6. Episode of tv or webisode that defined the year for you?

Even though I didn’t watch it this year, ep 5 of the Queen Charlotte mini series was the whole reason I ended up spending half my year doing nothing but writing fic for Violet. It made her a whole character for me and really put me over the edge in terms of my interest in her and if that hadn’t happened, I’m not sure I’d be where I am now. I wrote more this year than I’ve ever written in a single year and it all started there.

12. Talk about a new friend you made this year

I made two incredible friends this year that have literally changed my life. @sleepyfireball and @cptn-nash My little ducklings, my tiny little babies who I absolutely adore and cherish so very much. They’re both so insanely smart, talented, caring human beings and even though they make me feel old as dirt sometimes, I adore the fuck out of them and consider myself so very blessed to have them in my life.

18. A memorable meal this year?

In terms of actual food, we stopped at this tiny pizza place that sold by the slice and it was BOMB. In terms of company and time spent, the dinner my wife and I had out by ourselves when we went to see Jeff Arcuri this fall. It was so nice to spend time alone with her and eat a meal uninterrupted.
