Speaking of JoJo though, the most unforgivable death in the series is what happened to Narancia.

I am literally never going to be over what happened to him. The suddenness of it, the buildup, the way everyone's blood chilled the moment they realized Narancia hadn't said a peep in the past 30 seconds.

But what gets me the most about Narancia's death is how, back when Abbacchio died, Narancia was the only one who cried. He broke down and begged to take Abbacchio's body with them because he couldn't stand to leave him alone. He couldn't keep his emotions in and no matter how desperately he reached out to everyone else, they couldn't meet him there at that level.

"Abbacchio knew what he was getting himself into."

"We all knew death was a possibility."

"We have to keep moving no matter how much this hurts because the enemy could still be around here."

But when Narancia dies? It was like the proverbial damn broke because no one could hold back the tears.

Narancia cried for everyone when Abbacchio died but when Narancia died, everyone cried. And then to be wrapped in the flowers of his hometown and told gently that they have to leave him for now but they'll come back and take him to his hometown? Because they knew that more than anything, Narancia was scared to death of being alone.

Like how can you expect me to be normal after that?
