Amarras de amor

Meu corpo gelado andando pelo mundo, pecando e errando, chorando e sofrendo, morei pelos caminhos do erro, entregue de corpo e alma para ira, com meus punhos e coração fechados. Para o mundo, lagrimas carmesins misturadas com suor eu derramei, nem sempre quis ter maldade e pecado dentro de mim, mas sempre me atirei no beijo do mundo que me amparava, feliz ficava ao sentir tristeza, ela era como uma mãe para mim.  Em meio tanta desgraça e dor, me toquei que em meu dedo anelar tinha uma fina linha rosa, tinha pequenas flores e era muito brilhante, mesmo com meu corpo gelado eu senti aquela ternura calorosa, logo que segui atrás dela, me deparei com um filhote de leão deitado sobre a sombra de uma linda árvore, era um lindo campo de flores de todos os tipos e cores, o sol parecia brilhar sua luz somente para iluminar este campo, me sentei próximo ao filhote de leão, e quando o medo que eu sentia foi embora o querido filhotinho de leão notou que eu precisava de amor, a forma de um cordeiro ele tomou para si, veio até meu colo e me amou, não me julgou e me acalmou, meu corpo agora estava aquecido.

Eu nunca chorei tanto como neste dia, foi neste mesmo dia que eu decidi dizer ao cordeirinho que aceitava ele em minha vida, sem tardar a fina linha que estava amarrada ao meu dedo se tornou mais grossa e forte, o cordeirinho retornou para forma de leão, porem se tornou um leão adulto e forte, sua juba brilhava igual ouro, seu pelo era macio como lã de ovelha, e notei que meu medo tinha sumido de vez, foi nesse ponto que entendi que o leão me protegia e tirava o medo de meu coração, já o cordeiro me dava todo amor que eu precisava. Quero caminhar pelo resto de minha vida com o leão e o cordeiro, quero aprender mais e mais sobre sua palavra, quero mostrar que até eu que caminhei por caminhos de perdição pude ser amarrado por cordas de amor, quero entregar meus dedos se tornem canetas para todos que leem. “Vi, na mão direita daquele que estava sentado no trono, um livro escrito por dentro e por fora, de todo selado com sete selos. Vi, também, um anjo forte, que proclamava em grande voz: Quem é digno de abrir o livro e de lhe desatar os selos? Ora, nem no céu, nem sobre a terra, nem debaixo da terra, ninguém podia abrir o livro, nem mesmo olhar para ele; e eu chorava muito, porque ninguém foi achado digno de abrir o livro, nem mesmo de olhar para ele. Todavia, um dos anciãos me disse: Não chores; eis que o Leão da tribo de Judá, a Raiz de Davi, venceu para abrir o livro e os seus sete selos. Então, vi, no meio do trono e dos quatro seres viventes e entre os anciãos, de pé, um Cordeiro como tendo sido morto. WEEK TWENTY FIVE

Scripture Proverbs 31:1 The words of King Lemuel, the oracle which his mother taught him:

Observation Who is Lemuel? He is only mentioned once in the entire Bible. Some say that he could be Solomon taking advice from his mother, Bathsheba, while others say he could be Hezekiah, a king of Massa, or just some made up person. We don’t even know for certain what he was King of. With such little given information about King Lemuel, we can only speculate. However, we do know for certain that his name “Lemuel” means belonging to God.

Application Oh for King Jesus to rule! For Him to reign requires a life laid down, surrendered, and submitted to His good and perfect will. To be called a disciple of Christ means we deny ourselves, take up our cross daily, and follow Him. If Jesus is our King and His Kingdom has been established in our heart, then He must surely have full jurisdiction in our lives. Upon salvation, we accepted Jesus, believed in our heart that God has raised Him from the dead, and confessed Him as Lord. We have become recipients of His ministry of reconciliation. We have become a manifestation of God’s original plan to have fellowship with His creation. Without restraint, the name Lemuel is freely given by His grace. Therefore, Let it be said of us:  “we belong to God”.

Prayer Jesus, I love you so much. Let your Kingdom be established and expanded in the territories of my heart. I give you full jurisdiction in my life. My life I give as a laid down lover, surrendered and submitted to your good and perfect will. Let your Kingdom come and your will be done in me as it is in heaven. In Jesus name, amen.

SOBRE NOSSAS DESISTÊNCIAS DIÁRIAS

Até eu chegar aqui na clínica da Psicóloga vivi um turbilhão de questionamentos, e até no Google joguei a seguinte pergunta " Porque eu devo ir ao psicólogo?".

Eu já havia tomado a decisão de fazer terapia há um tempo, mas decisões a gente toma na mente todo dia. Várias. Isso é fácil. Sair de casa pra vir aqui é que não foi. E quando cheguei aqui eu me senti fortalecida ANTES DE COMEÇAR A TERAPIA. Ainda estou sentada esperando minha vez.

E aí, parei para pensar nas tantas decisões que eu tomo na minha vida, quase diariamente, e nas tantas outras desculpas que eu dou para mim e para os outros para não cumprir nenhuma delas.

Acho que isso não é normal. É na minha vida que o espelho das desistências diárias tem refletido.

Você se esconde atrás do "tô cheia de coisas pra fazer", e na hora a mente da gente se agarra tão intensamente à essa ideia que você acha que tem mesmo muita coisa pra fazer.

Aí vc fica parado em casa, olhando celular, faz as coisas de casa e até às coisas que tinha além delas. Daí sente aquela sensação de " cara, deveria ter ido".

Cada um deve ter suas próprias motivações acerca do que impede o progresso das atitudes nas suas vidas. Eu, por exemplo, tô aqui nesse paradoxo que eu mesma criei porque eu penso sempre em várias desculpas para dar, elas as vezes são reais. As vezes eu tô com dor de cabeça, as vezes eu quero acreditar que tô com dor de cabeça para poder não fazer o que devo fazer e acabo que fico mesmo com dor.

Que cérebro incrivelmente complexo o nosso. Porque eu sei que não sou a única que pratica auto sabotagem diária aqui. Vamos só concordar logo que somos doentes. Precisamos nos libertar das amarras da procrastinação, da preguiça, seja lá do que for.

Envolve muita coisa. Inclusive sua fé.

Eu, por exemplo, que sou cristã, me escondi atrás da ideia "Só preciso de Jesus, não preciso de psicólogo". E a minha mente é tão doente que acabei de escrever um monte de coisa errada aqui porque sabia que o corretor do meu celular ajeitaria pra mim.

Meu Deus, realmente eu preciso de terapia.

Jesus pode tudo, sempre. Pra sempre. Mas nós somos seres sedentos de muitas coisas, e sobretudo de conhecimento, sabedoria.

Eu tô esperando pela minha primeira sessão de terapia porque sou extremamente ansiosa e porque tenho alguns "toques", e porque sofro por antecipação, e porque meu marido me disse "se vc não for eu vou desistir de ti", dentre alguns outros motivos.

Enquanto eu aguardo minha vez pensei "quanta gente faz esse tipo de coisa todos os dias. Quantas oportunidades engolidas por nossa covardia ou nosso medo de sair da zona de conforto."

Eu acho que dá pra construir uma cidade inteira com as pedras que eu mesma coloco no meu caminho diariamente.

E eu tô aqui filosofando sobre como é possível usar a desconstrução para construir.

E se eu for vencendo meus medos diários dia após dia? O que eu vou construir deve ser no mínimo extraordinário.

Eu creio nisso não porque é bonito somente, mas creio nisso porque todas as vezes que eu saio da minha zona de conforto eu aprendo, eu jogo fora um peso. Não se trata de quantas vitórias você vai ter pelo caminho, mas se trata de percorrer o caminho ao invés de ficar em casa pensando em como teria sido se eu tivesse saído, tentado.

Nossa, bem profundo né ?

Acho que tenho mais à dizer do que eu mesma sabia.

Olha só se não é a menina do "não preciso de psicólogo" falando. Já estou com medo de fazer minha psicóloga surtar com tanta coisa que tá presa dentro de mim.

Resumindo minha tarde nesta terça: precisamos todos de CONHECIMENTO, de ajuda e de coragem ou encorajamento. Só assim tudo vai se resignificar.

Welcome to the world today.....

▶️ Where sex is free and love is expensive. Where losing a phone is more painful than losing your virginity. Where modernization means nudity, profanity, and if you don't drink/smoke dope you're out of fashion/style. Where boys stay boys and never want to become men, and girls become men to rule over them. Where if you don't fool your partner it's because you're not clever enough. Where the bathrooms have become photography studios. Where pizza delivery is faster than the emergency response. Where people fear the thieves and the terrorists more than God. Where Worshipping God is difficult. Where temples turn into dating pools. Where lies become realities. Where the ladies fear pregnancy more than h.i.v., and babies are murdered so the ladies can escape. Where people become toxic when they speak the truth or you're resisting to turn from what is actually toxic. Where perspectives and clothes decide the value of a person. Where money is more important than family and God. Where children are ready to leave their families for their love of the moment, rebellion and spite. Where the marriage covenant is no longer sacred or taken seriously. Where it's easier to play house than to build a home. Where jumping from partner to partner for sex or attention is easier than waiting for the right partner for life.

Where love is a game.

Where evil no longer exists.

Whoever plays with the mind always gets happiness and who plays with the heart always hurts.

WEEK SIXTEEN

Scripture

Psalm 23

“The Lord is my shepherd; I shall not want. He makes me lie down in green pastures; He leads me beside the still waters, He restores my soul; He leads me in the paths of righteousness For His name's sake. Yea, though I walk through the valley of the shadow of death, I will fear no evil; for you are with me; Your rod and your staff, they comfort me. You prepare a table before me in the presence of my enemies; you anoint my head with oil, my cup runs over. Surely goodness and mercy shall follow me, All the days of my life; And I will dwell in the house of the Lord Forever.”

Observation

Many look at this psalm as the biblical chapter to be read at funerals, but this psalm is actually one that is meant to bring joy and excitement in our lives here on earth. Although he is in the presence of his enemies, David discovers the greatest reason behind why he doesn't fear and why he overflows with abundant life and hope. The answer is: “I will not fear, For you are with me.” It's perhaps the most simple verse in this chapter yet the most powerful. Because of his confidence in knowing that the Lord is with him, he is able to look ahead and say, “Surely goodness and mercy shall follow me, All the days of my life.” It's why David can say “I shall not want.” He will always have more than enough in his life because the Lord is with him as the Provider. He is the Good Shepherd. All of David's peace and joy which is felt by reading this psalm point to the belief that God is with him.

Application 

It's hard to find rest in God when you believe that something bad will always happen to you. Part of why so many people struggle with hopelessness and anxiety about the future is because they are imagining their future without God. I have definitely done this before, resulting in feeling fearful. I've discovered that there is no beneficial outcome from imagining my present or my future without God. What I have found is that when I imagine God in my present and future and trust that He is working out all things for good in my life, anxiety fades away and peace comes at once. There may be enemies sitting in front of me but He has given me the ability to have joy because He is with me. What I like to do when reading this psalm is remind myself that no matter what happens in life, I will thrive because God is with me now and even years from now. I meditate on the truth that goodness and mercy are my inheritance and that nothing will stop God from being my provider, defender, restorer, and good shepherd of my life.

Read this psalm and feast on it. Ask Father God to show you where He is in your right now and where He is years from now. Ask Him to show you how goodness and mercy have followed you and will follow you all the days of your life. When He shows you, receive it in your heart. Sometimes what I like to do is say out loud, “I receive it and believe it,” to get my whole being in agreement with this truth. He says, “Let the weak say, I am strong.” It's powerful when we declare. 

“I am with you” is what gave Gideon strength to lead an army into victory when he believed that he was the weakest of the weak. “I am with you” is what gave Moses courage to face Pharaoh day after day asking him to let God's people go which resulted in the splitting of the Red Sea. “I am with you” is what David believed when he faced a giant that no man wanted to confront, which ultimately led him to lead the Israeli army into freedom against the Philistines. Imagine God with you daily because He is, and when a giant comes your way, you won't be afraid to run after it, cutting off its head. God is saying “I am with you. And I will be your hope and strength.”

Prayer

Good Shepherd, I pray that we would be a people that is fully convinced of the truth that you are with us. And when we know that you are with us, comfort, peace and courage fill us. Open up our imagination to see that you are in front of us and behind us leading us with your rod and your staff. I pray that we would lie down on green pastures in peace through disasters because our peace isn't in external realities going well. Our peace comes from fully trusting you as our faithful Good Shepherd over our lives. May we be people who truly and wholeheartedly trust in you.
