Hi @spinchip I saw your post about wanting to commission Ice Emperor x Sea Nya and I was like "Oh! I could draw that for him! Plus sounds like a pretty interesting ship" and within minutes of drawing it I was fucking obsessed

Had this idea kicking around my head for a while that Nya still feels the call of the sea sometimes, and it makes her really uncomfortable and anxious so when it gets bad (usually when she's otherwise upset) she's got a small piece of vengestone she'll toy with to block her powers and ground herself.

Nya from Ninjago is not the ocean. She has never been the ocean, and should never become the ocean. Nothing against water, but she has been a human for 10+ years. We all grew up with Nya and why would we let them change her for absolutely zero reason? The new writer should just create a new character that is the ocean, not rewrite one of the best Lego characters in history. Sign this petition if you agree Nya should stay a human. Once we reach a good amount of people who have signed, I will not contact the new writer on Instagram because I have no business doing so.

I like to think that when Nya came across Cole in his rock form in Dragons rising and heard his voice, she lowkey took a second a panic, shove said panic down, and then wonder if she could find Aspheera’s staff to bring him back to normal.

You CANNOT tell me she didn’t think that Cole pulled a her and became one with his element, like “Cole please tell me you know who i am Cole please Cole-”

Did a little thing for that Ninjago NXT thing that Lego's running. (Two versions because the anime-esque one got auto rejected for not featuring legos so I did a last minute edit for the halfway minifig one)

Basically, the goal was to make an epilogue. Since the fandom generally assumes Lloyd is a minor by the end of the series still, I thought it would be an interesting symbolic sign of moving on to show him celebrating his 18th birthday. (Also his dad is there, echoing that bit in Crystalized.) I also thought it would just be meaningful to I and many other fans who grew up with these characters. I'm a whole adult and I've changed and grown up, it's been 12 years after all! But moving forward in life doesn't always have to mean goodbye. So whatever happens next, for us, the audience members, or for these characters, I bet so many of us are still gonna be watching. It's just a new chapter.
