#kind of really needed the. read i got that sort of is making me sit my ass down & straighten myself out on shit.#ive been in a very dark headspace since the previous night… & just became really emotionally explosive which not good.#i dont. know where my head’s at. i really don’t.#but vulnerability & acknowledging this is. a start. ig.#things got really dark bc of personal stuff & also the dreams i had w ex fiance & M also did not help anything.#…an acknowledgment that this site carries more ties to trauma w ex fiance than i thought too (& i mean.#it makes sense when you consider i met him throuhh here)#i. im not sure what to think rn.
