Soooo.... this week was a really hard week physically. I’ve had a lot of nerve pain down my legs and just could not workout much. My feet and toes have been going numb more this week...It was disappointing. This morning I woke up and felt ok so I decided to ride my bike till Abby got up.... well, she kept sleeping... 1 hour went by, then 1.5 hours.... then I just decided I can finish this.... I can finish the 2 hour group ride.... RIGHT after I hit 40 miles and 2 hours, Abby walked down stairs. I seriously would have likely stopped if she walked down 30 minutes before. Sometimes we forget how things were 1, 3, 10 years ago. Specially when we go through difficult times, we often get discouraged and forget how far we have come.
