General HCs:
Jeff the Killer (Jeffery Woods)𐬿
- 19, maybe 20.
- 5’10 but he tells very one he’s 6’1. (no one believes him.)
- Waisian, Korean mom white dad. Both of his parents were super strict so painting his nails or dying his hair feels rebellious to him.
- I think he still has his eyelids, or at least most of them. He also didn’t cut completely through his face, it’s just like a deep ass scar.
- Allergic to dogs and cats. He thinks cats are assholes, though. Loves big dogs that look like if they don’t have a muzzle they’d maul you.
- Favorite movies are the Texas Chainsaw Massacre and The Terrifier.
- He seriously drinks MAYBE one bottle of water every few days. Exclusively drinks gatorade and monsters.
- Cannot cook for shit. Burnt, undercooked, too salty, or just the wrong ingredients all together. He doesn’t measure or even bother to think logically about what should be in a certain dish, he just wings it. And doesn’t succeed. He just ends up getting fast food.
- VERY chapped lips. He has chapstick, he just doesn’t bother to use it.
- His room is messy as hell. Dirty clothes, blood stains, chinese takeout containers, empty red gatorade bottles, and empty monsters EVERYWHERE. He also like, never changes his bedding.
- Bed wise, I think he probably has like on pillow (that doesn’t even have a case,) one blanket, and a sheet that is super torn up.
- Absolutely AWFUL driver. Since slender took him in so young he never had an actual test. Other creeps did teach him the basics, but he does whatever the hell he wants. Goes way too fast, drives on the wrong side of the road, takes the sharpest turns, and hits the break so hard. He knows how to drive good, but he thinks it’s lame. Also doesn’t wear a seatbelt.
- Cuts his hair himself and it’s choppy as hell, but if anyone points it out he says ‘that’s what he was going for.’ It’s not.
- His hair is naturally dark brown, but he dyes it every few weeks with Ben’s help. Sometimes he dyes the tips red.
- Speaking of Ben, they’re inseparable, to the point that they are SICK of each other. Despite being close with Ben, Jeff has no idea how to play any video games that aren’t Mortal Combat.
- Paints his nails black. He steals buys any colors he thinks look cool, and then never uses them and they expire.
- His favorite color is red, but purple is his second favorite. He won’t admit it because he thinks it’s gay.
- VERY obnoxious about how straight and masculine he is. He won’t eat hotdogs or mayonnaise. Closeted bisexual that he isn’t even aware of.
- Has worn the same pair of converse since he was like 14. They’re covered in sharpie and have mismatching laces. (they’re also tearing at the seams and super gross.)
- When him and Liu were little he was the ‘rebel’ and Liu was the token child, even though Liu tried to get along with him Jeff was bitter about it.
- Listens to heavy metal and super emo music at the loudest volume possible. Has a bunch of speakers in his room which makes it even worse.

THUNDERQUEERS ARE GO!!!
Everyone already shared their queer headcanons a week ago. So here I am, right on time to once again be behind on everyone else 😃
(This is TOS based btw)
Am I the only one who has a queer headcanon for Jeff? Anyway, he’s bi. Realised it late as fuck though. After he was already married to Lucy and they had Scott. Not that it mattered for the marriage, I just meant that Jeff was an idiot late-bloomer. I image the conversation went something like this:
Jeff: Honey, I think I’m bisexual.
Lucy: Omg, you didn’t know?!
Jeff: You did?! Why didn’t you say anything?!
Lucy: I thought you knew and were just really casual about it!
Jeff *starts hyperventilating* : I think I’m having an existential crisis.
Lucy: … uhm, does this mean that now is a bad time to tell you I’m pregnant again?
Scott confuses me tbh. He has massive straight vibes but I cannot see him actually in a relationship with a woman. I can kinda picture him in a relationship with a man. I mostly like to think that Scott is just as confused as I am 😂.
You may have already seen the video I posted for Virgil Day. But I headcanon Virgil as bi and a demiboy using he/they pronouns. He mostly uses he/him though out of habit and because he doesn’t particularly care that much. I can also see him on the ace spectrum.
I’ve always called John a laid-back pan and I shall continue to do so. My headcanon is pretty much the same as @willow-salix so you can read her post if you want a more detailed explanation. I’m too lazy atm 🏃🏼‍♂️🏃🏼‍♂️🏃🏼‍♂️
Unpopular opinion but Gordon is my token straight 🤷🏼‍♂️. Can’t explain it. Just the vibes I get.
And then this post’s main event: Alan is gaaaaay! The second I laid eyes on that fucker, my brain went: ✨gay✨. I mean, he’s a drama queen in flamboyant fits. Were they even trying to hide it?🤨 Also, may I refer you to the dream sequence in Thunderbirds Are Go (1966)? Because, hello!!!
Tumblr media
Lad looks like he’s going to pride. He’s wearing a rainbow glitter suit, surrounded by pink clouds, waiting for his female friend to come pick him up in her pink car to drive them to the Swinging Star (if that doesn’t sound like a 60s gay club, idk what does). You better believe he was pissed during End Of The Road. Finally a nice lad his age that he is not related to is on the island, and then Tin-Tin swoops in!!!! Like, girl you already have plenty of options, please let me have this one…
Additionally, I feel Alan is a firm believer that gender is a social construct and he doesn’t vibe with the traditional (binary) concept of the male gender. He still labels himself as male (using he/him) because he’s comfortable but with that, but he doesn’t care much what other people perceive him as or call him (unless they’re being purposely offensive).
Early Thunderbirds-days me was still cis-het and complimenting myself for being so emancipated for identifying with the queer character of a show whilst not being queer myself. Oh how the mighty have fallen …
That awkward moment you realise you identify with the gay puppet because you are a gay muppet
Hello rainbow flag my old friend 🥲
And look at that, it’s another Alan essay :)

Teen wolf: https://youtu.be/nyV5QziOvYw?si=-7s3KvY9mPSkjNdo
youtube
This is what they mean when they state Teen Wolf queer baited.
They constantly had Stiles ask if he was attractive to gay guys.
Stiles had a coming a “coming out” scene. In which his father immediately says “you’re not gay” and when stiles said he could be the response was “not dressed like that”.
He had several scenes that could be implied he’s bisexual. And he made friends with drag queens.
And several times Jeff would use Sterek fans to watch episodes by saying “there’s something for the Sterek fans”.
And they got rid of Danny for another token Gay character( Mason I believe). And that was after Danny went from being the goalie for lacrosse, a hacker, really smart, and Jackson’s best friend to Ethan’s boyfriend. Who later starts dating Jackson after leaving the state.
Tumblr media
Fandom Problem #5379:
"Sherlock was queerbaiting. Teen Wolf was queerbaiting. Supernatural was queerbaiting. Now Loki is queerbaiting."
Newsflash: you shippers are the most common denominator.
You know how they say, if you meet an asshole, you met an asshole, but if everyone you meet is an asshole, then you are the asshole? That applies here.
Those shows didn't do anything but have male characters exist as friends. You decided to make it into something more. You queerbaited yourselves, and now you're trying to project it onto the creators.
It's always the same group of people shipping two male characters together, and then acting like victims when it doesn't become canon and hurling insults at creators and other fans. Y'all just migrate from fandom to fandom using the same rhetoric, parroting the same accusations, throwing around the same insults.
Have some fucking self reflection.

I'm not one of these people who insists that each fantasy/superhero show have a queer lead (unless it's an ensemble like Shadowhunters who did it right) BUT a fantasy/superhero show is literally the ideal place for queer rep in series regulars as well as guests bc the entire thing is an AU to reality. I never even knew Jeff Davis had queer plans for TW bc for me it always played out like every straight show: one gay token (Danny) who gets phased out almost immediately.
Jeff always tried to act like his show was killing it in terms of providing good queer representation, but it simply wasn't. The representation in question was: homoerotic locker room scenes, some scenes in a gay bar, & Danny. And I'm sorry, not sorry...that's not rep.
I'll never forget how Jeff bragged about episode 2x09 (I think) because there was a party at Lydia's house & he bragged that he put a gay couple in the episode. And the gay couple was literally 2 unnamed extras in the far background of a shot that panned so fast you could barely even see them.
Like, the fact they had 6 series regulars and not (1) of them was openly queer was outrageous. Especially when there was so much fan support for Stiles being bisexual and for Derek being gay/bi. It's insane how much missed opportunity exists in that horrible show.

I'm sure this has been said before but it's a shame that Community never had another Comparative Religion episode where instead of everyone having different religions, they have different sexualities. and Shirley has to cope with them, being The Token Straight™.
Britta: bisexual
Troy: gay
Abed: aspec
Annie: lesbian
I assume Jeff would be like "i DoNt Do LaBeLs"
Peirce would be the tumblr rabies thing or something crazy idk. He doesn't count anyway.
also please somebody make a gender version because I don't know enough to make it but I want it to exist

explanations:
- i could see mari and gen not caring about gender when it comes to dating (also, because gen doesn't care about their own. they're fluid in my eyes).
- mari gives me the vibes of that one modern family episode when hailey's like "I don't care what it is, it's into me and I want it"
- whenever crystal was on screen she seemed to like talking and singing and talking about anything but romance or sex. she just doesn't seem that into it tbh. I think she'd still date, but just wouldn't be sexual.
- melissa is just there for the ride, honestly, she doesn't really feel anything towards anyone and just wants to live her life with her cats and best friends.
- shauna and nat canonically like men, but they're such girl kissers that they probably prefer women. also, I feel like everyone forgets that nat does feel attracted to travis, and kevyn, so she does like men, so we shouldn't rob her of her bisexuality just because we want her to fit a certain role we want. idk, just my opinion.
- for shauna, as much as she loves jackie, I think she does love jeff in her own fucked up way and she did choose to sleep with adam. so I guess what I'm saying is that, similar to what I said about nat, let her be bisexual.
- tai and van are canonically lesbians and I stand by it. as the only CANON AND SHOWN couple, it's important to me that they both maintain their sexualities. I also could not see either of them being attracted to men, at all.
- laura lee, jackie and misty being lesbians with insane comphet is obvious if you watch the show. they all force themselves to like boys, when really they're in love with their best friend. misty: interested in elijah wood's character when she clearly wants nat. jackie: interested in jeff when she wants shauna! for laura lee, the boy in question is jesus. her religion stops her from realising she wants lottie.
- akilah, my love, deserves her own spot. I'm going to be honest, when I first watched it, I was low key rooting for her and tai (the river scene convinced me) but then I saw taivan and changed my mind. I also love how tai is always there for her. . . what I'm saying is that if taivan didn't exist, then I'd desperately want taikilah. anyways, akilah just doesn't seem interested in boys and seems more interested in mari.
it's kinda hard working with sexualities when you only ever see them interact with women and it's the 90s and they're trapped in the woods, but I think it's rational enough.
bonus:
- coach ben: gay obviously.
- travis: lesbian (season 3 transfem travis truther!)
- callie: sapphic (like her mummies). I haven't worked out what it is, but I just know she's a girl kisser
- jeff: straight 🤨 he's the token straight character they made up to fill the diversity quota
- allie: gay as fuck. she probably joked about how tai broke her legs, saying shit like, "and when I said I wanted her to step on me, I didn't mean THAT hard"
my headcanons on yj girls sexualities:
tai: lesbian
van: lesbian
akilah: lesbian
lottie: lesbian
laura lee: lesbian (with insane comphet)
jackie: lesbian (with insane comphet)
misty: lesbian (with insane comphet)
shauna: bisexual
nat: bisexual
mari: pansexual
gen: pansexual
melissa: asexual
crystal: asexual

So it's pride month, so here's a list of headcanons about the sexualities of the samwell men's hockey team and occasional others.
Bitty is gay, that's canon
Jack is aromantic and bisexual. Or well technically demiromantic but he doesn't care about specifics
Ransom is pansexual and Holster is biromantic asexual and they are in a loving poly-qpr with each other where Holster dates Ransom and Ransom dates Holster and also occasionally other people. Currently he hasn't dated anyone else bc he has a huge crush on Tater.
Tater doesn't care about identities or the gender of who he dates. He doesn't want to pick a word, mostly bc his English isn't great and he's still unsure of the whole queer as a slur thing. According to Jack Adam and Randy have an open relationship and he definitely wants to be in the middle of that. Unfortunately every time he tries to ask, Adam starts acting weird. Maybe he doesn't like him
Lardo is pansexual with a preference for girls. She's disinterested in romance in most cases but doesn't necessarily identify as aromantic. She's also non-binary
Shitty is the token straight on the team and he wishes he wasn't bc "cis straight white guys suck brah"
Chowder and Farmer are the campus power couple made up of a pair of badass bisexuals and everyone is jealous of them.
Dex is a functional gay and Nursey is a disaster gay who thinks he's a distiguished gay and that's like 80% of their problems. Nursey is also genderqueer but has trouble expressing it.
Whiskey is apothiromantic (romance repulse) and that's 70% of the reason he spends most of his time at the LAX house. When he's there it's mostly sex talk and that's better than hearing all 20 different pet names Bitty has for Jack every time he walks into the kitchen.
Tango is still questioning but he thinks he might be asexual. He uses queer mostly bc he likes that it means he doesn't have to pick something more specific if he doesn't want to.
Ford is a lesbian and is one of the few people on the team with her shit together. She's currently single but that's bc she broke up with her high school gf before college and hasn't felt like dating anyone since. She's kind of got a crush on Lardo and she's doing her best to hide it.
Georgia Martin is a lesbian and also Ford's hero. What a #lesbianicon
Johnson is a true a-spec icon being asexual, aromantic, and agender. If you ask him about it he'll go on a fourth wall breaking discussion that'll leave you more confused than you started
Kent is homoromantic asexual, though experiences have left him with ptsd and sex-repulsion that he's slowly working through with his boyfriend and a lot of therapy. So much therapy.
Swoops/Jeff is gay and loves his damaged bf very much and still can't believe that Kent wants to date him.

Just wondering. How do you feel about Jackson/Ethan being canon ? Personally, I feel like JD did it to piss off sterek shippers. Especially because there were never a hint that Jackson could be Bi.
it’s laughable, Jackson and Ethan have never even met in canon, and if Jackson really turns out to be bi, it’s not even as much of a spit in the face of the sterek shippers as it is in the face of those Stiles fans who hoped for Stiles to be bi and have some representation among the main characters for fucking years after all those hints and baiting, this whole “Jackson is coming back and is bi!” is the same fucking garbage Jeff pulled with Caitlin when he turned her from a lesbian into a bisexual for five minutes to get token points and to bait bisexual Stiles even more

I'm kinda new to the TW fandom and I hope you don't mind me asking but why do people hate Jeff Davis? :o I didn't notice any Sterek baiting and there's gay representation in the show
Oh, nonnie, sorry to ruin this for you but there was plenty of queerbaiting. And yeah I guess there’s gay representation in the show, but then you have to ask yourself: was it good representation? No, it really wasn’t. Danny was the token gay guy (forever bitter about that because Danny had potential to be so much but they crapped all over him and Keahu) and then Danny disappeared and Mason came in to be the token gay and black guy (since they killed Boyd just to further Derek’s pain when Boyd also could’ve been so much more). Danny/Ethan was substituted by Mason/I don’t remember the other kid’s name because god forbid they have more than one gay couple at the same time! Even though it’s supposed to be a homophobia-free world! Then there was Caitlin who was turned bisexual out of nowhere to bait Stiles’ bisexual arc that never happened and her girlfriend who came in lesbian to be killed. That’s not good representation, at all, especially considering how the show loved to praise themselves for being “progressive”. What a laugh.
Here are a couple posts where you can read about tw issues instead of having me talk forever about that bullshit: one two

Reasons I stopped watching Teenwolf that have nothing to do with Sterek
Its hard to get past the cringy feeling you get when someone disses a show for not making their ship cannon- I get that. And even when we get past the blantant queer bating, its hard to understand what 'problematic' really means when we're discussion a show on MTV. So here are just a few of the reasons so many people have given up on Jeff Davis and his creation. ■ Queer Bating Completely disregarding Sterek, this is a huge issue within the show. We'll start with Stiles. Throughout the show Stiles' sexuality is often joked about. In one episode he tells his father he's gay to get out of trouble, and in another, when the token gay character of the season offers to take his virginity, Stiles is flattered and actually considers it. On several occasions Jeff Davis has said that these points in the show have had the purpose of hinting at Stiles' Bisexuality. This should be a good thing, but despite the so-called "hints" we get, there is never a single instance of any kind of obvious and confirmed attraction between Stiles and another man. We can speculate and hope, but the show never gives into it outright. A person of course does not ever have to be in a relationship with someone of the same gender to identify as Bi, but when we're talking about representation on a major TV show, its important that at least some sort of 'proof' is shown. Maybe in the future we can have a bi character who never canonically dates someone of the same gender and still have it be representation, but we're not there yet. Rather than anything involving Stiles (a main character of the show) Jeff Davis oftwn substitutes queer representation with relatively unimportant side characters. Moreover the show has been know to make the main token poc and queer person the same person on the show. Danny, for instance, had no real plot importance as a character except for being gay and not white. The show advertises a diverse lgbt cast, but like most shows, does not deliver. ■ The strong female charachter The strong female character does not exist on this show. In fact every instance of a "strong" female has been used as a romantic interest in the plot, whose sole purpose is to give their male counterpart something to fight for, idolize, and have sex with. We'll start with Allison. Allison was a kick ass, arrow shooting, rebellious teenage girl. Unfortunately, she was also the love interest of the main character. Given that her family presented issues for the main character, she became the juliet in a cliche Shakespearean situation. But a girl can still be badass with a boyfriend right? Of course! However, as badass as Allison may have been, her character was used consistently as a romantic interest or problem and nothing else. She was Scott's girlfriend, and then Matt's love interest, and then Jackson's love interest, and then Issacs girlfriend, and then she was dead. A girl can be in a relationship on a show, sure, but when her character is only ever used as a love interest to serve the plot, it becomes demeaning and disheartening. Next, Lydia. With Lydia we find are biggest issues. Lydia Martin is an actual genius. She's beautiful and popular, funny when she wants to be, assertive when she needs to be, and her brain is a stunning work of art. But she also has flaws! She can be shallow and mean spirited, she's obsessed with her public image, and known to have fits of jealousy. She's a fantastically well rounded character that is utterly wasted the same way Allison is. Lydia spends half of her time on the show either suffering from severe mental issues (which we will address later) or hunting for a boyfriend. She's better off than Allison was as a character, but when it comes right down to it she's just another love interest to cause problems for the main male charachters. What's really unfortunate, is the stydia situation. There's nothing wrong with the ship, don't get me wrong, but there are some serious issues with its realization. Jeff Davis actually did a pretty cool thing when he made Stiles and Lydia just friends. He took a boy who was idolizing and sexualizing a girl that was uninterested, let him understand who she really was, and accept her into his life as a friend. Its so rare that we have an instance in the media of a straight boy and girl just remaining friends in the media, especially when their is initial interest from the male protag. It showed rejection from the female counterpart and acceptance from the male side and that's huge. Stydia of course ruins that by making a short appearance, and whats worse, especially for Stydia fans, is that the ship is short lived, and ends up only being used as bait for views. I don't need to go into kira, malia, and erica, because the same shit goes down with them. ■ Mental Health I'll make this part short, because theres so many issues with this particular aspect of the show, I cound go on for years. One of the biggest issues though, is eichen house, a psych facility that is consistently used to scare voews. This place grossly stereotypes non-neuro typicals as violent and unhinged. Another huge issue in the presentation of mental health on this show, is that the charachters are endlessly traumatized but never get resolution. PTSD and anxiety are practically used as quirky charachter flaws half of the time. ■ Derek Hale This is personally my biggest issue with the show. Derek Hale, like many of the characters (except for the main one of course) is very well rounded. He makes mistakes, he evolves as a person, he does his best. Its no wonder that he's so loved by the fandom. I personally stopped watching when Hoechlin left. He wasn't a deal breaker, but I was at my tipping point. The problem with Derek Hale starts with his tragic past, which involves him being seriously emotionally abused and the victim of statitory rape. His abuser then is used as a plot point. She terrorizes him and on occasion sexually assults him, and this is never addressed. Kate is made out to be a bad person, but when Derek is being sexually assaulted he's shirtless, hairless, and oiled up. Its filmed to be sexually enticing for the audience, which is seriously disgusting. Kate is basically a sexual predator that keeps being brought back to hurt Derek. Whats worse is that the emotional trauma that results from sexual assault is literally never addressed, and Derek is consistently used as a sex object. In another season, the big bad of the show is revealed to have been disguising itself as a woman named Jennifer Blake. Jennifer blake, aka the big bad, is used as Derek's love interest, and they have sex on multiple occasions. Its later revealed that Blake seduced Derek with magic. What the writers of this show don't appear to comprehend, is that if someone is coerced into sex they wouldn't otherwise have with supernatural means, that's rape. So Derek gets raped a couple more times, and its all hunkydory because the sex scenes were hot l, am I right Jeff? (Also, Questionable consent concerning sex appears on show way more than acceptable. In example, when Stiles loses his virginity, he's partially posessed by a demon, and the girl he has sex with isn't all there mentally either) Derek is consistently used and abused on this show. He is beaten down and taken from, manipulated, ridiculed, and oversexualized over and over. His entrance to the show involves the loss of his sister just a few short years after the loss of his entire family, which he is led to beleive was at his own hands. His rapist and abusers are never fully brought to justice, and the serious emotional damage inflicted on him is never addressed. Rather its ignored for the sake of continuing to use him a sexual object. Below are some sources to back the claims I've made in this post as well as articles that better articulate what I've tried to explain . If you have anything to add regarding the issues with the show, please feel free to add on. https://www.google.com/amp/s/www.advocate.com/commentary/2014/09/17/op-ed-trouble-teen-wolf%3famp http://www.teen.com/2017/03/12/television/teen-television-shows-queerbaiting-gay-bait-audiences/#2 https://www.google.com/amp/amp.dailydot.com/upstream/teen-wolf-dead-female-characters-chart/ http://www.tv.com/news/teen-wolf-has-a-problem-regarding-female-characters-and-we-need-to-stop-ignoring-it-143956767458/ https://www.google.com/amp/s/ladygeekgirl.wordpress.com/2014/04/15/trigger-warning-kate-argent/amp/
