Do you have any character that struggle with their mental health/ have mental issues?

Absolutely!

Just off the top of my head I know Reginald, Maggie, Lambchop and Stella struggle with OCD. Jaxter struggles with some pretty intense anxiety, and Mary has had major struggles with depression in the past (hence why in Cemetery Mary she used to see a therapist)

There's also some other characters of mine whose mental illness plays a pretty prominent role in their lives but they haven't really been properly introduced yet!

This is tricky for me to answer not because I don't have couples like this but because looking back I'm like "wow I have a lot of nonbinary characters with love interests..."

I guess I would say if we're talking strictly man x man and woman x woman, then Viper and Jaxter are currently my most prominent MLM couple (even though Viper hasn't appeared in anything yet, but I plan for him to in the future!) and Allie and Clawdi are my most prominent WLW couple! (I guess maybe you could count Tabby and Enide but most people know how that ends...)
