'In today's morning news; another club has gone up in smoke. Reports stated that some sort of fire has started last night at 2:34 am in the morning where a witness was calling 911 from the sudden light. The club known is called La casa voyage. A place run by Mr. Lewis Fiore, head owner and CEO of the fiore family. He has been told of this incident but is trying to find out more on what had happened.
This is what he had to say regarding the statement and event.' a video plays showing a few hours ago showing him speaking in front of some reporters.
"I don't know who started this but rest assure we will find out who. My head officer will find out more on this case and bring the one that started this to justice." He said seeing some people talking pictures and shouting wanting a interview with him.
'As of right now, Mr. Fiore is taking no more comments at this time but he will say that everyone in the city be careful.'
The news reporter states while looking at some papers. 'Also, in other news-'
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
"So another one was hit today huh? How strange. Even from the recent one, another one bites the dust." Charlie heard Tanizaki speak looking at the news still going but he was looking to see Charlie thinking about it too.
"Yeah, it's...strange. Given the low amount of clues tying to this seems we need more information. Didn't you say you found something?" she sees him look to her then remembers he did.
"Yeah. Something about all this being tied to the bowl cut haired male. Police is saying he might be part of it but nothing else happened nor others seen him for a while." He was sitting on the desk thinking about it but Charlie was too. It was rather strange given the information it didn't make sense.
"Didn't you followers find anything or are they having trouble too?" he saw Charile sigh with eyes closed.
"From what I know, my girls have looked into it and found nothing yet. Right now, they are giving me small bits of info here and there but I'm still keeping a eye out to see if anything else pops up. Right now; nothing else." she said.
"I see.....well, I'll keep looking on my end. Their has to be something..maybe even involving this hidden assassin I been hearing about."
"Hidden assassin?" Charlie blinks.
"Yeah. It's been going all through the black market. Someone is going around hunting down targets that's either working or related to the clubs that's been hit. So far, nothing else is popping up because of it. That might be another lead to something." Charlie didn't know that but she looks to her desk seeing some documents some of her girls gave this morning. Could that be the reason?
"....I think we'll need to find more information about this when we can..maybe later on tonight...you won't mind having a extra set of hands helping you do you?" she asked Tanizaki who looks to her.
"I don't mind the company. Maybe later on tonight we can find more information about this. I just hope it's enough. Given this is happening." Both him and her looks to the TV seeing more news playing but it still was a mystery.
~~~~~Meanwhile at The Casper Residence~~~~~
"So that's what is going on sir. So far, Chuya told me Mr. Mori has some new information resulting in something of some assassin. We don't know who they are but it's been noted they could be the reason behind the fire at the La case Voyage." Sid was speaking to Matt on her phone seeing Chuya checking some papers near by.
"Huh? You really think that's the reason? I figure it was that guy with the weird hair cut." Matt said on the line with Sid sighing.
"That's what I thought but he still is a target because of his involvement. We haven't heard anything from that man yet. He could be in hiding." she said.
'Wait, does Mori have any other information he can share with us or is that all we have?"
"As of right now, that's all he has given from the mafia. Their still looking into some things right now but hopefully will have something tomorrow. Right now, this is all we got." she said drinking some coffee but Matt understood.
'I get ya. Keep me updated I'm sure we'll find something by then. In the mean time, you and Chuya keep looking and see what you can find.'
"Understood." Sid said before she lowers her phone hanging out.
"So he figures that is what is going on huh?" Chuya asked seeing Sid look up walking over as she was looking at the news still holding her cup of coffee.
"Yes. Right now, we need more information involving of what happened. Right now, we don't have much. I'm still waiting for Shrika and Willie to update me on what they found but nothing yet. Same with Cobin with Ichiyo. They haven't reported yet but given the time we have....guess it's just the waiting game." she takes a light sip of her cup with eyes closed before lowering the mug.
"I mean, even with that we are trying to find more information with the bowl head cut man and now we got to worry of some assassin running around. Maybe we need more personal information?" he asked.
"Maybe but we need sources. Location. Targets. We need more of those in order to move forward and right now we hit a stop sign. We need more info to keep going." she said seeing Chuya sighing.
"Geez, what a headache." he grumbled. "Maybe we just have to wait like you said. I just hope we can figure this out. Or maybe someone from your group can figure something out." he suggests seeing Sid think about it but she looks to Chuya to agree with him. Time. They got that but for how long?
~~~~~~~Within Jason's Den~~~~~~~~
Ever since Gin was staying with the alpha, other pups were taking that she was dangerous just like Jason. She did try to stay out of their way as she said helping Jason with what he asked. With missions; requests; and info gathering. Seems she knew what she was doing. Even if the one female pup was jealous that she was already a threat even growing close to Jason!
Well, it wouldn't matter knowing how their alpha was. Right now, they were in a small meeting because of it.
"So we found three of the missing girls right now however a few others have gone missing or killed. Right now, their is about another group but I'm still looking into it." Gin explains her report to Jason who was looking at this.
Geez, she sure can work fast being by herself with some followers helping her from his pack. Gotta say it was impressive.
"I see. And the ones that was alive, did they say anything that might have helped?" he asked lowering the document.
"Nothing that was useful. I don't know if it was due to being through something traumatic or something else that mentally hurt them. They didn't give much." Gin said.
"Hmm, then we'll have to keep looking for more information. I already got some on my end but you said you had more to report to me?" he asked but Gin nods only to reach and show another folder as she sets it down but he sees her look to him while sitting back down.
"From Mr. Mori, he said something of another club going down. I don't know if you saw the news this morning but another one went down called La Casa voyage. Right now, no one was hurt but they been spreading rumors saying someone is trying to put some hurt into the companies and clubs." she said.
"I see...."
"Though, I'm still gathering information right now because of it. I hope to have more later on tonight." she said but Jason understood.
"I get it. Well, do you need some assistance during your info hunting?"
"....No. I think I got it. I'm a lot more quicker when I'm alone. Also, some of your pups might think of me differently. I think it's best I do this alone.." she mutters. "Anyway, that's all I wanted to report. I'll be back later this evening if I have more." she said standing up getting ready to leave.
"Hold on; I can't let you go by yourself. So, I'll help you tonight."
"Hmm?"
"Well, I'm still looking for information myself...maybe we can try figuring something out before long. How is that for something?" he said and yet Gin blinks.
"....I don't know about tonight..maybe...if your not busy, how about tomorrow night? Mr. Mori already gave me some information for tonight but...-"
"Trust me. I can help..I know I can at least help with tracking what your looking for. My nose is quite strong ya know." he said showing off even if Gin blinks to chuckle.
"I've heard of your abilities and I know you are something else. Unlike the other 'pups' in your den. I've seen how you work Mr. Jason." she said even if he was quiet he was able to see that look in her eyes. Something about them was...entrancing about her. However, he blinks seeing Gin check the time.
"Anyway, how about.....we just wait while gathering what we can. It is only noon right now so is that fine?" he asked but Gin thinks only to smile.
"Sure..."
~~~~~~~~~At Matt's Residence~~~~~~~~
"You know? The more you show me what you can do, the more impressed I get. You really are something else Ryu."
He blinks hearing the comment from Matt seeing him just finish explaining the information he got the other night. It was a lot and thanks to Mori, he had even more. He just explained it to Matt but he was on a phone call with his doctor Cobin and another after. Maybe it was a meeting group call? He's unsure.
"Well, I did tell you I tend to take my work seriously so...I figured I help a bit more." he looks down at the folder but Matt laughed even patting Ryu's back.
"I know but your good at it. I always knew you were and still are. Your just amazing Ryunosuke."
More comments and yet this made the hellhound..happy? He tries not to show it too much but given he looks away trying to hide the tint of pink on his pale features he clears his throat.
"Thank you...I'm still looking for more information so I should have more." he said.
"I know. Though, wanna take a break? You been working for a while now. I can't have my hellhound being tired." He smiled looking at him with Ryu looking down to sigh.
"Believe me I'm alright. It's still light out so I might end up taking a nap later on before this evening. Mr. Mori told me I am taking a day off so I might have more time to rest when I'm done." he explains that as he was setting down something he saw Matt sit by him.
"So your off tomorrow? That's good. You do need your rest. However, it's good to see your doing so much..I still feel like I should reward you for it." again with that voice. Why did he have to talk with that voice?
"Trust me; I'm fine. You don't need to do that." he said.
"Oh? But I want to. You been such a good boy..I gotta reward you with at least something. I was still going to reward you later tonight..so that means you'll get double the rewards. Isn't that night?" he smiled that he even leans in to kiss his cheek. This made Ryu blush red to look at him holding it.
"Y..Y..You seriously don't need to do that. I'm fine with this. Even with the day off I can still work-" As he speaks, a pair of warm lips touch his own making the hellhound stop. Matt gave a light warm kiss to him that Ryu grips the arm of his chair while Matt softly kisses him. Even now his lips were warm. So warm to leave him feeling flushed.
In a bit, he breaks the kiss hearing a whine from Ryu. "OH? Did you whine? Do you want more?" he asked that Ryu shook to pull away blushing worse.
"............"
"N..No, I'm fine..." he said trying to stay strong but Matt smiled still finding it precious. "Alright...I'll leave you to it. If you need something let me know. I'll see what I can find later on before tonight." with a smile, Matt goes to see if his fraction found anything leaving a flushed Ryu alone. However, Ryu shook in his chair feeling excited that he looks down.
'D..damn it....w..why..not now......' he thought but he looks to see the time. 'I should be fine...j...just need to calm down and I'll be fine..' he stood up to go take care of it but didn't know Matt saw him leave and was curious.
Seems his hellhound was excited that made a grin show on the killer's lips. Yeah, Ryu was so cute. He really was excited for tonight when he would reward him.
As for Ryu, he was in the guest room but was panting trying to calm down. Even with his body aching, he was fingering himself while stroking his length. Soft moans leave him but he was leaning against the wall trying to feel better.
He knew he should be okay but by tonight; he was going to be destroyed by a lustful hungry killer knight instead. As Ryu sits calling out Matt's name in a hungry way. His fingers were soaked but he didn't stop moaning and opening himself up more.
"Mmmm..M..Matt.....matt...d..damn it...ah.."
As he was pleasuring himself to ease the heat, it was a while though. He kept doing this for a bit but didn't know someone was hearing this. Matt was going to see if he was okay but sees the display in front of him. He can see his fingers thrusting into him deeply, moaning out his pleasure which was arousing. However, seeing him all dazed and wanting was exciting.
'F..fuckkkk....f..fuck m..me..please I want.....hhaaa....'
"........"
Matt grips the door handle, hearing such sweet moans from him. He wanted to go in there and reward him. No maybe punish him. It was already exciting to see him like that.
However, he had to wait. He wanted to reward Ryu tonight. If he did now, it would spoil it. Feeling excited himself, Matt turns to leave quietly without alerting the others.
Tonight he will really reward him..he just had to wait. But will he be able to with that image of Ryu in his mind? Only time will tell.

Every revealed quote from CTD and the Thomas Novella
Since I cannot wait for the release of both of these and I am going through a Cressworth withdrawal (pls Kerri release this novella soon I beg), I put together all the quotes I know of. PLEASE CRESSWORTHIANS OBSESS OVER THEM WITH ME, I BEG YOU, BECAUSE I TRULY CAN’T WAIT UNTIL SEPTEMBER. Send me asks saying which ones are your favourites, making theories of what the quotes could mean or just freaking out over Cressworth being together in the bath honestly, I’m game for anything.
I - Thomas Novella
1) The opening quote: “The prince of darkness is a gentleman.” (King Lear, Act 3, Scene 4). Not really from Kerri’s writing (hello Shakespeare) but still counts right?
2) "Blood spilled over my hands in warm, rhythmic torrents. For one drawn out moment, I was frozen, then my world narrowed to an equation. Sterile. Familiar. Calm. The exact opposite of my surroundings."
3) “I longed to touch her. First her mind, then her heart, and, finally, her body. I wished to own every inch of space between us and fill it with each emotion I’d ever suppressed or pretended away. I wanted to strip my soul bare for only her to see, and then do the same with my clothing, giving her everything I had of me. Scars and all.”
4) “I thought of numerators and denominators and the incalculable way my heart raced as she slowly licked her lips as if she’d deduced the heat blazing through me, destroying my resolve to set her free.”
5) “Thomas?” she asked, her eyes stubbornly fixed on my mouth. I was finding it hard to think, to breath. She wasn’t aware of it, but when she gave something her attention, the force of it was overwhelming. “Why are you sneaking about this early?”
To find salvation from my demons. To stop pacing inside the cage of my room and the fears that threatened to be my undoing. To feel the stinging prickle of snow on my face and forget there wasn’t a cure for my current condition. Her gaze was a palpable caress as she slowly shifted it downward, igniting a deep male need I was startled by.
“I’m not sneaking, I’m prowling, Wadsworth.” I gave her a lazy grin. It was an effort to keep my tone casual, to stop myself from trying to kindle her desire too. Though, judging from the longing in her expression, perhaps she’d fanned the flames on her own. “Why are you sneaking about?”
6) “I will not become a monster for you.”
II - Capturing the Devil
PART 1 - QUOTES FROM THE CHAPTER SAMPLER (the sampler will be revealed at events that Kerri will attend). The sampler is probably 40 pages long, based on what Kerri said on twitter. Each quote follows the number of which page they are from.
1) “Instead of being terrified of her imminent death and thinking only of darkness, my mother wrote us letters. She wouldn’t survive to see either of us____________" (Somewhere near page 4)
2) “Oh, Thomas. Are you all right?” A single tear slipped down his cheek as he nodded. (Page 4)
3) “A faint image bled through the fabric. I leaned in. “What is that?” He glanced down as if he hadn’t a clue, then shrugged”. (Page 7)
4) “There was a sadness in its face that made me wonder if it was truly an angel. Perhaps it was one of the fallen.” (Page 14)
5) “Do you honestly expect me to address that creature that way? Where did you even find it?” (Page 15)
6) “I thought the gift of my presence was your one true wish,” I said blandly. (page 16)
7) Once they’d left, Liza tapped the image in the magazine again. “Well?” (Page 28)
8) “Why are you smiling like that? I’m trying to have a serious moment and you appear as though you either need to use the loo or have inexplicably sat on an anthill in the middle of my room.” (page 35)
9) This excerpt is also a part of the chapter sampler, but not the ones that Kerri shared on twitter, so I don’t know in which page it’s located. Also, she shared this on her insta story, and parts of it were covered by the text that she wrote on top of the image, so this is my best guess on what was written. The () are the parts I couldn’t read.
I lost my futile battle with morality. () like a () who’d discovered his hearts’ deepest () claim it immediately. ()ized his respect for me and my () the only tethers holding him in place. One little nod would unleash him.
My heart raced as I silently gave him permission, wanting him to touch me again so badly it almost ached. Thomas Cresswell never disappointed. He leaned into me, his body snug between my thighs.
“Your nightgown is nice, but your lace is what attracts and captivates me.” His gaze travelled from mine, meandering down the road of delicate lace, igniting a new wave of desire as he gripped the sheer fabric at my hip. His touch was scorching. I couldn’t stop myself from arching into it, craving more. “Your body…”
His fingers lingered on the ribbons. I enjoyed () the garment and how I felt both bold and soft while wearing it. Thomas seemed to appreciate it for other reasons, and he was no longer masking how much he wanted me. I drew in a ragged breath and fought the urge to completely disrobe him. If he kept looking at me that way, I’d lose control.
“Your spirit…”
Thomas dragged his attention down every () leaving no part neglected, his breath hitching the lower (). If looks could consume, he’d just devoured me. 10) Now we know this part and the next are from the chapter sampler as well, thanks to the entire chapter (!) that was released with the cover, so I have moved them here. “I pulled back and his focus shifted to where my bare shoulders met the water. His gaze darkened in a dangerously seductive manner, awakening a sudden need in me. “At least be a gentleman and turn around.” His expression hinted that he was far from a gentleman at the moment, and a quick inspection of my face confirmed I liked it. Excitement thrummed through my veins.” 11) “My aunt will die from the scandal!” Thomas brushed a piece of hair from my face, then slowly moved his lips from my jaw to my ear and back, kissing my bare skin until I was convinced we soaked, unhurt, in a pool of fire, and each of my fears and worries of being caught burned away.
“Then we ought to be very quiet.” He lifted me higher and I stared into his eyes, losing myself in the sensation of running my fingers through his damp hair. He looked at me like I was a goddess—like I was fire and magic and spell work combined in human form. I traced a finger down to his collar, teasing the first button open. I suddenly wanted to see more of him, I needed to. 12) The entire (!) Chapter 14 from CTD, which can be found here. PART II – QUOTES FROM THE REST OF THE BOOK
1) “He repeated my name across my skin like an incantation, his tone as reverent as those praising gods.”
2) “He brushed his thumb over my lower lip, his voice smooth and alluring in the dim light. ‘If the world thinks we’re heading straight to hell, we might as well enjoy the journey there. I’d much rather dance with the devil than sing with angels. Wouldn’t you?’”
3) “Before we left for the play you seemed to want—“
“—you, Thomas.” I pulled him to me, silencing his smart mouth with a kiss.
4) “I crumpled the letter and fed it through the ornate grate covering the fireplace, watching as its edges shifted from black to orange before fulling catching fire. I waited until it had disintegrated to ash before turning way.”
5) "Except maybe I’d never been born with the devil in me as he'd suggested. Maybe my monster was more vampiric in nature. I did not crave death, I craved blood."
6) “If he wished for a taste of my darkness, I hoped he recalled poison could also be sweet. Sweeter than berry wine and more deadly than oleander. This rose welcomed her thorns, perhaps more-so than her petals.”
7) “__isting until my hands were covered in his sins.”
8) “Love is immortal. Death can neither touch nor steal it. Especially when it’s true."
9) “Who are you?” I asked, only half-jesting.
He stopped walking. “I am the man who will love you unto forever.” 10) “At some point, we’re all someone’s hero and another’s villain.” 11) I leveled a cold look at him. “This isn’t a fairytale. I’m not a white knight or some morally incorruptible prince.” “If you claimed to be either of those, I’d know one thing for certain.” “And that would be?” “That you’re a villain and a liar. Same as me.” 12) “there is nothing in this world, no threat mighty enough to keep me from you.”

Chapter 3
Lives Worth Saving
Chapter 3: Identifying the most Valuable People
Step 5 - Finding Valuable Lives
Every single character that displays the characteristics of a main character or important side character (e.g. strangely coloured/styled hair, overly-determined about a single goal, somehow inspires others because of that goal, makes everyone like them through actions etc.) will often have a tragic back story. However, you cannot save all of these lives. Some deaths are pivotal in the story to motivate other characters and drive them to accomplish things they would have never dreamed of.
The lives worth saving must tick off the following 5 requirements, known as 'The 5 Principles of Hasamelis':
Must have an important part in the story for the future;
Saving their lives will not, in anyway, impact the progress of the characters around them;
Their existence must contribute to the better good of the collective;
If a villain, they have shown remorse and/or guilt for their previous actions; and
The dimension traveller must not have, in anyway, have saved their lives because they were important to the traveller on a personal level.
Once the person has ticked off all 5 requirements, they are deemed as a 'salvum hominem' and their lives are now under your protection.
Handy Tip #7: Although we love redemption arcs, some villains will not be able to experience this despite your best efforts to push them in that direction. It is better to finish them where they are instead of wasting time listening to their tragic backstory.
Handy Tip #8: Try not get too attached to characters, which will hinder your abilities to perform this step. Instead, try to become friends with the characters that have a 90% ~ 100% chance of surviving until the end of the story {see the character profiles given by your assigned protector eorum for more information}.
Handy Tip #9: If you know the name of the "show" in which the new dimension exists, then the chances are that the show is named after the main character.
Note: Even though the main character is important, it is very rare that they will die, so you do not need to worry about their lives as much as you need to.
Opening the door to the Hokage's office with a quiet, "Pardon my intrusion," You slipped through the door, only to come face to face with 5 'strangers'. Well, you could recognise everyone there, but how creepy would it be for someone (who you don't know) to approach you and suddenly say, "Hey, kid. You don't know me but I know you, and you're going to be a raging psychopath hell-bent on revenge which will get your ass whooped more times than you would like."
Yeah, definitely not creepy at all.
The Hokage seemed to brighten up at your appearance, whilst the other 5 (2 adults and 3 children) looked baffled at your arrival. "Ah, [f.name]! Nice of you to join us at last." The Hokage said, his smile kind and his voice gentle.
Your eyebrow twitched, "No offence, Gramps. But, you literally made me wait outside for 1 hour just so we could have a a dramatic entrance where they'll think that I'm cool, so we'll all get along." You shot back snidely, the smirk dancing on your lips the only indication that it was a jest. Walking right up to the Hokage, punching his shoulder gently as a greeting (which would hopefully defuse the sudden appearance of strange tension in the room). The Hokage only shook his head, chuckling, as the adult with a scar across the bridge of his noise completely lost his mind.
'That man, I feel like I should know him. I knew I should've read those character profiles that 'stink-bag' [your 'guardian angel' was now currently demoted to insulting nicknames] gave me.' You thought, your eyes narrowed and finger scratching your chin as you stood there thinking about his face for a bit too long.
The familiar feeling of the Hokage's hand ruffling your [length] [colour] hair drew you back into the present, as he mockingly asked, "So, are you going to introduce yourself, [f.name]?"
"Oh yeah. Forgot about that." You replied, snapping back to reality. Turning your attention to the 3 kids and single adult in front of you, you quickly bowed, "I apologise for my rude behaviour. I am [f.name] [l.name], feel free to call me [f.name]. I hope we can all get along, like back in middle-school - not like any of you know what middle-school is. I just moved here a couple of weeks ago and I'm here for a good time, not a long time." You stood straight, a large smile on your face.
A small silence followed after your introduction, before the masked man with silver hair (which was, honestly, a little frightening at its apparent disregard for physics) waved, his one visible eye closed, and introduced himself, "I am Kakashi Hatake, your new teacher," He then gestured to the 3 kids, "And this is Naruto, Sakura and Sasuke. We're glad to have you on our team."
Your [colour] eyes scanned over a blond boy, a pinkette, and a gloomy dark-haired boy. I mean seriously, the third kid could probably suck out all the light in a room. Before dismissing them as some random 'side-characters', you jolted, a nervous sweat breaking out on the palms of your hands. When you heard the name Naruto, you could feel the remains of your soul attempting to escape. You were on the team. The team with the main character, which will also mean the team with the hardest work. You had a suspicion that the blond child was Naruto, but now you were sure.
Great, chances of surviving past the age of 15 is probably now dwindling in the single digits.
I narrowed my only visible eye at this [colour] haired girl. She didn't look like she was strong, but she wasn't weak either. I let out a resigned sigh as Naruto immediately thought that it would be a good idea to start rambling about his 'skills' and ambitions, even going as far as to shove his entire body into the poor girl's personal space. Feeling the beginning of what would be the 15th headache of the day, I quickly stepped in as I saw Naruto start to roll up his sleeves.
"I'm going to be the Hokage one day, believe it!"
"Sure, buddy. Don't know why you have to scream it into my face, but you do you, boo."
"You don't believe me, do ya?!"
"Uh, you asked me if I believed you and I said sure, so I have no idea what you are screaming about."
"I'll show you!"
"Uh... okay?"
Swiftly grabbing Naruto by the collar of his orange jumpsuit, I sigh quietly, shooting the new girl an apology over Naruto's constant yelling, "Sorry about Naruto, [f.name]."
She just shrugged carelessly, finger gunning as she replied with a, "It's cool. Kid must have not had a good support system if he says stuff like that. I get it," Before casually strolling out the doors.
'She knows something.'
The moment I had exited the room, I felt the tension in my shoulders disappear. About to walk outside to bask in the sunlight before it became dark, I felt a hand grasp my shoulder. Hearing the Hokage's eerie voice, I shuddered, "Ah. [f.name]. Leaving so soon? We're just about to discuss mission details."
Snapping to attention, I quickly replied with a frightened screech and a salute before making my way back into the office, palms sweaty, knees weak, and arms heavy, as I gulped at the forced smile on the Hokage's face. Closing the door quietly behind me, I let out a nervous laugh as I met Sakura's quizzical gaze.
Turning my attention back to the Hokage, I quickly caught the next sentence out of his mouth, which made my jaw drop to the floor, "You will all be bodyguards on this C-rank mission."
Now, I know I haven't seen any episodes of Naruto, but I did read the episode synopsis of the first 20 episodes, so I sure as hell know that this is going to be a hard time for me.
Sweating slightly, I heard Sakura ask, worry evident in her tone, "[f.name], are you okay? You look a little pale."
Gulping slightly, I decided this would be the best time to pretend I was a fortune teller and thus put my excellent acting skills to use. Swooning slightly, I let out a groan as my eyelids fluttered quickly. Sakura quickly grabbed me in an attempt to hold me upright while I grasped onto her, looking her right in her bright green eyes with my own wide [colour] eyes, before muttering urgently, "Mirrors are dangerous. There's no way out!" Before collapsing onto the floor and into Sakura's arms.
"Sensei!!"
Sakura's piercing shriek made me aware of the credibility of my acting skills, which was only further strengthened by Naruto also screaming, Kakashi looking into my blank eyes, and the sound of the chair screeching as the Hokage rushed to my side.
"[f.name], what's wrong?! Are you okay?" The Hokage asked, his voice panicked and urgent. "What do you mean mirrors are dangerous and there's no way out?"
I let my body slump weakly onto the floor, before looking at Sasuke. Weakly raising a finger, I pointed to him, much to his displeasure (which I didn't necessarily care for since I was reveling in the look of disgust on his face) and quietly croaked out, "You will die in the mirror maze, Sasuke Uchiha."
With Sasuke's black eyes widened in shock, I remained a steady eye contact with him as I slowly lowered my arm, before closing my eyes for a quick snooze. If I wanted this to be realistic and say I have an overpowered ability, then there has to be major drawbacks, and the only thing I can think of right now is falling asleep right after a 'prediction.'
Ignoring the exclamations of the people around me, I let myself take a 10 minute nap, and to be completely honest, after all the shit I have been through and the stuff I have yet to experience, I think I deserved it.
Step 6 - How to Gain Trust
Just be "honest" and hardworking. Have the type of personality that everyone likes to be around. But you must have a few believable flaws, such as never being on time, always forgetting to wear socks, never eating breakfast, bringing dishonour onto your family name, etc.
When this part is done, start to build a meaningful relationship with the people, remembering their likes and dislikes, important dates and people in their lives, and overall just being a really good friend.
Handy Tip #10: The quietest people are often the most interesting and easiest to get along with.
First impressions: 8 out of 10
Acting skills: 15 out of 10
Fortune telling abilities: 9 out of 10
Probability of survival: 43.49%

Strawberry Chapter 10
((This adventure is like my own side mission with all Original Characters in the Territory of West Elizabeth where the O'Driscoll gang claims territory. All happened before Red Dead Redemption 2. For more chapters see here and stay up to date.))
On the outskirts of the town, the early morning had stirred Arthur from a light sleep. Rested enough he laid there starring at the sky as the colours changed from violet to blue. The orange and pink clouds were colouring his morning with a beauty more elegant than any woman. Arthur's mind drifted — thinking about a different time. On a morning just like this. His eyes squinted and relaxed in a series of emotional expressions which crossed his face. The empty sky the only witness to his inner turmoil. Arthur sat up faster then he should have as the head rush of blood made him dizzy. He enjoyed the sensation and ignited a cigarette quickly hoping the feeling would remain. As the cloud of smoke filtered around his head, Arthur pulled out his journal, which had been returned to him and flipped to the last page. The picture of Isabella and Rosalyn next to each other on the page and he started to scribble under Izzy's image.
"I'm sorry I hurt you, Izzy. I'm sorry I let you down. I did what Dutch told me to do, but I knew it was wrong. I could have let you go without taking a thing, but I didn't. I should have taken that bullet instead of you, and I will never forgive myself. "
The writing was messy but clear enough for Arthur's eyes as he covered his face with his hand and tried to calm the series of heavy huffs which captured his breath. As the shameful pain of tears threatened to fall, a small delicate voice was heard singing softly in the distance — an angelic voice which sung the song of god not far from his campsite. The boys around him were all passed out asleep as the early morning birds had barely begun to chirp. Soon the single voice became a pair, the second voice was weak, couldn't reach the same key but was still pleasant to listen to. Arthur sat for a minute to hear, the sweet melody calming him so he could close the journal and put it away. Curiosity got the better of him, and as soon as he gathered his composure, he rose from the sleeping bag and began to search for the source of the music silently. Curious if it was the same woman from the night before singing the tune. It was a short walk down the hill before be found a small river running through, the small strip of water leading to a watering hole not far away from where a couple of ladies were sitting on a blanket. Rosalyn was with them, but she was cleaning the coffee pot standing in the water. A collection of Canteens with her each sitting under the surface to fill. The pair of them were singing, but Arthur couldn't tell who was singing what from this distance. Both voices mixed well together, but one was superior to the other. He wondered which voice was Rosalyn's. As Arthur crept closer to find out the singing stopped and Rosalyn turned to the raven-haired girl. "Juniper, when you go for a high note, make sure it comes from your belly, not your throat. The higher the note, the more air you need to reach it." Rosalyn spoke kindly. "Rosie, I'm tired. Can't this wait?" Juniper complained in a childish tone. She was rather young to be holding a baby as big as the boy in her lap. "You're the one who wants to be a professional Opera singer, and you need to practice every day. If you stop hitting the high notes, you'll lose the ability to do so. Is that what you want?" Rosalyn scolded her. "No!" Juniper pouted. "Ladies, please. I was enjoying the song; please let us hear the whole thing." Honey who was grinding coffee beans next to Juniper chirped in. "It's up to you Junie," Rosalyn said and walked back to them with a coffee pot dripping with water. "I don't like practicing with an audience." Juniper's eyes had landed on Arthur. His sneaking wasn't as stealthy as he first thought, and he stood up to present himself. "Mornin'." He greeted and tipped his hat to them. "Good Morning Mr Callaghan. Or wait no it's..." Honey licked her lips and clicked her teeth being sarcastic. "Morgan," Arthur answered her calmly. "Ah that right, The fibber." Honey jested. "Leave him alone. He's trying to help." Rosalyn of all people spoke up for him, making the other two stare at her curiously. "It's not like you to trust outsiders Rosie." Juniper stood up from the blanket with her babe as Arthur approached them. "Don't get so excited, I heard a couple of banshee's wailing songs this morning, and it woke me up. Came to see if a couple of coyotes were mating." Arthur quipped quickly making Rosalyn laugh. Junipers face went red with anger as she huffed. "Of you awful brute." She about threw a baby rattle at him, but Honey caught her hand before she could launch it. "I think it's time we head back to make breakfast ladies." Honey guided Juniper away after picking up the blanket. "Go ahead. I need to speak with Mr Morgan," Rosalyn said and didn't take her eyes on him and handed the coffee pot to Honey. "If you say so miss." Honey said as she brought Juniper and the baby back to camp, taking the coffee pot with her.
As they walked away, Arthur looked to Rosalyn. She was dressed in proper riding gear. A pair of rancher jeans, a dark blue checked collared shirt unbuttoned at the top. Her hair tied back in a messy ponytail and a pair of workman's pride boots on her feet. She looked like a real cowgirl, especially with her sleeves drenched with water from filling canteens. "Sour little lady," Arthur said as they left earshot as his eyes lingered too long. "See something you like?" Rosalyn asked, catching him staring. Her expression was rather curious towards him. "Just wondering why you ladies wear such restrictive dresses out in the west when you look fine in this." Arthur caught himself quickly. What was the matter with him? Rosalyn's eyes bore into his, and it felt like she was undressing him with just her stare. Was that what he wanted? "Anyways, I need to be clear on a few things before we travel any further. I'm going to make you an offer. It seems that money is the only thing that speaks out here so I will offer you $500 to take us safely to Blackwater, but before I pay you, I want to hear you promise that you will ensure that my caravan is safe from your gang." Rosalyn spoke sternly to him. Arthur's eyes nearly popped out of his head at the offer, it was a lot of money, but he couldn't promise their safety. Not when it came to Dutch. If he found out these people were loaded, they would not be safe from their schemes. They would try to dupe them for everything and leave them in the dust for the ravagers to finish off. He hesitated in his answer, thinking of Izzy and how these were her people. "I can promise you that." He answered. "Good, Then I don't have to worry about you trying to steal from me now?" Rosalyn asked and started to collect the water canteens. She started slinging them over her shoulders to carry back, but Arthur stopped her and took them. "Let me take them." He insisted. "Arthur, it's fine, I got it." Rosalyn tried to pull it back, but Arthur already had it slung over his shoulder. So she ended up pulling Arthur into her. She tried to step away after they bumped into each other, but Arthur held her hips to stop her. "Rose, I had no intention to steal from you," Arthur said, holding her small frame to his. "I don't believe you," Rosalyn said as she stared between his eyes and lips. She was undeniably attracted to the rugged cowboy. "Then don't," Arthur said as he leaned in closer to her. Before he could kiss her, Rosalyn's fingers pressed up to his lips. "Tsk tsk Mr Morgan. You are going to get me in trouble." She said and pinched his nose before pulling away from him. Taking the last of the canteens up in her arms and walking back to camp, singing as she strode away. Her flaunting hips were taunting him as she sang the last part of the Hymn. "All to Jesus, I surrender, Make me, Saviour. Wholly Thine. Let me feel the Holy Spirit. Truly know that. Thou art Mine. And I surrender all. I surrender all. All to thee my blesses saviour. I surrender all. " Rosalyn sang with the superior voice, the angelic melody which soothed his soul. "Full of surprises." Arthur shook his head and carried the few canteens he picked up and followed after Rosalyn. He was hoping that she would keep singing for the rest of their trip on the road.

THE FIRST EPISTLE OF ST. PAUL, THE APOSTLE, TO THE CORINTHIANS - From The Latin Vulgate Bible
Chapter 4
PREFACE.
Corinth was the capital of Achaia, a very rich and populous city, where St. Paul had preached a year and a half, and converted a great many. See Acts xviii. 10. Now having received a letter from them, (chap. vii. 1.) and being informed of divers disputes and divisions among them, (chap. i. ver. 11.) he wrote this letter to them, and sent it by the same persons, Stephanas, Fortunatus, and Achaicus, who had brought him their letter, chap. xvi. 17. It was written about the year 56, not from Philippi, as it is commonly marked at the end of the Greek copies, but rather from Ephesus. The subject and main design of this Epistle was to take away the divisions among them about the talents and merits of those who had baptized and preached to them, and to settle divers matters of ecclesiastical discipline.
Chapter 4
God's ministers are not to be judged. He reprehends their boasting of their preachers: and describes the treatment the apostles ever where met with..
1 Let a man so look upon us as the ministers of Christ, and the dispensers of the mysteries of God.
Notes & Commentary:
Ver. 1. Mysteries of God. That is, the dogmas of faith, revealed by the Almighty. (Estius)
2 Here now it is required among the dispensers, that a man be found faithful.
Ver. 2. No explanation given.
3 But as to me, it is a thing of the least account to be judged by you, or by man's judgment: for neither do I judge myself.
Ver. 3. Or by human judgment. Literally, by human day. The sense, says St. Jerome, is, by any human judgment, or by men, whose judgment is in the day, or time of this life: but God judges in his day, after this life, and chiefly at the last day of judgment. --- Neither do I judge myself, so as to look upon myself absolutely certain of the state of my soul, or that I am for certain justified, though I am not conscious to myself of any thing, because I am to be judged by an omniscient God, the great searcher of hearts, who perhaps may discover faults, which I, partial to myself, overlook. Now if St. Paul durst not say, he was justified, what presumption is it for others to pretend to an absolute certainty, that they are just in the sight of God! (Witham)
4 For I am not conscious to myself of any thing: yet hereby I am not justified: but he that judgeth me is the Lord.
Ver. 4. For I am not conscious. This great apostle of the Gentiles, though conscious to himself of no breach of duty, still does not dare to call himself just. How different is the conduct of this apostle, from those wicked impostors, who teach, that a man is justified by believing himself so. (Estius) --- If this privileged apostle was afraid to from any judgment of his own heart and thoughts, whether they were pure or not, but left the trial thereof to the day of judgment, the day of his death, how presumptuous are they, who dare to pronounce on their election and predestination!
5 Therefore judge not before the time: until the Lord come, who both will bring to light the hidden things of darkness, and will make manifest the counsels of the hearts: and then shall every man have praise from God.
Ver. 5. Judge not, &c. He gives them an admonition against rash and false judgments, and hints at those among them, who said, this man is better, this man is greater than such a one, &c. See St. Chrysostom. (Witham)
6 But these things, brethren, I have in a figure transferred to myself and to Apollo, for your sakes: that in us you may learn, that one be not puffed up against the other for another, above that which is written.
Ver. 6. These things, brethren, I have in a figure transferred to myself, and to Apollo. Literally, these things have I transfigured in me and Apollo, that is, I have represented the divisions and disputes among you, as if it were by your contending, whether I, or Apollo, or Cephas were the best preachers, without naming those, as I might do, who are the true causes of these divisions, by striving who should be thought men of the greatest and brightest parts. --- That in us, and by our example, who have no such proud disputes, you might learn that one be not puffed up against the other, and above that which is written, against the admonitions given in the holy Scriptures of being humble: or against what I have now written to you, that we must strive for nothing, but to be the faithful ministers of God, and not seek the esteem of men. (Witham) --- It is the opinion of St. Thomas Aquinas and likewise of Estius, that St. Paul, Apollo, and Cephas were not the real causes of the divisions that existed amongst the new converts at Corinth, but that in making use of these names, he wished to teach them, that if it was unlawful to keep up these divisions even for the sake of the apostles, how far should they be from doing any thing of this kind for those whose authority was much less in the Church. But Calmet is of opinion, that the divisions amongst the Corinthians were certainly on account of Paul, Apollo, Cephas, and perhaps some others, whose names are not mentioned.
7 For who distinguisheth thee? And what hast thou that thou hast not received? And if thou hast received, why dost thou glory as if thou hadst not received?
Ver. 7. For who distinguisheth, or hath distinguished thee from another? He speaks particularly to those proud, vain preachers: if thou hast greater talents than another man, who hath given them to thee, or to any one, but God, who is the giver, and the author of every gift and perfection? This is not only true of the gift of preaching, but of all gifts and graces; so that St. Augustine makes use of it in several places against the Pelagians, to shew that it is by grace only, that one man is preferred before another, and not by, or for his own merits. (Witham)
8 Now you are satiated, now you are become rich: you reign without us: and I would to God you did reign, that we also might reign with you.
Ver. 8. Now you are satiated, &c. You great, vain preachers, you are rich in every kind, blessed with all gifts, &c. You reign over the minds of the people, without us, you stand not in need of our assistance. And I would to God you did reign, that we also might reign with you. I wish your reigning and governing the people were well grounded on virtue and truth, that we might be sharers of the like happiness. St. Chrysostom takes notice, that St. Paul speaks thus, meaning the contrary, by the figure called irony: and so also St. Chrysostom understands the two following verses, as if St. Paul only represented what those vain preachers said with contempt of him, as if he were only an apostle of an inferior rank, not one of the chief, nor of the twelve. And when he says, we are fools for Christ's sake, but you are wise: it is certain the apostles were not fools, nor these preachers whom he blames, wise, especially in Christ. But though the apostle partly use this figure of irony, intermixing it in his discourse, yet he also represents the condition of all true apostles, and preachers of Christ crucified, whose persons and doctrine were slighted, ridiculed, and laughed at by men that were wise only with worldly wisdom, especially by profane libertines, and atheistical men, that make a jest of all revealed religion. To go about preaching in hunger, in thirst, in nakedness, in want, under afflictions and persecutions, is what they think is to be miserable: they despise such men as the out-cast, the dross,[1] and the dregs of mankind. (See the Greek text.) (Witham) --- He speaks to the Corinthians, who forgetting their first fervour, and the Christian modesty which St. Paul had taught them, both by word and example, were endeavouring to distinguish themselves by the reputation and honour of the apostle, who had converted them, by their antiquity of faith, and by other things more frivolous. (Calmet)
Note 1:
Ver. 8. Tanquam purgamenta, omnium peripsema, os perikatharmata, Sordes, quisquiliæ, panton peripsema, Scobes, ramentum. See Mr. Legh, Crit. Sacra.
9 For I think that God hath set forth us apostles the last, as men condemned to death: because we are made a spectacle to the world, and to Angels, and to men.
Ver. 9. Made a spectacle. It is evident from the writings of St. Paul, and from innumerable other records, that the apostles were made a spectacle to the world and to men; but how, some one may perhaps ask, were they made a spectacle to angels? St. Chrysostom, Theod. [Theodoret?], and many others think, that the apostle is here speaking of the good angels, who behold with pleasure the labours and afflictions of the saints, knowing that it will prove a source of glory; but Estius, Vat. [Vatable?], and some others, are of opinion, that the wicked angels are here spoken of, who rejoice at the persecutions of God's servants, and wish to revenge themselves for the destruction of their empire.
10 We are fools for Christ's sake, but you are wise in Christ: we are weak, but you are strong; you are honourable, but we without honour.
Ver. 10. No explanation given.
11 Even unto this hour we both hunger, and thirst, and are naked, and are buffeted, and have no fixed abode;
Ver. 11. No explanation given.
12 And we labour, working with our own hands: we are reviled, and we bless: we are persecuted, and we suffer it.
Ver. 12. No explanation given.
13 We are slandered, and we intreat: we are made as the refuse of this world, the off-scouring of all even till now.
Ver. 13. No explanation given.
14 I write not these things to confound you: but I admonish you as my dearest children:
15 For if you have ten thousand instructors in Christ, yet not many fathers. For in Christ Jesus I have begotten you by the gospel:
16 Wherefore, I beseech you, be ye followers of me, as I also am of Christ.
17 For this cause have I sent to you Timothy, who is my dearest son, and faithful in the Lord: who will put you in mind of my ways, which are in Christ Jesus, as I teach every where in every church.
Ver. 14-17. I write not. St. Paul here insinuates to the Corinthians, that they ought to blush with shame for neglecting the apostles, who had suffered so many hardships for them, to follow after teachers void of honour, and to glory in being called the disciples of such men. (Estius) --- I admonish you as my dearest children, of what is for your good, and I may take this liberty, as being your spiritual father in Christ, by whom you were first made Christians. Be ye followers of me, as I also am of Christ: follow the doctrine of Christ, which I follow, and taught you. Timothy, my beloved son in the Lord, whom I send to you, will put you in mind of what I teach, and of what I practise. (Witham)
18 Some are so puffed up, as though I would not come to you.
19 But I will come to you shortly, if the Lord will: and I will know, not the speech of them who are puffed up, but the power.
20 For the kingdom of God is not in speech, but in power.
21 What will you? shall I come to you with a rod; or in charity, and in the spirit of meekness?
Ver. 18. &c. Some of those new doctors and preachers are so puffed up, that they pretend I dare not come to you any more, nor defend myself: he may also mean the man that lived in incest, his companions and his flatterers. --- But I will come to you shortly, and then I shall use my authority in taking notice of their vain talk, they shall find and experience that power, which God hath given me by the gifts of the Holy Ghost, and of working miracles. (Witham) --- But I will come. The good effect which this letter produced amongst the Corinthians retarded his intended journey, so that he did not go to Corinth till one or two years after this letter was written. He wrote his second epistle to the same before he paid them a visit, to apply a soothing remedy to their minds and hearts, sorely afflicted with his charitably severe corrections contained in this his first epistle. (Haydock) --- What will you; or what disposition shall I find in you? let it not be necessary for me to use the chastising rod by excommunications, and other spiritual arms, but be so reformed before I come, that I may come to you in the spirit of mildness, as I wish to do. (Witham)

Truly Madly Guilty by Liane Moriarty
Six responsible adults. Three cute kids. One small dog. It’s just a normal weekend. What could possibly go wrong?
Sam and Clementine have a wonderful, albeit, busy life: they have two little girls, Sam has just started a new dream job, and Clementine, a cellist, is busy preparing for the audition of a lifetime. If there’s anything they can count on, it’s each other.
Clementine and Erika are each other’s oldest friends. A single look between them can convey an entire conversation. But theirs is a complicated relationship, so when Erika mentions a last minute invitation to a barbecue with her neighbors, Tiffany and Vid, Clementine and Sam don’t hesitate. Having Tiffany and Vid’s larger than life personalities there will be a welcome respite.
Two months later, it won’t stop raining, and Clementine and Sam can’t stop asking themselves the question: What if we hadn’t gone?
In Truly Madly Guilty, Liane Moriarty takes on the foundations of our lives: marriage, sex, parenthood, and friendship. She shows how guilt can expose the fault lines in the most seemingly strong relationships, how what we don’t say can be more powerful than what we do, and how sometimes it is the most innocent of moments that can do the greatest harm.

EXCLUSIVE: Everything Abby Lee Miller Told ET About Prison, From Calling It a 'Vacation' to How She Prepared
brightcove
Dance Moms star Abby Lee Miller is glad her courtroom drama is over for now.
The 50-year-old reality star was sentenced on Tuesday to one year and one day in federal prison after pleading guilty to bankruptcy fraud, and after the sentencing, she told reporters that she felt "relieved" and "peaceful."
"It's a realm of the world I know nothing about -- I just know that I'll do the best I can," she added about going to prison.
NEWS: 'Dance Moms' Star Abby Lee Miller Sentenced to 1 Year and 1 Day in Federal Prison for Fraud
ET spoke with Miller outside of the courtroom, where she told us she's also pitching a new show with dancing in it, implying that jail time will be productive for her.
"Maybe that'll be some time to work," she said.
Miller had almost a year to mentally prepare herself for the possibility of going to prison, since pleading guilty to two charges last June. While she appeared serene on Tuesday, ET spoke to Miller multiple times ahead of her sentencing, where she's gone from joking about prison, to breaking down in tears when asked about the possibility of it.
Read on for more of Miller's candid revelations to ET.
She was initially staying positive about the idea of going to prison:
"I'm good. I try to stay positive and happy," Miller told ET on Feb. 9 about her then-upcoming sentencing, when we spoke with her at OK Magazine's Pre-GRAMMY Party in Los Angeles. "I know I made some mistakes along the way, but I've plead to all those."
"Maybe I need a few months' vacation," she also joked.
Miller was clearly still looking on the bright side of the situation at the time.
"It's very serious. But, there's a lot of strange, unanswered questions," she shared. "So, eventually, I think everything will come out and it'll all be good."
Miller's attorneys actually hired a person to prepare her for going to jail:
Miller was much more serious about serving time in March, when she broke down in tears during our revealing sit-down with her.
"My attorneys in Pittsburgh have hired someone that prepares you -- that mentally, physically prepares you," she told ET about how she's dealing with the possibility of jail time.
She also admitted that she was now uneasy about going to jail, and had lost all her "fight."
"I just don't want to fight anymore ... I don't want to do it any more," she said about her spirit at the time. "I'm not a real physical person so, you know, we'll see."
.... But Miller made sure not to dwell on possibly serving time before her sentencing:
"There's no sense," Miller explained during our sit-down. "People ask me, 'Aren't you worried, aren't you this, aren't you that?' I can't think about it. I have to live every day."
She didn't think jail was a fair punishment for her:
Though Miller acknowledged that she "didn't make the right decisions all the time" to reporters outside court on Tuesday, she insisted to ET that there was "a lot more" to her trouble with the law during our one-on-one interview.
"Well, like I teach my kids, life is not fair," she said. "In the end, I have to believe that everything will work out and the truth will come out -- I think there's a lot more to it. There's a lot more moving parts to this case than anyone understands."
"I think people wanna cover their butts and they're out for themselves and that's it," she added.
She didn't let the possibility of prison time get in the way of getting gastric sleeve surgery:
ET caught up with Miller again in April, when she revealed she had undergone gastric sleeve surgery.
"I think this is the right time," Miller explained. "People are saying, 'But your sentencing is coming up in a couple weeks!' And that is true, and I’m really nervous about that -- more than the surgery -- but there's no right time."
According to Miller, she feels that her tumultuous circumstances was actually a message from the universe.
"Maybe this is some miraculous way somebody's telling me, 'Hey, go for it, do it now so that whatever happens, maybe you'll be a little bit healthier, maybe you'll be a little bit more in shape.' Who knows?"
She was now "worried sick" about jail and was going to a dark place:
"That's a huge, dark cloud that hangs over my head every minute of every day, and it's the unknown," she also told ET last month about her sentencing. "I worry myself sick about it, and that's not good for my health, so whatever will be, will be."
"You know, worrying every day about it is taxing on me, and I catch myself getting into a funk and going to a place that is dark and sad, and I have to step out of it and work on choreography, or pick colors of fabric out, or do something that's the complete opposite of that," she continued. "If I thought about it every minute as some of my friends do that are so concerned and so worried about me, it would eat me alive."
She was using her weight-loss surgery as a distraction from her sentencing:
Miller admitted her surgery gave her something else to focus on aside from the possibility of jail time.
"[My friends are] asking questions every minute, they ask constantly," she shared. "'Well, what if you go to jail for 10 years? What if you do this? What if you do that? How is it going to be? Where are you going to go?' And I don't know those answers. They get me very worked up and upset and I start to cry, and you have to separate it, and you have to remove yourself from it and concentrate. So, really, this surgery today has given me something else to worry about, you know, and I don't say that in jest, I'm serious. It's given me something else to put my mind on and research, and look up information about it, and it's kind of like a new project."
Miller was nervous during her sentencing:
The reality star admitted to ET she was feeling "nervous" on Monday, the first day of her two-day sentencing. An eyewitness at the sentencing told ET that upon entering the courtroom, Miller's nerves seemed to get the best of her, as she appeared to have tears in her eyes.
WATCH: EXCLUSIVE: Abby Lee Miller Cried Over Possibly Serving Prison Time -- 'Life Is Not Fair'
Though on Tuesday, an eyewitness told ET that she was stoic when the judge read her sentence.
Aside from serving one year and one day in jail, Chief Judge Joy Flowers Conti also ruled that Miller serve two years probation after her time behind bars, and will need to live in a place "approved by the probation officer."
Watch the video below for more on Miller's choice to undergo weight-loss surgery ahead of her prison sentence.
