If you walked into the TNG characters:

Troi:

- Asks if you're alright and makes sure you're not injured

- Senses your embarassment and tries to makes you feel less humiliated, assuring you that it's alright. Gives you a reassuring smile.

- "I'm fine, no need to worry."

Worf:

- Attempts to catch you and asks, gruffly, if you're alright.

- Nods in acknowledgement and immediately moves on from the situation after assuring that you are not hurt.

- "I am not injured. That did not pose any damage to me, you are not very heavy."

Picard:

- Apologises and helps you to steady yourself.

- Spends a short amount of time assessing you but quickly moves on (he's the Captain of the ship, he's got places to be). Is somewhat shook by it but hides it with his professional mannerisms.

- "I'm fine, thank you."

Geordi:

- "Woah! Hey, are you alright?"

- Places his hands on the sides of your shoulders to make sure that you're steady. Profusely checks if you're okay and assures you that he's fine.

- "Yeah, I'm fine. Don't worry about it."

Data:

- Catches you without difficulty due to fast reflexes.

- Ascertains that you are okay and asks if you are having difficulty with balance or walking. He is somewhat concerned for your motor skills, though he knows that it is not uncommon for humans to lose some of that temporarily.

- "I am unharmed, there is no need for concern on my behalf."

Lore:

- Stares you down and watches you fall backwards from the collision.

- After staring at you for what he feels is an appropriately disconcerting duration of time, he walks right past you.

- "Fine." Bluntly. No further words.

Beverly:

- "Oh, I'm sorry! Are you alright?"

- Assesses you for signs of injury and is quickly assured that you are fine. She expresses that you look tired and prompts you to eat, drink, or get an early night.

- "That's alright, I'm fine!"

Riker (nearly forgot him):

- Stabilises you and asks if you're okay.

- Does the same shoulder thing as Geordi to continue to make sure you're steady on your feet. After spending a moderate amount of time assuring you that he's fine and making sure you are as well, he pats you on the shoulder firmly and walks off.

- (Alternatively he uses it as an excuse to flirt)

- "I'm alright, thanks."

Tasha (I had to add her):

- Grasps you swiftly so you don't fall backwards. "Are you alright?"

- Steadies you and checks you swiftly over for signs of injury and nods to you as she starts off again.

- "Yes, I'm fine. Thank you."

BONUS:

B4:

Is caught off guard by the collision and stares at you in surprise.

Once he has recovered from the initial shock, he holds out a hand to help you to your feet and asks if you're okay.

"I'm not hurt! Are you?"

Deanna discovering your affair with Picard includes:

•Deanna’s suspicions about the Captain have been aroused for several weeks now, somehow he’s more tense and secretive, while also being more relaxed and stress-free. It’s gotten to a point where she’s slightly questioning her own sanity.

•so she turned to Will and Beverley. They observe Picard and come to the conclusion that he does seem to be smiling more. At regular intervals he’ll smile to himself, run his upper lip and then tap away on a PADD for a few minutes before putting it down again and assuming his usual stoic persona. Will sees this and suggests that Picard has a new ‘lady friend’ that he might be messaging.

•Deanna goes full PI (Private Investigator) and starts to discretely follow the Captain- stating that she needs to ensure the ‘safety’ of the Captain- meaning her curiosity wouldn’t let her rest! His routines for the most part remain unchanged…apart from he’s started to check in with the Stellar Cartography department (where you work as Chief) more frequently.

•Deanna watches as the usually nimble and graceful Captain seems to become a bit clumsy and short-sighted as he slowly, seemingly begrudgingly, exits from the work space as he’s summoned elsewhere. He very nearly walks into the wall- his embarrassment hits Deanna like a brick even from her hiding spot some meters away. As the doors quietly hiss close, Deanna just catches a glimpse of your flushed cheeks as you gently bite your lower lip.

•Deanna makes a point of reading up on your file. The more she reads; the more she smiles and her excitement grows. You’re perfect! A challenge for sure, but for Picard…absolutely perfect!

•Deanna’s suspicions are confirmed when you’re summoned to the Captain’s Ready Room one shift to discuss the implementation of a system’s upgrade and the forecast improvements to scanner range etc. it’s a small buzzing feeling at first, Deanna can sense that Picard is pacing in his Ready Room, slightly fizzing with what she perceives as anxiety. But then you walk through the door and…Deanna is awash with sheer delight. She can’t help but grin. The sensation of pleasure and happiness that emanate from you and Picard is enough to have a physical bodily reaction in her.

•she rushes straight to find Will and tell him what she knows…this is about to become THE worst kept secret on the Enterprise.

One thing I like about Star Trek is that whenever we get crossover stuff it's always just like being absolutely sucker punched with the knowledge that these guys are fucking coworkers. I get so emotionally invested in each crew individually that when they interact it feels like seeing people from uni at the supermarket but if you triple the awkwardness.

Star Trek: La Sirena Fam & what each of them would do during Greek Eastern Orthodox Easter!

Picard: he's the perfect age to go all-out greek grandfather, tbh. Gets super excited to organise a big feast on Easter Sunday, wants to live it to the fullest, plans to do the whole "roasting an entire lamb for half a day" routine.

Raffi: has no idea what all the fuss is about but hey, there's food, wine and good fun, so why not. she doesn't care but gets EXTREMELY competitive with the egg-cracking, keeps slamming her egg into everyone else's and trying to wine through brute force, ignoring the fact that there's an ✨️art✨️ to the sport.

Rios: "I'm too old for this shit", absolutely doesn't want to partake in the festivities but ends up getting roped in by Picard and made to help with roasting the lamb. At the end of the day he can be found sitting to the side and eating tsoureki (as he should). Also probably gets shitfaced before half the day is done, ends up trying to dance. There's video. Shh, don't tell him.

Agnes: loves the fireworks of Resurrection Night! Loves the candles and the lanterns!! Loves the food and drink! She's so excited to experience something new and learn about a culture she's not familiar with, she's the one taking photos of everyone, she even tried to dye the eggs herself (with a little help from Stewart; it worked!). Definitely drags a very sulky Rios out so they can watch the fireworks together and feel all romantic and sappy (he complains, but of course he secretly loves it).

Seven: crowned winner of the egg-cracking competition, Raffi is SO salty about it. Also a tsoureki fan, ends up stuffing her face with it at breakfast and doesn't want to eat anything else for the rest of the day. Started watching Jesus of Nazareth every afternoon during the week just out of boredom because Elnor and Soji tuned in, is now very invested in it, also lowkey isn't sure the kids should be watching it. Especially Elnor.

Elnor: super disturbed by how bloody, brutal and visceral some of those traditions and cultural details are, tbh. ("What do you mean Jesus died?? Again? I thought it only happened once. Ooh, he's coming back? I see... wait- why are we following his tomb around the neighbourhood? Why are the old men chanting??"). Very invested into watching Jesus of Nazareth, though Soji has to very gently explain to him that that's not Actually Jesus, just an actor (he's shocked).

Soji: very excited to learn about a new culture ! Wants to try everything, from the food to the eggs to reading up all the little tidbits, fun facts and regional traditions she can get her hands on. Wants to help Picard and the holo squad prep the food, set up the table, etc. Feels like she's part of a family celebration for the literal first time in her life!

The holos pop up at random inrervals: Emil makes sure everyone stays hydrated and that nobody accidentally sets anything (or anyone) on fire. Enoch is in charge of the music (oh, so many corny traditional greek songs... meanwhile nobody in there speaks greek). Emmet is supposed to help in the kitchen but just falls asleep, and Ian is helping Agnes take the most embarrassing (and adorable) photos of a drunk Rios & Seven

When Data is trying to learn about Dixon Hill in “The Long Goodbye” he requests the computer supply him with “the complete text of all stories featuring the character.” Which means the computer ABSOLUTELY gave him ALL of the Dixon Hill fanfiction ever written and he committed all of it to memory

I've just been watching the episode with Vash (s03e19) and I'm constantly in shock at how similar she and Q are. Their free spirit, their protest against limiting rules, their pursuit of freedom and adventure, their fascination. There's obviously something different about her nature, but she's still very much like that of Q. Plus, the way she looks at Picard is almost identical to that of Q…

Still her words, “Don't you see? We are a lot alike.” They are, and very much so, as are Q and Picard… Literally, their nature as explorers, the need for some excitement and danger in their lives-

I just can't!

On top of that, the chemistry between Vash and Picard was far better than that between Picard and Beverly… Like, throughout the episode, I sat with one big “damn!” on my face.

Fortunately or not, my brain was constantly revolving around Q and Picard, and I couldn't stop imagining what it would have been like if Q had been in her place instead of Vash. Picard and our favourite entity on a more or less archaeological expedition, sleeping in some cave or under the open sky – that would have been my dream come true. Talking together about all sorts of topics, drinking hot tea together (Earl Grey of course) and kissing and much more-

I really enjoyed the whole episode, but more than that, I was immersed in my qcard fantasy.

5 - forehead kisses with picard? 💖

for a man as private and subtle and gentle and loving as jean-luc, forehead kisses are right up his alley. forehead kisses are his bread and butter. he’s perfected the forehead kiss. it’s a good way for him to show such intimate physical affection without crossing any boundaries that might make him uncomfortable.

the first time he did it was a little bittersweet. after having a very nice but very chaste dinner date, jean-luc was called away and the night was cut short. he apologized, you’d assured him it was okay, that there would be other nights. he smiled softly but he could see the disappointment on your face - it was a look he struggled to keep from his own expression. so when jean-luc leaned over and tenderly pressed his lips against your forehead, it conveyed more than just a kiss goodnight. it was an apology, a promise, and maybe even a bit of selfishness.

kisses became more frequent after that. playful kisses on your hand, tired kisses against his cheek, passionate kisses between heavy breathes. but the forehead kisses remained a special thing - something few and far between to be used when jean-luc has so many things to say but for once, words aren’t sufficient.

it’s a very delicate process for him. a pattern you noticed the more he did it. his hands are warm and gentle when they cradle your cheeks. the lines around his eyes crinkling just slightly when he offers a soft smile. a delicate press of his lips - not too much pressure, or too little. his breath wafts over your hair when jean-luc pulls away, like a sigh that says he’d rather not pull away at all.

forehead kisses are also much more acceptable for him to do in public, at least in jean-luc’s eyes. publicizing the relationship was hard enough without some kind of expectation of PDA, but forehead kisses do allow him to find a middle ground. chaste enough to be done in front of others (though, it’s almost always just the senior staff), but intimate enough to show he cares when he’s in Captain Mode.

he’s comfortable giving, but receiving a forehead kiss is still something that can throw jean-luc off-guard. he is a bit touch-starved, and while regular kisses are something he’s familiar with, the same can’t be said for the extra stuff. he won’t admit how much he really enjoys when you kiss him so tenderly, with no expectation of something in return. but it did make him look at forehead kisses differently. how and when and where he gives them is carefully considered, like all aspects of jean-luc’s life.

i imagine forehead kisses communicate more for jean-luc than any other kind of kiss. it’s neither lust nor playful and that suits him perfectly. a greater example couldn’t be found than the day the enterprise finally located you and your away team after having been lost for days on some miserable, desolate rock in a nowhere solar system. he found you in sickbay, on a bed, weak and dirty and bleeding from a wound on your arm but alive and jean-luc remembered how to breathe again. the forehead kiss he gave you, after brushing back your dirty, messy hair, said much more than he could ever voice - especially in front of the nurse who witnessed it.

and that’s really the basis for jean-luc’s forehead kisses: he’s not great with the lovey dovey stuff, even with all the novels and poetry he reads. but actions have always spoken louder than words for him.

What TNG characters would dress up as for Halloween (late edition)

Data: Sherlock Holmes. Matching with Geordi. This one needs no explanation.

Geordi: Watson, matching with Data. Again, needs no explanation.

Riker: Either something completely random or ridiculous, or a classic zombie. Each year, it could be either one. Everyone bets on it every year.

Deanna: Definitely something classic, but doesn't go too far with it. Basic witch costume. One year, she dressed up as a cat, but never again after the tail got stuck in the turbolift doors.

Picard: He doesn't tend to dress up, however once Riker convinced him to dress up as Dixon Hill for a 1900s party he threw.

Worf: Constantly protests that Halloween is silly and dressing up is for children, but ends up dressing up as a werewolf every year.

Lore: Himself

Beverly: Something on the sexy side, but only just. Halloween is her time of the year to let loose a little. A devil or a cat costume.

Weasley: One of his favourite characters or scientists.

B4: A ghost costume that he made himself out of a bed sheet and doodled on. He forgot to cut eye holes, so Data secretly did it for him.
