#hush catríona#its been on the market since SEPTEMBER and um not to half-doxx myself but then that colossal chemical fire in GA happened#2 miles from my house :) the weekend after it went up for sale :)) then no offers other than RLY sketchy investment offers till mid december#then a Lot of back and forth w the buyer getting the loan CTC bc docs updating QC audit etc etc etc#AGONY.
