With the guys back in Seoul, they were shooked and happy to see Jennie take so many photos with several celebs.

“Aw~! Munchkin finally got to meet him.” Hobi pointed out the photos with her and Shawn.

"Did he have to hug her so tightly?" Jungkook grumbled, frowning at the hug while the guys laughed and teased him. 

“Look at how big she’s smiling!” Taehyung giggled.

“She’s cheesing, huh?” Yoongi chuckled.

“That smile is so wide. She must’ve been blushing.” Jimin pointed out.

"You think you're gonna lose your girlfriend?" Namjoon teased while the members played along.

"Shut up!" Jungkook whined, trying to hit the guys while they laughed.

“Wow, she met Ludacris and 50 Cent!” Hobi said in awe, pointing at the photos she had taken backstage with all these celebs.

They watched a video of Jennie teaching Ludacris Korean backstage on Billboard’s Twitter.

“So, how do you say it?” Ludacris asked as he tried to say hello in Korean after Jennie repeated the word slowly for him.

The boys laughed at the video and liked his pronunciation of the word.

It seemed like BTS’ name was traveling fast because Jennie was in a lot of videos with several celebs and Billboard staff as she talked about Korean Pop. Which was a great thing as she put out the idea of having K-Pop groups attend Billboard one day.

As soon as she arrived back in Korea, she had to go straight to work. Arriving at Big Hit’s building, she went to her studio, quickly changing into her outfit for dance practice. Turning to her desk, she saw smarties and a cute note connected to it. 

Smiling softly, she examined it to see that it was from Jungkook, who drew a small doodle of a bunny and a hamster.

Walking into the dance studio with her gym bag, posing dramatically at the door, she announced, “I’m back~!”

The guys stopped talking and turned to her with bright smiles on their faces. “Jennie~! Yay~!” the members happily cheered and rushed over to her as she laughed.

“How was the show? We saw all your pictures. It’s like you met everybody,” Namjoon exclaimed.

“How’s Shawn?” Jungkook asked with jealousy, crossing his arms, and making the guys laugh. “You seemed to have a lot of fun with him. Even baked for him, too. When was the last time you baked for me? I’m always up for your baking.”

“Someone’s jealous,” Hobi teased, nudging Jungkook as he playfully hit him back.

"Yeah, Jungkook was complaining a lot when he saw the photos and videos of you and Shawn Mendes," Jimin laughed, throwing him under the bus.

"They have a cute ship name, too!" Jin brought up in a fit of giggles while Jungkook glared at him.

“Oh, would you relax?" Jen giggled at Jungkook. "Shawn has a girlfriend. He told me they're dating privately which is what we're doing. Shawn and I are friends. I think we're going to be the best musical partners going forward when we start collaborating. Anyway, he's great. Everything is great. I'm so glad I went to the show,"

“Angelina was amazing. I had to watch her perform a couple of times. Just wow. Blown away.” Namjoon added.

“Right?! I am so proud of her! She deserves everything!” she went to hug Jungkook who leaned down to kiss her. “So, Silver Spoon, right? And then rehearsing for our Festa?”

“Right on. We’re being filmed for a Bangtan Bomb for this dance practice too,” Hobi added. 

“All right, let’s do this.”

“Let’s have someone take over Hoseok’s dance part at the end of Crow-tit.” Yoongi suggested. 

Hobi agreed since he always did the dance break. After a game of Rock, paper, scissors, Yoongi was the one to lose and would have to do the dance break. As soon as he realized he lost, he dropped to his knees while everyone laughed.

“Yoongi Hyung’s got it!” Jimin cackled.

“I’m glad it ain’t me!” Jen high fived Jimin, celebrating.

After pulling themselves together, they got in position to dance. Jen stood next to Jungkook as their backs were facing the camera and the music came on. Quickly turning around, they shimmy on the beat. As they walked towards the camera, Jen put up three fingers and counted down just before Rapmon began his verse.

“WORK!” Jen cheered, laughing with Jimin while Rapmon covered his mouth.

After the ending pose, Taehyung kicked Hobi’s butt and the recording ended as everyone caught their breath.

Now it was on to practicing for the Festa. The practice room was filled with Hobi’s “Ba bams” and music as he helped Jin with his solo dance while Jimin helped Rapmon with his. V walked around rapping for Cypher Part 3, and Jennie walked around to go over the lyrics for Sunmi’s Full Moon since she’ll be singing and dancing. Including rapping Lena’s part.

Yoongi was with her as he listened closely to her rapping.

“Perfect weather, can get no better,” she rapped smoothly as he nodded. “Everything around us so so real yo. Tonight, it’s the night, boreumdareul jomyeong sama, sarangeul soksagigi ttak joheun bam.”

“geudae soneul japgo Walking on the moon, gutge dachin mun ppajimeobsi yeoreo, oraetdongan gidaryeo watdeon kkum.” she messed up on transitioning back to Sunmi’s verse and stopped singing altogether.

“You sound good, smartie,” Yoongi praised. “Let’s just work on how to control your breathing,”

She needed to make sure her transition from the rap to the chorus wasn’t sloppy as she worked hard on her breath control and timing. Maybe breathing through her nose will help. 

After working on the lyrics, she focused on practicing with Jimin and Jungkook for the Coming of Age Ceremony cover. She swiped Jimin's hat off his head again to wear as they rehearsed. At one point she slut dropped all extra, making the boys laugh at her randomness. 

As the song continued to play, she listened closely to the lyrics. ‘I’m not a little innocent girl anymore, you don’t need to hesitate any longer,’

“Wow, a relatable song to me,” she commented, making Jin stop working on his Festa project.

“What do you mean relatable!?” he called out.

“I was joking,” she quickly replied.

“You better be,” he pointed to her, narrowing his eyes, and making her giggle.

“SKRT!” V shouted on the mic as Cypher pt 3 came on. “SKRT SKRT! SKRT!”

‘This man is a character,’ she thought with a chuckle.

“Hi, Kim Taehyung, I’m so happy I get to rap like this,” he rapped.

On camera, Jennie was standing in the background, smirking at her phone in amusement while nodding her head to his flow. She was going over the lyrics for her performance. 

Jimin’s hat was taken off her head and she looked up to see Jungkook placing his hat on hers instead. It looked like he was a little jealous to see her wearing Jimin’s hat. He planned on leaning down for a kiss but then remembered the camera was on them since Taehyung was rapping in front of them for a Bangtan Bomb. Although it could just be edited, he decided not to take the risk. Instead, he stood with her as they watched him rap.

“Hyung, you really shouldn’t rap,” Jungkook immediately chuckled after he finished the song

“Jungkook.” Jen scolded and turned to V, “Don’t listen to him. I’m your biggest supporter on this no matter what. You killed it. Just keep practicing. Army is going to be excited over it,”

A boxy smile came across V’s face as he looked at her with appreciation.

Later, Jen stared at Yoongi and Hobi wide-eyed and started laughing as they sang dramatically, practicing their cover of Homme’s I Ate Well.

“It’s a big mistake to ask them to do this. I’m extremely good at harmonizing. We should’ve done it together. It’s such a pity.” Rapmon complained.

“AHHHHHHHHHHH~!” Hobi screamed out while singing, causing Jennie to look up from her lyrics, furrowing her eyebrows. The camera caught her reaction and it was sure to become the next K-pop meme as Jungkook and Jin laughed at them.

“Oh yeaaaaaaaaah oooooooohhhhhhhhhh~!” Yoongi sang out

While the guys were doing their own thing, Jennie finally started to practice Sunmi’s Full Moon dance. There was a couch against the wall that she used as she put on the song to practice. Concentration was on her face as she drowned out all distractions to make sure she got this choreography and sensuality right. But Yoongi and Hobi decided to mess with her by sitting next to her on the couch to try to copy her moves. She suppressed a laugh as she continued to dance.

After practice, Jennie went to meet up with Big Bang as G-Dragon invited her to go eat with them. The excitement in her was building as she made her way to a private section of the restaurant where he was waiting for her.

“Jennie,” his eyes lit up as she went to hug him.

“I missed you! What’s been going on?”

“Touring has been fun. Just enjoying every day. So, does BTS know you’re going to be hanging out with Big Bang?”

She smiled sheepishly, “Not...yet.”

They both laughed.

“I’ll let you be my little secret for a little while longer,” she added. “It’ll be nice if we can all hang out one day. I’m sure the guys would flip.”

As they walked over to the table, Jennie was met by excited smiles from the members.

“Here she is. Miss Jennifer.” G-Dragon announced

“Hey!” she waved excitedly.

“Jennie! Welcome!” Seungri happily greeted which caught her by surprise.

“So, you’re the precious Jennie hyung is always blabbing on about. Nice to finally meet you!” Taeyang smiled.

Jen’s face immediately heated up by the way he was smiling so charmingly. It was surprising to her that they knew her name. Like Big Bang knows who she is!? That’s amazing.

When her eyes met TOP's, she almost fainted.

He smiled softly. "It's nice to finally meet you, Jennie,"

"Oh my gosh, hi~!" she giggled, making the guys laugh at her enthusiasm towards him. 

Taking a seat next to G-Dragon and Seungri, she was welcomed with open arms. She watched the group bicker and crack jokes which made her laugh. It made her think of her bond with BTS and she hoped it would remain as strong as theirs.

“I baked some cookies for you guys! I hope you like them. Thanks for having me here.” she took out her bag and placed it on the table to reveal a big container of various chewy cookies. They immediately thanked her as they looked at the cookies happily.

“I like her even more,” Daesung called out with a laugh, making her smile.

“Oh wow, thank you!” Seungri happily took the container of cookies.

“It’s for all of us,” TOP called out, grabbing a hold of it, and pulling it to him.

“Yeah, bring it to the middle of the table so we can all share,” Taeyang added, bringing it to the table which made Seungri pout. “Jennie, BTS’ fire comeback is very impressive.”

“Thank you, that means so much coming from you. The guys will be stoked to hear about you liking the comeback,” she said. “I have to give thanks to G-Dragon for helping me.”

“Seeing your hard work pay off is great to see. You’re doing well,” G-Dragon praised.

“Speaking of fire, TOP caught me making a dance video about it,” Seungri laughed.

“Oh really?! You have the video?” she eagerly asked while G-Dragon and Daesung snickered at the memory, shaking their heads.

“Way ahead of you,” TOP took out his phone to show the video of him secretly filming Seungri in a dance room, making everyone at the table laugh.

“We should make a dance cover video of fire,” Jen suggested.

Seungri seemed to enjoy the idea and wanted to make plans to film a cover with her for fire soon. 

“How is the idol life for you? Any questions?” Daesung asked.

“Yes. I hate to kill the mood but I feel like you guys are the best to ask about this. Um, how do you guys deal with sasaengs? Because I think I was followed by a few when I went to the billboard awards.” she frowned.

“What happened at Billboard?”

“I just always feel eyes on me. It’s crazy about the idea of being followed. And I hope it doesn’t get worse with family being involved.”

“That’s the worst when they start following our families.” TOP sighed and rubbed his temples. “One thing I recommend is speaking up about it. Call them out. Be stern about it. Enough is enough. Stand up for yourself. And keep Big Hit informed,”

“I will. I've been taking self defense classes, too. So, I do feel good about defending myself if anything comes to that.

“You hear that, hyung? Don’t make her upset or she’ll beat you up,” Seungri teased.

“I wouldn’t do that to you,” Jen reassured TOP, as the members laughed.

“You know with me, I had to move at one point because some crazy girls were hiding around my apartment at night. It was shocking. So, I moved to a more private apartment.” G-Dragon mentioned.

“There are times I can’t even get in,” Taeyang added.

“Just let me know when you visit,”

“I do!” Taeyang turned to Jennie and joked, “I feel like he just doesn’t want to see me,”

“You guys are about to celebrate ten years as a group,” Jen brought up in amazement. “Right now Bangtan and I are focusing on our annual Festa. We’re celebrating three years. Time is flying so fast. I hope that we can last a long time like you. Ten years is astonishing. So much hard work and dedication. It’s inspiring,”

“You will,” G-Dragon predicted. “I can see that BTS has a bond like no other. No matter the hardships, teamwork is how to do it. You made it this far. You’re going to soar.”

“Namjoon always told me teamwork makes the dream work as our fans work with us to be the best that we can be,”

After their lunch, the members posted photos from their outing. Seungri posted a selfie of him gobbling up Jen’s cookies while she pretended to look at him like he was crazy and captioned it, ‘Nice to meet u, Jennie! I’m keeping the cookies hyungs!’

Daesung posted a cute photo of them hugging, 'Nice to meet you, Jennie! Thanks for the cookies! You are going to do well in the industry,'

G-Dragon posted a group photo that they took during the lunch with the caption, ‘Big Bang X JW.’

'God...give me the strength. Because I’m trying my hardest to mature and keep in this frustration. But people keep trying me. #Jen’ Jen tweeted as ARMY commented on asking her if it had something to do with Flower Crew.

Earlier today, she had checked out the first episode of Jungkook staring on Flower Crew while taking a break from shopping. He had been talking about it for weeks and was extremely excited to be able to be on a variety show by himself. She thought it would be an amazing experience for him.

But when she watched the show, things started to go downhill as her blood began to boil. Jungkook bought burgers for the cast and then Jo Se Ho decided to act like an asshole and claim they were leftovers, making Jungkook upset and embarrassed.

An irate Jennie had to go on Twitter to tweet and then begin to type out her rant on her notes to post as photos for Twitter. She knew some would most likely criticize her for speaking about someone older than her in Korea like this but this needed to be said. You shouldn’t treat someone any type of way regardless of age. Her heart ached to watch Jungkook look so bummed and uncomfortable during the show. He did not deserve that.

When she brought it up to the members via text, they immediately went to Jungkook to get him to explain what happened as they all went into full protection mode.

“Why didn’t you tell us about this?” Namjoon asked.

Jungkook cringed at the memory and looked down. “It was embarrassing...”

The guys had sat him down to give him a pep talk and to make him feel better, they went out to treat him to lamb skewers.

Jungkook scrolled through Twitter and noticed a series of new tweets from their account, including Jen’s photos of her rant through her notes. He started to read:

‘With all due respect, what made you think your actions towards my best friend were OK? He’s on his first variety show alone, so excited, and took time out of his day and money to treat you and the rest of the cast to burgers. And you say they’re leftovers? You’ve got to be joking me! That’s not cool, Jo Se Ho. Jungkook is one of the kindest, sweetest souls in this world and for you to treat him like that is revolting. Apologize. Immediately. You lucky I wasn’t on the show because I probably would’ve been criticized and asked to leave after what I would’ve said to you on TV. This is unacceptable behavior. The heck is wrong with you acting like this on TV to someone? Grow up. Encourage us young people, not berate and embarrass us. ARMY, stay away from the cast's social media. This is the first and last time I’m giving this joke of a man the time of day. Don’t attack him online or the rest of the cast. It’s going to give a bad rep. You’re better than this. You do not need to attack anyone on social media, so please chill out, and let’s focus on more positive matters. Let us continue to give Jungkook love and support. When Jen arrived back at the dorm, she had placed five bottles of banana milk down for Jungkook as he smiled appreciatively. He was then met with a tight hug from her and they stayed like that for a while.

“How are you feeling?” she asked with her head against his chest.

“I’m feeling much better now. Thank you,”

She looked up at him as he looked down with a smile. “Don’t mention it. Don’t let people take advantage of your kindness like that. And don’t let this ruin your variety show experience. He was a big jerk.“

“I won’t. I prefer Running Man. Especially when it’s with you,”

"We’ll be on another episode of Running Man, soon enough, okay?”

“Okay.”

The next morning, Jennie felt like she was about to die as she stayed in bed, clenching her stomach due to the most deadly cramps of the century. Every time she got her period, it was the worst for the first two days and she became a different person. If you say something wrong or look at her the wrong way results may vary when it was that time of the month.

Jungkook had been educating himself on periods and to get somewhat of an understanding of what women go through when it is that time of the month. Lately, he had started to track her period to prepare himself and buy things for her in advance such as a heating pad for her stomach. He even spoke to Jin about it.

The first sign that it was that time of the month was when she was bedridden and irritable. She doesn’t want anyone to bother her, always snaps at people, and tends to pass the time by playing games on her phone and napping. Jungkook didn’t take her irritation to heart, no matter how many times she snapped at him. Although she can be a little scary, he knows she doesn’t mean it. If anything, all he wants to do is cuddle her.

“I don’t care, go away!” she placed a pillow over her head.

Next was her weird food cravings. He would always ask what she wanted to eat. For some reason, she enjoyed eating potatoes and bananas the most while on her period. So, he always made sure to stock up.

One time he had given her smarties since he knew that was her favorite snack. But when she rejected them, that made him Jungshooked.

“Ew, I hate smarties. They’re disgusting. Throw them all way!” she complained.

“Wh-what? But you love smarties!” Jungkook tried to reason.

“Who lied? They’re gross. Throw all of it away. I don’t even want to look at them,”

“O-okay,”

Biggest mistake ever.

Because once she was off her period, she almost tore the entire dorm apart, trying to find her favorite candy.

“B-but you said to throw them away-“

“YOU THREW THEM AWAY!?” Jennie screamed, making him flinch. Jimin, J-Hope and V yelped and took cover, getting as far away from her as possible while Rapmon sat on the couch with his headphones on, oblivious. “WHY DID YOU LISTEN TO ME!? THAT WASN’T ME TALKING!"

He assumed everything she said was literal when she was on her cycle and decided to do whatever she said. But now he knew that if she said to throw away smarties, don’t do it. It was just her crazy hormones talking.

Today, during the first day of her period, Jen was lying in her bed, with a heating pad on her stomach given by Jungkook which had started to help.

“I hate everything...I hate my life. This is the worst. Why? What did we do to deserve this pain?” she complained, hissing at the sharp abdominal pain in her stomach.

She then felt herself get pulled back into a warm chest, getting closely held.

“Go awaaaaaaay~!” she whined, trying to get out of Jungkook’s arms.

“I’m not leaving you.”

“Go play video games with the guys or something.”

“I want to be with you,”

“Well, I don’t right now. I look like shit. I feel like shit. I am shit. Leave.”

“No.” he simply answered.

She sighed and decided to just deal with it, making him smile victoriously. As much as she hated to admit it with her stubborn attitude during her period, lying with him helped tremendously. She hoped he would stay after she woke from her nap.

A few days later, playing video games in her room, Jungkook tried to focus on Overwatch while playing through his aching back. He had strained it when he danced too hard during the fire promotions. He had tried his best to hide it from Jennie. But this time, he got caught as Jen had been observing him for days.

“So, how long are you going to hide that from me?” she called him out.

“Hide what?” he asked innocently.

“Your back. You look like you’re uncomfortable. What happened?”

“It’s nothing. Don’t worry,”

“Kookie, you’re never going to perform your best with that much tension. Stop playing the game for 30 minutes, come here, and lie down on my bed.”

“I-it’s okay. Really,”

“Really? You always ask me for massages. And lately, you haven’t been asking. Why? What’s the problem?”

He started to feel a little fidgety.

‘Because I don’t know if I can control myself with the way you touch me,’ he thought.

Lately, it seemed like his body was reacting much more to her. It was getting to the point where almost every time they made out, his lower region began to have a mind of its own. Sure they did some things during Prom Weekend but he had been trying his best to avoid being extra touchy these days until he could work on his hormones that were running all over the place. And with them not being alone like they were during Prom Weekend, it was getting harder.

Having enough, Jen rolled her eyes and took the controller out of his hands.

“Goodness gracious.” she huffed, exiting out the game

“H-hey! I was in the middle of the game,”

“I don’t care. Lie down. Now. I’m done watching you in pain like this.” she set the controller down and made him lay on his stomach on her bed after taking his shirt off.

“I told you, I’m okay.”

“I don’t want to hear it,” she sat on his behind, rubbing massage oil on her hands, and began working on his back. 

While massaging him, she proceeded to nag him, which he always thought was cute. He had to admit her hands were doing magic as he immediately felt relief from her touch. But his mind started to drift elsewhere as it started to make him feel fidgety again. Once he felt her nails lightly rake his back, his struggle to keep himself together worsened.

His mind went to a suggestive place, as he thought about her underneath him. He didn’t mean for these dirty thoughts to happen but he couldn’t control it. He knew her massaging him was a bad idea.

Did she know how much of an effect she had on him?

How much he was starting to want her?

However, Jennie was starting to feel the same way. His back was so broad as she thought about him pinning her down against the bed. How nice his lips would be against her neck and even lower.

'No, stop.’ she thought, shaking her head as she tried to block the suggestive thoughts out of her mind.

They weren’t alone in the dorm so maybe making out wasn’t the best idea as she thought of the possibility of being walked in on.

After massaging him, she went into her bathroom to wash off the massage oil from her hands.

“See how easy that was? And you feel much better, right? Next time just tell me to massage you. No more waiting that long to be massaged,” she stated. "I hate when you don't tell me that you're in pain. You worry me,"

As soon as she walked out of her bathroom, she was met with his arms pulling her to him for a kiss out of nowhere. It made her stumble back into the bathroom as she kissed back, pulling him closer.

This kiss felt...different.

More frenzied and passionate.

It made her body feel flush as she was backed up to her sink with his hands on it to trap her. 

‘You’re not alone!’ reality hit her which made her reluctantly break the kiss.

“The guys are here,” she reminded him.

“Just for a little bit,” he whispered, ignoring her warning, and leaned back for another smooch.

“Jungkook,” she warned again.

But he kept getting handsy which started to almost make her forget about the guys being here. But clinging onto the last resistance she had, she gently pushed him back.

“I want to. But one of them may walk in. Let’s make out later. Like when everyone is sleeping or something,” she suggested, walking out of the bathroom.

Remaining persistent, Jungkook walked out of her bathroom and shut her door, locking it.

“There, no abrupt interruptions on our alone time,” he shrugged like it was no big deal.

She stared at him in disbelief. He was getting bolder these days. The intense stare coming from him was making her go a little crazy.

“And what if they hear me? I don’t feel like dealing with them teasing us about it for a couple of weeks,”

“I won’t let that happen,”

“Easier said than done with your unpredictability. We shouldn’t.”

He reached out for her but she turned around to avoid another kiss. One more kiss and it was over for her. She needed to stand her ground. There’ll be plenty of more times to make out. 

But her avoidance was short lived when she felt a pair of warm lips on her shoulder blade. Trapped in his arms, she began to feel her legs weaken as she shivered in pleasure when he began to slowly travel up to her neck.

This was so dangerous.

Her eyes closed and she leaned back into him as her breathing quickened.

‘We should stop but this feels so good,’ she thought as she felt a gentle bite on her neck.

“Just five minutes. And then I’ll stop,” he whispered, gently biting her ear.

'Who taught him this?’ she thought, enjoying what he was doing.

Five minutes he said. Maybe five minutes won’t hurt.

Turning around, she wrapped her arms around his neck for a heated kiss, as her desire for him took over. She felt herself being lifted up and moved to her bed as he sat on the edge of it, allowing her to straddle him. Cupping his face, their slow, passionate kisses left her breathless as their need for each other grew. Gripping her hips, he felt her move against his hardness, making him moan out her name.

"Keep your voice down," she whispered.

"I'm trying...you’ve been driving me crazy these past few weeks, you know that?” 

When he said that, she felt this need for him that she couldn’t quite explain. She wanted to go further.

Securely holding her, Jungkook turned them over to place her on the bed as he hovered over her and kissed her again. He then slowly moved down to her neck making her breathing quicken. 

This felt so good. Everything. The way he was touching her. She wanted more.

“You want me to stop?” he whispered in her ear, making her shiver.

Five minutes passed already? She didn’t want this to end. Can’t he keep going and ignore that the time passed?

“I can keep going,” he said like he read her mind. The way she was looking at him gave it away. “But you’re going to have to say it, baby girl,”

'Oh my God, who taught him this? Who is teaching him to say these things? Because this was new and I love it,' she thought.

“Keeping going,” she responded breathlessly as he went back down to her neck.

Suddenly, she let out an unexpected moan when he found a sensitive spot on her neck. She quickly covered her mouth, making him chuckle.

“They definitely heard that,” she exclaimed. “We gonna get caught,”

“No, we won’t, relax. It wasn’t even that loud,”

“To you.”

“It was for my ears only and I’d like to hear it again. Can I try something?”

“Okay,”

“Trust me.” he leaned down to kiss her again, making her forget about her worries. 

He began grinding his hips into hers, making her whimper. She lightly scratched his back in response as she let out another sound. 

Okay, screw it. If they get caught, they get caught. This was feeling all too good right now, it was worth getting caught. She didn’t want to stop as she felt comfortable with him. She can only imagine how it will be when they’re ready to go all the way.

“Jeon Jungkook! I know you're in there!” Jin called out, knocking on the door, and tried to open it but it was locked. "Stop hiding in Jennie's room! I know you pranked me!"

Jungkook sighed out of annoyance, turning his head to the door. He looked down at Jennie to see her chuckling.

“It was nice when it lasted,” she said while he got off her and put his shirt back on. "What did you do to Jin?"

"I put eggs in his laundry. I guess he figured out it was me. I'm gonna hide from him. Don't tell him I'm here," he went under the bed.

That caused Jennie to laugh. She went to open the door to see Jin marching in, looking around.

"Where is this brat?"

"Jungkook isn't here,"

"Are you lying to me?" he crossed his arms.

"No, I haven't seen him all day. Have you checked the laundry room? I did hear him say he was going to wash clothes,"

During the week of the Festa, JenKook had set up everything for the start of their Twitch Stream for Army. They had the equipment set up, everything was recording fine and they sat next to each other in front of the camera. They were located in Jennie’s Smartie factory for the stream.

Jennie tweeted the link, ‘Guess who is streaming!? JenKook’s first episode is here! Click on the link and watch! Let’s have some fun!’

“It’s on~!” she said excitedly

“How many people should we wait for until we start the stream?” he asked, spinning around in his chair.

“W-wow. We already have over 20k.” she looked on in amazement as she peered closely at the viewer count on the screen.

“It’s still growing. Now 70k. Might as well start now.”

Looking at the camera, Jennie smiled, “Yo yo yo! It’s your one and only Miss Bangtan!” she turned to Jungkook, waiting for him to speak but he missed his cue and they ended up laughing. “We’ll work on our intro.”

“Yeah.” he turned to the camera and waved, “Hello! Jungkook here!”

“And we are The Golden Duo! Welcome to our first Twitch stream. You excited?!” she asked the fans who rapidly replied in the comments positively.

“I am. I can’t wait to win,” the Golden Maknae said confidently

“If you win,” she shrugged.

“I will. I win everything,”

“Well, perhaps today is the big day when you lose, my good friend.” she ignored his glare which made viewers laugh and respond with ‘hahas’ and ‘LOLs’. “Today we’re playing...”

“The Impossible Game!” Jungkook announced in English as the game was happily on the screen, waiting to be played.

“How ready are you to get this going?”

“I got this. Let’s play,”

They played a quick game of rock, papers, scissors to determine who would play first. Jungkook managed to win and they launched the game. The music began as the orange square moved at a steady pace. Jungkook effortlessly pressed the spacebar as it jumped over the first triangle. But automatically died when he failed to jump over the second. He paused the game while Jen let out a laugh.

“I got this. I win everything,” she mocked in a deep voice.

“I’m just warming up,” he said, brushing it off.

“Oh, okay. Try it again.” she turned to the camera, “He’s warming guys.”

He tried it again and this time got further as she watched closely. Once the music intensified, the orange square kept moving up the blocks. Jennie danced to the beat, making him laugh and distracting him as he hit a triangle.

“Stop distracting me,”

“What? I didn’t do anything,”

“Stop being cute,” he murmured and tried again.

“Hop...hop...hop...hop again. And again. Hop. Hop. Hop-hop-hop-hop-hop,” she said, following the square’s movements while he concentrated.

He got even farther as he tried again but still couldn’t make it past the part when the beat got higher pitched.

“Okay, my turn!”

“I bet you can’t beat that,” he said confidently.

“I really hope I win so I can see how salty you’re going to look,” she started the game. She made it just before the beat dropped as she felt accomplished. 

Hearing him laugh at her error, she responded, “Okay but I still made it farther than you on my first attempt,”

As she continued, for some reason, she couldn’t get much farther as she kept hitting the spikes. Meanwhile, fans were amused to see Jungkook grinning at her failure.

“CAN YOU JUMP!?” she shouted at the screen after dying again, making him laugh loudly. “Look I’m just-“

PHEW!

“I’m just not concentr-“

PHEW!

“Can I finish my sentence without dying, damn!”

PHEW!

She sighed loudly and paused the game to rub her temples.

Jungkook glanced at her and the screen as a moment of silence occurred.

“You okay?” he teased.

“Shut up. Leave me alone,”

“Let the professionals take over,” he unpaused the game and began to play while she rolled her eyes and watched him. “It’s okay to lose to me. It’s fine. It’s normal.”

“I’m seconds away from hitting you,”

He giggled as he progressed, jumping up the blocks. But then he suddenly died.

“No!” he shouted.

“Let the professionals take over,” she mocked. “It’s okay to lose to me.”

“The keyboard is just glitching,”

“Oh! Blame it on the keyboard. What’s next?”

“Me beating the game before you,” he replied as he got back to the section he stopped at but died again...and again...and again.

The intensity of the game increased as Jungkook began to look more serious while playing, determined to beat the game. Poking the inside of his cheek, his frustration was more visible since he wasn’t progressing further.

He threw his head back and let out a frustrated sigh. “This game is rigged!”

“Is it now?”

“Yeah! I barely touched the triangle and it made me die! It could have let me go by it,” he whined as she let out a giggle. “Is something funny?”

“Yeah, you. My turn,”

She went to play, making the orange cube hop over the dark boxes and triangles with ease. As the beat dropped, the cube continued to make it up to the top without any errors. Jungkook’s smile fell as she progressed past where he stopped and stared at the screen in disbelief. She kept going as he turned to her and then back at the screen.

He went to read the comments:

'Omg look at his face! He’s shooked’

'I love how cute she looks when she’s concentrating,’

The cube hit a triangle and it was back to the beginning as she tried again.

“How!?” Jungkook exclaimed.

“That was luck. I was trying not to freak out as I progressed.”

As she tried it again many more times, she and Jungkook started bouncing in sync to the beat. The block fell down for a moment but then she didn’t notice as it hit the spike and it was back to the beginning, making Jungkook cackle and clap his hands.

“NO~!” she screamed, “NO! ARE YOU-ARE YOU KIDDING ME!?”

“Welp,“

"I’m done. I don’t want to play this anymore. It took me forever to get back to where I was,”

“Yeah, I think we both had enough,” Jungkook chuckled. “Well, it looks like we can’t beat the impossible game today. But we’ll just have to replay it on another stream in the future for round 2,”

Jen went to the stream chat to read a comment, “What game are we playing next? The next game we’re going to check out is Overwatch!”

“We don’t have a date yet for our next stream but just know when we do, we’ll tweet the link,”

With Matt Rife who lounged backstage before the show of Wild N' Out, he scrolled through Instagram to see the latest post on Wild N' Out's page. There it had Jennie announcing that she was excited to be a guest on the show in August with Desiigner & Angelina and hoped to take Nick Cannon's belt. 

"Damn..." Matt said as he scrolled through her Instagram page. "This girl is going to be on the show?"

He continued to lurk through her page, liking tons of posts.

“Damn...she is cute,” he said and followed her. 

On Instagram’s following tab where you can see the activity of the people you follow, BTS fans who watch Wild ’n’ Out and check who Jennie is following and who is following her noticed that Matt had followed her.

BTS' Jimin is spreading the happy virus to fans around the world by showing off his adorable charm through a challenge video.

Jimin pre-released the song 'Smeraldo Garden Marching Band' (feat. Loco) from his second solo album 'MUSE' on June 28th, and will continue to release one song every day from June 29th to July 1st. Three challenge videos were released on BTS' official SNS.

In the video, Jimin appears like a prince from a fairy tale, with blonde hair and a classic black suit, against the background of a bright flower garden, showing off his extremely lovely charm, creating a happy scene that will make you smile just by looking at it.

In particular, this 'Smeraldo Garden Marching Band' challenge includes choreography that expresses the four letters 'L', 'O', 'V', and 'E' in sign language in the lyrics of 'I Love You Babe', which can be used by 1.5 billion hearing impaired people. It is receiving even greater attention and love from fans at home and abroad because it has been considered so that everyone can enjoy it together.

In the first challenge video, 'Marching Band Beep Beep', which was released the day after the release of the music, Jimin is impressive with a cute yet clean dance line consisting of relatively simple movements that can be easily followed by anyone of any age, and the ending scene of him posing with children is a fun ' It creates a ‘Kindergarten’-like atmosphere.

I think that pose is very Jimin, a few hours ago I saw a collage where they showed how he did that same pose in SMFPT2 and Like Crazy. I don't think it's a "Smeraldo flower"? I think it's not even a flower but it's a cool jacket. But I'm definitely excited for the MV, the teaser confirmed what we knew: IT'S GOING TO BE AMAZING.

my art inspirations vs my art (2015-now)!

a mini collection of artworks I've done over the years next to the work/artist that I based the style of my piece on!

when I'm basing my work on another artist's piece, I try not to just directly copy the composition, colours or brushstrokes of the original... instead I'm always interested in adapting the original style to my own in order to create more of an homage instead!

another thing I keep in mind is medium, since most of my works above are digital and most of my inspirations are traditional artworks, so I have to figure out how to adapt that artists style into a new format in order to keep it somewhat recognisable to the original!

Gustav Klimt's The Kiss (1907) -> Wangxian digital drawing (2020), with a photo collage background made up of lots of golden things!

This is not the only piece I've done inspired by Klimt's work, but it's one of my favourites hence why I included it here lol! I love how Klimt combines realistically painted portraits with flat coloured backgrounds and patterns, the contrast is just so interesting to look at and is definitely something I use quite regularly in my own work.

Edvard Munch's The Kiss (1897) -> Destiel amalgamation traditional mixed media artwork (2021)

I was also inspired by a few other artworks but the pose is definitely based on Munch's work! I just love how the faces blend into each other that it almost becomes abstract, but is somehow still recognisable as a kiss!

Francis Bacon's 1972 Triptych -> Kaisoo painting (2015)

This is definitely one of the times my inspiration was more based on the ~vibes~ of the artist rather than anything in particular about one specific work lol! (so much so that I only know I based it on that particular triptych cos I wrote about it when I posted the artwork pfft...) Bacon's work isn't necessarily stuff I enjoy looking at (in fact it often makes me kinda uncomfortable), but I do like how expressive his work is!

Henri de Toulouse-Lautrec's In Bed (1892) -> A study from the film Weekend (2023) (which I haven't actually released properly yet shh you'll have to wait until June for that lol)

I didn't actually initially plan to be an homage to this painting, but about halfway through me drawing it I realised it was reminding me of something lol! Henri's (yes we're on a first name basis cos I cba to write his long ass surname pfft) painting evokes such tenderness, a moment in time commemorated in paint, and it's that same emotion I hope my own work emulates!

Caravaggio's Young sick Bacchus (1593) -> Jimin holding some fruit and flowers lol (2017)

Not the only piece I've done inspired by Caravaggio (or baroque painters in general), but I'm still very proud of this piece, even if the proportions are terrible lol! The chiaroscuro of Caravaggio's work still makes me weep honestly! Plus, kinda weird, but I really love the way he paints grapes lol!

Goosebumps book cover (?? possibly 90s or 00s??) -> BBC Wreck fanart (2022)

I grew up with the Goosebumps books, and though I didn't have this particular publication, I remember absolutely loving the cover art! It's honestly kinda mad it's taken me this long to do an actual Goosebumps based work lol! Also the cheesy taglines are some of my favourite parts of the covers and I spent WAYYY too long trying to come up with my own pfft!

Gwen John's Young woman in a red shawl (1917) -> Luna f(x) fanart (2016)

I remember seeing John's work in Cardiff and just fell in love with her muted colours and rough brushstrokes! I don't think I necessarily echoed her work that well with my own (since it's a difficult technique to do in digital), but I still like it nonetheless lol

Lucian Freud's Guy Half Asleep (1981) -> Park Kyung Instant fanart (2018)

This was actually one of the first times I tried to make an artwork that was done digitally but actually looked like it was traditional! I'd honestly really like to do more work inspired by Freud's cos I love the lumpiness (technical term) of how he paints people! It almost feels like you could reach out and touch their skin when you see his work!

Remedios Varo's Triptych (1960) -> BTS Rapline triptych (2018)

I can't even remember where I saw her work first but I knew that I wanted to do something inspired by her work since I absolutely adored her use of colour and the stylism of her figures and backgrounds! I also really loved how her triptych acts as this journey through each piece, which is something I tried to recreate myself and that Rapline triptych is honestly still one of my favourite pieces I've ever done lol :')

Leonardo da Vinci's The Last Supper (1495) -> EXO 'last supper in hell' fanart (2019)

This is one where seeing it next to the inspiration is honestly hilarious lol! I was actually more inspired by the music video for Monster, which has a part in it paying homage to Da Vinci's Last Supper btw! I haven't really done much work based on Da Vinci, even though I really like his painting and drawing techniques!

And that's all (for now)! I know I will forever be inspired by artists and artworks of the past (and present) so maybe in a few years I'll do another one of these compilations lol!

A sleeping giant.

The months of Jimin’s absence are finally revealing what he’s been up to.

From the W Korea article:

The hoi polloi (actually most were people who are more wealthy than we are and were invited to this fashion shindig) were getting pushed out of the way so Jimin could enter the building. MOVE OUT OF THE WAY PEASANTS, ROYALTY IS COMING THROUGH!

Commanding without even being conscious of it. 

As I was browsing Getty Images, I noticed a lot of the other guests posing for the cameras as they arrived...trying to get their moment in the flashing cameras... and there were a lot of special guests from the fashion and entertainment industries. And all Jimin wanted to do is get the heck inside the building ...fuck posing, where’s my Hobi-ah?

I could talk about the actual fashion show but I'm not sure if anyone is interested. All eyes are on Jimin. 

I should probably know who that shaggy white guy is sitting behind them but I could care less... but he sure was trying to figure out who those two young men in front of him were...

If I may, a few of my thoughts on this particular Dior menswear collection is that the silhouettes were so voluminous... shapeless really... especially the pants. They were like that in the Louis Vuitton show as well. Not a fan of billowy, wide-leg pants on men (you know how I feel about tight pants...I’m sure I’ve mentioned it a time or two). There were a lot of skirt/skort/kilt pleated type bottoms. Lots of tweed. Beautifully draping fabrics as usual. Flowy thingy details. And those rubber boots. The sounds those had to have made as the models strode around the backdrop to the narration of whatever that was ... The vibe was outdoorsy (which is what we know the summer collection was inspired by) and the ambience was... well... British country? Hoity toity quail hunting? With a dash of impracticality? Those flowy thingys are sure to get all muddy as you drag them behind you walking through that bog. 

However, there were a few pieces that stood out for me because of the texture and silhouette:

That ribbed sweatery texture looks very cozy and luxurious.

The tweed (or pattern) is classic and that jacket and pants look like something that could be tailored well for Jimin. I could see Jimin wearing either of those pieces. The bucket hats were sort of oversized (Jungkook would love them).

I love that Hobi attended the Dior show and was able to be a familiar face for Jimin. It made me feel better that he was there.

I can imagine Hobi oohing and aahing as the models went by... and Jimin trying not to giggle at him (being at his core ‘my goofy friend in sweatpants who loves soju…’) and Hobi is decked out head to toe in Dior as well.

Between the Dior show coverage and the WKorea magazine article, my poor brain is overwhelmed.

I wonder if Dior is aware of the unicorn it scored at its Menswear Fall ‘23 show... the presence of Jimin AND Hobi.... no other fashion house may ever get that lucky. 

And now the Vibe making-of video.

I commented not too long ago about when I thought the Vibe MV had been filmed and my guess was late August...and I was WRONG WRONG WRONG! Lo and behold! in the Vibe making video! Jimin's hair is blonde! under that beanie! when he and Taeyang are prepping for the video! The only time we've seen a hint of blonde Jimin was Jin's enlistment day DECEMBER 13!. Look closely, blonde hair peeking out from under Jimin’s beanie:

This little Vibe making video also showed me the friendship between Jimin and Taeyang and knowing that Jimin was influenced in his youth by Taeyang makes me understand more clearly why Jimin is not afraid and wants to be naked for us:

I’ve been thinking a lot about how sensitive tae / jk / tkkrs are. Like the thing you said about JK solos thinking the company and army are against him. Like if jimin had the fan base numbers and company support they had I would be thrilled and simply keep my mouth shut.

It’s especially interesting that they drag jimin so much when he poses no real threat (numbers wise) to them. Tae literally has 10 MILLION more followers than jimin on IG. And JK probably would too if he was still on IG.

What i keep coming back to is that can’t fathom jimin having the large amount of success than he has (even if it’s less than tae/jk) when he doesn’t have the traditional qualities that tae and jk have that make them the most biased. Like tae’s perfect face or JK’s boyish charm / masculinity / both of them being conventionally attractive overall, along with JK’s natural talent and Tae’s “confidence”. Jimin has all this success without those things. And I feel like that’s what bugs them and threatens them. Idk just thinking/rambling!

Here's the thing about Instagram followers... I've written about this before but I can't seem to find that post, so I guess I'll have to do another post (this one) about it.

Instagram followers are not a measure of talent or success. They never were, and never will be. I can only think of like Messi and Ronaldo who have 600 million followers as people who their instagram followers are *sort of* a reflection of how well known they are.

Armys live in a bubble; taekookers, Taehyung and JK stans live in an even smaller bubble, tho this could be true for every solo out there. They think BTS (or their particular bias) is the center of the universe, and they forget that there actually are other celebrities and musicians in the planet. They forget too that not everything that looks like success, is actually success.

Harry Styles doesn't get half the likes any BTS member gets. Harry has had several billboard 100 singles, many of them were #1 and As It Was is still charting. Yet he has even less followers than Jimin, I think. Harry has been touring non-stop for more than a year, now. You'd think he wouldn't have fans to attend his shows when you look at his posts with 1 - 2 million likes. He sold 500k albums the first week on the US. BTS sell ~200K. Beyonce gets less likes than any BTS member, too. Yet she's on a sold out stadium tour around the world right now. Coldplay has less than 20 million followers yet they've been active as a group since 1996, and they also are on a stadium tour right now. The same stadiums that BTS played in two or three times, Coldplay has had up to 8 sold out dates in those stadiums.

Now, for the final bosses. Taylor Swift gets around 7 millions likes on her posts. She's also on a stadium tour right now. Her albums that were released 15 years ago and she's re-releasing now, are still getting one million preorders in the first day, only in the USA. She gets 80 million streams on her spotify profile, DAILY. Everyday.

BTS right now has 73 million followers on their bts_bighit account, and it was a smaller number before but in 2021 they were already getting 100 million views for butter in the first 24 hours.

For Christmas 2020, Jimin released Christmas Love, unannounced. Literally they just posted a link, and the youtube audio got I think 10 million in the first day. Later that day, Taehyung went on weverse to announce he'd be releasing snow flower that night. It debuted with less views than Christmas Love, even if it had been announced. The members opened their instagram accounts on December 6th 2021 (I'm just going by memory here, so I might be slightly wrong on the date). Taehyung immediately was "on the lead" regarding followers, immediately gathered a few million more than any other member. Taehyung then released Christmas Tree in the end of December 2021. Debut streams: roughly 1.5 million. If even half of his followers had tuned in (on Spotify) for his song, you'd think he would've done better than 1.5 million streams. With you was released four months later and, despite having only half the tracking time and despite "unpopular" Jimin having less instagram followers than Taehyung, with you got a better first day streams. To this day, it still gains streams faster than Christmas Tree.

As a sidenote, I don't think it's a small detail that instagram followers and likes are way easier to fake and fraud than streams. In the end, Jimin is a musician and the only way he can "prove" anything about himself, or his popularity or success, it's through his music and his performances. I think it's clear he himself doesn't even care that much about his instagram profile.

The same goes for Jungkook's lives viewers, which was something I was thinking about the other day. He released music last year, and last year he was already getting 15, 20 million viewers (which his fans claim are unique viewers), but his songs debuted with not even half of that. And we know how streams work; one person could stream the same song 10, 20 times. So how come he doesn't get 40 million streams a day? Or at least one day in the year? If we were to assume that 20 million different people watch his lives, those 20 million could also play his song once or twice at least one day in the year. But that doesn't happen.

So that's why I could never be bothered about instagram followers and likes... it really never mattered to me. Records in general don't matter to me, and I've said it plenty of times. There are some Jimin "records" and numbers that I wasn't even aware of until FACE was released. I didn't know that with you was more streamed than stay alive or christmas tree, for example. There's some stuff I'm finding out only because other people post about it, not because I'm constantly checking up on Jimin's and other member's numbers.

I can only go with Taehyung's old releases numbers because he hasn't released anything in a while. Also, a random OST is not the same as a proper debut, so I am aware that nobody really knows how well he could do with his debut. But the truth is that -IN THE PAST- his streams and singles sales have always been lower than Jimin's; the only member who's on par with Jimin on that, is Jungkook. Maybe for his debut Taehyung will finally release a fun song that people actually want to listen to.

On the other hand, now that Jimin has "set records" with his debut album, when Taehyung and Jungkook's albums come out, they will try to out-do Jimin's numbers, and when the next Jimin album comes out, people will try to out-do taekook's numbers and so on and on. So unless it's a really extraordinary thing that could hardly be replicated (like Jimin's BB #1), other than that, records of numbers are a really fickle thing to hold on to. The only reason I talked about them in this post was to make a point that instagram followers really do not always correlate to how "successful" or loved, or supported someone is.

As for your last paragraph, firstly I'm really uncomfortable and tired of the backhanded "compliments" like Jimin is doing great, but not as great as Taehyung or Jungkook. Like what is the actual purpose? I know they will do well, but the undermining of Jimin's achievements is insane and so unnecessary. The day Jungkook's and Taehyung's albums were announced too, it was "the most successful kpop soloists in the world" when Jimin is literally right there, being exactly that right now. Why have most people in this fandom incorporated the backhanded compliments in their vocabulary? Being lowkey or even highkey shady towards Jimin is almost like an unconscious thing for most these days.

Talking specifically about the hate he gets from Taehyung's Jungkook's stans, what you mentioned is half of the reason why. The other half is, ships. The other half of the hate is because of taekook.

They have convinced themselves that Instagram followers and such, are a measure of success. They have convinced themselves that Jimin is not talented, that he can't sing, that he can't dance, that all these years he was pushed by the company as something he's not and that his whole personality is a lie. They fight so hard against the love he receives because they genuinely think he doesn't deserve it for all of those reasons they've invented themselves. Then some YouTuber shows up and reacts to a BTS live song and goes "oh this Jimin guy sounds the best" and they think he's been paid to say that. The idea they have of him has never correlated with the image the real world has of him, and that's what bothers them. If someone says I love this song, they just HAVE to be on his business and spam "this song is awful" because they think it's wrong to like him and want others to feel that way about him too.

That's never going to happen because the real world isn't chronically online, feeding themselves lies the way Taehyung and JK stans are.

It's also interesting, but not really, that according to them Jimin is a "flop" but Jimin is the only one they're always trying to surpass. So how exactly is he flopping if he's their biggest competition. All BTS members are competing with themselves as of right now, none of them stand a chance next to already stablished artists with proven global, stable success like Harry or Taylor. Didn't bad bunny get 1 billion streams on his album the FIRST day? That happened last year. And JK stans were so proud of Jungkook getting it in 409 days. I'd like to see Jungkook or Taehyung stans try and argue how successful they are compared to people like those I mentioned. All BTS members are competing with themselves, but none of them are actually stablished as solo acts, especially in the states. All of them are still confined to kpop so far. Jimin has probably started to crack the surface because Like Crazy was quite successful in the USA and even the UK, and there were a lot of things that gave it publicity, but even then that's just a crack and it takes time to settle as an undisputed successful solo artist. No BTS member has the time to do that.

And lookout you do; both you and Joon sitting in the corner of the tavern, eyes scanning the area for the bandits that have purchased Petunias time. It wouldn’t have been as big of a quest to return him home if the man wasn’t expecting customers at almost every hour, but apparently his services are a hot commodity and his boss is… Demanding, which means your options are very slim. The poor man wants wants to to be home with his family again, and since they paid you nicely, it’s the least you can do to help.

“Everything’s going to go to plan, we have the perfect set up.” Namjoon’s dressed down a bit, lacking his usual hat and numerous layers of clothes for a more simple shirt and pants combo. You’re wearing something similar to blend into the background, not wanting to stand out all that much. You don’t think you’ll be found out anyway, not with how intense the partying is tonight.

“I know it will Joon, I’m not worried.” The tavern’s in full swing, a large crowed covering most of the floor space and seemingly very drunk. Other pirates mostly, some prostitutes, even a few performers. The bards play music over the roaring crowed, fun songs you wiggle in your seat to, wishing you could get up and dance.

Min sits idly at the bar, legs daintily crossed in his finest leather pants. He looks dangerous but in the best of ways, his charms drawing in a number of patrons around the shady tavern. He dones a billowy white shirt as well as high laced leather boots, coal around his eyes and red on his lips, the exact look Petunia told his customers he’d be wearing. A little scandalous, a little saucy, a perfect trap.

Kookie had excused himself to hit the toilet a while ago, and so you scan the room to try and spot him in the chaos. It’s a few seconds before he stumbles around the corner, eyes doe like and head swiveling to watch out for your target. It’s a passing thought that he looks pretty, the true flower in your group as he spots you and smiles with his pretty bunny smile as he speeds toward the table.

“Oh, I think this little daffodil is the company we purchased.” You’re so focused on him that you miss the new faces; Jungkook is almost back to the table as he’s stopped, a small hand wrapped around his wrist. He looks down at the small woman as her voice booms out over the patrons, two more women that aren’t much taller by her side. Kookie dwarfs them by quite a bit, tall defined muscles towering over them like a shaking tree. You and Joon both tense, ready to fight this out if things go south.

“I- Huh? Me!?” His voice is frantic but quiet enough you almost miss it. You suppose they’re wearing somewhat similar outfits, but Jungkook has certainly never worn skintight leather pants in his life like Jimin. Trying to hide your giggles as you settle a bit, you swig down your beer and pretend not to notice Namjoon’s bugging eyes. Min watches from across the tavern with wide eyes, lips twitching up and down, clearly not sensing any danger.

“Yes you beautiful, you’re exceptionally stunning. Look at that tiny little waist under that pretty little shirt, I could just eat you up.” Well, things certainly aren’t going as planned… They’re going better. The woman places her hand on Jungkook’s chest, slowly trailing a finger down until she reaches the low-cut collar. It’s humorous how far she has to stretch her arm up, but you remain mostly quite as Namjoon gently pokes your leg, a code for ‘shut up’. Jungkook looks like he’s about to pass out: from the implication of him being a prostitute or from being touched so boldly, you’re not sure.

“Um, yes. Yes that’s right, I-I’m Petunia.” Even with the taverns light being dim, you can still see the pink hue that lights up Jungkook’s cheeks as you glance at him, maybe a little shy but also a little flattered. It’s enough to make you coo to yourself, Namjoon’s slowly lowering his forehead till his face is planted firmly against the table. Your poor captains plans just don’t seem to be owning our recently, a true pity but also a secret blessing. Seeing JK flustered is always a little treat, it makes you wanna melt into a puddle.

“Give us a little dance sweetheart, I’ve heard the way your hips move casts shame on the sea herself.” It’s tense as Namjoon raises his head just enough to watch, Jimin staring with intensity from the bar now. Jungkook clears his throat noisily a few times, then slowly starts to sway his hips to the tune of the bards song.

Perhaps he tends to be a little awkward, maybe a smidge outspoken, but he’s always been stunning. A captivating personality, a beautiful face, and now apparently hips that might be able to rival Jimin’s. The poet sways to the music almost sensually as the women cheer him on, rowdy as the sit at the table relatively close to yours, drinks in hand and eyes shining with glee. There’s a shout for him to “take it off”, and strangely enough, he starts to slip out of his shirt without a second though. Hm.

Glancing over at Jimin with a raised brow, he purses his lips and shrugs, clearly enjoying the show as Jungkook finally trips over his own feet. The crew of women don’t seem to mind though, cheering him on in their drunken state. Namjoon sighs noisily to your right, face defeated as he starts to stand up. It’s an unspoken rule; all damage control is in the hands of the captain.

“… I can’t believe it’s come to this, you all are very lucky I’m a nice captain. Slip out when you can _____, I’m sure Minnie will stick around as a watch out.” Apparently the charade has been going on much too long by Joonie’s standards when in reality, Jimin was supposed to lead them into the alleyway and knock them out. This, however, had been much more fun to watch. You continue to watch with an slightly open mouth as Namjoon swaggers up to Jungkook as he sways around with his shirt now mostly off, hands on his hips. He taps the younger man’s shoulder, Kookie turning and freezing like he’s been spotted by a walbear.

“Petunia! How COULD you!?!?” Namjoons voice is shrill over the music, some people turning to stare, others not caring at all. It takes everything in you not to cackle, and so you down the rest of your beer to keep quiet. If you thought Kookies acting was bad, well…

“W-what?” JK looks like he’s nearly about to cry, eyes big and watery as he stares up at Joonie. You can’t see the other man’s face, but something must silently cross between them because Kookie noticeably relaxes in the next few seconds.

“I can’t believe you’re dancing for other people again, you-you harlot! That’s it! I’m taking you home to our eight children!” … Eight? That’s quite a lot. Namjoon actually picks up poor Jungkook and runs out of the building with the smaller man over his shoulder, the three women who bought his time gaping like little fishies. Things could have went a lot worse if they weren’t such a lighthearted and very drunk crew…

Standing slowly from the table, you notice Jimin had departed from the bar at some point, now standing close to the entrance and watching you with expectant eyes. Grabbing your duster, you walk past the women and hide your grin as they mourn the loss of Petunia quite loudly. Jimin ushers you out of the tavern, leading you to the alleyway behind it where the two other men are waiting.

“Woooow JK, that was quite the performance love. Outshined me in every way.” Jungkook starts to sputter and hides his face as Jimin laughs at him, not cruelly but with clear intention to tease. Namjoon just sighs and pats the youngest man’s back, trying to comfort him as he attempts to get over the loss of his own dignity. You silently grab JKs hand, rubbing your thumb against his warm honey skin comfortingly as he glances at you with a shy smile.

Memories 2021 Discs 5 - 6

So I asked again when I said I was going to watch memories in full if you would be interested in commentary from me as I did so. There were a lot of people who said yes, so here we are! I have officially watched BTS Memories of 2021. Here are my thoughts as I went. There were 7 DVDs in this one. Reminder that these aren't going to be smoothly written out thoughts. You get these like I'm live reacting, texting my bestie or live tweeting. Lol it'll be in like bullet point format sort of, just... a commentary post as I go. Lol Part 1 and Part 2 here covers Discs 1 - 4. Part 3 here will cover Disc 5 and half of Disc 6. Hope you enjoy anyway! Let's go!

Disc 5

Butter Motion Clip Making Film:

BTS with flowers is such a pretty and wonderful concept for real. When the photographer called Jimin the flower and he got all flustered was so cute! Jhope having a hurt foot and in pain, yet the professional always wins out and you'd never be able to tell from how he took his photos! I hope he healed up quickly! Editors calling Yoongi an Elf 😭 I'm obsessed. JK saying that everyone looked so good in today's outfits/concept! He is so right! The photographer saying to get closer together in a natural way for the group shot and Jhope going "okay okay" and grabbing Jimin by the waist to pull him in close 🥺 cuteee and even directed others into closer poses too! Lol our Dance and Photography Leader 😍 playing rock paper scissors to see how gets to be the top of the pyramid and Yoonmins complete happiness at winning is ADORABLE.

Yoonmin finishing their concept change first and just hanging out on the floor together petting the puppy. 🥺🥺 2seok finishing their shoots and Jin asking Jhope out for a drink! Lol I love the way they joke and flirt with each other like that. It's seriously so cute and it's always the same! I admire the consistency in wanting to go grab that drink together! Jhope laughing about how they do it so much there is even an article out about how they say that 🤣 Jimin going last for the photos and Jin had gone first but he stuck around the whole time to wait for Jimin (getting 2017 spring day flashbacks!) And kept trying to photobomb and crash his photos and clinging to Jimin 🤣 Why are they so flipping cute?! 😭😭😭

2seok making me fall hard for their bond in memories everytime! Lol they get out of their cars and when they see each other immediately start talking over each other trying to compliment the others outfit/hat! Cuteee. During Review of their performance takes, the members point out where they aren't happy but the others are just so complimentary. You are always your own biggest critic for sure! Vmin singing to each other 🥺 After the cut for the Butter performance taekook giggling over how they sang/danced with arms around each other and everyone praising each other. Vmin walking off stage with arms around each other. To be there and just bask in all the love these guys share? How beautiful. Jimin pretending to scold the band member who was late and the band member just giving Jimin a cute high five and making him smile as he ran to his instrument in the back 😂😂 The way Tae was looking Joonie during his PTD verse 🥺 my heart! They all have so much fun during this song!

Filming PTD with the balloons and the each get one. Taekook immediately going crazy wacking them around and on Jin, who just goes "you are such kids" sounding so put out like he doesn't just immediately join them doing the same things 😂 can't fool us Jin! We know you love it! Lol JK boxing all the balloons. Jimin just coming over, holding his hands and pulling him away, their smiles 🥺 the caption lol "quit boxing and come play with me" (moment is the first gif used in the post) Jihope together are so important and bring such a new level to these performances honestly. Jhope learning about specific things like when the balloons are to be released from the staff and then teaching the exact timing to all the other members. Jihope working together during the review process to decide what to change up or refine to make it look better. Jimin taking time to explain it more and help out Jin (in this case) to make sure he understands and helps him practice. They both do this for all the members and it's continually one of my favorite things to see happen. "Showcasing their great teamwork" from the editors as BTS nail each shot. It's so true. JK losing his balloon by accident at ending mentions and then trying to steal Hobis balloon instead 😂🤣

Butter filmed on this bridge was the COOLEST thing. It was also super neat that after it aired an ARMY shared that she could see/hear BTS filming on the shut down bridge by her house. And she recorded it and than sat on that footage AND the news for MONTHS until after they released the performance themselves too! You can watch her video here. Also means that this performance was filmed sometime in June of 2021. I can't believe they rented out the whole bridge. They are so cool. Jikook walking down the bridge talking about how cool it is while doing vocal warm ups together! Namjoon just talking about his respect for all the engineering that went into building this bridge and how well done it is. He is so cute 😭 JK giving everyone tips on the best way to run and slide into the camera frame together during Jins verse to make it look smoothest. He is so cute and honestly SO COOL what an idea! Plus seeing them all running around behind the camera director is always so cute. Lol (save me flashbacks). Namjoon just complimenting Jhope and going "if I could dance like youuuu" 🥺😂 JKs smile at the makeup noona as she was fixing his makeup! How do they not melt into puddles everytime?!

Jin winking into the camera at the start! Whew. Jin: "don't I look cute?" Namjoon: "you do" *smiles* me: *melts into a puddle of adorableness* Yoongi: "Jimin and I are striking the same pose" members all giggle, namjoon: "butter just got cuter" me: *melts further if at all possible" 😭 Jikook looking at each other and smiling during the ending mentions when Jimin was talking about how they get to experience so many new things together as BTS referring to performing on the bridge before it even opens. They are so cute.

PTD Practice and MV Making Film:

Dance Practice before they film the MV! JK helping Tae get the moves down exactly for the chorus and Hobi rounding everyone up to get practice started more seriously. Hobi giving general tips and discussions for the the group as a whole and for their synchronization. Jimin giving Tae more minor and specific tips for help too. 🥺 3J in the practice room is my everything honestly. I'm sure you've all gathered that from these posts at this point. Lol Everyone reviewing their practice and cheering about how during the vminkook part, JK held Tae's hat while he spins out of Jimins way and it stayed on Taes head the whole time making it look like a really cool move! "You'd think we had planned that" nope, just the maknae lines perfect chemistry together. Lol JK boxing Jimins shoulder in between practices too. Cuties. JK really can't ever stop moving!

Onto the MV set with BTS deciding their concept for this MV was a gay western! 😂 the amount of yoonkook its giving me is so good for my soul. Lol JK popping out from behind Yoongi with the BIGGEST smile, melts me. And them dancing together and acting cute 😍 Adorable. JK teaching us all the sign language in the choreo 🥺🥺 JK filming on top of the big truck, and then Jimin joining him! JK helping him up so sweetly and the cute looks they exchanged the whole time they were dancing. So precious! They had fun for sure. "They look more excited because they are together" 🥺 Editors, my heart can't take it! All the tennis ball hair jokes for poor RM 😂 "real friends are merciless when they tease" TELL EM EDITORS lmfao. Filming the group scene and I can't tell if Jin was just pretending to take a nap on JKs shoulder or if he really did doze off in the background there 😂😂 and of course it's not a BTS behinds video if Jinkook aren't fighting at least once. Lol this time with balloons. Jinkook blowing the balloons air in each other's faces, Jimin sitting next to them sighing heavily 🤣🤣 the exasperation! The group hip thrusts are unnecessary. 🤣 whose idea was that?! Idk what kinda dance TaeJin are doing, but it's adorable. Lol with their backs together and arms linked! So cute. TaeJins ice-cream fight of course had to make it into memories as well too! 2seok dancing so excitedly for their duo cut scene that they accidentally danced off center. Lol Jimin jokingly scolding them about how they've been in the industry for HOW LONG and can't stay centered?! 🤣 JK staying late after everyone else to film his solo scene with the spin move he pulled off PERFECTLY. I'm sure Jimin helped him practice it too since it's an iconic move of his! I love it so much!

Day 2 shooting starts off super fun with taejinkook and namgimin trios dancing together in tiny and in sync and having fun! Jimin praising his good hair cut and how cute he looks! Yes sir, I'm glad you know it! Tae wanting to see Jimins cut hair on the recording too! Lol Vmin with the child actors is EVERYTHING. Tae saying he only brought one toy because he didn't know there would be two and promising to buy them more later and Jimin legitimately melting to the ground in a puddle of happiness at the kids calling him "uncle" 😭😭😭 PRECIOUS. Tae holding the kids while they bounce in happiness and looking so cute. Jimin talking with the kids and totally focusing on them and ignoring his poor stylist noona as she tries to fix his clothes for him. They do not make their jobs easy I swear 🤣🤣 Extra Patience has to be part of the job requirements lmfao. JK carrying the little kid back to her dad and the kid telling him that they love JK 100% just like they love their dad. 😭 and JK staying after dropping her off to watch her do the PTD dance and praising her. God they are so cute!! Super random cut scenes of Jikook hugging and Jimin telling JK that he loves him. Lol they are SO CUTE *stomps feet* I can't handle it! BTS starting off for Butter and JK being so excited to film at such a foundational place! They were filming in such cool spots for the performance too! Vhope make such a good team. Their fond smiles at each other's ideas and warm-ups were so cute! Lol at the entire team of tannies spread out across multiple streets practicing for when they all come together and dance in the street. Joon waving at them and calling them all in like his little ducklings! 🥺 The cut before Vmins part and so instead of getting ready to dance together they just stare each other down and Jimin grabbing Tae by the neck like that 😳🤣 calm down vmin! Lol I adore them so much.

Lmfao at Tae complaining that someone accidentally kicked him in the shin. And JK reaching out to comfort him only for Tae to whirl around and go "AH SO IT WAS YOU!" 🤣 And it WAS Jungkook 🤣🤣 and they laugh it off. Lol top tier interaction honestly! Jungkook going around with a fan cooling off all the members during the break. Lol including trying to open up Jimins shirt a bit to fan inside his top to help cool his hyung down 🤣🤣

Getting ready for the PTD stage, hyungs all standing calmly, maknaes can't sit still. Business as usual 😂 Jikook taking up SPACE doing the PTD choreo onstage around everyone else. Lol taekook doing their new handshake/shoulder bump before the members all get serious and ready to start! And they of course NAIL IT even though it was super hot and they were all dying a little in the heat. More Jikookery in this post too! And that wraps up Disc 5 for us!!

Disc 6

35th Golden Disc Awards Making Film:

Their first performance of the year! GDA was held on 210109! And it's the return of Yoongi to the stage as well! A very special day indeed! JK being so excited that they were given permission to take the mini sets of the old MVs home and immediately laying claim to the ON set. Lol Jimin really wanted to take home No More Dream. 🥺 Filming their Black Swan intro and Yoongi getting SO SHY AND FLUSTERED over being told to come up center stage and make such a grand entrance. Lmfao the members were LOVING IT and yoongi was so flustered. Adorable to the max. Jikook finding Yoongi SO CUTE as he sinks into the floor to practice the entrance again 😂 so endeared as they watched him lol. Even though he was joining parts of the filming, he Still couldn't dance with the members. So they filmed On without him. But man, when they watched their review back, Namjoon and Jin asking "when can we dance with Suga again?" Broke me. 😭 lmfao the sudden discussion switch up to Namjoons snow ducks. Tannies can't be serious for a SECOND 😂 Jin following Hobi around copying everything he does. And then roping JK into doing it too. And then Jinkook start copying Tae. Who just plays along saying absolute nonsense 😂 the way their volume just keeps increasing 🤣 Hobi laughing his butt off, Jimin just watching it all with a super fond smile before swooping in, saying "let's head in. Taehyung" and leading JK off as well with an arm around his waist. The way JK just fell so easily into Jimins arm and lead is so insanely cute. 🥰 He really said, yall are adorable and I love you, but let's go now. Lol

Getting ready and coming back to perform Dynamite. JinMin walking up together and Jimin just keeps running into and yet bouncing off Jin. Lmfao Jin just can't stop giggling about it either 😂 JK posing in the elevator at the top of the stage and Jimin teasing him saying "you are acting too much like the main character, get down from there" The staff and other members educating RM on the best way to hold his drink glass out 😂 why he is so cute??

And FINALLY Prerecording stages is done and we get to move onto seeing them accept their awards on the actual award show day! JK and the other members can't stop telling the camera and army about JKs "gold" hair for the "golden Disc awards" lol and Namjoon mentioning the best thing about the award show was getting to have Suga back with them to accept it 😭 They missed him SO MUCH. The Tannies putting all their attention on Yoongi again for the ending mentions. Lol once again flustering him with attention. 😂😍 More Jikookery Here!

Watching all the members run around and play in the arcade before filming telepathy was super cute! And Namjoons high notes during vocal warm ups making 3J laugh so hard! I love seeing them have fun! Jimin jumping backwards super fast during B&G after almost getting caught in the camera angle too early lmfao but was also happily showing appreciation for JKs amazing vocals too! Yoongis laughter after YoonJin accidentally crash into each other during B&G. Lol and singing/dancing to Save Me as a Dynamite warm up just for fun! They had a long day filming all 5 stages in one day, but man they killed it. Amazing stages for amazing songs!

🤣🤣🤣 no, let him! I love seeing Joon be confident in his attractiveness! The members all being just as excited about Drummer JK as the rest of us all were when we finally saw it 🤣🤣 Yoongi saying Hobi looked like a magician today in his hat 🥺 Jihope giggling and calling JK cute on the drums while reviewing takes. And during break all the members can't leave the drums alone. Lol Yoongi taking a turn playing. Tae pretending to be JKs drum teacher but accidentally getting the different drum names wrong 🤣 Vmon opera singers. They always are so silly during break time. Jimin sharing during ending mentions that JK had only practiced the drums for Dynamite for just one day, just yesterday. And JK saying, no just this morning. And all the other members being like "wow! I had no idea" and lavishing praise upon JK for his drum talent. I love hearing it!

Everyone being a little nervous and freaked out about performing on the roof 30 stories high! I don't blame them I would be shaking I'd be so nervous!! RM saying he thinks Jihope will be the two most nervous once they get up there. Lol Jimin shouting he is bored and wants to play chopsticks while they wait. So he plays a game with Hobi and JK joins for the next round. I love seeing 3J laughing and having fun together so much. A fierce bottle flipping competition taking place during their break. Lol the members watching back their one shot takes for the start of Dynamite and everyone LOSING IT when Tae winks at the camera. Lmfao Jimin lovingly checking on ARMYs to see if we are okay and if we can survive one of Taehyung's winks 🤣 Jimin and Yoongi can't contain their excitement and keep breaking out into Happy Dances 🥺 JK keeps practicing his turns and his poor makeup/hair noona is legitimately chasing him around the stage trying to touch up his makeup and hair. The man won't BE STILL 😂😂😂. Everyone naming Suga as the MVP for the day for his cute dance moves and just being happy he is back to performing with them! Tae slapping Yoongis butt repeatedly in celebration lol! At the end 2seok taking pictures of each other at the set and Jimin keeps crashing Jins photos. Lol Hobi taking photos for Tae too, which Jimin also photobombs 😂 Jimin ending the film with a Jimin TV report. He goes and films Tae and asks him to act tired, who just does some heavy breathing. He tries again with Hobi who said he can't right now. He goes to JK who when asked to act tired, even mid make up touch up, started acting his heart out and Jimins giggles over it all. Lol they are so cute.

63rd Grammy Awards Show Making Film:

I have so many incredibly mixed feelings about this. I love them. I love their attitude about everything. I love how they are understanding they might not win but trying to stay positive regardless and keep each others moods up. So many of them were so nervous they had a hard time sleeping. They all woke up at 2 am to get ready for their red carpet interview and the live stream reaction to their awards. They were EXHAUSTED but being so upbeat and there for each other through it all. Jikook sitting on the couch together before moving to their seats for the actual reaction. I know they draw comfort from being close to each other for sure. TaeJin promising kisses if they win the award too 😂🤣 Jin saying Vhope will kiss if they win and Hobi looking so confused 🤣 Tae saying that if they win 2seok will kiss and he will kiss Namjoon on the forehead. So free with the kisses and it's appreciated lmfaoo. And Joon just agreeing saying his forehead is free real estate. You know he loves their affection! They were all so sweet and encouraging to each other through their disappointment too. "Let's hug it out" Being honest about their emotions over it all, but still able to laugh, make jokes and future plans. I'm so proud of them. Tae's dad calling and telling all the members not to be too sad and being so encouraging. Lol Jimin grabbing the phone right after he said that and saying "dad! I'm so sad!!" And giggling. You know means it but he is still being so silly and positive about it all too.

The way they all burst out laughing watching their own reactions to losing 😭😅🤣 Tae going "I want to watch everyone reactions one by one, let's start with Jimin" and sitting down to watch the same clip 7 times over. He is just like us for real lmfao. The way they all gathered into a sleepy puppy cuddle puddle together on the couches to watch their performance after all that too. They are so cute. 2021 Billboard Music Awards Making Film:

Their Killer Butter performance too

During their break between filming the intro and getting into their actual dance, everyone goes and plays with the various instruments around. Jimin starts pretending to play Butter on the piano and just being silly. Suga jokingly goes "ach so embarrassing" and teasing Jimin and JK is just smiling at Jimin so fondly and says "not to me." Heart is MELTING. He is so cute and I can't handle it. Minimoni complaining about aching feet and Joon saying it's because of flat feet. Jimin telling army not to get flat feet and JK again, just there slightly off camera until he isn't looking at Jimin fondly and laughing saying "isn't that something you are born with." They are so cute together. Tae playing the piano and acting out a mini skit and Jikook both just watching him fondly and finding it adorable. Lol taekook disagreeing on if they are seen on camera or not during Jimins mirror move, so JK dropped out early and Tae kept dancing and they bet 50000 won over who is right or not going back to the review camera 🤣 I think JK won as he was right that the camera moved into a zoom on Jimin, but who knows 😂😂 both Jimin and Jhope praising the heck out of RM during the dance break, that had to have made him so happy! 🥺 Cute. The way that we only caught tail ends of jikook fooling around and giggling together during ending mentions because the camera focused on the other members talking but we saw their smiles together afterwards which was cute. They really nailed this performance.

CJ ENM You Quiz on the Block Making Film:

Seeing the members all greeting the hosts so sweetly. I have such respect for them. They are so good to everyone around them. Recounting past experiences from previous variety shows they did with the hosts and being so gracious about it all. Saying that the members wanted to film on You Quiz together more than any other show. And if that's what they wanted and they had fun, I'm all for it. Their utter shock, joy and ultimate happiness when they were surprised by the ARMY fan on the show. They LOVE their fans so much. It's amazing. So admirable. Makes me so soft!! YoonJin being so proud of themselves for winning some money. Lol Jikook playing the spot the couple game at the end during the end of the show group photo. Bangtannies with puppies content is some of my FAVORITE 🥺🥺 the way they all bark and howl everytime the dog does 🤣 The Tannies picked "connection" as their word/theme and showed it through connecting fingers. Which was a super cute joke they didn't let go throughout the entire filming process. Lol Jimin during filming asking where his connection is and every member there jumping up to connect their fingers to his 😂🥺😍 they are all so fucking cute and funny. 2seok doing ending mentions together and saying all they remember from the shoot is everyone's fingers connecting 😂 RM saying he is excited to see what the other artists did for their video. Tae saying the most memorable scene for him was filming his CGI scene on the escalator. Jikook doing their ending mentions together too and saying that looking back and thinking on what you believe in is very meaningful and they had fun filming!

And this wraps up Part 3 for my thoughts over memories 2021 so far. I will finish watching Disc 6 and Disc 7 in part 4! Thanks for letting me share with you!

Everyone has a single wee little flower. Tae said, nope, springtime bouquet please. The poses are largely looking sultry straight into camera with wee little flower betwixt the fingertips (except Jimin who said, I know my selling points thankyouverymuch). But then there is Tae doing casual sexy over the shoulder.

It’s not just that he is otherworldly pretty (though he is). All the members are upper echelon attractive. IMO It’s Tae’s understanding of how to use his body and face and, relatedly, the way he doesn’t just pose but is thinking about approach. You cannot tell me he didn’t have a whole little story about his outfit and flowers and pose.

He looks so pretty, I love when he gets paired with flowers. I do agree with you, he knows his charming points he knows how to deliver a simple photoshoot with a lil flower, making it look like something more, alluring. The way he spoiled this back in 2021 is so funny… king 😭

Sickie: Taehyung fainting then vomiting for overeating

Care taker: jimin

"Jiminie I'm sorry, I know this isn't what you had in mind when we said we would hang out together.." Taehyung apologizes for the third time that day, first apologizing that he had agreed to a photo shoot on the day he planned to go to the movies with Jimin months in advance, the second when Jimin said he would tag along for that instead and now a third time now a half hour into the shoot changing for the next concept.

"I told you it's fine. I wanted to go and if you arent too tired we can do something after you finish." Jimin waves off his friends apology, noticing Taehyung's shaky hands when he tries to fasten the watch on his wrist.

"Here, let me do it." Jimin clasps the watch on his wrist. "Taehyungie are you feeling okay?" Jimin asks with concern written all over his face, but Taehyung just nods.

"Yeah, I'm just a little tired. Don't worry." Taehyung gives him a smile. "I'll be fine."

Before Jimin could ask any more questions, the director called for the shoot to start up again. Jimin watches Taehyung in awe at how he completely changes personality while posing.

Taehyung ignored the pain gnawing at his belly, thankful it wasn't making any sound anymore.

He had started fasting for this shoot when he heard he would be wearing only a blazer without an under shirt, revealing his belly.

He had hardly eaten anything for the past three days, and it left him feeling weak. (I wasn't shaking this bad yesterday.. i need to keep focused..) Taehyung had to keep his fingers tense by his face to keep them from shaking.

"{Relax, look at me, now look to the left.. point your eyes down..now sit with your legs crossed..}" The camera man's constant instructions in English was making his head spin, but he obeyed every word. Hearing the praise of the staff gave him the strength he needed to keep going. His body screamed in protest, but he was a professional. He knew how to keep going even when he was exhausted. (One more outfit change, and then I can go relax at home with Jimin..)

Taehyung sways when he walks to change outfits again, the dizziness returning feeling a pair of hands grip him, leading him to sit. (No..I'm almost done..i can do this.)

"Woah, Tae.. you need to sit down. I'll tell them you aren't up for this.." Taehyung recognizes the voice of Jimin, shaking his head

"I'm fine, I think I just need some water.." Taehyung closes his eyes as he waits for the feeling to pass.

"I'll go get some. Stay here." Jimin quickly finds a staff member to ask for water, opening it up for Taehyung and tilting it by his lips.

Taehyung drank greedily, wanting something to fill his empty belly. (I'll eat something after this shoot..) He promises himself. "I'm feeling better now Minnie. I'll rest after."

Taehyung quickly goes back to the set, the director already talking to him before jimin can stop him. "Taehyung-ah! You better be telling him you need to stop the shoot!"

Taehyung ignores Jimin, and the director doesn't understand korean enough to understand Jimin's concern.

"{All good?}" The director questions, hearing Jimin's shout.

"{All good.}" Taehyung repeats and gets back to work.

Jimin sighs in frustration. "TaeTae you shouldn't push yourself so hard!"

Taehyung flashes him an apologetic look. (I'll make it up to him after.. I just gotta make it through this..)

Taehyung watches the monitor flash through the pictures, noticing the pain in his own eyes. (Is that what I look like right now?)

"I love it, they're perfect." The director praises Taehyung. "{Let's just do one more shot with the prop, then we'll call it a day.}"

Taehyung looks at the translator, not processing what he said in English.

"He wants one more with the flower."

Taehyung nods, bending down to pick up the flower, but ends up falling forward, vision fading as the vertigo hits hard. The translator quickly grabs his arm, safely getting him onto his knees.

"Taehyung-ssi are you okay?" Taehyung knew they were right next to him, but they sounded far away, like he was listening from underwater.

"Taehyung-ah!" Jimin rushes over to him, panicked. "What's wrong?"

Taehyung didn't respond, his body falling into Jimin.

"You idiot.. I told you that you weren't fine.." Jimin scolds Taehyung, hugging him to his chest.

Taehyung wakes to the sound of Jimin talking to someone. He couldn't place who, but when he opened his eyes to see the hospital ceiling, he knew why.

"Will he be coming home?" Jimin asks, rubbing Taehyung's knuckles with his thumb.

"He'll be able to go home after the IV drip finishes." The doctor responds with a kind smile. "He's just asleep. That's all. He's exhausted."

"I'm not.." Taehyung says getting their attention, Jimin wrapping his arms around his neck.

"Taehyung-ah, you scared me so much! Don't do that to me! I told you that you weren't well.." Jimin scolds him while lovingly smoothing down his hair. The doctor leaves to give them privacy excusing himself with a headbow and a quick good bye, but Jimin was top focused on his soulmate.

"I'm sorry, Jiminie, I thought I could handle it.. I didn't mean to scare you.." Taehyung apologizes with a headbow, regretting his decision with it sends his head swirling, leaning against Jimin.

"Taehyung-ah let me help you with your diet okay? You aren't eating enough. You're making yourself sick baby.. when was the last time you had a meal?" Jimin questions.

"I had some cherry tomatoes as a snack before bed, i woke up late so i didn't have time for breakfast.." Taehyung tries to avoid the question because he wasn't really sure of the answer himself of when he actually sat down for a proper meal. (Was it when I went to the meeting on Thursday?) Taehyung furrows his brow sighing.

"Once you're out, I'm going to take you home and cook you a proper meal, okay?"

"Taehyung-ah, wake up, the Japchae is done." Jimin gently rubs Taehyung's chest to wake him.

Taehyung had fallen asleep on the couch, waiting for Jimin to finish cooking, blinking rapidly to add moisture to his eyes. "When did I fall asleep..?" He asks in a yawn.

"You stopped answering when I was talking to you about fifteen minutes ago..so not that long. You must be really tired to fall asleep sitting up like that. Next time lay down so you don't get a kink in your neck."

Jimin takes Taehyung's hand to lead him to the kitchen. "You're hands are cold Tete.." Jimin takes off his jacket to throw it over Taehyung's shoulders, helping him get his arms through.

"Thanks for cooking Jiminie. It looks amazing." Taehyung praises Jimin, picking up some noodles with chops sticks, dropping half the noodles off the chopsticks from his still trembling hands.

"Taehyung-ah, do you want me to feed you?" Jimin takes the chopsticks from his hands before he responds, Taehyung eagerly opening his mouth to be fed. "You're so cute, why do you always have to pout while you eat?" Jimin is endeared by his soulmate giving him as many bites as he wants, feeling relief that he wasn't refusing to eat.

"It's so good." Taehyung puts his hand over his mouth as he talks, Jimin smiling when he notices the tremors in his hand dying down.

"You better eat at least one meal per day from now on Taehyung or I'll have to get you a babysitter to be sure you eat."

"Will they be a personal chef to cook for me?" Taehyung asks innocently.

"Taehyung-ah you should learn to cook a little more." Jimin goes to pick up another set of noodles, but hits the glass plate instead. "Ah, you finished it all.. do you want some of mine Tae?" He questions when he sees Taehyung eyeing his portion.

"No. I'm good." Taehyung turns it down, but doesn't stop eyeing the plate.

"Here. One more bite." Jimin offers it to Taehyung, who accepts it gratefully.

Jimin searches through Netflix looking for a movie to watch, Taehyung leaning on his shoulder. "Are you falling back to sleep Tae?"

"No, I'm awake. I just want cuddles. My stomach hurts from eating so much.." Taehyung admits, rubbing his bloated belly.

Jimin looks at Taehyung with concern. "I didn't think the portion was too big. I'm sorry. I should've cut you off." Jimin throws a leg over Taehyung, pulling him close and rubbing his belly gently with little circles.

"It's okay, it'll pass."

Taehyung was wrong. His stomach bubbled up, gurgling loudly,pushing up his lunch, his mouth salivating.

"Taehyung-ah?" Jimin's eyes widen when Taehyung starts pushing his leg off of him. He felt the sick rising up his throat, filling his mouth, clamping his hand over it as he ran to the bathroom.

"Sh*t, Taehyung-ah!" Jimin follows him, his heart dropping when he hears the splash of sick hit the tile floor not quite making it.

Taehyung heaves again, pushing up more sick, his knees giving out on him. Jimin grabs him, moving him back enough to stop him from kneeling in his own vomit as another splash hits the floor.

Taehyung tries to stop it from coming up, but a wet burp sends the noodles up his throat, gagging and retching. "It hurts Jiminie.." Taehyung squeezes Jimin's hand, and his muscles push up everything it had left in him.

"Aigoo, Tete.. my poor Taehyungie, just let it out.. don't try to stop it.. you'll only make yourself feel worse.." jimin keeps one hand firmly across Taehyung to keep him from falling forward.

Taehyung had nothing left in his system, but the dry heaving didn't stop. "Jiminie.." Taehyung whines in-between heaves.

"Breathe Tae, you need to take a deep breath for me, okay?" Jimin pulls Taehyung close to him, rubbing his stomach to try to ease the pain. "You're okay, you're okay.."

Taehyung takes deep breaths until the heaves finally stop. "I..I want to lay down Minnie.. I don't feel well.."

"I know, baby, I know. Let's get you to bed.. can you stand up for me?" Jimin gently helps Taehyung to his feet. "Ah, not so tight.. I won't let you fall.." Jimin adds when he feels Taehyung wrap around him. "I got you, just one step at a time, okay?" Jimin wondered if it was just from not eating much or if Taehyung caught some sort of bug. "Jimin will take care of you okay?"

Jimin places Taehyung on the bed, giving him one of the pillows off the bed. "Cuddle this until I get back okay Tae?"

"Where are you going..?" Taehyung pouts, grabbing onto Jimin's wrist.

"I gotta clean up the bathroom. I'll be quick. I'll set up the laptop so we can finish the movie in bed. Just relax until then, okay?" Jimin gets Taehyung's hand free from his wrist. "I'll be right back. Promise."He wraps his pinkie around Taehyungs, then presses their thumbs together. Taehyung relaxes, letting him go.

By the time Jimin finished, Taehyung was already asleep.

(I swear I wrote this with platonic intentions. I don't know how it came out so flirty. I'm keeping as is.. 🤷)
