Oh look it’s my attempt at making a glass Joe dress up picrew that I never finished and never will because it’s old and ugly. There was different hair colors considering the fact this man’s hair color is inconsistent af. If I do pick this idea up again I’m starting from scratch(keyword if because this was time consuming and I didn’t even add clothes) I planed on doing some of the other boxers too if I was up to it.

This is a parody of One Wheat Mark’s 22nd chapter ←(This is a hyperlink, please click it to read the original story). If you are familiar with the original story, you may notice that I changed some dialogue and panels. This is because I adjusted the story to better fit the characters. More context under the cut ↓

【Original context】

Chap. 22 follows Will (the grey shirt guy)’s radiation-poisoning-induced hallucination. In this hallucination he sees his best/worst friend, Mike (blue jacket guy). The Mike here though is not the real Mike, this is Counselor Mike.

Counselor Mike is very similar to real Mike (i.e. dismissive, sardonic, shitty 2010s humour, white), except for the fact that he took the time to listen to Will talk about his feelings. He is a counselor.

【Beershine context】

Joe is having a fatigue-induced nightmare. He is physically tired from working on minimal sleep; and emotionally tired from Billy hounding him about “being well-made together” and that “you’re the only one who understands what kind of joke the world is.” He dreams of a Billy who culminates everything he likes and dislikes about Billy.

Joe’s entire dreamworld is drawn very crudely to show that everything is a joke/shitpost, meanwhile Billy is fully-rendered/well-made. The Billy in this dream however is now losing his well-made facade. When he breaks Joe’s heart again, the facade completely falls apart and Joe’s view of Billy literally and figuratively becomes un-well-made.
