5. Do you respond to comments, why or why not?

Yes, on each and every one. Even when you type just “knjhfskjsf” 😂 I´m that desperate 🤣 And also I comment on each and every fic I finish reading. Even if it would be just “thank you, I enjoyed reading this” I know even that little can make somebody happy.

6. What’s the fic you’ve written with the angstiest ending?

Probably my Instagram-style WIP on Wattpad. I stopped uploading it after I split Albus and Scorpius up 🙈 I´m disgusting human beying. But at the end, I make all endings “hapily ever after”.

7. Do you ever write crossovers? What’s the craziest one you’ve every written?

No, but kudos to everyone who do! That´s hard job! But I love movie-themed AU´s! Do you have a rec for some Scorbus one?

8. Have you ever received hate on a fic?

Not exactly, I receive hardly any comments on my fics 😅 and the Next Gen fandom is usually very pleasant. But I get a lot of irritated comments on Wattpad for a) lowkey Dramione, b) any interaction of Albus with some other boy than Scorpius. I suppose people doing this are very young though.

9. Do you write smut? If so, what kind?

Oh, yeah! For me sex is very important part of partner life, it brings us closer to our partner. I want to give the same feeling of intimacy and absolute hapiness to my beloved characters as well. Sex in my stories is always about making love. 

10. Have you ever had a fic stolen?

Nah, I wish 🤣

11. Have you ever co-written a fic before?

No, but I would love to do some cooperative work! I have an idea for Scorpius / Albus POV switching story (modern AU, high school setting). And I would love to illustrate someones fics! I really miss working on something togeather!

12. What’s your all-time favourite ship?

Scorbus, of course! 😆

13. What was the first fandom you wrote for?

HP, but suprisigly, it was a Wolfstar fic. It poured out of me like nothing, 10k in just three days, I think. It needed out 😁

14. What’s your favourite fic you’ve written?

Scorbus, 20k  It All Begins at the End. I did it in style - let´s see what I would never write about but write it to actually like it. So there is soulmate trope, hurt/comfort dynamic, infidelity, split up and second chances. I left out only Mpreg, that one I couldn´t figure out 😆

1. Tell us about your WIP!

My main WIP is for Erised so I can’t say anything more about that here, and my other top priority is putting the finishing touches on my Hurtfest fic ready for submission, which I also can’t talk about!

In between working on those two fics, I’ve also made a start on my @hpdailydeviant fics for the next few months, which happily I can talk about! The plan is for one to be a Harry/Ginny fic in which Harry has a bit of a ~thing~ for Ginny in her Quidditch uniform, and the other is a Harry/Draco fic in which Harry takes some cheeky NSFW photos of Draco. They’ll both be short PWPs, and will post in September and October. 

12. Which story of yours do you like best? why? 

I’m torn between two I think. 

I really like my Drarry fic Things Worth Paying For for a couple of reasons. The prompt I chose (rentboy!Draco) was something I’d never written before and was quite out of my comfort zone, but I ended up really enjoying the challenge of writing something a bit different. I also tried something different with the editing process for this fic - I essentially pretended that I was betaing someone else’s fic (but was more brutal than I would be with someone else’s work!), and went in there and suggested loads of changes, being quite brutal with what I cut and changed, and I think (hope!) that made the fic better.

My other fave is my Jeddy fic, Scar Tissue, because I really enjoyed writing it and managed to do everything I wanted with the fic.

40. Do you look up to any of your writer buddies?

Oh my god, yes. All of them. They’re all so talented, and I learn so much from reading their works, and betaing for them, and just talking about fanfic and fandom with them. My fics would definitely be a lot worse off without them, as would I! I won’t name names here because I’m sure I’d forget someone who absolutely deserves to be listed here, but they know who they are ❤

1. What fandoms do you write for? 

Usually The Cursed Child but I’m starting to write for Julie and the Phantoms too. I used to be a big Marvel writer as well and I have one Miss Peregrine’s fic that I’m really proud of. Had a bunch of other fandoms that I wrote for when I was younger but these would be the main ones. 

2. What parings do you write for? 

Scorbus!! Then I used to write Stucky and Clintasha when I did Marvel fics

3. What is your most popular fanfic? 

Albus Potter and the Cursed Legacy on AO3 but my most popular of all time was a Stucky fic on Wattpad called Coming Back Home 

4. Do you write original stories as well? 

Yes! But none are published

5. What is a fandom you will never write for? 

Probably just ones that I’m not interested in or don’t know that much about. 

6. Which platform do you prefer?

8. How do you stay motivated to finish what you’ve started? 

Definitely getting feedback helps. And just staying invested in the story. I take breaks when needed so I don’t burn out. 

9. What’s your longest fanfic? 

Albus Potter and the Cursed legacy is almost 200,000 words which is absolutely insane to me but I love it dearly

10. Do you use sentence starters, writing prompts and/or fandom headcanons for your fanfics? 

Sometimes! Usually just for shorter fics. But I incorporate fandom headcanons into longer fics as well. Basically my fics are based on fanon most of the time anyway

11. Do you use/follow advice from writing blogs/posts? 

Sometimes!

12. What’s your shortest fanfic? 

Borderline is just under 4,000 words

13. Do you listen to music during your writing process? 

Yes, it helps me focus. I like atmospheric music to match the story. There’s a lot of great youtube videos for that but also instrumentals and movie scores on spotify are great.

14. What is your favorite writing prompt? 

Can’t say I have one

Long. I notoriously write a lot.

Too many...I’d say a solid 8 but a lot of started fic ideas that never took off

18. Do you take requests? 

I’m open to hearing them but I usually struggle to write someone else’s ideas 

19. What’s more difficult? Fanfics or original work? 

Original work for sure, which is very frustrating to me. I’ve written a novel length fic before I can even get halfway through an original. I think I just know fic characters and the world a whole lot better and I know my audience will too, so there’s not stress about making sure everything is clear.

20. How did you find the magical world of fanfics?

I can’t even remember. I think I got on Wattpad through word of mouth when I was 12 but didn’t start posting until I was like 13 or 14.

21. Do you partake in any fanfic/writing events? 

I try to! 

22. Does fanart of your fanfic exist? 

Yes!! Which is AMAZING! I’ve got a small folder of drawings people have made inspired by or for my fic. I even got a video edit and vine comp once which I could not stop watching and smiling. It’s honestly so incredible that people have done that for something I wrote and I’m so thankful.

23. Do fanfics of your fanfic exist? 

No I didn’t even realize that could be a thing. I’d say if you’re using someone’s OC’s or ideas, do be sure to ask them first.

24. What is your favorite sentence that you’ve used in a fanfic? 

Oh gosh this is hard. One that’s always stood out to my is this line from Draco in chapter 18 of the Cursed Legacy

"Do you really think I wanted to be evil? That I set out to achieve that goal? No, that was never my reasoning to join the Deatheaters. No, mainly I wanted to fit in--to be a part of something greater. And to a naive boy who faced nothing but pressure from his parents to conform to their ideals, this," He forced up the left sleeve of his cloak to reveal the faded scar of where his dark mark once branded him, "seemed like that answer.”

25. Where do you draw inspiration from? 

A lot of music or photos/art. Whatever get’s me in the right mood to delve deeper into these characters. 

26. Can we get a teaser for an upcoming chapter? 

Here’s the one I used in a recent ask game for the next chapter of the Cursed Legacy!

9. longest wip of the year

Ohhhhh, so this is actually longer than I expected?? It was 10k! This is a fic I have been tinkering with for a while and should really get on with finishing. 

This, and another drarry fic, are both WIPs that I feel like I will be able to actually finish one day as well? As Opposed to the thirty something WIPs lingering in my gdocs account which truly...are in purgatory. Like, I am not sure they can ever be finished as I have changed as a writer since they were started?? But who knows. I can never bring myself to delete them!!

YES! Omg okay, let me list them all, and someone can make me accountableeee. 

1. Louchovy - Nouis shapeshifter fic that I am determined to make happen. 

2. Dark Jeddy AU - which may not be all that dark, but is DEFINITELY an AU, so. 

3. Drarry psychic crime solving - hahahaha, what a title. I’m leaving it at that LMAO. 

4. Mercreatures drarry - speaks for itself, really. 

5. Orig AU idea x 2 - just short weird stories which don’t fit in any fandoms, and which I am thus forced to go out of the sandpit to write.

Favourite Story You Wrote: Oh fuck this one is impossible to answer! In one sense it’s the one above, not just because it’s my most popular one, but because it’s the first one where I really felt like a writer. I think though, that my favourite is Though My Mind Could Think (I still was a mad man). It’s a rewrite of my first ever fanfic, and based heavily on my own mental health issues and recovery.

Story You Were Nervous to Post: Yeah this one is also Though My Mind Could Think (I still was a mad man). It’s the most personal story I’ve ever written, and it felt a bit like tearing my soul out and posting it for the world to read.

How Do You Choose Your Titles: Song titles and Quotes are like half of them. The rest are taken from the text of the fic.

Do You Outline: I mean, sometimes? It’s mostly just a doc of things I want to happen, or dialogue I want to include. I did actually outline each chapter for my longest fic though (87k), because I realised halfway through that if I didn’t I would never finish. I tend to try to outline once I realise the fic is getting to be over 20k. I should probably outline shorter fics so they don’t accidentaly end up over 20k, but, erm, I don’t.

In-Progress: I have one WIP on my AO3. Then I have fics coming out for the Creature, Unhappily Ever After and Drizzle fests.

Coming Soon/Not Yet Started: Currently working on kinktober with lots of different HP pairings, I’m all excited for it :D

Do You Accept Prompts: Yeah I do, though I have to admit I have a couple laying in my inbox that I just can’t do rn x) So no promises I’ll actually write it, and kinktober will keep me very busy until november (at least). I only have like 2 fics up that weren’t written for prompts though, so I tend to prefer writing them over coming up with one myself 😂

Upcoming Story You Are Most Excited to Write: Well the only upcoming stories I have that I haven’t finished yet is Kinktober and the War WIP on my AO3. And well, kinktober is absolutely the more exciting one 😅

Favourite Story You Wrote: Right now it’s my latest story I’ll never be your chosen one, because I went super out of my comfort zone but I think it’s so good. I’m still not okay with it being done and that I don’t get to write it anymore, but I have these scenes that keep popping up, so maybe I’ll do some drabbles in that universe in the future. Also I’m so proud that I wrote it so fast and it’s mostly thanks to @etalice​ who cheered me on during the entire process.

Story You Were Nervous to Post: Besides I’ll never be your chosen one, and my first one Let’s go dip it low (then you bring it up slow) that was my first Drarry fic ever, it was And the music plays bitter, plays sweet, because that was also a fic where I went far out of my comfort zone and I was nervous about the reception as it deals with long term infidelity, but I’ve had such nice comments on that one and it’s one of the fics I’m most proud of.

How Do You Choose Your Titles: Often song lyrics. Or I bitch to Kristina about it and she comes up with something. I’ve had two or three occasions where the title just came to me, and I have no idea where they came from or how I can visit that place 😂😂 😂

Do You Outline: Depends. Shorter stuff no. I just have a general idea of what story I want to tell and then start writing then edit edit edit until I’m happy with it. Longer stuff... sometimes? I often have the story in my head and then I start to write snippets here and there until I realise I can’t have it all in my head and then I outline. But sometimes I don’t and when I return to that wip I always hate past Andy for not writing it down LOL

In-Progress: Uuuuuh, I have like four Drarry? Maybe? One that has been with me for two years now and it’s still only just below 4k, but that’s been on the back burner for quite some time. I also have two Jeddy that I open sometimes and stare at 😂 

Coming Soon/Not Yet Started: I need fluff now after my latest angst fest, so I got the idea for a dialogue only Scorbus or Jeddy, but I haven’t written a single word of it. I’m also doing a workshop where I’m expanding the drabble Forbearance, but somehow that poor thing always gets neglected.

Do You Accept Prompts: I guess? If I got one that tickled me the right way, but I don’t really have time to write that much so I try to stick to my own ideas and the Game of Drarry prompts when I’m participating in that 😊

18. Current number of wips

Ha ha haaaa. Oh dear. Quite a few. Thankfully no WIPs currently posting. I’ve got a lot of WIPs in my fanfic folder though, I think about 25 or so across my two main fandoms.

24. Favorite fic you read this year

Oh I’ve read so many good ones, this is super hard. Okay, one fic that stuck with me pretty much all year was Love Him More by @bixgirl1 which I adored. I loved that it wasn’t easy, that it was angsty but also beautiful and it just was so powerfully told. I absolutely loved @gracerene09‘s Big Bang fic, Taking Chances, which pulled me in from the very beginning and I whizzed through it greedily, it was so well paced and felt so incredibly real. I just loved every minute. Also @shiftylinguini‘s beautiful Jeddy with trans James, Hallo Spaceboy, was so wonderfully done. The image of James feeding the ducks on a cold morning is so vivid in my mind, it’s really terrific. I’m sure there are others, I’ve read so many terrific fics this year but these are the ones that sprung to mind first.

I think in an everyone comes back au I want to see some conflict between Teddy and Sirius, because I think it would be really fucking funny. Like they can be friends later but for the first bit they're at each other's throats.

Like they're under an illusion spell at first to hide from Harry and the others until they figure out what's going on, and they don't know who the next gen are yet. Sirius runs into Jamie and Teddy, they obviously don't know or recognize each other, Sirius says something unintentionally cruel to Jamie and Teddy has him clocked immediately cuz no one? Talks to Jamie like that??

Sirius would feel super bad afterwards of course, after learning who Jamie is, and Jamie would shrug it off cuz that's the kind of person he is, even if it really hurt him, but Teddy would hold a grudge.

And Sirius would wanna get along cuz that's Remus and Tonks' kid! But the more he tries to make nice, the more Teddy brushes him off and gives him the cold shoulder and glares at him.

I think that's funny to me cuz Sirius is always portrayed in fics as like, sex god everyone loves him has a crush etc, so going against expectations to make Teddy high-key hate him is hilarious to me.

To make it more angsty, maybe Sirius punches Jamie, let's goooooooo

Okay I had another thought, I know Teddy is terrifying when he's really REALLY angry, but you know who'd probably be even scarier? Fucking James. Like Teddy would kill a man, but James? He would be so much worse. Do NOT make this man angry. He would be so much scarier than Teddy fr.

Teddy being gone for almost three years means on occasion at family gatherings he'll drop random pieces of personal lore that blindsides everyone like "this is just like the time when I spent three months in Nepal with a squib who would bang a gong next to my ear every ten minutes in order to keep me awake because he didn't want me to stop studying until I'd completely memorized every inch of the night sky, I stayed awake for a week straight, and now the only thing that wakes me up is when the magic in the atmosphere shifts dangerously to warn of coming perils" liek what rhe fuck are you talking about 😭

Thinking about that ask I got a while back about what other people think of James in TBOTS or how they view him, and now I wanna write some other special chapters aside from Teddy's to show how his friends/family all responded to his trauma. 🤔

Like how long did Scorpius take to tell albus about the astronomy tower? Or Lily? Roxanne and Louis, who are arguably the closest to him, how did they react to everything? Or Harry and Ginny? They don't know the extent obviously, but they know he was hurting himself.

That would be interesting to write about.
