Nevertheless, after working alone for a long time, he needed a sense of belonging. That's why he belonged to the mafia after working as a killer.

His professionally educated murder skills are unrivalled. his notoriety also helped the organization rule absolutely. Speed, strength, skill, knowledge of weapons, speed of reaction, above all, he is not afraid to die, so he can pounce on his opponent without hesitation more than anyone else. Not many people in the world are stronger than him, so he is very happy to have a fight that can entertain him.

This is why he laughs a lot in the middle of a fight. He's enjoying it.

Thinking about Restoration AU (again). What POV would you like to write/or are you just interested in? Well, besides Cersei :D Even for the time of the first book, she can't be called sane. Maybe Jamie? Like you said, in the first book he wasn't in the mood for redemption, but here he meets the ghost of the man he was loyal to and whom he feels he has failed (I tend to think that Rhaegar just didn't want to take a 16 year old boy to battle, so he gave him an important "assignment").

Or maybe Robert's POV during the meeting with the twins? We know that Ned is mentally praying at this time, while Robert may not remember Rhaegar's facial features and his reaction is: ho ho our noble Ned is just a man too, we're not so different.

Or Catelyn? I don't share the fandom's hatred of her, but it would be very interesting to see her thoughts, especially how she tries to recreate the image of a "rival" to Rhaegar: his looks, charming singing, soft demeanor.

Personally, I'm probably most interested in seeing Darmon and Daenerys' POV. With Darmon, it will be both painful and fun - painful because he finds himself in a world where his children aren't around him, dragons are extinct, and the Targaryens have fallen (the story of Rhaegar's death might cause a sudden painful flashback). But watching him terrorize first the people of the valley and then Volantis, who have no idea where the hell the dragon came from or what children this madman is talking about (they're already willing to give him their children just to get rid of him) would be fun.

And for Daenerys I'm just happy, she'll probably be a little scared of Darmon at first (he's a little crazy during their first meeting) but then she'll appreciate him: the fact that there's finally an older family member protecting her from Viserys, and his dragon, and the way he treats her gently (she'll 100% remind Daemon of Rhaegar, only a girl). Or Viserys? In terms of insanity it should be something close to Cersei in the last few books.

Would love to see your thoughts. By the way, have you decided whose POV will be next?

Hmm, it's less for me about POVs and more about certain story events, other than the aforementioned Cersei POV. Like, the Robert meeting the twins is an obvious one, but I don't think I'll write Robert's POV. For that, I'm leaning toward Ned's, especially because he'll get to see little!Jon/Willam staring absolute daggers at Robert, both as in the I HATE YOU sense and the DON'T YOU DARE TOUCH MY LITTLE BROTHER-DAD sense, but Ned will likely interpret it as "you killed our older brother! 😡" Whereas Rhaegar/Raymar is deer-in-headlights "if I don't move he won't see me" mode.

(Oh, or could THAT be our first Cersei POV? Ehh, I still think Ned, but I can absolutely see Cersei being huffy about Robert going to greet Ned's bastards after he meetings the trueborn ones, viewing it as him rubbing his adultery in her fave, and then she catches a glimpse of Rhaegar and goes why hello yes target acquired ned stark's bastards you say?

Goodness, I hadn't thought about Rhaegar becoming the symbol of the boys' mother to Cat, but he probably would, wouldn't he? Jon and Willam remind her enough of Ned, but she's staring at this dainty-looking child with the long braid, imagining the woman's silver-blond hair and beautiful eyes and quiet demeanor. Did she sing? Is that what drew Ned to her?

Okay, I may have to steal the "Volantis just starts flinging Valyrian-looking children at Daemon in a bid to appease him" bit for Daemon's reign of terror across Essos. 😂 They just round up every child that looks the least bit like him, and even throw in some dark-haired, grey-eyed ones like the other child he mentioned. Daemon is all "wtf am I supposed to do with these?" and they're all "feed them to your dragon if they aren't what you want, please just leave us alone."

I think Dany and Daemon's first meeting will definitely be a Dany POV, so I suppose that's one I'm looking forward to! I still haven't decided the exact timing there. Canonically per the book, her wedding to Drogo has already occurred by now, so either I shift the time so that Daemon can dramatically prevent it, or he rocks up on the Dothraki and starts burning until they give him his kin.

I have not yet decided which POV is next, though that's up after Knight of Stars pt2. (Assuming I don't get sucked into the "Rhaella gets summerhalled" AU I'm very tempted to write first. And we still need the wintery hot springs prompt fill! Lots to write this week.)

Ayy, Hector! ♥️ Hm. Something like "Whatever" cause he isn't much focused on Jack's and James' private life. But, he is everyone's "weird uncle" (shout out to kiyotakasgirlfriend ♥️) so there's also "My congratulations but if you want to ask me - sorry, I don't officiate weddings anymore. Ah, you chose Mr Gibbs, good". And, jokingly: "So, lovebirds. Time to find a cozy nest for you, ha? Somewhere nice. On the LAND. Oh. Poor Pearl! You won't need her on the land! But don't you worry, Jack. Have a great time. I WILL TAKE HERRR!" 😉

And... He would be okay with sparrington? I mean, it's really not his business and not his focus. Also, it's not against his interests. James as ex commodore/admiral (and now pirate) is no longer a danger or Hector's enemy (but he will be if Hector tries to hurt Jack again - oh of course Gibbs told James about the mutiny).

I think Hector would like James or at least like some things about him. For sure James' sassiness and sense of sarcasm (cause it's a pure Art 😄). His intelligence, good manners and gentleman's heart. His love for the sea and ships. And that fascinating mix: James being so calm and non-violent vs James who can be such a hurricane (fire and water in one man). And come on, James is cute, how not to like him? 😉 Plus: they can roll their eyes together when Jackie does something silly 😂 (Hector's and James' eye-rolling is sooo ♥️)

I would really want to see Hector trying to be a better friend to Jack, trying to be a friend again. And being friendly to Jamie. Would be great to see him around Jack & Co and him having a nice and epic time with them all ♥️

Just out of curiosity, how do you feel about Georgie and Jamie's relationship? It might just be me, but I feel it's a bit odd, so I wanted to get another perspective.

I totally get it. Sorry I’m about to start a whole analysis, because that’s something I’ve thought about a lot:

1. Ok, my first reaction to Mum City and seeing Jamie’s relationship with his mom was too a little odd. But in retrospective it makes sense.

Jamie’s character is a child of trauma and abuse. I’m guessing his dad didn’t make his childhood and his mum’s life particularly easy. It is not unusual for a traumatized person to cling to the person, that was there for them through the traumatic experience, or maybe even shares the trauma. (Not a psychologist, but I’m speaking from experience)

So Jamie and his mum might have a special bond like this because of that.

2. (This is just a theory) I think Jamie’s mum seems very young, maybe she had him at a very young age and he is also her only child (which is a whole other story). Jamie had to leave his home pretty early to play professional football and maybe his visits aren’t as frequently. (Which I’m guessing is true because for example: Keeley was Jamie’s long time girlfriend in season 1 and he never let Keeley meet his mum while beeing his girlfriend. It is odd to me because if your mum AND your girlfriend are the most important people in your life you’d want them to meet)

Basically what I’m saying is, Jamie is definitely a mommas boy, but he doesn’t get to see his mother often. Which is why he clings to her, because he doesn’t know when the next time is, that he’ll see her again. They bond on a different level. A mother and her only child.

Their level of physical contact is debatable (on an oedipus level you could debate it), but maybe viewing their background, it is rather healthy that they are so close (WHEN they finally see each other). And that he has a person he can open up to and be 100% honest to.

Georgie is portraying a stark contrast to Jamie’s father, so she had to give Jamie double the love.

To sum it up I’d say that maybe to an average person with an average family and life constellation it seems like they have an odd (maybe a little too intimate) relationship, but if you look into their characters it explains why they act like that. (One does not have to understand their actions on that deep deep level, but it checks out)

(Keep in mind this is just my opinion)

YESSSS renegade is THE roykeeley s2 song to me. It is so perfect. I also think it works for the larger ot3 as well.

Now That We Don't Talk - This is post-breakup s2 jamiekeeley when they've grown distanced from one another and they only hear about one another through the press/Keeley is watching from the outside as Jamie burns his life up on Lust Conquers All. The "You part the crowd like the Red Sea, don't even get me started / Did you get anxious though, on the way home?" line is sooooo them, because they know one another beyond their public images and can see past the facade.

Gorgeous - they're both gorgeous people <3 enough said, really. But yeah this gives me biggg early relationship vibes when they first meet at a club or agency party or what have you. :)

Lunar Years (Maisie Peters) - I have had in my head the vague outline of a relationship-spanning jamiekeeley fic titled after this song for like 2 years lmao. lord knows if it will ever see the light of day. But this is my VERY favorite jamiekeeley song. It's about breaking up and getting along better for it afterward, but still sort of being in love, and EVERY LINE is about them my god. fav: "I'm a nicer person now I'm not your person, funny how that works, and funny that we're working now"

Everything Has Changed - s1 roykeeley. "Dust off your highest hopes" is sooo applicable to them because before getting together they both have kind of resigned themselves to meaningless relationships (Keeley) or no relationships (Roy) because they assume that love like that is unattainable for them. Then they get together and everything changes, and for both of them it's kind of their first truly serious, life-altering relationship. ahhhhhh!!

My Boy Only Breaks His Favorite Toys - breakup RoyKeeley from Keeley's pov :( "the voices in his head called the rain to end our days of wild" "saw forever so he smashed it up" "I'll tell you that he runs because he loves me" "I felt more when we played pretend than with all the kens" wow i'm so sad.

How Did It End? - this is also about RoyKeeley's breakup and dealing with the fallout of a very public relationship with an undefinable/hard to explain ending. The reaction we see at the club of the team finding out has got to be just like...the tip of the iceberg :( Everyone they know wants to know Why this seemingly perfect couple broke up and Roy and Keeley can't even explain because they (well, Keeley in particular) still don't understand it themselves.

OT3:

cowboy like me - they get each other on a really deep level because they match each other's freak :) and they all have anxiety about forever but ultimately decide it's worth the risk for each other. "and the skeletons in both our closets plotted hard to fuck this up"

delicate - to me this song is perfect for the beginning of their relationship when they aren't out or public and they all are trying sooo hard to hold on to this precious thing with one another because they know it means more than anything that's come before and they don't want to f it up again.

Long Story Short - it took them a long ass time to individually get their shit together and then all be on the same page as a unit, but they got there eventually! ❤️

Mastermind - Jamie literally masterminded the three of them oh my god. posters on the wall part 2. "What if i told you none of it was accidental, and the first time that I saw you, I knew I wanted your body." I mean, YEAH.

All I Need MASTERLIST

Matty had been away with the band for several weeks. He tried to maintain a constant communication with Y/n and his babies through FaceTime and multiple text during the day, but it wasn’t enough. He needed to hold Amelia and Arthur, to hear their laughter with his own ears, and he craved Y/n’s touch as well. 

A lot of misfortunes with the logistics and details of the shows involved were driving him insane. The rest of the crew and band noticed, even though they were giving Matty some space. They kept attention, but they knew that if he needed help, he would ask for it.

“Y/n, please…I’m begging you.” Matty’s voice broke, talking with his girlfriend. 

“Matty, I wish we could be there with you. You know that…but the kids have a routine and activities-”

“I haven’t seen them…or even you, in almost a month, Y/n.” Matty ran a hand through his curls, anxiously, feeling how his heart sank in his chest. He needed to hold his babies and his girlfriend. 

“I understand, baby-”

“No, no…you fucking don’t!” Matty couldn’t contain his anger, feeling his blood pump rapidly inside his veins. “Because if you understood, how much I miss them, you wouldn't do this. You’d be here.”

Y/n tried to keep her calm, knowing it wasn’t against her, although she didn’t like his tone. “Matty-”

“I need to see them.” Matty plopped on his hotel room bed, trying not to cry. 

“Then come home!” Y/n grew tired and snapped. Matty stared at the wall, surprised by her reaction.

“Fuck you, Y/n. You know I can’t. You, more than anyone, know how much I’ll drop everything for them and be with you at home.”

“Do I? Because I’m not sure any more.” 

Matty’s blood pressure dropped to his feet. “Baby-”

“This is not right. You’re stressed and I’m tired…” Y/n started to rant.

The frontman held his phone tight. “Y/n, please.”

“I’ll call you tomorrow morning.” she informed him. “I can’t fly there with the children, but at least I’ll be, for once…” Y/n couldn’t help to ironically drop a comment. “Be a good mother and let them talk with their dad.” 

“Baby, don’t go.”

“Good luck with the show, Matty. Hope the fans enjoy seeing you.” 

Y/n cut the line, leaving Matty stressed and sad at the other end.

“What’s wrong now?” Matty protested, coming into the green room. 

Jamie and George stopped talking, turning around to face the frontman. They shared a look under Matty’s sight. 

George took his glasses away, “Caroline can’t make it. We need to find someone else to open for us.” he explained.

“Fucking hell!” Matty shouted, his friends made eye contact with each other, preoccupied. “Why nothing can go right in this fucking world?” Matty pulled his hair out. 

G placed a hand on his shoulder. “What’s wrong, mate?”

“Nothing…everything.”

“Can we do something for-” Jamie started to offered, but Matty interrupted him.

“I’ll do it.”

“What?” George asked.

“I’ll open for us.”

“Matty, you-”

“I’ll do it. Say no more. Tell Jordan to post something about it. I’m going to work on the set list.” Matty instructed.

Matty walked slowly, with a beer in his hand, smoking a cig, getting into the mind set of one of his characters. If he was going to do that, he needed to show a strong front; because if he didn’t, he was going to break and cry.

He sat down, without saying a single word to the crowd. Only picturing Y/n. 

Even though most of the songs he was going to play weren’t about or for Y/n, he couldn’t help to adapt them. The irony of writing songs but being the worst with words during fights with her. He would do his best to let her know what he truly wanted to say.

Beautiful, please don't cry, I love you. When you leave, I cry on the inside.

Matty couldn’t help himself to think, every time they fought, that Y/n was going to leave him, to stop loving him. A fear they talk multiple times about, although the worry never seems to left him. 

He hated to fight with the love of his life, he wanted so bad to be at home telling her how much he loved her. Repeating it until his voice disappear.

Matty moved to the next song, still not addressing the mass of people in front of his set.

Fortunately, I believe, lucky me

If he believed there was some type of God out there, he would be crying on his knees, asking for his/her/their help. But the higher self didn’t exist for him. 

How easily would be to have faith in someone/something else supporting him when those moments of conflict turned his reality upside down.

Matty wished to be believed in them, although he believed his life was beside her.

He stood up, changing his guitar and going to send kisses to the crowd. Matty tried his guitar, making the fans cheer loud.

All I Need to Hear was their song. The song he reserved for Y/n. It reminded him of the moments he couldn’t find the strength to tell her how much she meant to him, and he suffered in silence without her being his.

So tell me you love me. 'Cause that's all that I need to hear

Matty kept changing the notes, trying to make it special for Y/n. He hoped she was watching him from home or someone dared to send her a video of it. 

Singing, ‘Just tell me what I wanna hear. You know where to find me. The place where we lived all these years, oh. And tell me you love me’ felt different this time. He wanted to choke on those words, because he hadn’t been at their house, their home, for the longest time since Archie was born and singing them felt like he was lying. 

Oh, tell me you love me. That's all that I need to hear

Matty wanted so bad to get back in time, to the moments Y/n admit his love for him. Not the fights, not the long distance. Matty moved away from the microphone.

He chatted with the crowd for a while, to then going to sit in front of his computer, where he had the lyrics he didn’t remember. 

Your face it dances and it haunts me, your laughter is still ringing in my ears. I still find pieces of your presence here, even after all these years.

The idea of falling out of love with Y/n wasn’t impossible inside his head. As impossible as believing life had a bigger meaning. 

Even if she ever decided to dump him, he was going to always love and dedicate his life to her and their children. No matter what, he would never get over Y/n.

Matty made the crowd asked for a shout-out to the guys, who were at the side of the stage watching him performed. He loved them for always being there for him.

He started to requesting things and the crew answered to all of those. 

The singer took a minute away from his own feelings and worries. The next song was only for his fans that always supported him though absolutely everything. 

Matty enjoyed making a solo on his guitar. For the people that said he couldn’t play more than two chords…

He fell into his knees, touching his heart. Matty loved the 1975’s fans and felt so very touched to sing that specific song with them.

‘Woman’ passed to give ‘Playing On My Mind’ its moment. 

The whole thing has been playing on my mind

It was a good example of one of his songs that wasn’t specifically related to Y/n, although Matty made her and the song connect inside his mind. 

When he was really anxious –like that moment– everything rushed through his mind. He thought about his children, missing them, loving them so much that it made his heart hurt a little. His head coming around to think about his love for Y/n and how much he feared her to leave her. How special and amazing she was. Even though, what stuck the most was how bad he talked to her during the phone call. The guilt. 

It played in his mind…over and over again.

“This is my life, ladies and gentlemen…” Matty told the crowd, they laughed. 

He continued ranting, talking to them, making sure they know he was fine, even when he felt absolutely stressed inside. After all, he was a show man, and needed to keep the show going. 

Matty touched his headphones, encouraging the crowd to stay silent and listen. Jamie’s voice came from somewhere around the stage.

Meanwhile, his friend sang, Matty approached the blank canvas behind his small set. He took the paint can on his hand, starting to draw letter by letter.

Matty took a few steps away from his art, looking at it. The word ‘Sorry’ staring back at him. 

Jamie continued singing.

Matty approached the end of the canvas, adding a question mark to the word and then proceed to throw the can.

Two songs for his set to end, Matty didn’t want to end. He was having a nice time with his fans, singing with him. On the other hand, his finger desperately vibrate, wanting to reach for his phone and touch Y/n’s phone contact. 

You ask about the cows, wearin' my sweater. It's somethin' about the weather that makes them lie down

Matty smiled thinking about the silly conversations they had. He loved talking about everything and anything with Y/n. She came up with the strangest things sometimes, like the cows lie down when it's about to rain. Matty refused to believe that. They had a big fight about it, she bet she was in the right and he was just ignorant. The fact was took down by a simple research on the internet, ending with Y/n under Matty sharing a kiss between laughters. 

He missed those moments with Y/n. 

The only time I feel I might get better is when we are together

The frontman ended the song thinking how having his whole family close, what he needed to feel complete. Y/n, Amelia, Arthur, his parents and sibling, the boys, the crew, and his little group of closest friends. Matty felt moved by picturing all of them.

Matty took a sip of his beer, decided to end his solo performance. 

When his acoustic guitar ringing on his headphones perfectly, Matty thought about his past and present mistakes. Sometimes he wonders if Y/n would be better with someone else, he was aware she deserved better, although he believed he was her imperfectly-perfect soulmate. 

It never crossed Matty’s mind to cheat on Y/n, never. Up to that time, Matty resignified the song around how it sometimes required him to make some mistakes in his relationship with Y/n to finally realized –time and time again– how much she meant to him. Adding to it, how stupid he behaved during the phone call. 

Matty thanked the crowd and left the stage.

Matty didn’t look at him, opening his phone. “‘m alright.” he admitted.

He had a lot of notifications and messages, but only one mattered.

Hi love! I hope you're doing great. Could I request a Jamie x trans!male where reader is an actor on stranger things with Jamie, except nobody knows that he is trans (because it's not important obviously!) Only Jamie knows, as he is his partner. They attend a comic con and for some reason, a "fan" who maybe happens to know reader pre transition? Basically outs him. Something like "why haven't you told people you are trans?" And reader sort of dissociates. Jamie takes readers hand and pulls him off stage to comfort him and reassure him! Lots of fluff please!!

Something very similar happened to me. I was joining a DnD club and my friend at the time said Infront of them "they know you're trans right?" Which SUCKED because I pass really well! I just wish Jamie could have rescued me 😂

When you were told you got the role as a ‘friendly orderly’ in stranger things, you knew everything in your life would be a little different. You were invited to premieres and award shows and exclusive parties you never thought you would’ve been let in to before, it really helped your acting career take off. You had a handful of loyal fans and supporters in the beginning, and that has only grown and grown given your role in the new show. And also your boyfriend. 

You met Jamie on set, of course, and even filmed a few scenes together and the tension between the two of you was undeniable. You both got along so well, and you couldn’t deny he was insanely attractive, even when the two of you were in character you found yourself forgetting lines and blushing at the eye contact you two had to hold. 

It took a while for the two of you to go public, you worried about the reactions from his fans, whether they would like you and accept you or not. But there was nothing to worry about at all. They adored you. 

When it was announced that a certain comic con was coming up, and that you and Jamie were both invited and would both be doing photos together, everyone rushed to buy tickets to meet you and him, and although you were obviously excited, you couldn’t help but feel nervous. 

“Are you okay, love?” Jamie asked, taking your hand in his. You were both sitting in the back of the car that was escorting you to the event. 

“I’m not sure.” You frowned, fiddling with one of the rings of Jamie’s fingers. “I’ve never done something quite like this before.”

“It’ll be okay, it can get really stressful when everyone’s being made to rush, but it’s really more fun than anything. I still remember my first comic con, I was scared shitless,” Jamie chuckled as he thought back on the memory, “but it’ll be okay, okay? I’ll be with you for most of the day, and when I’m not there will still be someone with you at all times. Everything will be okay, I promise.” He said before taking your hand and placing a kiss on the back of your palm, “oh look, we’re here.”

Everything started off okay. You weren’t expecting so much love from everyone that came to see you, and you weren’t expecting so many gifts either. Your arms were full of bracelets they had made or bought for you and your neck was decorated with different necklaces. Maybe Jamie was right. 

Everything will be okay. 

That was until it was time for the q&a at yours and Jamie’s panel. 

“So, I have a question for y/n,” you felt a tinge of anxiety, as most of the questions were for Jamie, but you nodded your head and gave the person a smile. “I’ve been a fan of your work for a while now, I’ve basically been there since the beginning, so I was just wondering why haven’t you told people that you’re trans?”

You felt cold rush through your body, as if your veins had turned to ice. You felt your stomach sink and everything around you seemed to be a blur. All you could hear was the continuous thumping of your heart in your chest. Your mind felt… empty, as if you had no thoughts at all. But then you heard Jamie’s voice, you couldn’t work out what he was saying, but you knew it was him. 

“Pardon my language,” he began, raising his hand as if to excuse the rest of the crowd from what he was about to say, as he stared the person down as he spoke, “but why the fuck would he need to explain himself? That’s my boyfriend, and he almost didn’t come today because he was worried about cunts like you. If he wanted everyone to know, he would’ve told them, if you’re really a ‘fan’, like you say you are, you should’ve fucking known that.” 

Jamie placed the mic down on the floor as he followed you off stage. He felt a bit bad for the fans that had been waiting all day for the panel and had spent money on it, but right now you were his top priority. He guided you out to one of the private designated smoking areas, glad that no one else was around. 

“Jamie…” You murmured, your hands shaking by your sides. 

“Breathe, okay. Just like me, in… and out… and in…” 

He attempted to calm you down, to ground you again, and it was proving to be successful. 

“I just wanted the ground to swallow me up,” you confessed, “I just- I don’t understand.” 

Jamie kissed your forehead and ran his fingers through your hair. You couldn’t hold it back anymore. The feeling of not wanting to be here, knowing this could have been avoided, the fact that you were overwhelmed, you felt sick, and cold, and tired, and just your overall adoration for Jamie, it had all built up. You wrapped your arms around your boyfriend and buried your face in his chest, beginning to feel tears stain Jamie’s jumper. 

Jamie’s hands rubbed your back as he held you close, a small act that comforted you. This is all you need right now, to know he’s got you. He swayed you both side to side a little bit, kissing your forehead before resting his chin atop your head. 

“Have I told you how good you look today?” Jamie asked, and the corners of your mouth lifted into a smile. 

“You always do, J.” 

“And I always mean it,” he said softly.

“I don’t know if I want to go back out there.” You frowned, looking towards the door. 

“Then it’s a good job we don’t have to. We were leaving after that anyway.” 

“I just can’t believe they said that, though. I knew one day something was bound to come out but I thought I’d- I mean, I feel like- I didn’t think-”

“Hey, hey, hey,” Jamie soothed you, his hand gently placed on your cheek as he stopped you from overwhelming yourself again, “you didn’t know this was going to happen, okay? And I swear nothing’s going to change. I’ve always got you, never forget that, love.” 

“I know, Jamie, but my phone- I’m going to get flooded by comments and messages and-”

“Hey,” he took you by the shoulders, causing your attention to be back on him, “that doesn’t matter.” He said with a smile, “how about we get away for the weekend, just you and me. No phones, no social media, let’s just give it some time to calm down, okay? I don’t want you to get upset, seeing you like this just tears me apart. I love you so much, don’t forget that, darling.”

You smiled back at him, feeling tears begin to gloss your eyes again. However, these were happy tears. 

“How about we just leave, I just want to go home.” 

“Sounds good to me.” Jamie smiled as his hand continued to rub your back.

I'm watching someone's reaction to One Tree Hill 3x03 and this dude was saying fuck you to Lucas for saving Dan. That got me to thinking "well, Dan did save future people's lives so for me i'm glad that Lucas saved his life"

But then I got to thinking if Lucas had let Dan die then Nathan probably wouldn't have gotten involved with loan sharks because him going to Dan and being turned away coldly was a big instigator for him to go to the loan sharks. Also Deb may not have relapsed on pills so if Nathan were in desperate financial straits Deb probably would have been able to help him and Haley... as a result Nathan wouldn't have lost his scholarship to Duke. He would have gone to Duke and as a result he would be in a different locale so he probably wouldn't have gotten into that bar fight and then thrown through a plate glass window. As a result he and Haley would have been in a different locale because he would have been in the NBA also Haley wouldn't be quite so desperate for nanny so she wouldn't have hired Carrie. Because of that Jamie would not have been kidnapped so there would have been no need for Dan to save him also he wouldn't have needed to save Haley and Deb from Nanny Carrie. Nathan would have gone on to have a long career in the NBA because he wouldn't have back issues so he wouldn't have been a sports agent at that time so he wouldn't have been kidnapped and needing to be saved by Dan. That's not including Keith's life that would have been saved.

Ooooooffff what an episode.. it's morning here but I'm glad I've already watched it!

I was a bit bummed that we didn't get many meaningful Tedbecca scenes this time even though we had 69 minutes.. (I'm counting on the last episode now!!!) And I'm not so happy about that cinema shot from Sam to Rebecca either...

I'm glad we got enough time with Jamie and his inner demons, and the Roy/Keeley/Jamie scenes were wonderful!

Ted's mom is.. just like I expected her to be 😂 I'm so so glad she and Ted had a heart to heart but her telling him YOUR SON MISSES YOU?!

And THEN THEY LEAVE US IN THE DARK WITH REBECCA'S REACTION TO THE THIRD TRUTH BOMB?!

I mean I knew this was coming, we all knew but HELL we have to wait another week 😭

*Sorry this took so long. I've had some family emergencies pop up that have taken a toll on me mentally and physically. I've whined enough about them as it is so I won't do so again 🤦🏻‍♀️ I'll eventually get back in to the swing of things properly this week now that all has started to calm down.

"Hello?"

"Hey Tobias." Will said. "Dean and I are planning on going to Banners to watch the Bruins take on the Canadiens tonight. You in?"

"I can't. Chris is taking Sienna out for her birthday tonight. I have to babysit Jamie." Tobias explained.

Chris was walking past and paused upon hearing that.

"Uh huh." Tobias continued. "Have fun."

He ended the call and glanced up.

"Everything okay?" He asked when he noticed Chris struggling with her laughter.

"Yes." She nodded, fighting back a smile. "Um, Jamie fell asleep with his bottle so he should be good for a few more hours. I think I'll go ahead and get ready."

"Okay." He said slowly, wondering at the giggles that slipped past her lips.

Tobias glanced down to make sure he didn't have any spit up or anything on his shirt. He wasn't certain what about his appearance was amusing her to this extent.

"I won't be long." She told him.

"Take your..." His brow furrowed when she dashed upstairs. "time."

Shaking his head in realizing he would probably never truly understand his Chris; he stretched out on the couch, turned the volume on the baby monitor up, and settled in for a quiet night at home.

About an hour later, he sat up to whistle at her.

Chris grinned while doing a slow twirl.

"I don't know if I should let you leave looking like that." He rose to take her in his arms.

Chris pushed him away before he could kiss her.

"Sorry, but your behavior is entirely inappropriate."

He blinked at her hard tone.

"My what?"

"Your behavior." Chris rolled her eyes while digging through her purse. "I'm a married woman."

Tobias folded his arms and waited on her to finally make sense.

"Here." She handed him a twenty dollar bill.

"What's this for?" He asked.

"Your fee." Her lips trembled with laughter. "Isn't this what most babysitters make a night?"

"Babysitters?"

She nodded. "I'm sorry if your friends made plans, but you did agree to watch my baby this evening."

Tobias rolled his eyes while a grin formed.

"Here." Chris handed him another twenty. "If Jamie is still asleep by the time I get back, I'll throw in a bonus."

"What kind of bonus?" Tobias took her back in his arms.

"Ten more dollars." She stiffened in embrace. "But if you persist in this inappropriate behavior, I will be forced to take it out of your fee."

"You will, huh? And how much would this cost me?" He kissed her cheek.

"A dollar." She closed her eyes when his lips brushed hers. "That's definitely five more dollars."

He smirked while dipping down to kiss along the curve of her neck.

"Another five."

She gasped when he dropped down to his knees and tugged her skirt up.

Twenty minutes later, she was trying to right her appearance.

Tobias was once again on the couch. His smug smirk on full display as he watched Chris struggle to not look like she'd just tried to muffle her screams of his name mere seconds ago.

Once she was ready, she turned towards him.

"Do I look decent?"

His eyes traced the high color still showing on her cheekbones and the brightness of her eyes. Other than those telltale signs that she'd been ravished, she looked perfect.

"You do." Tobias got to his feet, swiped up the two twenties, and handed them back to her.

"Sorry, but this won't do." Chris told him.

"It won't?"

She shook her head, her own smile breaking forth while mirth swam in her eyes.

"Your behavior makes it where you now owe me at least two months of babysitting."

Tobias mocked a sigh. "Two huh?"

Chris nodded.

He braced his arm above her head and leaned forward. He paused right before his lips touched hers. His body was already responding to the thoughts he was having about all he'd love to do to his wife.

"When you get back, how about I owe you for a year's worth of babysitting?"

"A whole year?"

He nodded.

Chris looped her arms around his neck. She pressed a tender kiss to his lips, then deepened it when his hands drifted down her body.

"I should be home by eleven. We can then see just how much free babysitting you'll owe me."
