I think I have to come to terms with the fact that you're real.

Idk what timeline I jumped to get you to pop up in my life but I don't think I'd trade it. You have the most uncanny ability to make me feel safe and appreciated, even when you're 169 miles away. I've never felt uncomfortable or the need to change who I am with you. I feel seen and it's new to me. I was scared of the way I felt for you after our first few dates because it was intense and all at once.

It took me some time and a lot of overthinking but I couldn't deny that feeling. I couldn't place it into the category of, "it's the attention that I like and he'll be done with me once he realizes that I'm boring." You spent quite a few nights with no internet, no TV, and with very little furniture just to kiss my stupid face and listen to me snore.

You're the most sincere person I've ever had the privilege of being close with. I think I'll still be a little cautious with the way I feel for you but I don't know how long I can convince myself not to absolutely adore you.
