Soooooo, I was gonna post a different Joaquín Torres smut, but it just kept getting longer and longer with more and more back story, and now it's gonna be its own thing. Oops.

@happypopcornprincess & @nickfcwler this is probably not the smut you asked to be tagged in but here's a little something for your wait.

"You know, Sam and Bucky aren't here," Murphy said casually, raising her eyebrows at the computer screen in front of them.

Joaquin's brow scrunched in confusion, and Murphy rolled her eyes, an affectionate smile crossing her lips before she came around the back of his chair and slid into his lap, letting her arms rest on top of his shoulders.

"Oh," he breathed.

"I know they told us to stay out of trouble, buuut," she looked up at him from under her lashes. "A little trouble wouldn't hurt right?"

"I think that probably depends on the trouble," Joaquin said, hands sliding up to her hips.

Murphy bit her lip as she kept his gaze, and the boy was able to hold out for two long seconds before he pulled her flush against him and ducked his head to kiss her.

She smiled into the kiss, crossing her arms behind his neck to draw him in even closer so she could press every bit of herself into him.

Joaquin let out a low groan as he suddenly stood, the chair toppling to the ground but his hands keeping a firm grip on Murphy's thighs so that she rose with him. She wrapped her legs around him and might have relished in the way his kisses stuttered if it weren't for the fact that her back collided with the wall and suddenly she was having a hard time focusing on what was happening.

"Need you," she murmured against his lips, reaching down between them as one of Joaquin's hands slid to her ass. It was easy enough undoing his pants and pulling him out of his underwear, giving a few swift strokes that had him cursing into the crook of her neck. Taking off her pants was a less elegant affair and as it was rather difficult to pull away from Joaquin since he wasn't letting her go anywhere as long as she was stroking him like that.

When her pants were finally off, the pair didn't bother with her underwear. Instead he pushed it aside before sliding into her, leaving Murphy's eyes practically rolling into the back of her head when he picked her back up.

"I knew you were sexy somewhere in there," she murmured, hands once more fisted in his curls to tilt his head up at her.

"Besáme," he commanded eyes dark as he stared up at her. She complied.

Murphy looked at Joaquín and found him already staring at her, the same thought echoed across his face.

3. If they complimented each other, what would they say?

Murphy likes to make Torres blush, so she'd probably comment about how he has an excellent ass or nice arms or something far less appropriate if she's complimenting him in front of anyone. If the compliment is just for him though, she tends to focus on how he's a Good person. "I've never met anyone who is just so naturally positive as you and not annoying as shit." (I mean come on, she's still Murphy.)

Torres gives Murphy compliments all of the time, and they're always genuine but not very poetic. "You're so clever." or "You look....really good." In the bedroom however, he is excellent at giving dirty bits of praise.

20. What is a promise they have made to each other?

Murphy has promised Joaquín that she'll leave Madripoor. There's not a timeline on this promise, and it signifies much more than just her living situation. Madripoor is where she built a name for herself as The Shade, it's where she buried her best friend and first love, and it's where the only family she's ever known is (or at least what's left of it).

Joaquín has promised Murphy that he won't leave her. While it sounds like he means that he won't break up with her, it's much deeper than that. The promise is given as a reassurance that even if she disappears, even if they break up, even if he's sent half-way across the world, he will always be there for her if she needs him. He will never write her off. He will never give up on her or abandon her.

"Apparently tonight I'm the Patron Saint of the Foolish," Murphy said, letting her hand rest on his forearm. "And if you don't start looking more enthralled by my obvious charm and skills of seduction, I'm going to be just as dead as you."
