Follow @designspodium Umbau eines 60er-Jahre Wohnblocks von @tegnestuenlokal in Kopenhagen Frederiksberg Das Kopenhagener Büro Tegnestuen Lokal schlug für die Sanierung des funktionalistischen Plattenbaus aus den 1960er Jahren einen radikalen Umbau der Fassade vor. Mit dem Ergebnis, nicht nur die Gebäudeansicht zur vielbefahrenen Straße zu verändern, sondern auch den Bewohner*innen Gemeinschaftsflächen und dadurch zusätzlichen Wohnraum zur Verfügung zu stellen. Eine neue äußere Schicht des Baus setzt sich nun oberhalb des Sockelgeschosses aus verglasten Erkern mit dreieckiger Grundfläche zusammen, die sich wie Waben in unterschiedlichen Breiten schräg aus der Fassadenfläche herausbilden. Nach innen sind die Erker als privat nutzbare Fläche konzipiert. Sie sind über die halböffentlichen Erschließungsgänge erreichbar. "Another Hidden Cave" Museum Arkeologi Gua Pawon, Padalarang, Jawa Barat . . Konsep utama bangunan ini adalah membuat 'gua yang lain' dengan memberikan ambience berada dalam sebuah gua. Konsep bentukan massa diambil dari kotak galian arkeolog. Kotak yang pipih juga dibuat untuk memberikan kesan respect terhadap konteks sekitarnya, terutama situs Gua Pawon. Konsep sirkulasi dalam bangunan dibuat naik dan turun dengan penggunaan ramp untuk memberikan pengalaman ruang yang lebih kaya. Konsep fasad bangunan yang sederhana, tanpa banyak ornamen, dan terkesan polos diambil dari bagaimana kesederhanaan manusia purba di jaman dahulu yang hanya menggunakan material dari alam. Konsep ruang dalam ialah membentuk suasana seperti di dalam gua dengan penambahan skylight sehingga cahaya matahari dapat menembus masuk ke ruangan pameran. How can we combine urban renewal with healthy densification? Didden Village is a rooftop house extension and the first project we realised in our home town of Rotterdam. ⁠⁠ ⁠⁠ Situated on top of an existing historical building and atelier, the bedrooms are conceived as separate houses, optimizing the privacy of every member of the family. The houses are distributed in such a way that a series of plazas, streets and alleys appear as a mini-village on top of the building.⁠⁠ ⁠⁠ The addition can be seen as a prototype for the further densification of the existing city, activating the roofscape and optimising urban space.
