Every day there’s a struggle. I too struggle w accepting where God has me. But that’s why I #challenge you to join me today in making a post where you celebrate a #nonscalevictory. 💪🏽 A non-scale victory is something that has changed for the better. A victory of #weightloss that has nothing to do with the scale. 💪🏽 Mine is two fold. The last time I wore this dress it was so incredibly tight on me. So right it was borderline inappropriate to wear in front of my kids. Then I ran out of clean clothes (🤷🏽‍♀️ #momlife) and had to put it on. 💪🏽 Y’all it’s an awesome feeling. Next? I had baby girls party and normally I’m so wracked w fear I can’t enjoy it. But yesterday? It was great! I had so much fun! 💪🏽 What’s your #nsv?
