Other countries don’t have above-ground power lines?

well i can only speak for germany, really (but i assume that most surrounding countries are the same, i'm just not there a lot) and here we do have *some* above-ground power lines, but only in really rural places or at power rerouting stations. so they're ... kinda weird lmao (also if you know the movie only lovers left alive - there's the scene where one of the protagonists points at an above-ground power line array and says "look at that shit" and it's become a meme with me and my mom bc it's seriously so weird to see :p)
