Note
For Lucy | 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 10, 11, 12, 15, 16, 17, 18
1. What is their color palette?
2. What does your OCs handwriting look like?
3. What architectural or design aesthetic would best suit them?
Art Deco: bold and luxurious, loud and a little bit over-the-top.
4. If your OC likes art, talk about which piece they would love best.
Lucy has been to a ton of museums and more often than not, has been bored. While Char and G are fascinated by the meaning behind different works of art, Lucy likes pieces that stick out. Her two favorite genres of art are pop art and art nouveau. Her two favorite artists from those genres are Roy Lichtenstein and Alphonse Mucha. Another one of her favorites are Jeff Koons’ balloon dogs, so much so that she has a mini one in her room. The one historical painting she really likes is Madonna with the Long Neck, for no reason other than that it’s unfinished and there’s a foot in the lower right corner.
5. What character from myth or fairytale best represents them?
Gretel. She would absolutely outsmart the witch and be the one to save her brother.
10. What piece of moody poetry or novel quote best encompasses your character?
“All morons hate it when you call them a moron.” - JD Salinger, Catcher in the Rye
"Beware; for I am fearless, and therefore powerful.” - Mary Shelley, Frankenstein
11. Who is your muse’s muse? (What or whom inspires/drives them?)
Georgia. She’ll never admit it. She adores her sister and is always trying to impress her. As she gets older, it will frustrate her that she's not more like G.
12. What is their character theme song and why? If it has lyrics, which line best fits them?
“Perfect Places” - Lorde. Not gonna add anything else bc spoiler. Also Dancing Queen for obvious reasons.
15. What is a common misconception about your OC? (Alternatively, what do people assume about them which is either incorrect or misconstrued?)
People often assume that Lucy doesn't care what others think of her. They also assume that her bold personality stems from confidence. Neither of these are true.
16. What trait do they find most attractive/appealing about others?
Authenticity. Lucy strives to always be her most authentic self and is drawn to people who are the same.
17. What sort of role do they take on in relationships, either familial, romantic or platonic. i.e. are they a defender, protector, nurturer, etc.
Defender, definitely. Right or wrong, Lucy will go to extremes to defend those closest to her.
18. What is one thing that they only let those closest to them see?
That she’s actually very anxious. This isn’t as obvious when she’s younger, it starts to present itself more when she starts high school. When she gets in her head, she has a hard time getting out of it. Char and [redacted] are really the only two people who can talk her out of it.

Take away for 2022?

Interesting Facts About Vincent Van Gogh
Facts About Van Gogh Vincent Van Gogh was a genius, and his works have endured for over a century. Some of his works are sold for thousands of dollars, while others are quite inexpensive. Some are priceless that nobody would sell, and many are in museums of course. TBH - the man was a very humble and incredible genius. A series of six paintings was created during his short period of stay in a mental asylum. He had painted these paintings during his teenage years, and many were later passed down from one of his relatives. The next five years were spent in the asylum, which meant that this set of paintings was in a room with the same painting on the wall. Like Edgar Allan Poe and JD Salinger, Van Gogh was a troubled soul that battled mental illnesses and other things such as substance abuse. Because of Van Gogh's limited education, it is not known what he did during those twenty-two years. Some of his paintings may be autobiographical; others are purely abstract. It's quite common for thieves to target Van Gogh's brilliant work, and one even bragged about the heist to the NY Times. As recently as March of 2020, another heist of a Van Gogh took place in Denmark from a Dutch museum. Of the ten paintings that were recovered from the asylum, seven of them are now housed in museums. However, only two of these paintings are in their original condition. In the late eighteen hundreds, a man named Tobias Berthold wrote an article in a magazine in Berne, Switzerland titled, "The Influence of the Abstract Expressionist Movement Upon the Art World." In this article, Berthold stated that the paintings created by the movement were too "crowded" to be displayed in a gallery. Several paintings by Vincent Van Gogh were found by a dealer in the East Village. The dealer, who also happened to be Vincent Van Gogh's nephew, bought these paintings from the uncle, and had them shipped to New York. These two paintings were eventually sold for four hundred thousand dollars. When asked about how much was Van Gogh's paintings worth, historians estimate that a medium oil painting, signed by Van Gogh, sells for between ten and twenty-five thousand dollars. A painting that contain only one original work of art, but the other paintings are similar, would be worth between thirty and forty thousand dollars. We know that today art dealers could move these for millions or large amounts of money and Bitcoin if they were for sale. Other artists, including Pollock, Van Gogh, Monet, and De Kooning, made similar paintings, but when all of their paintings were sold together, it was noted that the prices of these paintings were far higher than the prices of the original paintings. For example, Monet's "Workers of the World Unite" sold for nine million dollars. Pablo Picasso and Andy Warhol works fetched vast sums as well over the years. High dollars and scarce art = OTP for sure. It has been estimated that Van Gogh's paintings will sell for more than two hundred million dollars in the twenty-first century. Some of the paintings will likely never see the light of day, while others will probably end up in a museum somewhere. Experts have estimated that if the art world has its way, the price of Van Gogh's paintings will be much higher when the paintings reach the twenty-first century. The main reason is because the art world believes that this painting is one of the greatest masterpieces of all time. Another reason is that the paintings will most likely have multiple owners before being put on display. In order to determine how much are paintings worth, it is important to know some of the history behind Van Gogh's paintings. There are certain techniques that have been used by experts to determine how much Van Gogh's paintings are worth. Expert appraisers like Tom Stuart Burnham, Warren Stewart, and Will Dennis have been able to determine some of the value of paintings like Lady Annie and The Potato Eaters. They have even been successful in determining the value of paintings that were rarely owned or not discovered until after Van Gogh's death. Vincent Van Gogh, one of the greatest painters in history, suffered from mental illness and alcoholism for many years before he died. While some people interpret his addiction to alcohol as caused by his trauma from World War I, it was more likely caused by some other personal problem, most likely bipolar disorder or another type of mental illness. Depression was not unusual in the circles Van Gogh traveled in and it played a role in his art as well. His troubled marriage to Alma had led to his abandonment by his father, who became increasingly desperate for an outlet for his son's intense feelings of anger, fear, loneliness, and sadness. Vincent van Gogh himself explained his emotional distance from his parents by noting that he grew up so much later than his mother and brother that he had never been interested in socializing with them. Some descriptions are NSFW and can incite HIFW emotions for sure. Dr. Harry Markowitz, a great mental health expert and psychiatrist in New York City, said that a small percentage of all Americans suffer from bipolar disorder. It is a disease of childhood, in which a person exhibits alternating episodes of mania and depression, along with violent or suicidal impulses. The patient usually displays no other signs of emotion, which is why this disease is hard to diagnose, even by the psychiatrist. Some of the diagnostic criteria for this disorder are agitation, acting in a way that seems agitated, insomnia, aggression, irritability, mood swings, and trouble sleeping. Depression and bipolar disorder are closely related disorders, which explains how did van gogh die. He suffered from this disease and at the same time also suffered from mental illness such as alcohol abuse and drug abuse. The fact that his paintings had little life in them and that he rarely used color allowed him to avoid detection from both his professional peers and those outside the art world. It was easier for him to hide his mental illness from those who were close to him and thought they could help him. If it were not for them, he would have been admitted to a mental hospital. It is likely that when he was at a mental institution he was committed to the hospital under the mistaken belief that he was crazy and that the hospital staff should not help him because he was incompetent. Drug abuse was a major problem at this time, since he often spent large amounts of money on alcohol, especially hard liquor. He spent time in and out of jail, mainly for stealing from his patrons in Amsterdam. It is quite possible that the depression and mental illness were the result of alcoholism or drug abuse, but probably not both. Alcoholism is caused by the depletion of serotonin in the brain, which is a chemical in the brain that regulates mood. Serotonin deficiency leads to irritability, fatigue, insomnia, depression, anxiety, and the inability to think clearly. The depression was likely caused by the side effects of alcohol and probably the cocaine, which he occasionally used when he was in jail. In some cases of severe depression, the medication prescribed is Valium. Since the side effects are so harsh, this medication may have been the cause of his death. https://youtu.be/wI2i5ca1RT4 Follow along with other amazing information about people and artists throughout history such as Elon Musk, Ronald Reagan, oldest woman, tallest man, Lizzo, Post Malone, the writers of Hadestown and Dear Evan Hansen, Billie Eilish, Lady Gaga, plus more. @christiesinc @jeffkoons #JeffKoons (b. 1955) “Rabbit” Estimate $50M - $70Million SOLD for $91,075,000 ‼️ stainless steel 41 x 19 x 12 in. (104.1 x 48.3 x 30.5 cm.) Executed in 1986. This work is number two from an edition of three plus one artist's proof the others are all in museums. A Masterpiece from the Collection of the late S.I. Newhouse Provenance Sonnabend Gallery, NY Private collection, NY Gagosian Gallery, NY Acquired from the above by the present owner, 1992 Since its creation in 1986, Jeff Koons’s Rabbit has become one of the most iconic works of 20th-century art. Standing at just over three feet tall, this shiny steel sculpture is at once inviting & imposing. Rabbit melds a Minimalist sheen with a naïve sense of play. It is crisp & cool in its appearance, yet taps into the visual language of childhood, of all that is pure & innocent. Its lack of facial features renders it wholly inscrutable, but the forms themselves evoke fun & frivolity, an effect heightened by the crimps & dimples that have been translated into the stainless steel from which it has been made. Few works of art of its generation can have the same instant recognizability: it has been on the cover of numerous books, exhibition catalogues & magazines; a monumental blow-up version even featured in the 2007 Macy’s Thanksgiving Day Parade. For an artist such as Koons, who is so focused on widening the sphere in which art operates & communicates, Rabbit is the ultimate case in point. “Look at the Rabbit. It has a carrot in his mouth. What is that? Is it a masturbator? Is it a politician making a proclamation? Is it the Playboy Bunny?... it’s all of them.” ~ Jeff Koons #artcollectors #artadvisor #artcurator #artadvisory #DestineeRoss @desti.knee & #joakimvonditmar #artlovers thanks JDS for the #artselfie 📸 (at Christie's) https://www.instagram.com/p/Bxhu7cpF0pT/?igshid=1gio1s2cf8pw

For Freaks and Geeks: The Ultimate LA Museum Crawl
Packed with exhibits on 3D art, iconic sculptures, technological wonders and even weed, the Los angeles Museum Trail is as wonderful as it is whacky.
Culture U.S.A. Joanna Lobo | POSTED ON: October 11, 2019
The Broad has a collection of contemporary art from the 1950s to the present. Photo By: Santi Visalli/Archive Photos/Getty images
A house atop a hill, close to the Hollywood sign in Los Angeles, looks like just another secluded, luxurious bungalow. But step inside, and it reveals itself to be the super quirky Hollywood Sculpture Garden, an exhibition space filled with 3D paintings, metallic sculptures, and paint-splattered ties and jeans. As Angelenos would say, “It’s such an LA thing.”
What defines this culturally rich city, however, is open to interpretation by its hundreds of cultural spaces. There are the iconic institutions that are worth a trip in their own right: the Los Angeles County Museum of Art (LACMA), the Broad Museum, the Getty Center, and Griffith Observatory. Then there are temporary exhibitions, eclectic personal collections and historic homes, exploring everything from death to disgusting food.
Just this year, there have been exhibitions dedicated to fashion designer Rudi Gernreich, and Louis Vuitton, the latter included early 20th-century special-order trunks, Art Deco perfume bottles, and window displays. August saw the launch of Weedmaps Museum of Weed, which explored the history of marijuana through interactive exhibits, art installations, and historical artefacts. If you, too, love museums, there are a host of options to choose from here. We’ve picked a mix of mainstream and quirky places to visit for a well-rounded trip.
A Good Day to Die
A bright neon sun, visible even in sunlight, appears like a warning outside the Museum of Death on Hollywood Boulevard. It says “die” and below that “death is everywhere,” and drives home the fact with a few skulls, a skeleton and a hangman’s noose. The museum began as a hobby for JD Healy and Catherine Shultz, who wrote letters to serial killers, and exhibited these and related artwork once a year. Now, it covers different aspects of death such as hangings, suicides, serials killers, famous assassinations, funeral services, cannibalism, and taxidermy, and it requires some time. Also handy is an empty stomach and steely resolve when viewing the severed head of French serial killer Henri Landru, shrivelled organs, gory pictures of hangings (a postcard set), crime scene photos and stuffed pets. Small televisions screen documentaries related to death, murder and misery. Museum of Death is open Sunday–Thursday, 10 a.m.–8 p.m.; Friday 10 a.m.–9 p.m.; Saturday 10 a.m.–10 p.m. Admission $17/Rs1,200.
One of LA’s most popular landmarks is Chris Burden’s Urban Light installation at LACMA (top-left); Robby Gordon’s Hollywood Sculpture Garden (right) has life-like installations and sculptures; Velveteria Museum (bottom-left) exhibits paintings with black velvet as their base. Photos By: Robert Landau/Alamy/Indiapicture (trees), SuperStock/Super Stock/Dinodia photo library (velvet); Photo courtesy: Hollywood Sculpture Gardeen (sculpture)
Art with a View
The Hollywood Sculpture Garden in the Hollywood Hills is a less dreary experience. Robby Gordon, a former veterinarian, showcases his collection of art on the walls and ceilings, in passages and in the bathroom. In the garden, a rocky path leads to colourful bulldogs, metal sculptures which look like they’re straight out of Transformers, intertwined figures, yarn art, colourful mannequins and more. Visits are by appointment only, and Gordon enjoys taking people to his studio, handing out glasses to view 3D paintings, and showing off the view of downtown LA. All of the artwork is for sale. Hollywood Sculpture Garden is open by appointment; email [email protected].
Elvis in Velvet
In Chinatown, collectors Caren Anderson and Carl Baldwin exhibit a fraction of their 3,000 velvet paintings at the Velveteria Museum. Velvet paintings are categorised as those in which velvet (usually black in colour) is used as a support or base. Fuchsia curtains part to reveal 400 velvet paintings from different styles and eras, some vintage and some modern. Elvis hangs out with Jesus and Miley Cyrus, a vintage collection of naked women lie in the adult’s-only backroom, and a black-lit room reveals a wonderland of bright clowns, the devil, naked women, and painted unicorns. Velveteria Museum is open Wednesday–Monday, 11 a.m.–6 p.m. Admission $10/Rs700.
Jeff Koons’ “Michael Jackson and Bubbles” (right) porcelain sculpture is a popular draw at the Broad which also displays Andy Warhol’s iconic Campbell’s Soup Can (left). Photos By: Joanna Lobo (sculpture); Photo Courtesy: The Broad (soup can)
Technology and History
One of the city’s strangest museums, The Museum of Jurassic Technology, has a name as vague as its exhibits. Founder David Wilson’s collection of curiosities is difficult to pinpoint. The oddities on display have some historical significance even if they are completely disconnected from each other. A maze of dimly lit corridors leads to different rooms and exhibits sealed behind wood and glass. There are letters to the astronomers at Mt. Wilson Observatory, the string game cat’s cradle and its collectors, micro-mosaics, collections from LA trailer parks, and models of staircases.
Meanwhile, at the Borzoi Kabinet Theater, you have to wear 3D glasses to view the rotating program of films. Hidden away is the Tula Tea Room, a reconstruction of the study of Tsar Nicolas II from the Winter Palace in St. Petersburg. This opens up to a green courtyard where a few birds fly about, and the two resident dogs warily eye visitors from their perches. It’s the perfect spot to sit, sip complimentary Georgian black tea, and reflect on the canines of the Soviet space program, beautifully immortalised in oil paints at the museum’s gallery. Museum of Jurassic Technology is open Thursday, 2 p.m.–8 p.m.; Friday–Sunday, noon – 6 p.m. Admission $10/Rs700.
The Museum as Art
Philanthropist J. Paul Getty’s Getty Center is a piece of architectural art in itself. Modern white buildings lead out to a landscaped garden, offering peace and great views. Architect Richard Meir designed the campus in a way that allows for ample natural light, which reflects off the stone walls. The art is from the medieval era, spanning European and American history. Their current displays include an in-depth look at a 19th-century French chandelier that resembles a hot-air balloon, 18th century pastel portraits, and a selection of historic cameras, including the first mass-market digital camera. Getty Center is open Tuesday–Friday, 10 a.m.– 5.30 p.m.; Saturday 10 a.m.–9 p.m. Admission is free.
Broadly around

Downtown LA
The Broad houses one of the world’s most prominent collections of postwar and contemporary art. There’s Jeff Koons’ giant balloon animals, Andy Warhol’s “Campbell’s Soup Can,” and a corner for Roy Lichtenstein’s pop-art. The Downtown LA (DTLA) icon is a sensory overload, the peak of which is a precious 30 seconds inside the Yayoi Kusama’s magical “Infinity Mirrored Room.” The Broad is surrounded by evidence of DTLA’s transition into the city’s artistic hub: the walls of former industrial buildings sport commissioned murals and graffiti. Once dilapidated spaces now house art galleries, wineries, breweries, and restaurants. Hauser & Wirth, for example, is an arts centre with a restaurant, chicken coop, garden and bookstore, all in a former flour mill. The gallery hosts screenings, family activities, and a rotating collection of exhibitions. Nearby, the non-profit Art Share LA offers residencies and support to artists. The Broad is open Tuesday and Wednesday, 11 a.m.–5 p.m.; Thursday and Friday, 11 a.m.–8 p.m.; Saturday, 10 a.m.–8 p.m.; and Sunday 10 a.m.–6 p.m. Admission is free, but special exhibits are $18/Rs1,300. Hauser & Wirth is open Tuesday–Sunday, 11 a.m.–6 p.m. Admission is free.
Black Pride
Supporting artists is the guiding philosophy of the Underground Museum, possibly LA’s most understated such space. Run by a black art collective, the Underground includes a gallery, an intimate bookshop, a theatre, a meeting space, a yoga studio, and an organic market. The focus is on black excellence, and it’s no surprise that past visitors include Beyoncé and Black Lives Matter co-founder Patrisse Cullors. It has also hosted the mobile Free Black Women’s Library, where people read and swap books. It may be low-key, but the Underground is LA too: an open space that informs and educates, even as it entertains. Underground Museum is open Wednesday–Sunday, noon–7 p.m. Admission is free.

Rational design of anti-GITR-based combination immunotherapy.
Related Articles Rational design of anti-GITR-based combination immunotherapy. Nat Med. 2019 Apr 29;: Authors: Zappasodi R, Sirard C, Li Y, Budhu S, Abu-Akeel M, Liu C, Yang X, Zhong H, Newman W, Qi J, Wong P, Schaer D, Koon H, Velcheti V, Hellmann MD, Postow MA, Callahan MK, Wolchok JD, Merghoub T Abstract Modulating T cell homeostatic mechanisms with checkpoint blockade can efficiently promote endogenous anti-tumor T cell responses1-11. However, many patients still do not benefit from checkpoint blockade12, highlighting the need for targeting of alternative immune pathways13. Glucocorticoid-induced tumor necrosis factor receptor-related protein (GITR) is an attractive target for immunotherapy, owing to its capacity to promote effector T cell (Teff) functions14,15 and hamper regulatory T cell (Treg) suppression16-20. On the basis of the potent preclinical anti-tumor activity of agonist anti-GITR antibodies, reported by us and others16,21,22, we initiated the first in-human phase 1 trial of GITR agonism with the anti-GITR antibody TRX518 ( NCT01239134 ). Here, we report the safety profile and immune effects of TRX518 monotherapy in patients with advanced cancer and provide mechanistic preclinical evidence to rationally combine GITR agonism with checkpoint blockade in future clinical trials. We demonstrate that TRX518 reduces circulating and intratumoral Treg cells to similar extents, providing an easily assessable biomarker of anti-GITR activity. Despite Treg reductions and increased Teff:Treg ratios, substantial clinical responses were not seen. Similarly, in mice with advanced tumors, GITR agonism was not sufficient to activate cytolytic T cells due to persistent exhaustion. We demonstrate that T cell reinvigoration with PD-1 blockade can overcome resistance of advanced tumors to anti-GITR monotherapy. These findings led us to start investigating TRX518 with PD-1 pathway blockade in patients with advanced refractory tumors ( NCT02628574 ). Blogi Rakkaudelle
Jrjestin meille kotiin pienen deitti-illan jkiekon timmellykseen. Ja menin jokaisen matalimman aidan alitse. Lehtisen mukaan NHL:ss korostuukin pelaajan oma henkinen kantti. Voitontahtoa tytyy mys lyty. Joka peli on nytn paikka, sill uusia tulijoita on aina tyrkyll, ellei vanhoilla peli kulje. Kaulasuoja on pakollinen varuste Suomen Jkiekkoliiton sarjoissa. Kaulasuojan on oltava vhintn 6,5 cm (alle 160 cm:n pituisilla pelaajilla vhintn 5,0 cm ) korkea CE-hyvksytty varuste. kiekkoa. Vuonna 1991 syntyneen sentterin pelitapa on uhrautuvainen, hnell on koko joukkueesta eniten laukausten peittoja tililln. Mkisen isoin haaste matkalla kohti pmr on fysiikan kehittminen. Kovan tynteon kautta hn voi kasvaa urheilijaksi, jolle avautuu ovet melkein mihin vaan.
Ent sitten tulevat 90-luvulla syntyneet ikluokat? Thn on pakko vastata: Jumala yksin tiet! Muistan Ilkka Sinisalon jossain yhteydess tokaisseen kuolemattoman lauseen: Ei vois vhemmn kiinnostaa (kun hnelt kysyttiin alle 18-vuotiaista pelaajista)! Maltti on siis valttia tsskin tapauksessa. Trkeint nuorille kiekkoilijoille on pyrki tekemn oikeita asioita oikeaan aikaan. Miten asia sitten selvisi? No, rahalla. Kvelin kahden kaupan kautta. Sain tarjoukset pariin kokonaiseen jkiekkosettiin. Luistelemaan opetellessa on trke oppia oikea luisteluasento. Nm merkattiin deittilapun ylviivoille. Jarkko Ruutu on yksi kaikkien aikojen fiksuimmista suomalaisista kiekkoilijoista. Mies, joka on vajavaisilla taidoilla tehnyt komean uran NHL:ss pelaamalla omilla vahvuuksillaan. Samalla Jarkko Ruutu on yksi suomalaisen kiekkoilun ristiriitaisimmista persoonista yhdess Raimo Summasen kanssa. l lopeta pikkuhiljaa. Aina kun syt sokeria, jatkat sokerikoukkua. Lopeta siksi sen syminen samantien. Jo viikossa saat sokerihimon katkeamaan sill siin ajassa kehon greliinhormoni taso normalisoituu. Toisaalta Rairaman hykkyspelihalukkuus johtaa vlill huonoon puolustuspelaamiseen. Seuraavan harppauksen ottaminen vaatii hnelt kasvamista sek henkisesti ett fyysisesti. Lauantaina Suomi kohtaa USA:n ja sunnuntaina Ruotsin. Alle 18-vuotiaiden maajoukkueen kausi huipentuu kevll. Ikluokan MM-turnaus pelataan 9.-20. huhtikuuta Yhdysvalloissa. Viasat Jkiekko -kanavapaketin tilaus hintaan 29,95 /kk. Lisksi avausmaksu 0 (norm. 30). Tilaus on toistaiseksi voimassa oleva. Tilauksen minimipituus on 1kk. Kanavapaketin kytt edellytt DNA TV -liittym. Tilaukseen sovelletaan DNA:n yleisi sopimus ja erityisehtoja. Tilaus on voimassa DNA:n kaapeliverkossa. Kiinnostuitko - hyv! Puolustaja Risto Mattila: Vuonna 1991 syntynyt maajoukkuepuolustaja. Kiekollinen johtaja, jolla on hyv laukaus ja peliksitys. Mys muita ominaisuuksia katsotaan ja ehk nm nelj TOP 30-listan ei-ykkskierroksen varausta kertovat yhdest asiasta - koosta. He ovat kaikki pieni alle 180 senttisi tai Savardin tapauksessa jopa paljon alle. Taidoiltaan he kyll olivat ekan kierroksen tasolla. Mys Jere Lehtinen kiittelee Ville monipuoliseksi pelaajaksi. Samaten Saku Koivua Lehtinen pit monipuolisena joka osa-alueella. Lehtisen mukaan Saku oli tuolloin kenties maailman paras sentteri. Haastattelussa Vile Peltonen mynsi Saku Koivun olevan edelleen hnen idolinsa. Tll kaudella olet paljon kaukalossa ja kovia salitreenej on syyt vhent. Tee 1-2 treeni viikossa. Pid aina vhintn kaksi piv taukoa salista ennen peli. Vuorottele 2 viikon jaksoissa toistomri ja painoja. ensimmiset 2 viikkoa toistoilla 5-6, painot 70-85% (ks. keskimminen lomakausi) ja seuraavat 2 viikkoa Hieman isommilla 80-90% painoilla max. 1RM:st. Sarjojen mr tulisi olla suhteellisen iso ja toistojen mr sarjoissa pieni, mutta muista ettet tee sarjoja liian raskailla painoilla. Muuten mennn metsn ja kovaa. Esimerkiksi: 8x1 toimii. Tee kaikki sarjat samalla painolla ja viimeiseenkin sarjaan saa jd varaa vhintn 1 toisto. Nm ohjeet koskevat pliikkeit ja niden plle tulisi suorittaa viel apuliikkeet toisto alueella 5-8 ja huoltavat liikkeet toisto alueella 8-15. Maalintekopaikan luomisen lisksi organisoitua puolustusta vastaan hykkmisen toinen tavoite on se, ettei kiekkoa menetet vrss paikassa eli ettei vastustaja pysty luomaan maalipaikkaa. 120 huonosti kontrolloitua hykkyst hyvin puolustavaa joukkuetta vastaan on pelillinen itsemurha. Peliss on tietenkin jrjen kytt sallittu eli vaikka tiettyj asioita ja pelaajien liikeratoja voidaan sopia ja harjoitella etukteen, on pelaajan aina tehtv ptkset jll syntyneiden tilanteiden mukaan. Oleellista on, ettei tehd yksinkertaisesta asiasta liian vaikeaa ja monimutkaista.

Art vs. Advertising: Giants From Both Sides Do Battle Over Who Has More Masterpieces in MoMA
One of the perks of winning at the AICP Awards is that your ad goes into the archives of the Department of Film at the Museum of Modern Art. This brings a new level of bragging rights to advertising creatives, whose work doesn’t too often reside next to masterful fine art.
The call for entries for the 2017 AICP Awards amusingly plays up this perk by pitting giants of art and advertising against each other—in three comic videos that look at who actually has more work in MoMA.
We have Susan Credle versus Vincent Van Gogh, Jeff Kling versus Jeff Koons, and Gerry Graf versus Paul Cezanne. In all three cases, the counts are close—Graf actually has as many pieces in MoMA as Cezanne, while Credle and Kling are only slightly behind their adversaries.
But the comedy here is of the self-mocking variety (Credle, Koons and Graf each penned their own script), pitting clear lasting cultural treasures against the more goofy, ephemeral nature of even the most lauded advertising.
Check out the videos here:
“The conversation about art and advertising is over—it’s now about Art vs. Advertising as creative rivalries percolate across media platforms,” said Matt Miller, president and CEO of AICP. “The archive at MoMA is a huge achievement, offering unequaled prestige to artists of all walks as they strive for creative recognition.”
The concept came from Nick Law, global chief creative officer at R/GA and 2017 AICP Next Awards judging chair, and Jay Zasa, executive creative director at R/GA, along with R/GA creative directors Mike Donaghey and Chris Joakim.

Hauser & Wirth is open TuesdaySunday, 11 a.m.–6 p.m.
