OK WHAT THE FUCK???

I just saw something on YouTube and I am mad.

So, we can agree than Jayce and Victor worked together on the Hexgates. They are parteners and all.

So why is it than in the scene where Caitlyn looks at the Hexgates blueprints, there is no mention of Victor??

There is "design by Jayce Thalis" but not by Jayce Thalis and Victor ... (I think we don’t know his last name if he even has one) or just By Jayce Thalis with the assistance of...

Is it Victor who didn’t wanted his name on the invention? Is it the council that decided that having the name of a Zaunite on the patent would make a bad impression ??

Jayce is more than happy to have Victor with him on the stage when he goes to do the speech at the day of progress and Victor declines but there is a difference between doing a full on presentation in front of hundreds of people (which I can understand not everybody would want) and having your name on the paper for the invention you helped to build.

So either it was only the design patent and not all the calculus and principle paper and Victor's name is only on this part because he didn’t work on the design. Or the council totally erased Victor's name from the papers, and if it is the case FUCK THEM! Whatever the reason.

In "The Gospel of Judas", a non-canon book in term of Christianism, Judas's actions were done out of obedience: it's Jesus who asks him to betray him in order to come back as the savior. Judas was seen as a traitor because no one except him knew since Judas is the only one to really understand him and his words (on like, understand in a cosmical level, due to his own soul being different I don't know I was young when I was in the Church).

So yeah, Jayce Thalis is actually this Judas Iscariot. Except it's not canon and no one believes this, the same way everyone in Piltover and Zaun think Jayce went to fight Viktor and everyone IRL was so sure he killed Viktor and betrayed him (for a week).

okay so i'm actually waiting for my dad to watch arcane so i have to wait a couple days (also had to stop mid episode 4) and i see everyone hating on jayce including friends and you know what

(my theory is that he killed viktor (only reason everyone would hate him that much) and for the record he's one of my favorite character with vi and ekko)
