Jan 27th .. is the birthday of Ef Jitender Shi Shir .. and TwEf Abhishek Tiwari .. .. and .. there are more birthdays for the 26th .. which have been missed .. sorry .. 😔🙏🏻 .. the birthday of Ef Margaret Ann from USA ..  she must be turning 71 this year .. .. and the birthday of E. T. .. the Ef of the hidden name from Greece .. but her kind Spirit is very well recognized and remembered by the Extended Family .. Love .. 🌹

.. and the several depictions of its fervour the entire day .. among all .. among the Universe .. from far and near .. from within and without ..

the National Anthem earlier , when we sang it then ,  from School days, through University and I think till the 60′s and beyond ..   the last lines were this :

भारत भाग्य विधाता  !

my age generation would know this .. 

.. but it was changed .. and now its ends on  ..

the भारत भाग्य विधाता  has been removed

Most Indians, would not know that on 26th January the National Fag is UNFURLED, while on 15th August it is HOISTED.

The logic behind this is that on 15th August the flag is tied to the bottom of the pole, it is lifted up to the top .. it is HOISTED ! It symbolises  the struggle for Independence, which is expressed by lifting the Tricolour up the pole and then celebrating Independence by hoisting it. While on 26th January, India became a Republic .. 

On the top now, free from the clutches of years of foreign occupation ! Thus the flag is tied to the top of the pole and not at the bottom as on 15th August. Hence the Flag is UNFURLED ! The hoisting of the flag signifies the rise of a new nation, free from colonial domination. Whereas on Republic Day, the flag is already on top of the flag pole and signifies that it is one of a free nation. A flag of a free nation cannot stay at  at the bottom, on a day as important as Republic Day. Happy Republic Day and Flag Unfurling. 🇮🇳🇮🇳🇮🇳🇮🇳🇮🇳🇮🇳🇮🇳🇮🇳 Jai Hind.

The Constitution of India ( Bhāratīya Saṃvidhāna) is the supreme law of India.The document lays down the framework that demarcates fundamental political code, structure, procedures, powers, and duties of government institutions and sets out fundamental rights, directive principles, and the duties of citizens. It is the longest written constitution of any country.

It imparts constitutional supremacy (not parliamentary supremacy, since it was created by a constituent assembly rather than Parliament) and was adopted by its people with a declaration in its preamble. Parliament cannot override the constitution.

It was adopted by the Constituent Assembly of India on 26 November 1949 and became effective on 26 January 1950. The constitution replaced the Government of India Act 1935 as the country's fundamental governing document, and the Dominion of India became the Republic of India. To ensure constitutional autochthony, its framers repealed prior acts of the British parliament in Article 395. India celebrates its constitution on 26 January as Republic Day.

The constitution declares India a sovereign, socialist, secular, and democratic republic, assures its citizens justice, equality and liberty, and endeavours to promote fraternity. The original 1950 constitution is preserved in a helium-filled case at the Parliament House in New Delhi. The words "secular" and "socialist" were added to the preamble by 42nd amendment act in 1976, during the Emergency.

So many ask in the Ef .. what is Independence Day and Republic Day .. 15th August  Independence Day and 26th January Republic Day ..

On the 15th of August 1947 , India became a free nation .. free from the British .. and on 26th January 1950, the Constitution , the ratified Constitution of India was demarcated, established as stated above ..

.. the care and the affection of love that comes from the Ef and their hearts is immeasurable .. infinite and beyond .. 

it can be seen in the expression of the picture as I sit late, to envelope the bearings about and to put out to all the similarity that possess me in its rendition .. 

.. the problem with todays world is complex .. actually it is not a problem it is a quandary mixed with the non understanding of how one needs to pay heed to the evolution of its making or to just lie beside it and allow it to flow by you ..

.. so .. start to address an issue a thought an idea that needs conveyance .. and a million other come charging in like the cavalry in battle each seeking to outdo the other in its execution .. loosing the very thought that brought you there in the first place .. its technology .. and its outdoing all of us .. bit by bit , slowly yet surely .. 

.. there are in confirmation studies and rooms set aside for the declaration of the take over .. when the very creators shall be the victims of their own creation .. Oh dear we are back to ‘2001 Space Odyssey’   ..   and the command computer that man made turns against them by locking the space ship door and not allowing the astronaut  that went out for repairs, to get it .. finally then the act of destroying the machine made by the man himself , in order that order can prevail ..

The impotency of content ..

I do not know what made me say this or what it is supposed to reflect .. but said it I have and the ‘makers’ - the makers instead of the informers - have the most intricate desire to overcome this .. but shall not be able to ..
