i was about to say that would never happen but, who am I kidding. I'm always saying that we shouldn't let fire lizards with opposable thumbs have free reign of the lab but no one ever listens to me. Folks, I've had about two months of reading profoundly mediocre books and I'm getting a bit desperate for something good

Anyone have a good fantasy/scifi rec, something that's ideally fairly quick-paced? y'know, something exciting or funny or that will just make me care about the characters in some way? anything??? doesn't need to be high literature just enjoyable

Rowlets are excellent! they were my favourite pokemon growing up- I've never had one, though. It didn't seem safe to raise one in Kalos, and now that i've moved, Mars is all I need.

Thinking ab how Fit expresses his love for people in different ways(both romantically and platonically).

His love for his friends like Phil is loud, full of loud jokes and a trust formed long ago,

His love for Ramon is loud and quiet, of loud exclamations about his 'beautiful baby boy' but also quiet discussions about his emotions, a vulnerability he barely exposes in front of anyone.

But his love with Pac is quiet, full of new beginnings and blossoming trust. But every 'baby step' it becomes louder.
