NEW Enhanced Edition - VANCON 2011 - J2 Breakfast

My latest video is up. It's the J2 breakfast from VANCON 2011. Nearly 100% of the video is from AgtSpooky, and 65% of the audio. There was a tiny 3-second blip where the video cut out, and there were no alternate video sources that I could find to cover it. However, SPNJAVideos from YouTube very graciously sent me an audio recording they'd made at the con and I was able to edit that in. I was ecstatic that at least we can have uninterrupted audio!

My next video will be the main J2 panel. It's an hour long, so it could take me up to six weeks to finish it at my typical pace. I'll publish it sooner if I can. That's my last panel for which I have videos from the amazing AgtSpooky. After that, I'll circle around to some of the earlier and more challenging conventions that I'd skipped and try to bring order to that chaos.

A recap for anyone not familiar with this project…

In December 2023, I started a project to enhance old convention videos. The project is mostly focused on Jared and Jensen, but there will occasionally be videos with other actors. I'm upscaling the videos and making other visual improvements, adding extra content to clarify various references, and adding human-generated, color-coded subtitles so you can better understand the sometimes-chaotic audio. The subtitles can be auto-translated to other languages via YouTube.

My goal is to publish the best, most complete, and most watchable versions of these older convention panels yet seen, but this is only possible thanks to the fans who captured the footage in the first place and were generous enough to share it with other fans. My video descriptions on YouTube will always credit my sources.

If you have any old convention videos you'd be willing to contribute to this project, please message me! I can also be reached at DetailTilted@gmail.com. If I can get them to upscale (I can't always), I'd happily send the upscaled files back to you for your own collection whether I use them or not.

2025 SPN Con Predctions

This Twitter post (x) made predictions about what they think will happen in the upcoming SPN Con Season, and I have thoughts. This person is totally allowed to post and predict whatever they want, but as I am coming at things from a different fan perspective, I can’t help but adapt their list to make my own predictions.

My Adapted Predictions:

Jared says anything, especially canon compliant (and Jensen agrees), and haters try to make it controversial, and try to get him, and only him, cancelled.

“JenMish” end up sharing a stage, where they stand 6ft away from each other, Jensen throws jabs at Misha and Misha agressivemy hugs an unpiressed Jensen … and cockles shippers call it "gay shit"

I completely agree about the cruise prediction … if it happens, it will not have J2.

Controversy about headcanons … mostly due to some people claiming things are canon when they clearly aren’t. "Headcanons" are totally fine as long as people don’t call them canon.

A certain SPN actor will continue to out himself as a creep every time he steps on stage at a con, but his fans will defend him to the death because "it’s just a joke."

People probably will continue to be mysogenistic about J2's partners, as in they like then or don’t just because who who they are married to …. People will also mistakenly my call it "misogyny" if anyone dares to criticize a woman based on her own character.

I hope Jensen continues only tweeting the occasionally work-related tweet because AAs and hellers are creeps, and I don’t blame him for avoiding them.

I’d say there is a good chance of an airplane selfie … maybe I’ll even see one on a flight, as our locations might overlap for one con … but I’d like to think I wouldn’t bug them for a selfie.

Mark P is barely ever at CE cons anyway. And I don't care either way what happens with him.

Misha will continue to purposely sexualizes Jensen and shit on Jared to pander to his shipper fans … and others will rightfully call him out about it.

I would enjoy seeing a JA, JP or J2 selfie. We’ll see.

I too think Soldier Boy is attractive … but I hope his character really lets lose on the final season of The Boys.

My Additional Predictions:

A jerk fan will pay $200-400+ just to disrespect Jared in an photo op

Someone will ask Jensen yet an other reworded "confession scene" question in hopes that his answer of Dean seeing Cas as a brother in arms will finally change … but it will not.

A heller will make up a lie about seeing JA and MC do something intimate together during photo ops or autos.

J2 will have a scene together in The Boys, and fans will have them act it out in Ops. Bonus: J2 will act it out on stage. (This might happen next year.)

J2 will go for Pretend Kiss #3, or something equally "normal" and silly

More people will get forehead touch photo ops, and more AAs will cry about how it traumatizes both Jensen and themselves, even though J2 have chosen this pose unprompted.

J2 will act out Jensen stabbing Jared in the leg again on stage.

Jared and/or Jensen will highlight how SPN was about the brothers, particularly around the 20th anniversary date … and some "fans" will scream "Whst about Cas/Misha?"

My Totally Selfidh Predictions:

JA will bring his Baby to Boston

Boston will have some special feature being the first CE con of the 20th anniversary year.

Vancouver will have something special since it’s where they filmed the show and only a dozen days off of the exact 20th anniversary of airing.

My photo ops with the boys will turn out well 🤞

I’ll be able to make both planned cons work

Question: Jared in Austin autos, I asked you if you thought, based on what y'all were just talking about, if you felt like you've had more come to you because everybody knows we come with you. And you said, I don't know, I'll have to think about that. It's been a few months.

Jensen: And he hasn't thought about it at all.

Jared: The answer is absolutely yes. Yeah, yeah, I think absolutely because the way things work - and this isn't the way I think necessarily, I don't think it's the way any of us think, but the industry does think this way? You know, I've said this often and I believe it, I'm not the most talented guy out there, I'm not the hardest working, so -

JDM: [noise of vague disagreement]

Jared: I do my damnedest, but it does make a big difference that people know, hey, Jared, Jeff, Jensen, Misha, etc. have a fucking gang behind them that's gonna say, like, check out Fire Country, check out Walking Dead, check out Vought, check out Boys, or you know, etc. etc. etc. So I owe y'all a great deal of gratitude.

Audience member: We did crash Amazon.

Jared: You did crash Amazon, that's right, that's right. I saw that.

JDM: How did you crash Amazon?

Jared: Jensen showed his butt.

JDM: I get it. I remember, I remember a long time ago I didn't have social media, and I remember [points to Jensen] you told me - Jensen told me this story. He had gone into a meeting and, like, the executives wa- knew how many followers he had. And like it was becoming a big fucking thing and that's - Studios would look at you and look at your social media to see how you were doing with people, with you guys. And I remember being shocked, like, what about acting, or you know?

Jared: [dismissive noise & gesture]

JDM: 'Cause they really weren't interested in the - and I remember in this meeting [they didn't worry about you?], yeah, it was all about the fans that you bring with you that may watch the show. And so I immediately was like, fuckin' how do I sign up for twitter [pretends to use imaginary phone]. I was way behind. But the first twitter thing I ever posted [points to either side of himself] was the three of us. Yeah, I did.

Jensen: Yeah, that's right.

Jared: In Minneapolis, right.

JDM: Yeah, my very first ever on social media was a picture of the three of us, and it got me so many followers. I totally fuckin' just grabbed onto the coattails.

Jared: Shit, they got us and [?]

JDM: And so I think fans mean a lot. And absolutely we hope and think that you will follow us for at least an episode on a new show. You may bail quickly? You may go that is not what I thought it was gonna be, that is not a Winchester. But it sure helps us, you know.

Have I ever actually mentioned how addicted I am to brewing Magic decks? I currently have 37 Commander decks... that is to say the decks I currently have physically built for playing with. I just thought it might be fun to share a list of them, complete with Moxfield links. I even sorted them into a few different categories for better organization.

I've been a fan of supernatural for about 20 years now, but finally got a chance to go to my first convention this weekend in Orlando.

Saturday night I got an autograph from Jensen, and y'all. When he looked into my eyes and smiled...my brain went offline for a minute. Between the smile and the green eyes and the eye crinkles, he's just a beautiful human.

Then on Sunday I got a photo op with J2! (see pinned post for pic)

I looked up and up and up at Jared and said "hi" then turned to Jensen to tell him hi and hug him. They were so kind. Jared sort of gently pushed me into Jensen for the bear hug and immediately got on my other side with his arms around me as well. I wasn't even aware of the camera at that point, just laid my head on Jensen's chest and couldn't help but smile!

Those were the only photos/autos I got, but seeing all the panelists and meeting new friends was a great experience. 10 out of 10 would recommend.

I especially like how Jared makes everyone feel special and seen. Young, old, fat, thin, male, female he treats them all the same.

I was thinking about this when looking through all the ops. His hugs and pics with male fans are indistinguishable from his ones with female fans (unless they requested a specific pose of course) when often when you see con pics with male celebs they are pretty dude-bro in ops with male fans, but not Jared. He treats everyone the same. No matter who you are, what you look like, how you identify - everyone leaves feeling like he really saw them, he was really interested in them.

This is why so many people love him! Sure, they may like projects he's in, but the loyalty he inspires comes from the person he is, not the characters he plays on screen.

Is the Jensen support in the room with us? And Jensen and misha are close just not as close as Jensen and Jared. And actors don’t have a say with a ship is canon or not btw. Also Jensen has praised misha multiple times unprovoked and with out misha their and called him his friend with misha being there. Also brings up misha unprovoked and makes sexual jokes about misha as well and so does Jared. Stop acting as if misha is the only one. It’s also known that misha and Jensen go see each other at autos whether Jensen crawls and scares mishas handler which he did and mishas handler had confirmed that it was true. Also whothefuck do you think you are to say who Jensen is a person and who he is friends with or not. Stay in your fucking lane if you are his fan as you claim to be. All I have seen from j2 fans is hypocrisy and treats Jensen like shit and make him into a doll. So maybe stop projecting your j2 qualities onto other people because I have never seen a j2 fan actually treat Jensen with the same respect as they treat Jared

I’ve never said they aren’t friends. I know they are…..to a certain extent. They just aren’t living out peoples Cockles fantasies that I see posted all the time.

NEW Enhanced Edition - CHICON 2010 - J2M Main Panel

My latest video is up! This is a rare J2M panel. 90% of the video came from the files sent to me by the amazing AgtSpooky. 87% of the audio came from videos on YouTube that @hils79 graciously granted me permission to use. Their audio was quite clear compared to the others and it made the subtitling process less difficult than I expected it to be with all three of them on stage. The rest of my source credits are on the video description.

What's Next?

That's my last CHICON 2010 video. I've started working on VANCON 2011, which is the very last convention that I have videos from AgtSpooky on. After that, I'll circle back to some of the older and more challenging conventions that I had skipped and I'll try to bring order to the chaos. 😅

There will be three VANCON 2011 videos -- the solo Misha panel, the J2 breakfast, and the J2 main panel. They'll be published in that order. That will probably be my last solo Misha panel for the foreseeable future. The focus of this project has always been Jared and Jensen, but I decided to do the two Misha panels for which I had good videos from AgtSpooky. He will of course still be included whenever he's in panels with Jared and/or Jensen at conventions I work on.

I've taken advantage of some days off work to throw a lot of extra time at this project. At my normal pace, it probably would have been 8 weeks before I had another J2 video out. I've already spent the past 3 months working through a convention without any "traditional" J2 panels and I miss them! So I've made a lot of progress on Misha's video already and I hope to have it out in a couple weeks. (It's a 54-minute video.) After that, it will probably take my usual 3 weeks to get the 30-minute J2 Breakfast out.

In December 2023, I started this project to enhance old convention videos. I'm upscaling the videos and making other visual improvements, adding extra content to clarify various references, and adding human-generated, color-coded subtitles so you can better understand the sometimes-chaotic audio. The subtitles can be auto-translated to other languages via YouTube.

My goal is to publish the best, most complete, and most watchable versions of these older convention panels yet seen, but this is only possible thanks to the fans who captured the footage in the first place and were generous enough to share it with other fans. My video descriptions on YouTube will always credit my sources.

Heller Hypocrisy

Another episode of Heller Hypocrisy. This is Teagan who has constantly hated on Jared for the most randomest of things. I am even suspecting that she was a part of Jai's gang coz her face seems familiar. This is just to give a flavor of the kind of things she has tweeted about him not a long time ago. She has actively gone out of her way to hate on him.

Guess what she was at Ahbl and got an Photo OP hug with the guy. Conveniently she didn't post about it on her Twitter coz obviously people are going to call out the hypocrisy but of course it's there.

If you look closely this tweet has the Jared photo OP in it. See how conveniently she didn't even acknowledge it.

So the point is if he was such a terrible guy and if all the labels that you guys use for him are true then why do you guys still get ops and autos with him. Obviously this question is rhetorical coz I know the answer. Those are just labels that you use to push your ship agenda and nothing to do with actual truth.

Hellers still going on about “Watching Over Me” being about Cass. Claiming Jensen confirmed it in a meet and greet. It’s funny they never have video proof beyond, “Misha said it”.

That's kind of what they do.

One of them comes up with a totally bonkers interpretation of something, completely makes some shit up they claim totally happened (trust me bro!), or Misha queerbaits them to keep the minion attention/money flowing. The rest of them, like the gullible and obsessed desperate conspiracy theorists they are, repeat it among themselves over and over and over as "proof" their ship(s) are totes real until the heat death of the universe. The part where it's batshit insane, has zero evidentiary backing, or even has been clearly refuted? Completely irrelevant!

Here, one of them came up with a totally bonkers interpretation of the song while desperately searching Radio Company's catalogue for secret hidden clues that Jensen was pining away, miserable that the SPN finale didn't end with D/C. Misha heard about it, and because he's a spineless backstabbing weasel with all the integrity of a disintegrating toupee, quote unquote joked about it being true. I can't remember if someone made up the M&G story of him confirming it wholesale or if it was a creative reinterpretation of someone else's M&G report, insisting Jensen confirmed it when the fan actually reported him saying something to the effect of not intending/wanting to say songs had specific meanings. Regardless, believing it's actually legit requires ignoring:

The part where it's pretty absurd to think Steve and Jensen are sitting around writing songs from Dean's PoV, and batshit insane to think Steve and Jensen would be sitting around writing songs about a fictional non-canon ship Jensen has made it clear multiple times he is baffled by the popularity of and sees as no part of Dean's story. Especially when Jensen has said the majority of the writing is actually Steve's. The part where Misha couldn't even fucking name what song it supposedly was that was totes for real about Dean and Cass. The part where there are specific reports that STEVE talked about that song in a Patreon livestream to say it was about having an angel watching over you that you don't want watching over you, not some schmoopy romance. The part where, once again, Jensen supposedly validates D/C all the time ... just so long as no one is recording him.

None of that matters, and if one of them mustered up the idiocy to ask Jensen onstage at the next convention if it was a D/C song and he literally just stared at them in angry bafflement and said, "No." before immediately moving on? They'd make up a million reasons he was lying, didn't understand his own song, or how "No." was aCtUaLLy super secret code for "OMG YES."

It's the same story with their meta ~*interpreting*~ a love story out of bad stereotypes and random minutiae. It's the same story with their constant tales of Jensen telling a fan in detail how he totes lurves D/C now in ops/autos - often at the same cons where he shoots it down onstage. It's the same story with their absurd claims Misha was a third lead and saved the show. It's the same story with all their myriad conspiracies about the finale regarding the network/secret footage/secret scripts/Jared/NDAs/etc. It's the same story with their insistence Jensen hates the aired finale and barn scene because he didn't like the initial pitch. And on and on and on and on...

Being a heller means actively rejecting living in a rational, fact-based reality in favor of steeping yourself in The Undeniable Truth of Detestiel until your brain boils away to nothing.
