Kyle snapped out of his thoughts, his eyes darting to Stan at his side. Blushing, he rubbed the back of his neck as he turned back to the sight in front of them.

“Yeah just…little out of it today is all…” Stan only gave his friend a sly smile before going back to looking at his phone.

What held Kyle’s attention so intently was you, as it normally was, but for an entirely different reason than usual. 

Even before the two of you got together he was enamored. You were extremely shy and sweet, and he found himself more and more intrigued the more he watched you. It took a month before he could get more than a few words out of you, and even longer to have an actual conversation. Once he did get to hear that quiet voice though, he was hooked. 

Months passed and he had broken that protective shell of yours, slowly opening you up allowing you to share more of yourself with the red headed boy. He prided himself on knowing that out of everyone he was the one that got to know you, really know you. He cherished that more than anyone would ever guess.

Of course, being with Kyle meant that you were exposed to the wide array of colorful characters known as his friends. You knew of them, sure, but you didn’t know them, and that would quickly change. Thankfully nothing quite like the short skirts and bralettes Bebe wore (god knows he would keel over and die at the sight) but you wore things that showed that you actually had a figure. 

It wasn’t news to Kyle, he had felt those curves underneath your layers when he hugged you, or when his hands held onto your sides during those times kisses went from chaste to something much more. Seeing them was another thing.

Today you had been wearing a black top, the v of the neck just deep enough to show a hint of cleavage. It hugged those curves he had only fantasized about at night when things got quiet, and just like in his mind they looked perfect. To anyone else you just looked pretty, sitting there with your girlfriends as they giggled about some random gossip. 

To Kyle you looked alluring. You looked enticing. Tempting. You weren’t even showing a lot of skin and he found you absolutely bewitching. It was a little silly, he thought, to be drooling over you like he was in third grade again and realized a girl in class had boobs. He couldn’t help it.

He especially couldn’t help it when he saw that others noticed as well.

Fucking Clyde Donovan. 

He really wasn’t so bad. He was nice enough, Kyle thought, a bit of an emotional guy but otherwise just fine. Kyle’s issue with him was the compliments he paid you. 

“Wow Y/N, looking nice today!” “Hey, I like the color of your shirt!” “Did you do something different with your hair?”

You thanked him kindly each time he said something, and to Kyle’s delight you never played into whatever odd flirting the brunette kept trying. It didn’t stop it from grating on his nerves.

Of course today was another day of Clyde coming around, the boy loitering near the table you, Wendy, and Bebe were gathered around. Even from here Kyle could see him leaning more towards you, his eyeline straying down ever so casually while he chatted with you three. It was when he heard laughter that he abruptly stood, causing Stan to startle.

“Hey- hey Kyle what are you doing?” Stan struggled to stand as he tried to catch up with his friend. With long strides Kyle quickly made it over to you, having just enough time to paint a smile on his face before you turned towards him.

You beamed seeing your boyfriend. As much as you loved hanging out with your new friends, Kyle was still your favorite person, his presence always bringing you a sense of peace in an otherwise stressful world. You leaned up slightly to meet him in a quick kiss, blushing as Bebe cooed at the two of you.

“Hey girls, Clyde.”

Something in Kyle’s voice made you stop for a second, and as Stan came rushing up behind him you had an inkling that there was something more behind his little visit. You knew him well and being quiet meant that your observational skills were often put to use as you had nothing else to really do in social situations. While he was smiling it wasn’t the genuine one you normally saw and there was a tension to his shoulders, as though he was trying too hard to look relaxed.

“Hey man,” Clyde waved, and Kyle felt himself grow irritated at the dumb fucking smile on his face, “just wanted to see how these lovely ladies were doing this afternoon.” 

Uhuh. Sure. Kyle could feel Stan's hand gripping at the back of his jacket. 

“Is everything okay, Kyle?” your voice floated up to his ears and Kyle could feel his anger dim at the sound. You had that effect on him. Gazing down at you, he gave you a wink as the hand on the back of your chair came up to rub your shoulder.

“Yeah, just wanted to see my favorite girl,” at the giggles of your girlfriends you grew red. Kyle felt a swell of satisfaction. Not like Clyde could do that.

“You know Y/N, I have to say you look really good in that shirt. Really brings out your…eyes…” Clyde’s words fell off as something heavy surrounded you. Looking over, you saw the familiar orange of his everyday coat covering your shoulders. 

“You were looking a little cold, sweetheart,” Kyle said in an overly sweet voice, his eyes only glancing down for a second before coming up and meeting Clyde’s. “Gotta keep my girl comfortable, you know how it is.” 

The silence was deafening as the two boys looked at one another, awkwardness thick in the air. It was only another few seconds when Clyde cleared his throat and excused himself, giving a quick goodbye and walking off. 

“Wow…not surprising, but still,”  Bebe crossed her arms with a smug grin. “Jealousy is really your color, Kyle.”

“I don’t know what you mean,” Kyle felt his face grow hot at the accusation. It was true, but now that things were over and done with he felt like a child caught in the act. 

“Dude…” he heard Stan behind him and already knew the boy had been pinching the bridge of his nose. Feeling a light tug at his arm, Kyle looked down towards your wide eyes.

“Could you take me home?” There wasn’t a hint of any disappointment in your voice, though Kyle knew that must be what you felt. Grabbing your hand, the two of you made your departure.

“...I’m sorry about earlier.” 

Sitting on your bed, Kyle hung his head, red curls bouncing forward onto his forehead. You didn’t say much on the walk back to your house, simply led him to your room and started going through your closet. At his apology you stilled, only turning when he repeated himself more quietly. In your arms sat a number of clothing items, many of which he recognized as the new stuff you had started wearing these last few weeks.

“I started wearing these for you, but if it’s bothering you I can get rid of them…”

“What?” Kyle sputtered, looking at you with surprise. “What makes you think I don’t like what you wear?”

“You keep staring…Bebe said that it might be nice to show off a bit more to you, but then you gave me your coat and-”

“It was Clyde,” rubbing a hand down his face, Kyle sighed. “He’s been ogling you for weeks now and I’ve been…jealous that he was seeing you that way.”

There were a few beats of silence as you took in that information. You had noticed Clyde coming up to talk to you more, and while you had convinced yourself it was just friendly interactions, you did feel slightly uncomfortable when his gaze locked onto you. It didn’t occur to you that his attentions might’ve been due to what you wore.

“I can stop wearing this stuff if that will help…” Kyle watched as a few emotions crossed your face. You were finally opening up to others, no longer hiding from anyone. And here he was making you feel like you had go back to how it was. 

“Don’t. I’m…it’s not your fault. I just thought you looked really good and part of me wanted that just for me, but that’s selfish.”

“It was for you though, Kyle,” dropping the clothes and stepping closer, you took his hands into your much smaller ones. “I’m not dressing for anyone else. You’ve made me feel…good. Seen. And I just wanted to show that to you.”

God, he was so, so stupid. Pulling you into him he buried his head into the side of your neck, arms caging you to his body. Kyle breathed in, his senses filled entirely with you as he considered his next words.

“I love you. Doesn’t matter what you wear, I love you just the same,” he smiled into your neck as he felt you snuggle closer. When you finally broke apart, he picked up one of the discarded shirts. “You know, if you ever wanted me to go with you and pick out some things, I’d be more than happy to.”

“Something tells me Bebe would mind, but I’ll keep that in mind!” Laughing you got to work putting everything back into place. 

It was a privilege, he decided, knowing you and seeing you blossom like this. Spotting his ‘South Park Cows’ sweatshirt on the back of your desk chair, he realized that even if others looked, you’d still be his.

Stan Marsh

Being Stan’s twin would be fun, I think.

You’ll obviously look similar, but not so similar to the point where people bombard you guys with questions.

You would be the older one, by about a minute, and you would definitely tell all his friends about it.

He hates you for it.

Since you’re related to Stan, you’re also related to Shelley, meaning you both get attacked by her.

Luckily she’s a bit nicer on you, only because you’re friends aren’t as annoying as Stan’s.

You don’t really hangout with Stan and his friends unless they need you as a backround character for a game, otherwise you would be with your own friend group.

Your personalities are very similar, people could probably tell that you’re related by just that.

I feel like Stan would be the type to scam you out of favors, but quickly feel bad then do something in return for you.

You used to both walk into school together, but after moving onto the farm and having to wear those Hemp shirts, it was embarrassing.

You both agreed that two people with Hemp shirts walking together was more embarrassing than one, so you split up.
