(This is for my fellow spot-and-jack-are-ex’s truthers)

So i listened to the uk’sies audio for the first time in a while and in the Something To Believe In scene i thiught tgat was spot talking cuz i’m an idiot but thats beside the point. It gave me an idea:

But it’s spot waiting on the roof. Specs didn’t show them, they knew from back when jack and them were together. They waited tgere fully ready to end jack man, spot was A N G R Y and HURT even more. (While waiting, spot saw some of jack’s newer drawings. Spot, living in Brooklyn most probably never have been to snyders refuge. So this would be the first time they see what it’s like in there. So they understood how badly jacj couldn’t go back there. (?) (this is optional))

When jacj gets up there they go “i can’t believe i trusted you when i literally knew i shouldn’t have” from behind him jump-scaring him and jack just goes “spot…” and then spot tells him that spilnt died and jack sees how empty they look and he breaks down or smt bc theres nothing he regrets like they way things between the two of them ended.

And basically instead of that whole thing with kath it’s them making up, and spot showing him katherines idea.

By making up i mean closure between the two of them but also jack tells spot about davey and how he couldn’t let anything happen to him and so they also make up about the whole selling-everone-out-thing. Spot gives him their blessing or aproval or whatever idek but like,,, the point is that spot, as jack’s ex, learns about him and davey.

god i just know this haunts jack for years

sweet paisley defiantly ends up with a fear of abandonment of sorts, stemming for both bio mom and y/n

because bio mom came in and left just as fast, and with y/n leaving it’s just something that stays in the back of her head for a while

OH MY GID IMAGINE HER FIRST DAY OF SCHOOL

the poor baby is clutching on to y/n and jacks sitting there chocking back tears because he knows why it elicits such a reaction from her:(

“it’s okay honey, we will be back to pick you up later.”

“you promise?” paisley cries. “i promise.” y/n says, “hug dadda goodbye now.” jack hugs her tightly.

“i promise we will be here to pick you up,” jack whispers.

In 1948, California was about to pass a law that would threaten to remove an unusual group of animals from the state, the capybara. A wild rodent found in tropical climates throughout South America, the capybara is the largest rodent in the word.

However, as the law was gaining traction, a very famous capybara, named Jacj in San Francisco stepped in to save the species’ future in the state. Jacj was a beloved pet whose owners were veteran animal control officer and his wife, Bob and Mary Mackay.

The story of Jacj’s mission to save the capybara first appeared in the San Francisco Examiner on July 16th, 1948. The Mackays had raised him since he was a baby, and the beloved capybara was featured taking walks in Golden Gate Park, attending grade-school classes at Sumner School, riding the bus, and performing other world-famous tasks.

Jacj’s captivating story and popularity with the public soon spread around the state, leading to widespread coverage in newspapers and magazines. Thanks to Jacj, the state’s sympathy towards the species began to increase, and eventually the law that would have banned them from the state was heavily amended.

This marked a major victory for Jacj and the capybaras in California, thanks to his efforts to bring public awareness to their plight. His mission has since gone down in history as one of the most effective animal rights campaigns of the 20th century, and continues to be remembered by animal lovers and advocates to this day.
