wants would be a lot more useful, especially since you'd have zero indication of where they are coming from.

Frog: This might just be the most useful one. Not only does it offer a suite of physical abilities from the host, but "Frog" can produce a variety of liquids that could be used in tandem with the needles of the bees. That offers a whole new level of applications.
