Get to know me tag thing!

1. Dogs or Cats? Dogs FTW! Though I could maybe have a cat one day, depending.

2. YouTube celebrities or normal celebrities? I’m not sure YouTube celebrities count as celebrities, haha. And I certainly couldn’t name a single one, so normal celebrities it is. I have a hard enough time naming those. :P

3. If you could live anywhere where would that be? UGH it depends on the day and how I’m feeling, honestly. I live for the wide-open countryside, but I love the mountains and the forest, and I would love some small, historic old town where I could walk everywhere on cobblestone streets. It’s easier for me to say where I don’t want to live than where I do!

4. Disney or DreamWorks?  Disney (especially now that it has Marvel and Star Wars), but honestly DreamWorks has some real gems.

5. Favourite childhood TV show? MY LITTLE PONY. Especially those old movies and that original 80s character style??? A+++ the new My Little Pony honestly failed hard in the style department (didn’t stop me from getting a stupid amount of the toys tho because they were so cute). :’D Then there was X-men and Spiderman, and later on Pokemon, Digimon, and Yugioh. ♥

6. The movie you’re looking forward to most in 2020?

I’m a sap for movies, I love them. so RAYA AND THE LAST DRAGON, probably on the top of my list next to whatever Star Wars is coming out then. Mulan, Artemis Fowl, Dolittle!! (omg that takes me back so hard) And probably some others I can’t remember.

7. Favorite book you read in 2019? I did not read a book this year. :sob: But there was some excellent fanfiction, some very excellent webcomics, and some very very excellent RPing <_<. Oh, there was a kids book, The Tea Dragon Society, which is super cute, highly recommend. Maybe next year I’ll get through my stash of backlogs. >_>

8. Marvel or DC? Marvel for movies, ANYTHING ELSE for comics.  Tho the Wonder Woman and Superman movies have been super epic too, hmm.  Anyway, I cannot stand these superhero comics, they’re convoluted and incoherent (and generic) as heck.  You can find so much better stories and artwork elsewhere.

9. If you choose Marvel favorite member of the X-Men? If you choose DC favourite Justice League member? G A M B I T

10. Night or Day? Day, except for the part where I work during it, and so most of my worthwhile activities get done at night. XD

11. Favourite Pokemon?  MEWTWO

12. Top 5 bands/artists:

Uhhh, there are a few country bands I actually like enough of their songs to recognize, except none of the names are coming to me OH WELL.  Celtic Woman, that’s one artist for you.  And Rockapella!  That’s it, all I got.  I just don’t pay attention to names.  XD

A lot of those I read long, loooong ago so maybe I would have different opinions now if I re-read them.  But boy did they influence me A LOT growing up.

14. Top 4 movies

STAR WARS especially Rogue One :sob:, How to Train Your Dragon, Sherlock Holmes (the recent movies), The Man from UNCLE (also the recent movie).  This list will change by the hour. 8)

15. America or Europe?  Europe.  I live in America and it’s comfy and all, but really Europe has all the cool places going for it, AND ALSO public transportation, get your act together America.

16. Tumblr or Twitter?  Tumblr FTW.  I will never understand the point of Twitter, tho Blakk does have a Twitter account that he rarely uses. 8)

17. Pro-choice or Pro-life?  What a great polarizing question for such an innocent Q&A meme; gotta wonder what the author was thinking. 8)  I’m pro-you-can-have-whatever-opinion-you-want-as-long-as-you-don’t-inflict-it-on-other-people because it’s not your f*ing business to run their lives, pro-this-isn’t-worthy-of-becoming-law, pro-act-responsibly-in-the-first-place-and-use-birth-control, and, failing that because people sure as hell like to manufacture fake issues, pro-choice.  Because just imagine thinking you get to determine what someone else gets to suffer (and literally pay for, $$$) for 9 months and then force them through the horrific physical ordeal of birthing a baby when they just. don’t. want. to.  I mean, you might as well decide someone should just take an axe and cut off their own arm just because you want them to; it really amounts to the same thing.  :/  (Please note, wanting to have a baby and being forced are two entirely different things. It’s an ordeal, regardless, and not something to approach unwillingly.)

18. Favorite YouTuber? No one, don’t care enough to remember usernames. XD

19. Favorite author ? I’m so bad with remembering names, but here are some I do, so they must be worth something: Timothy Zahn, Mike Stackpole, Kevin J. Anderson, and also the above listed authors, half of which I had to Google. 8)

Also ME, because I know I write well and I love the stuff I write!

Honestly also everyone I RP with (past and present) because yeah there’s a reason I’m addicted to this hobby. ♥

20. Tea or Coffee?  I mean.  Coffee, ok??  But like, also.  TARO MILK TEA and a hundred other teas especially with cream and sugar, and the concept of High Tea is amazing.  ... That’s mostly the snacks, BUT STILL.

21. OTP ?  Blakk/Saare (old ship, many of you probably haven’t seen it, but it’s also my canon ship).  Blakk also ships stupidly well with several other OCs ... you know who you are ... and also how much I wish they could also be canon ...

22. Do you play an instrument/sing ?  Piano!  At least I could, before we moved around 6th grade and I gave it up.  But it was the one extracurricular activity I stuck with for a number of years.  I’m sure I’m ridiculously rusty.  Probably I can still read the music. 8)  I can sing (mainly in the car), but it doesn’t mean I should.  XDD

Jane Doe Blakk update

The wife of Dr Blakk and the mother of Tad, Jane Doe is a very important and scary character in the Twisted Ends lore. A master manipulator and well versed in tinkering, Jane Doe has been able to make her way about Slugterra with ease. She had developed a very similar wingsuit to the one Tad uses in the first episode of 'Into the Shadows' and made upgrades to her heels of choice; secret chamber within the heel. Her blaster and slugs are hidden under her dress skirt that is able to be split apart for mobility.

Did dr. Blakk found out about tad being his son from Jane doe?

Dr Blakk did not know if he was going to have a son or daughter when he and his wife were forced apart.

He honestly prayed that Jane Doe and his child would not return during his attempt to take over Slugterra.

Of course Tad in his rebellion phase did go to Slugterra only to meet a monster of his father. He begrudgingly teamed up with his father, that being the story told in Slugterra: Twisted Ends (a fanfic I wrote)

I think it's befitting to have Tad be The Moon card as he suffers from the uncertainty of his origins and embodies his tame and wild side during the Into the Shadows plot line. His mother, Jane Doe, takes the form of the moon, the only member of his family who cared for him.

Dr Blakk leans back in his chair, laughing evilly. "I must do something about that? She is as cunning as I. I am more than happy that she has returned to me, my fallen angel."

"That I have, my handsome mastermind." Doe's face appeared on Blakk's monitor, a happy smile from the twisted woman.

Doe takes a heavy sigh and shakes her head. "How rude are the youth today. Never listening to a word spoken by an adult who has their life tied to their hand."

She hears the gooped wall beginning to give way. "I must cut this 'takeover' here. I rather not be caught in a web I cannot escape. Goodbye, dear viewers. Perhaps we can meet like this again."

She fires up at the ceiling, breaking it open with the Greneater slug resting in her blaster. She is quick to load another ghoul into the chamber, fires and swings away on an Attacknet's web.

The walls breaks in, the Shane Gang and Shane parents rush in, their blasters returned, ready to fight. Honey dashes to her son's side, untying him from his restraints.

"Where is she?" Will demanded to know.

Eli stretches his limbs and wipes his face. "She ran away before you guys broke in."

Jane doe: ghoul me if you want but I'm here to save eli! (Get blaster ready) LET HIM GO!

She wags her free hand like a disappointed parent. "Tsk, tsk, tsk. Such a troublesome child. It appears that you are unable to listen and retain information. That shot of yours will short-circuit your blaster, your slugs and harm yourself. It does not affect my ghouls. You will have the blood of your own on your hands along with his if you do not listen."

She presses her blaster's lip to Eli's cheek. "Now kindly, move aside."

To jane doe: let me be your servant and let eli go!

Jane Doe shakes her head and laughs again softly. "I do not need servants. I am quite well employed with the guards from my husband's company clinging for their job. I don't think I'll be letting young Eli here go. He is far too valuable as a pawn."

(Gasp) (loading hexlet and frostcrawler into blaster) LET ELI GO YOU WITCH! 😡

Jane Doe holds her blaster to Eli's cheek. Her mouth perks into a smug and controlling grin. "A singular misfire will cause this boy to lose his life."

She laughed and cocked her head. "A Hexlet and a Frostcrawler. How charming. Their synergy is quite unstable. Are you willing to lose your blaster and slugs just to be destroyed by ghouls."

To Jane Doe, what's one thing in Slugterra that hasn't dulled since you returned?

Jane Doe hums as she flicks through Eli's tablet. "I do believe the world hasn't dulled at all. I do enjoy seeing what has changed in the last 14 years I had been down here. How horrid. A news article disrespecting my husband and son as 'evil' for helping push for advancing Slugterra."

To eli: how come no one freak out on the surface with you took your friends there! (I'm both pronto and kord)

Doe laughs as she toys with Eli via holding his slugs hostage. "A little slug had told me that they had used Thugglet slugs to disguise themselves as humans. I do applaud their ingenuity when it came to doing the very thing I was punished for."

To eli: so tad mom went to slugterra 2nd time?!, and probably got sent back to the surface with maxwell sawyer being watchful this time and was probably told about being in slugterra prison right?

Eli is seen tied up in an Attacknet's web, his mouth covered. He's struggling to break free. The entry to the room is covered in a Jollyfist's goop. From the edge of the camera walked in a very fancy lady dressed in a Blakk Industries styled dress. Her eyes covered by her white fringe, and her mouth curled into a devious but sweet smile. "Oh I apologise. There appears to be a bit of an issue in the recording studio. Eli Shane seems to be a bit wrapped up at the moment. I think I will have to take over for a few questions here."

Doe tilts her head, giggling. "I did indeed return to here, I find it much more home-like than the surface. As for Mr Maxwell Sawyer, he is in the middle of... grieving the loss of someone in his family. Such a shame he did not except such an explosive present to be delivered. And oh dear, my son in prison for daring to find out more about his true home? I do believe that is a bit far."

Eli shrugs. "Kinda. I know about her, and I've seen her before. She really put me and the gang up against a wall when we went to fight her. Who keeps slugs in their HEEL?!"
