I love how every Jenna stans rebuttals to Jenna “ignoring” WSSF is always:

“She hates romcoms, she even stated she would never do one”

But she did this one in the first place because as the director of the movie said, Jenna had never done one before and liked the script enough to do it.

But it’s clear she probably won’t do one again because it’s obvious she doesn’t like being AND clearly can’t be vulnerable due to the lack of respect from her shitty fans.

Imagine if they took the time to stop being hater ass lil whiny bitches and watched a few of the clips to see that Jenna’s acting is actually good here and she shines as playing a happy teen for a change and not the typical typecast angry, moody teen she’s always casted as (post Wednesday)?

It’s annoying and they need to stop shitting on this movie for which Jenna, Percy, the rest of the cast and crew and the director put their time into making in such a short time. (Because if I remember, they shot this right after the Wednesday premiere)

They began shooting on Halloween 2022, if I recall Paulsen saying. They had to pause filming to let Ortega and White do the Wednesday premiere stuff in November. They were still filming past that.

I really hope these little shitbird "fans" grow tf up. While it looks a little predictable to me (story wise), it should be about her acting.

I'm not sure how much more diff this is from her angsty teens, but at least she isn't a mopey angsty teen. But this is Cairo in a different font (yet another Advanced Teen wanting desperately to get into the Ivies 🙄 how many of those is she gonna play)...the only real diff here is whose dick she wanted to ride 🫠
