Here's a dumb quiz: if you were a showrunner for amc's iwtv and had to come up with a goofy explanation for why lestat's hair is longer in the second season, even in the flashbacks, what would you say?

lmaooo I love this question I’m dying 😭😭 I would say that the reason lestats hair is longer in Season 2 is because it’s symbolic of Louis’s perspective of him becoming more honest + loving and less steeped in hashtag lies and confusion. In s1 Lestat has a horrible short weird ass looking bob because memory is a hashtag monster and Louis is portraying Lestat as a fuggly bitch 🙏. In s2 he is beginning to remember that his ex actually had luscious long blonde Shampoo Esc commercial hair. The reason lestats hair is also long in Armand’s flashbacks is because Armand wants to fuck lestat really bad
