Hey guys. I know I haven’t been active much on here, and to be honest I don’t know if I really will be on here anymore. I have some other blogs that I run that I’ve been happier on, and that’s not to say I don’t like classic rock anymore because it’s still a big part of my life (and KISS is still my favorite band), but I just have more interests and keeping myself restrained here isn’t helpful?? Idk lmao.

So I met Greg Abbey (2003 Raphael), Wayne Grayson (2003 Michelangelo), Marc Thompson (2003 Casey Jones), Judith Hoag (1990 April O’Neil), and Robbie Rist (1990 Michelangelo) yesterday at Rangerstop Convention, and this was the gift art I did for all of them! 💙❤️💜🧡

They were all very kind and loved the art, it was a wonderful experience! 🥹🫶

Gift art I did for the voice actors of the original 1987 Ninja Turtles! Ramblings about meeting them under the read more:

Yesterday I went to Fanboy Expo, and had the opportunity to meet the original voice actors of the Ninja Turtles! Unfortunately Rob Paulson had to cancel last minute, but meeting Cam Clarke, Townsend Coleman and Barry Gordon was an absolute dream come true, and yes I cried a lot haha! I’ll be looking to get Rob Paulson’s autograph as well ❤️ I did this art as gifts for these four amazing gentlemen as a thank you for making my childhood amazing. The TMNT franchise as a whole means so much to me and helped me through some really rough times, so this meeting meant the world to me. Cowabunga! 💙❤️💜🧡🐢

Finally sat down and watched Rise of the TMNT a couple months ago!

And guess who ended up being my favorite character?

Again, long time, no art. The past couple months have been a bit stressful, so I haven’t had time to do art really. But I found this piece I did way back in December as a Christmas present for my niece, who loves Spider-Gwen.

I forgot to post it, but decided with all the Spider-Verse hype going on I should finally post it!

I hope to get some new art done soon!

At the same convention I met Roger Craig Smith, Steve Blum was also there! So I decided to draw and gift him some art of Wolverine!

Some rambling about how important this was for me under the cut:

Now this was a big moment for me. The X-Men helped me through such an incredibly rough time, and Wolverine and the X-Men was my comfort show through it all. Still is one of the shows I watch when I need a pick me up. And Steve Blum provided the voice for Wolverine in said show! He’s also the go-to voice for Logan I use whenever I read X-Men media.

Now, as silly as it sounds, Wolverine is a big comfort character of mine. And getting to meet Steve Blum and tell him how much the X-Men and Wolverine helped me was amazing. And he was so kind about it, and you could tell he was happy to hear that, and even thanked me for telling him. He loved the art, and it was just so great to be able to gift him a small something. I could never thank him enough for his work as Logan, but at least I was able to thank him.

It’s a moment I’ll treasure forever 💙💛💙💛

I got the chance to meet the one and only Roger Craig Smith this past weekend, and as we all know he is the current voice for our lovable blue blur, and I decided to draw this and gift it to him!

It was an amazing experience getting to talk with him, he was so kind and loved the art! Best day of my life!

Hi there! My name is Jocelyn, and I’m a self taught artist who likes to draw for fun! But recently, I’ve been in a slightly tight spot, and am trying to save up for a car, while also trying not to worry about paying rent.

While I do have a job, my hours are usually less than 30 a week. With money from my job and commissions combined, I’m hoping I can get a car sooner than later. I thankfully have wonderful friends and family who do give me rides to and from work when they can, but I feel bad asking all the time and want to have my own transportation.

Practicing with procreate, and decided to use a sketch of Jotaro I did a while back for practice! I got a lot to learn still, but take this in the mean time!

It's the year 2020 and I'm making Neopets OCs... And I regret nothing.

This was originally going to be a simple reference for the character I made here. Three days later this comes out. And even though I wasn't planning on making this piece as detailed as I did, I'm really happy with how it came out!

Does anyone else remember the comics on Neopets?

I used to read the Curse of Maraqua all the time as a kid, and recently rediscovered my love for Neopets after my sister mentioned wanting to introduce my niece to it. So naturally I had to go and draw my favorite characters!

I took a few artistic liberties on the designs- most prominent one being Jacques- but I’m very happy with how these came out, considering the last time I drew them I was drawing what I can only describe as advanced stick figures!
