girl your imaginary what now 👀👂
Have I not done the bear religion info dump here yet? Buckle up because I LOVE my bear religion
Okay so I have a wild west styled homebrew D&D setting that I’ve been developing on and off for a few years and one of my favorite parts is the race that is just Bears. Literal normal bears with human level intelligence. Their general lifestyle is pretty similar to normal bears as well – a usually solitary lifestyle full of eating and sleeping. However, when they do meet up with other bears, storytelling is a critical aspect of their culture. Mothers tell stories to cubs. Suitors tell stories as a part of courtship. When meeting at salmon runs or berry patches, they try to one up each other with stories. The stories included in these story sessions can range from personal stories (to catch each other up on what’s happened in their lives since they last met) to the legends and myths as part of their religion. Particularly talented story tellers are known as story keepers and are the equivalent of priests in the bear religion.
There are four gods in their religion, which match to the four seasons. There is The Father, The Mother, The Orphan, and The Bastard. The Mother, the goddess of spring, is always accompanied by a cub that then grows to become the new mother each year in a maiden-mother-crone esque cycle. The Father, who rules over fall, represents strength and virility and mates with the mother as part of her cycle. Each fall, male bears have the option of fighting The Father (if they can find him) and will take his place if they win. The Bastard, god of summer and overabundance, is a trickster with the head of salmon (which I always imagine stylized in a PNW First Nations art style). Finally, the Orphan is the goddess of winter, starvation, and death.
This set of four is also reflected in the way they tell their stories, which are traditionally told in sets of four; there should be a story of plenty, story of glory, a story of loss, and a story of cycle, generally in that order. In general, the story of plenty is either about good luck or cleverness. Somehow, the protagonist gets rewarded for doing as little physical labor as possible. Comedic stories are common in the story of plenty. The story of glory is similar to the story of plenty in that the protagonist wins, but differs in that they must overcome some sort of challenge or hardship. The story of loss is the exact opposite of the story of glory. Sometimes the loss is small, sometimes large, sometimes at the end of a long struggle or sometimes just a random act of fate, but one way or the other, the protagonist loses. The story of cycle is the most nuanced – it is required to have some sort of symmetry in its telling. Common themes in the story of cycle include birth, growing up, seasons, bad habits, romance, returning home, etc.
One more element that I’m particularly proud of is that there are also polar bears in the far far North of this setting (which has absolutely no bearing on the potential D&D game except that is allows me to think of MORE BEAR CULTURE). Their pantheon is almost exactly the same except their summer and winter gods are flipped. Their version of The Orphan (renamed The Drowned in the North) rules over summer instead of winter and is represented by a thin, starved male polar bear that is always dripping wet. Conversely, their version of The Bastard (Called The Dancer by those that like her and The Harlot by those that don’t) rules over winter and has a stylized seal head instead of a salmon head.
Oh man I have so much more bear details I love talking about my bears

SEASON FINALE TRIVIA !!!!!! this includes 23 and 24. i hope youre having fun :)
- yakko does the intro and says "welcome to just rolled with it the show after the show where we talk about how awesome i am :)" and hes right for that
- JUST GENERALLY PRAISING YAKKO FOR HIS PERFORMANCE AS ASHE. grizzly goes "i honestly forgot you were a guest player i just want you to stay here forever now"
- bizly and yakko the night before they recorded this were up late thinking about just . goofy scary things for the trickster to do. like what if the floor is lava but REAL. what if his ARMS GOT LONG. shit like that
- BIZLY WAS GETTING EMOTIONAL DURING THE SCENE RIGHT BEFORE ASHE FULLY TURNS INTO THE TRICKSTER. which is HUGE because its a running joke in riptide that bizly never gets emotional during character moments and grizzly is like. the big crybaby about it. polar opposites of the getting emotionally immersed in roleplay
- grizzly: i know out of character we had to leave ashe here because it works for the story and also youre a guest and cant stay forever but in character, dakota would NEVER do that willingly. if circumstances were just a little different i think william and vyncent wouldve had to physically drag him out of there" :(
- OVERLORD WAS NOT ORIGINALLY AN ALLIGATOR. HE WAS NOT AN ALLIGATOR FIVE MINUTES BEFORE HE WAS REVEALED . OVERLORD BECAME AN ALLIGATOR THE MOMENT BIZLY SAID ".... i gotta do it"
- yakko: i kinda feel bad that i just one punch deleted the big supervillain thats been hyped up for the whole season
grizzly: no, look. we've been joking for like 5 episodes now about how our characters could never beat an alligator. and we were right!
- "it took a god to beat a gator" "i feel like youd see that on the front of a church in florida" "whats a king to a god. whats a god to a gator"
- condi: "hey! so the beginning of the episode! pretty wacky! remember when we fought whirlwind?"
charlie: "no. no i dont."
- grizzly: "i almost find myself sympathizing with the villains sometimes because we're just so annoying"
yakko: "every villain we've gone up against is just thinking 'man, these kids are LOSERS'"
- grizzly: "i genuinely never want to speak to mark again"
charlie: "if he breaks out of prison i will go to every length to put him back in. i hate him. i hate him so much" THIS WAS LITERALLT UNPROMPTED?!?!?!?!! WHY DO THEY HATE HIM SO MUCH. FREE MY MAN !!!!!!!!!
- when they first got into the room, charlie condi and yakko thought thetubes were gonna open and 4 regular gators were gonna come out to fight them. grizzly thought it was gonna be wavelength betraying them with the other lieutenants (AGAIN. WHY ALL THE MARK WINTERS HATE. I DONT UNDERSTAND)
- QUICK BACKSTORY RECAP BY GRIZZLY. basically verbatim to how hes saying it.
vyncent: is from another world. looked up to an adventuring party. (condi: the important part was the whole "monsters that dont look like monsters" thing)
william: theres a bunch of ghosts spirits monsters in deadwood and he and his friends were investigating them until one day he followed a wisp into a forest and fell down a hole and died and came back as a wisp and now all the monsters and ghouls are out to get him so he had to leave deadwood so his friends and family wouldnt be in danger (charlie: well when you put it like that it sounds so much lamer)
ashe: had a trickster book and the trickster killed his mom. idk why he thought that was a good idea. actually, when you got possessed by the trickster the first time, howd you get him back in the book? (bizly: theres more to that story you guys havent learned yet so im not gonna just tell you. you have to figure that stuff out in character)
- dakota: (from charlie this time) uhh your parents died and you take risks and jump off things and then one day a girl jumped off a thing with you and you grabbed her but then also died like william wisp because we like falling off of things and getting superpowers apparently so you fell off something and got superpowers and then you left the hospital before they coukd tell you anything and you ran into the woods where you met a strange old man that taught you how to fight stuff i guess (grizzly: i never actually wrote what happened to the girl in my backstory. bizly: because you wouldnt KNOW)
- dakota adrenaline junkie........ (grizzly: its worse now because he has powers and he can do all the things he used to and MORE. and SURVIVE)
- they all believe tide was mind controlled from the time he went to talk to whirlwind by himself after they beat him. bizly says he misspoke and describes some things wrong, tide wasnt actually mind controlled until they were actually in the building. he kept rolling saves for him and every time he just rolled like garbage so he never broke out of it
- its a 2/3 split on how theyre planning to react to the heroes. vyncent and william are bitter about it because neither of them are used to living in a place with a lot of heroes so they dont know how all of this is supposed to work. theyre angry that the heroes never showed up when they needed them and the one time they actually do come its just MINUTES too late after their friend had to basically sacrifice himself to save them instead. dakota, who grew up in and around the city basically worshipping superheroes, doesnt understand why theyd be so angry.
- the reason overlord knew they were coming is because the gunman from the whirlwind fight got away. he instantly came back to overlord and told him to expect pd soon because they beat whirlwind
I FORGOT YAKKO WAS A GUEST PLAYER TOO. i was like man i love ashe im so glad he's here <3 completely forgetting that yakko was in fact a guest and would not a permanent member of the campaign. ashe winters i miss u i miss u so much. pls tell me he comes back at some point bc I KNOW WE HAVE NOT SEEN THE LAST OF ASHE I FUCKING KNOW WE HAVEN'T. THE TRICKSTER IS STILL OUT THERE THEY WOULDN'T HAVE MADE A BIG DEAL OF THE TRICKSTER IF HE WASN'T GONNA BE A MAJOR PLOT POINT EVENTUALLY. IF YOU TELL ME ANYTHING TELL ME WE SEE YAKKO AGAIN PLS I MISS HIM
aghg they so would have dragged ashe out of there if it were up to the characters..... they would have.... he's a prime defender he's their friend :(
insane that dakota and william both fell off something and died and then got superpowers from it. ghostkicks parallels. im gonna eat drywall
oughg yeah i can see now that i started s2 that william and vyncent r bitter about the superheroes. and they're RIGHT the heroes should have HELPED!!!! these other heroes are GROWN UPS and these are LITERAL CHILDREN!!!!!!!! THESE KIDS SHOULDN'T HAVE HAD TO DO EVERYTHING ON THEIR OWN!!!!!!!!
ty for all of the trivia mac <3 i will now continue ep1 of s2 they're fighting a mind controlled le frog rn and it's going actually somewhat okay!!! so far!!!!!!! nothing bad ever happens in prime defenders <3

King, Warrior, Magician, Lover Robert Moore, Doug Gillette
In modern culture, however, initiation is a pseudo-ritual with no real substance. Joining the military, or a gang, might seem like the way to become a man, but those establishments warp the essence of masculinity and do more harm than good. They follow the patriarchal way of “manning up,” which is destructive at its core.
The masculinity crisis can be corrected using our inner blueprints. According to Jung, we behave under archetypes — a set of patterns passed down from our ancestors. We can find many archetypes in nature; for example, a baby duck knows to look for a “caretaker” or “mother” when it hatches. We, as humans, seek the archetypes of “mother” and “father,” whether our actual parents fit into the standard description or not.
The four male archetypes arise from four immature masculine energies. By exploring them, man can get a better understanding of their psyche. ~ Robert Moore, Doug Gillette
1.nDivine Child is the primal force inside every boy. It brings peace while being dependent and weak. Finding the connection to the Divine Child within reaps many benefits.
Moore and Gillette explain that an archetype has its Shadow forms. The first is the High Chair Tyrant, who is sure that the world revolves around him. He cannot take criticism and would never take advice. The opposite is the Weakling Prince, whose passive nature won’t let him break out of being the victim. Finding how the Shadows manifest will help you access the creativity of the Divine Child.
2. Next is the Precocious Child, whose curiosity pushes you to learn and share knowledge. Its shadow forms, however, aren’t so helpful. You’ve met the Know-It-All before. He’s sure he’s superior and cannot fathom why the people around him still don’t know that. He likes putting everyone down, which can work great on an inflated ego. This immature energy often comes from envy. Not being sure of his worth, the Trickster comes for others, continuing the cycle of abuse. The Dummy, on the other hand, takes the victim role. He is slow to grasp things and is always a little out of it, which is frequently just a facade.
3. While all boyish archetypes partly connect to the archetypal energy of Mother, this connection is the Oedipal Child’s main trait. In his spirituality, he wants to connect and be one with Mother. As the Greek legend of Oedipus tells us, being too close to Mother will only cause pain, which brings us to the first Shadow form — the Mama’s Boy. In his chase of union with Mother, he jumps from woman to woman and indulges in pornography and masturbation. His polar opposite, the Dreamer, gets caught up in the spirituality of his search. Instead of being productive, he’s stuck in his dreams and aspirations.
4. Although the most advanced, the Hero prevents men from reaching maturity, which is more evident in its Shadow. The Grandstander Bully is the heroic type. His risk-taking and dominant nature put him at the center of attention. He knows his worth but forgets about his limitations. The passive Coward will run away from conflict rather than defend himself. The Hero won’t let the man ask for a hand when needed. But when the Hero dies, he leaves a place for growth. The boy can now be a man.
“The archetypes within every man are the King, the Warrior, the Magician, and the Lover.
Like the Divine Child, the King is central. His core function is to access the order from the Divine World and make it a reality in his kingdom.”
A king's audience isn’t for him to boast but to recognize what his people are contributing. ~ Robert Moore, Doug Gillette
What we often see is instead the Shadow King — either the Tyrant or the Weakling. The Tyrant is only interested in himself and thinks the others are only there to serve him. He will exploit anyone who shows a sign of vulnerability to cover his own because on the other side of the King’s Shadow is the Weakling. His lack of inner structure makes him paranoid that the people hurt by the Tyrant will come to get him.
To stop the Tyrant or the Weakling from manifesting, the parents need to pay attention to how they treat the grandiosity of the Divine Child. They need to get the boy out of his high chair and give him affirmation simultaneously. Similarly, accessing the King means keeping the perfect distance between the archetype and our Ego. Think of the King's energy as the Sun. It's at the center, and a planet — the Ego — is moving around it. Get too close, and you become the arrogant Tyrant, taking the place of a star. But move too far away — and you won’t get any King energy at all. By accessing the King the right way, we will find the peace and calm within us that allows us to love, nurture, and care.
The calm Warrior is the energy you need to fight for the good things in life
Unlike the Hero who leaps into battle without giving it much thought, the Warrior knows what he’s capable of in a given situation. He is aware of the risks, and his body and mind are working together in sync to prevent the worst from happening.
What drives the warrior is his commitment — not to himself, but to a goal, an idea, or a person. He is so devoted that he becomes emotionally detached. It lets him keep a leveled head, but he will not resort to cruelty while in touch with other archetypes.
If the Warrior’s Shadow traps a man, his family won’t get the affection they long for. Emotional distance gives the Sadist a chance to act. The Sadist loves to destroy. His cruelty is directed at the weaker person, potentially resulting in domestic abuse. The Sadist will hurt others and also the man himself, eating him from the inside. When we are not secure inside and do all we can to suppress another shadow — the Masochist, its signs are already at play. The Masochist makes a man feel weak. He won’t stand up when people step on him. He’ll take every attack until the rage of the Sadist comes out.
Losing connection to the Warrior poses a significant threat of falling into the passive side of its shadow. We won’t have the strength to get things done. But correctly accessing this energy will enable us to find the courage and power we need. By combining this energy with the King, the Magician, and the Lover, we can have compassion and create instead of destroy.
The Magician uses technology and wisdom for the betterment of people
From the shamans of Aboriginal tribes to the lawyers and scientists of modern civilization, all are driven by the Magician energy, which develops technology to better our lives.
Those led by the Magician archetype in its fullness hold special knowledge and pass it on to others to benefit the world. ~ Robert Moore, Doug Gillette
It’s the archetype that sees hidden truth. In history, it’s the advisor that guides the king to make the right decision. It also teaches our observing Ego and keeps the other archetypes’ influences at bay. The Magician energy keeps the Warrior from making rash decisions and benefits from its urge to spring into action.
Our technological age, while very advanced, is also the time of the Shadow Magician. We cannot deny the disastrous effects technology has had on our planet because of the wrongdoings of the Manipulator and the Innocent One.
On the active pole of the Shadow, The Manipulator doesn’t use his wisdom for good. He withholds information to benefit only himself while hurting others in the process. A man possessed by the Manipulator observes life stuck in his calculations and doesn’t actually live it.
The passive pole is just as harmful. The Naive One does not share knowledge either. He wants the Magician's prestige while avoiding the effort it takes to earn it. As many Shadows we’ve discussed, he comes from a place of envy.
Losing touch with the Magician won’t let us have the clarity in thinking that we need to make decisions, be sure of them, and follow the chosen path.
To connect with the inner Magician, your Ego needs to be separate from your emotions. Try a focusing exercise created by philosopher and psychologist Eugene Gendlin. When you experience intense emotions, pretend you are putting them in the middle of the room, sit back, and observe. This way, you can separate them from your Ego but not repress them. Once you tame your emotions, they won’t have overwhelming power over your Ego.
The Lover energy is a joy for life
All the forms of love that we know, romantic or brotherly, are manifestations of the Lover. Its function is to satisfy our desires — physical, social, emotional, etc. Using his sensuality, a man guided by the Lover feels the connectedness of the world. He loves to experience life and gets great joy from it.
The Lover archetype is open-minded, so it often conflicts with conventional rules and even the other three archetypes. ~ Robert Moore, Doug Gillette
The active Shadow of the Lover, the Addict, is so sensitive to the outside world that he gets pulled into his feelings too far. The Addict is lost and restless. He is constantly looking for something to connect with, always unsuccessful. Because the Addict is a grown-up Mama’s Boy, he tries to escape femininity by living on a “fix” of masculine joy, leading to issues with boundaries, discipline, and authority. All these problems eventually hurt him and the ones around him.
When we disconnect from the Lover energy, we are possessed by the Impotent Lover. Unlike the active Shadow, this passive one doesn’t allow us to feel our lives to the full extent. The Impotent Lover has no passion, no motivation, and no connection. He is depressed. His sex life is basically nonexistent. When he hits rock bottom, the Addict will come in to try and save him by indulging in short-term satisfactions.
Accessing the Lover energy in its fullness gives us enthusiasm for a life driven by deep spirituality. The Lover is the glue that keeps the other masculine energies connected with reality while they help him in return. The King won’t let him get lost in the chaos of his creativity. The Magician makes the Lover step back from his emotions and reflect. The Warrior pushes him into action. In connection with three energies, the Lover will help us live a fuller life and find joy in it that we can then share with others.
“Growing up is by no means an easy task. Giving up your childish ways and finding maturity takes a lot of effort. This journey seems intimidating, but little by little, we can try to reach our full potential.”
Now that we’ve learned about boyish and male energies, their Shadows, and how they are connected, let’s see how we can access them. What we need to do first and foremost is know the way shadow forms present themselves. Humility will be the key to this knowledge.

The Reckoning of Your Generational Curse
Pick the picture(s) that you're drawn to the most, then scroll down to read its corresponding message regarding the nature of the generational curse(s) in your lifetime.
Tumblr media
*°•~☆🚀☆~•°*☆🚀☆~•°*☆🚀☆~•°*☆🚀☆~
~•Picture 1 •~
Tumblr media
Your generational curse reenacts itself by starting off with a "splatter". A deformity in your reputation that may have made your family ostracized by society.
The nature of your curse is a trickster. It doesn't necessarily damage you on the outside , however, it does damage you from the inside. I see a consistent chain of success, driven by fear and mental exhaustion of trying to correct a mistake but failing to realize that it was never yours to correct in the first place.
I'm strongly picking up the theme of opposing energies. In your picture, there's Saturn, but I see two moons facing inside it, both waxing and waning. I feel that this represents the duality of your curse. The moon and Saturn are opposites, but are also known as sisters based off how unifying they are despite their differences. Pile 1, on the outside you embody Saturn. You are hardworking, disciplined with the expectation of being the next to justify your family's legacy and honor which is without a doubt, pressuring because so much time was given with the belief that slow and steady is what it took to win the race, therefore, years and lifetimes were the price. Inside, you clearly embody the moons that I saw inside that ball of Saturn, but overtime, it's powerful influence starts to seep in onto its lunarian polar opposite.
Another Karmic pattern that I'm noticing here, that seems very sacral, mainly revolves around the women in the family. Saturn also represents authority, no matter the moral, because I feel that there's a prominent dictatorship on what the women in your family do with their womb. I'm getting unwanted pregnancies, early parenthood, arranged marriages, gender roles, and shame around sexuality. This can even mean controlling and withholding what to do with your creative energies or when to use them. Whatever your situation may be, it all boils downs to the two oppressors present in this ordeal. One being the external world and two is simply yourself, yet ironically the most difficult out of the two. Simultaneously, the obstacles thrown in your way and the abrasive voices shouting at you with the intent of forcing you into a mold, there's also the universe harmoniously aligning you with the path that's truest to yourself. The people before you were met with the same proposition but blindly did they walk pass it. With the two of swords here in your spread, it shows a woman sitting down, blindfolded, with a sword in both of her hands, and peering in the back is the Moon in its waxing crescent form. The phase represents new and beginnings and with the opposing energies that I mentioned earlier is this resistance to allow these new beginnings to happen, to allow space for change, and to allow these "splatters" to be recognized as also a masterpiece. Instead of melting away the traditional facets that worked once before, fear to stray away and follow your heart allows the reckoning of the curse to happen because of how your bloodline was scrutinized in the past, but instead of creating anew based off what felt right, your people turned around to instead do what looked correct to society, so then lied the untouched potential, the neglected passion, what could have been their happiness, therefore, their new beginnings had also become a thing of their past.
The curse isn't the only thing that you inherited. There's an heirloom in your lineage that isn't of this material world. It's spiritually embedded. It is your courage to spontaneously embrace who you are, flaws and all, as a person that actively lives out their ambition and dreams. It's your birthright, so why aren't you using it?
There's also a message from this pile's inner child to not be afraid or procrastinate in creating the new pages in your bloodline's story. Like the sister signs, accept your curse as it's duality was meant to teach you what it meant to break free from those barriers as a complex individual and not simply just black and white. For so long, those pages were kept blank in order to halt any opportunity for another mistake, flaw, or "splatter" to happen, when really all along they were meant for you to finger paint it.
~• Picture 2•~
Tumblr media
Your generational curse is hidden under the guise of "purification". There's a subtle occult vibe here that's not directly shown on any of the cards, it presents itself as a mellow secret as if that's the point.
Many of you in this pile could be healers, spell workers, lightworks, and/or diviners. There's this spiritual warfare in your lineage, a division between ancestors relating to religion vs the "taboo". A battle between philosophies.
For those that were raised in a strict religious environment, you probably believe yourself to be the first in your family to practice outside of religion but you are not. You are actually bring back out a light that was wrongfully convicted of being the likened to the dark.
There's magic in your lineage meant for you to reclaim after so many years of it being locked away and forgotten.
Instead of the these traditions and sacred knowledge preserved and passed down, they were believed to stray away from because some of your ancestors believed that it only contributed to their demise.
You're being called to go back to your roots by not just continuing on with your interest in the occult but by also studying your genealogy and searching for lost archives because you may find out the truth about something in your family that might shock you. As it may shock you, it isn't meant to scare you but to enlighten you. One part of your people in the spirit realm aren't that concerned about you dwelling more into the occult. They care more about your autonomy, and to partake in it because you want to do it, but without persecution like they have faced in their days of living.
They watch over you, closely, and have witnessed your independent tenacity and anger over feeling like you have to constantly defend yourself. They also know about your silent woes and weariness of feeling like you're the black sheep. They admire your strength and they urge you to keep rebelling against anyone and anything that interferes with you creating the life that you want. The people around you may not understand, your family might not either, but it isn't your responsibility to make them. This is your life.

The reckoning of your curse lies in the thin line between codependency and hyper-independence. I'm picking up two groups in this pile, this could also be present in both sides of your family.
For the first group, I kept channeling "We Know the Way" from Moana. This could mean traveling literally, but metaphorically, I'm seeing a certain individual that's constantly looking for a home outside of themselves. They know how to adjust and blend into different environments and are always willing to merge, but they end up losing sight of who they are by themselves. They live their life through mirroring others.
In the second group, I'm seeing kind of the opposite. This individual is not necessarily mean, but is not a social butterfly like the other person. They are more of a hermit. While the other person is knowledgeable because of their humble nature, this person is more arrogant. However, they are talented with their innovative thought process. They have a tantalizing way of using their voice and their words are extremely effectual, but they use it to their demise and seem to always get themselves in trouble.
Whichever the scenario may be, the main thing that they have in common is their lack in using their abilities to create a name for themselves. They either stay on the sidelines or follow behind others when really they're meant to lead and actually guide others through humanitarianism.
~•Picture 4•~
Tumblr media
Your generational curse is actually subjective. You view it as a curse, others share the same perspective, while some may view it as a blessing.
There's this enticing beauty that runs in your family. Even if you don't feel like it, there's this femme fatale energy that other people accuse you/your family members of having. You tend to be in the spotlight, but you absolutely do not like the attention, because even the good gets overwhelming with the bad. Your curse embodies the post hoc fallacy. Whenever you accomplish something or encounter a tower moment, people automatically assume that it's because of your looks. The whispers turn into a cacophony of taunts and the people that do it, never seem to realize that they are cruelly dehumanizing you.
The people with the lens that see it as a blessing are able to because they notice your resilience and confidence to shake it off and say to hell with what other people think of you because their opinion isn't really needed nor does it matter. You're able to pinpoint that you aren't defined by your beauty, mistakes, or the way that other people treat you. You define that all on your own and I think that's powerful.

I never heard any of the tales of Reynard, so could you describe some of the characters that inspired your fae?
its worth looking into.
Overall there is a bunch of variation/Interpretation on the story, even with the limited translation. Some of the French Court were totally original to the concept (Heehaw) and some recycled (Brocc). Overall, I'm pretty flexible with interpretation.
Tales of Reynard are a dark comedy- which, i feel, fits the idea of Fae very well. It's one of the most influential beast mock-epics of french """""""origin"""""""" which is way more fitting of something (that should be) uniquely french.
this is, however, coming from an American. But I don't care. We tried giving the french a chance and they just appropriated chinese myscisism in the worst way and even gave us a ton of racist stuff and copied marvel's homework instead.
Reynard, of course, is Trixx. The title protagonist, but hardly heroic, of the tales. A trickster, a liar- a murderer (amongst the tamer things) is a character who serves only his own whims and desires and cares only for the well-being their own family. While, a largely heroic character in the French Court- using their wit and cleverness for the greater good, they are still reviled by the majority of the other fae for various slights and.. murder attempts.
Royale is King Nobel the Lion... who is arrogant and selfish and greedy, and very foolish. Royale isn't a 1-1 though, and is more a representation of that "holier than thou" attitude... able to keep that role as the king of the fae via brute strength and a LOT of power... which is ironic, considering that Brocc and Trixx are able to sway him easily with honeyed words.
Tikki is the Queen Lion, with some elements of Hirsent the she-wolf. I would say her role is the most different, as the Lion Queen is a paranoid individual and a largely minor role... Tikki is very much not. She was once a lion kwami as well, until she fell in love with Plagg, who fostered her sense of self-confidence and sense of individuality- so her fur fell out and she became a ladybug instead of a mirror of Royale- with bright red chitin and black spots where Plagg had kissed her. (I'm a sucker for romance and in this house we love Plikki.) She is the only fae that is able to subdue Royale through anything other than Trickery with vicious ex-wife energy.
Plagg is Tybalt the Cat. Loyal servant to the king, and was sent to retrieve Reynard for a court hearing, and was beaten half to death by farmers after being tricked. Plagg has a hatred of Trixx and Brocc, but is willing to work with them for the greater good.
Plagg and Tikki together are some of the strongest kwami, and are still on the court due to Null being a threat. However, they are also trappped inside magical artifacts,
Brocc is Grimbard the badger, advisor to the king and is absolutely in it for themselves and for Reynard. Brocc's only allignment is for Trixx, otherwise, is a manipulator with a golden tounge.
Orikko is Chanticleer, who came before Nobel with damning evidence that Reynard was an awful creature- as Reynard had murdered and eaten his daughter. Other tales- especially about Chanticleer specifically, feature Reynard as antagonist. Court-wise, He is one of the few that can actually outsmart Trixx- thus, they have a fierce rivalry. Orikko is noble, dutiful, and hardworking but proud. I would describe him as more knightly than most other characters here.
Awoo is Isengrim- vicious and strong, he is easily tricked by Reynard and the two are constantly at each other's throats. I believe in most versions, Reynard ends up killing Isengrim in a duel.
Hunni is Bruin the Bear and Rukenawe the Ape (i dont like monkeys so she is not a member of the court skjdfhlksda), lazy and stupid. Hunni is lazy and selfish, but hardly stupid. Otherwise, she often comes to blows with Heehaw- as they are polar opposites. She will exert her strength in exchange for.. food, pampering, or the end of the world (which would interrupt her lounging, honestly.) She's a good conversationalist when she's in the mood, and actually is very insightful- especially if sugared up with treats and not asked to move from her warm spot.
Fluff is Kyward the Hare, i think Reynard ends up eating him for the crime of.. trusting him. Fluff is very flighty and kinda stupid, but also has elements of... and yall'regunna hate me for this but, Hammy from Over the Hedge.
Heehaw is Baldwin the Donkey.. of which i cannot find much about.. But his part in the original was more a folk tale about how flatterers will win great prizes but laborors are mistreated and hardly intertwines with the Reynard tale (as far as I could find, he i think he was a doctor???). But he has elements of Rukenawe the Ape as well, who was an advisor and mentor to Reynard.. Heehaw is nothing of the sort, and acts as a wise ear to the others and acts more like the true leader of the Fae. He's a kind, patient, and understanding fae who approaches things bluntly and with honesty. He is a believer in hard work and perseverance. Thusly, he often comes to blows with Hunni.

(jumping up and down as an opportunity to combine my gaming obsessions with my actual job as a therapist arises) oh, oh, I know the answer to this one!
The Persona games are based heavily on C.G. Jung's theories, and Persona 5 is actually ATLUS's most faithful interpretation of these theories to date. In this context, "the Trickster" is an archetype, so a primal conceptual framework allowing us to instinctively assign meaning to certain qualities, thoughts, behaviors and even images. As a cognitive pattern, the Trickster relates to change, fluctuation, fluidity, crossing boundaries, breaking overly hermetic patterns and existing in many different modes/forms/planes at once - among other things. The existence of the conceptual framework of the Trickster in our minds allows us to effortlessly, subconsciously identify these concepts as they appear around us, and place ourselves in some relation to them.
The thing is, since archetypes contain all possible expressions of their content, no one can ever embody a whole entire archetype. We can only ever embody some of its aspects. What's more, while the archetype itself can be seen as neither malign nor benign, once we get our grubby human hands on it and tangle it into our human understanding of ethics it can be expressed constructively or destructively. In simple terms: the collection of concepts forming "the Trickster" is neither good nor bad, but we make it good or bad by how we act on it.
So! BOTH Akira and Goro are aligned with the Trickster archetype. But Akira embodies its more positive, constructive side, while Goro was pulled more towards its dark, destructive side. (I'd love to delve into a psychological explanation of how their circumstances forced this particular outcome, but it'd be a whole ass academic essay so perhaps another time.) In this sense, they aren't as much fated rivals, as complementary opposites - very much two sides of the same coin. It makes sense that they would be drawn together, because each perceives a reflection of himself in the other. But their closeness is also a source of tension, because while an archetype is vast enough to contain polarities, our poor meow meow human minds can't really do that very well, and need to choose one side or the other to align with.
Interestingly, this might also be why so many people have strong feelings about their relationship. We unconsciously recognize the archetypal pattern between them and feel compelled to determine where we stand in relation to it!
(Thats all, thank you for coming to my TED talk.)
This may be a point that people in the Persona 5 fandom already made but let me say it so my brain won’t become rotten.
I find that very funny that while Joker is called the Trickster by many people in the game starting with Igor, we have Akechi, the rival, the one who has a very deep frenemies relationship with said Joker…
Who has Loki, the litteral TRICKSTER GOD, for a persona.
I’m not saying the fated rivalry is really really deep and I’m sensing gay subtext BUT

Oooooo, do you have any other theories for what the other animal mask spirits did
Oh, there are so many but let's try with at least, the season of prophecy.
Tumblr media
We are aware of the Guide Spirit wearing an Anubis mask. As all of you are aware I theorized that before the... Well, I call it "The End" but I am sure everyone calls it something different. Well before "The End" everyone who died simply... died. And rebirth was awarded to a rare few. We see gravestones all over the entire continent. They become denser and more common in certain areas. But whatever "The End" was. It was the beginning of the decline of whatever intelligent life was left. With little to few left alive.
Why am I mentioning this?
Because on the Prophecy Murals we see the bodies of the dead. Meaning, at the time when these supposed disciples were being trained by the ancients for these trials, they were training for their own lives. If they failed, they died. And that was it.
Anubis is the god of Burial, Dead, and the Afterlife. Meaning that whatever guide spirit was there, wearing that mask probably had to go into these areas and retrieve the bodies of those who failed the trials. And as we can see, only one made it out of them all. That's... that's a lot of bodies. But that's the first spirit! Let's move on.
Tumblr media
Turtle Prophet of Water:
Assuming that all these myths are based on different African Cultures and Myths, due to the hair, styles, and of Course Anubis. Had to do a little extra research on her, but according to what I can tell Turtles are creatures of both land and sea. They are slow, intelligent, and strong. Able to whether the best and worst of situations quickly and easily. Makes sense considering their trial.
However, I think they paid particular interest to the Wayuu people in the north most of South Africa. The sea turtle is thought to protect you from illness caused by evil spirits and eating its meat is thought the minimize their mourning pain and suffering. Of Course, this could be way off, most of my research was from google. But if this is true it would make sense as to why you learn a breathing technique specifically made to calm you down. Turtle Prophet seems to have been a healer and a peace giver.
Spider Prophet of Earth:
Tumblr media
Spiders are mostly tricksters in a lot of myths and legends coming from Africa. The strongest stories come from West African Myths. There he is the god of Knowledge and Storytelling. A king of tricks and storytelling is actually pretty remarkably accurate. If you look above you see some musical notes accompany him. As most stories were told entirely orally or with music for most of African Culture it makes sense.
I believe this prophet may have been a storyteller, maybe recorded some stories himself. Probably even worked in the vaults.
Bat Prophet of Air:
Tumblr media
Wow, this was hard to research. But a little time and effort and I found some information. Had to look through a lot of my notes kids so bear with me.
Bats are a little vaguer. From what I can gather most of the information regarding them is tied to their ability to navigate through the dark. They are thought to be extremely intelligent, and along with representing death and rebirth also represent navigating through dark times.
This said I believe this Spirit could have been a mapmaker of the realms, or even of the trials. We see maps on the walls and there is no doubt in my mind that their ability to fly as well as navigate was highly useful for the trials. They could probably very quickly go through all the trials without an issue and map all of them out. I do believe they were paired with air though because the fundamental skills of navigation as well as traveling are involved in the wind trial. I hate the wind trial by the way... least favorite to do, I refuse.
Lion Prophet of Fire:
Tumblr media
Not much of a surprise but the Lions are more of a symbol of strength, power, and reliability. Can also be a negative symbol too, of laziness. Two polar opposite things. There is a lot to do with lions in dreams and what they mean.
Mainly lions were deities of war it seems in Africa. Still, I like the other things.
I think he may have been the main builder. Probably the only one who was told what to do and what to lift. Probably worked in the wasteland a lot before the trials. Definitely more of the muscle than the brains of this whole thing.
***
Phew, this was a lot I hope you all enjoyed it! I am so tired now. LOL! Goodnight.

This character is owned by a friend of mine. They are conjoined twin demigods in their universe, stitched together by a higher up. They are based on black & white holes, and are polar opposites. Due to the fact (theory) that if a white hole and a black hole were to meet they would get nutruelized, we came to the compromise to have them in chronic pain, constantly holding each other back. They desperately want to be one another. White, is narcissistic, they believe they are better than black, and most of the people in their court, and no one is treating them as such. They are seen as the perfect side, the selfless side, always being so put together, such a well person. They are not able to share the way they feel about anything due to this. (the event horizon of a white hole is deemed as “the point of no admission,” which is why they cannot let anyone in) While Black, is an oversharer. (the event horizon of a black hole is deemed as “the point of no return”) They constantly act so much better than everyone else, and are known to do so (despite the fact this comes from great insecurity) Black is a trickster, constantly taking from others, even White. White is constantly giving, even to Black. Neither of them are villians in their relationship. White & black holes are equally destructive, both of them can cause a huge physical, mental, and emotional impact on the people around them, and will do so if pushed far enough. These two, deep down NEED each other, to keep them restrained. They will continue to suffer, unless given a different opportunity to separate that won't destroy anything. (yes, I am aware that white holes are a theory with a small amount of evidence, but its interesting so shhh)

The Witch Class Analysis
Witches are one of the most well-known and recognizable figures across countless pieces of mediums of media. From the tales parents tell their children in the dark to frighten them, to the pieces of art depicting old, ragged women in dark dresses, pointed hats, and whose skin is boiled and green. They are something that has been around for centuries, though often are left to either be whispered about in hushed tones or written into the skins of trees with the finest of ink. Witches are those who have a reputation for being ruthless, conniving, tricky people who only exist to bring torment and loss to others. They are the voices who sing so lovingly from the darkness of the woods, luring away the yearnful hearts of adults and the curious minds of children. They are the ones who live where no man dares to tread, whether it is in the darkest of woods or the marshiest of bogs. They defy all odds, as well as go against every last expectation the society they are born into. Witches live to be rebellious, to be their own person, and to achieve what cowards are far too afraid to even imagine. Do not think for a second that the Witch Class is exempt from any of this stigma, either, as the people, characters, and fanbase themselves have proven that Witches are still those highly polarized figures. Many have heatedly debated as to whether those attached to the Class of Witch are good in their intentions, or if there is always another motive at foot - if they are serving and bringing everyone along towards a higher purpose.
If you think the easiest solution is to merely walk up to a Witch and ask them what their intentions, motives, and/or reasoning is, then you are someone who will be sorely mistaken. As bubbly as a Witch’s personality may be, they are still people who value their privacy from time to time. For some Witches, it is a fun game of surprise when they reveal a part of their personality no one else had ever suspected for them. However, for others, it is often a type of dagger hidden within their boot - and if the need so arises, the Witch is one with such an agile spirit that their foe won’t even have time to blink before that dagger has flown its way at the foe. Witches are not capricious, though; quite the opposite, really. While some may try to claim that Witches are unpredictable, their identities ever-shifting and inconsistent, this is rarely ever the true case. The fact of the matter is that when a Witch is not talking to others, they allow themself to become lost in their thoughts - their own mindscape - wherein they will be plotting their next move, rehearsing what to say next, how to respond and continue whatever their situation is in that moment.
Witches are those who enjoy making plans, just as much as they enjoy daydreaming about the end goal of all their efforts. A Witch may daydream about overthrowing the unjust government they are in, and how they will be recognized and loved as a hero for countless years to come afterward. No matter how outlandish a Witch’s daydream or goal in life may seem, there will often be no way to ever properly talk a Witch down from even attempting to achieve their dream. In fact, it is often wise to try and not stop a Witch from doing anything, as it will often only lead to one being put onto a long list of grudges - something Witches can be quite infamous for having. A person could try to preach from sunrise to the darkest of dusks to a Witch as to how unlikely, or even impossible, their dream is; however, this will only often make a Witch dig in their heels and attempt to find even more ways for them to make it come true. Although Witches are not miracle-workers like that of a Time-bound, they are still those who often manage to prove that there is no such thing as impossible. There are no rules or laws to a Witch, but rather just simple barriers, obstacles, and suggestions put forth by those far too afraid to step out of their comfort zone.
As mentioned earlier, Witches are those who often have large personalities - especially ones that dip a little more into the extreme level than anything. There is very little one can do when a Witch is in such a mood, even if that extreme feeling is one of negativity. If one seems to find themself in the presence of a Witch at their worst, or at least seemingly slowly descending into such a state, then chances are it would be far wiser to give them the space they need until all negativity has subsided. Even for the most bleeding-heart individuals who may wish to try and help a Witch who is struggling emotionally, do not be far too surprised if you are met with gnashing teeth with venomous, hissed words slithering out from between them. Indeed, a Witch at their worst is never a pleasant sight, for when a Witch has truly gone off the edge there is often very little someone can do to bring them down from such an elevated state.
Now, this may make you confused, or even question how this can be possible. After all, Witches are more often than not kind-hearted people, if only slightly trickster in their jokes and japes and may occasionally jostle a few elbows here and there. While that is true, this is often because one has only seen the very surface of the Witch themself. It isn’t that Witches hide who they are really out of any malicious intent, but it is more often so that they can gain the trust and attention from others, perhaps even going as far as to make a friendship or few with those they meet over time. The reason why Witches often put on these facades of joy and kindness is that they are often afraid as to how people will perceive them - especially if it is in a negative fashion. If one wished to go deeper, one could even say that a handful of Witches are even afraid of themselves and/or what they are capable of when it comes to their extreme bouts of negative emotions. Chances are that most, if not all Witches have one or few people they have hurt in some fashion, whether it is directly or indirectly. When one becomes friends with a Witch, it should most certainly always be kept in mind that there may be days, or even weeks, at a time where there will be the potential of becoming harmed by the Witch you so dearly love and care for.
For those experienced in the way of Witches and how they may act, these occasional bouts of intense emotions are merely another facet in their life and relationship with the Witch. However, what these people may also be just as quick to announce is how truly devoted a Witch can become to any type of relationship they find themself within. Due to the fact they are often brushed off or viewed through intimidated, skittish glances, the Witch is someone who most likely has some rather tough luck when it comes to relationships - or even maintaining them. Nevertheless, though, it can be seen time and time again that Witches are those who are more than willing and ready to throw themself into all crooks and crannies of companionships they may encounter in their life. Which is to say, when a Witch falls, they fall hard - platonically, romantically, or otherwise. As hectic and nasty a Witch can be when they are in a rather negative mood, their good, more positive moods can oftentimes be just as boisterous and rowdy - if not more so. A Witch’s personality can often depend on what they think of a person - how they perceive them - but even if you are to find yourself on the naughty list of any Witch, chances are that some of them may allow for you to try and redeem yourself to them. Do not mistake this as them fully forgiving you for any harm or grievances you may have put them through, however, as Witches are most definitely ones who can hold grudges until they day they die. If there is an afterlife, then it may be quite likely they will continue to hold on to such feelings, as well.
On the outside of a Witch’s life and social circle, Witch’s can often present themselves as rather mysterious figures of an unrecognizable nature. As outward and bubbly as a Witch may show themself to be, their personalities are still ones that could arguably fall into a type of metaphysical uncanny valley. It’s easy to see that there is always some subtle force causing them to act and look the way they do, and as such, many outsiders may be quick to go about and label a Witch as two-faced, deceptive, or any other nasty trait. Although there most definitely are Witches out there who put on these loving and caring facades to trick others, there will be just as many Witches who merely are hoping to play the game properly so as to win the ultimate prize - friendship, companionship, and, ultimately, love. While their semi-obvious facades may be off-putting to others, more often than not will Witches find themself in the true traveling company of souls left with great weight on them, who have their own demons not yet conquered, and who may eventually give the Witch a taste of their very own bitter, twisted medicine that the Witch occasionally delivers to others. As dedicated and loving as a Witch may present themself to be, this is something that can often land them in hot water. Oftentimes when this happens, it is simply best for those in support of the Witch to allow things to unfold with little to no outside influence. As hard as Witches are known to fall for those who show them love and care, they are just as capable of falling like that of a nuclear bomb - and when they hit the Earth after falling from their Cloud Nine, it is often a good idea to find the nearest bunker from the emotional fallout about to happen. No one involved in such a travesty can escape completely unscathed.
However, do not mistake these moments of destruction as a hint to the Witch’s powers. For it is the Witch that has the powers of being able to manipulate their Aspect, or manipulate through it - oftentimes in an Active manner. This power, along with their personalities and facades, is often why Witches are judged and scrutinized by the people in their life. There are many ways in which the powers of a Witch can manifest, whether it is with their Aspect or not. As quick as Witches are to put on their bubbly, unassuming facades so as to gain the trust of those around them, they are just as quick to try and use their words, the emotions of others, their very own actions and goals to manipulate the world and people around them. For better or for worse can easily depend on the Witch and what their exact goal in mind is, but nevertheless, if the Witch ever so wishes to gain something they want or execute a plan they have in mind but are missing one crucial person or detail, it is highly likely they will find one way or another to twist and squeeze it out of the source it comes from. People may fear any Witch they encounter in life, but it depends on what they exactly fear in regards to the Witch as to whether that fear is well placed or not. For instance, it is not the uncanny facade of the Witch one should fear, but rather how easily a Witch could get away with any terrible act of violence if they so pleased.
None of this is to say that all Witches should be feared - goodness no. What has been written and stated here is merely to highlight how truly powerful Witches can become, whether they are aware of this or not. Granted, they will never become anywhere near as powerful as a Page could become, but they still are figures that one should always think twice about, especially if any plans would involve double-crossing or harming the Witch. Witches are smart and clever people, perhaps far more than even they may believe. They are the ones who are naturally equipped with their Aspect, and they are well aware as to how they should go about using it to their advantage. Depending on the Aspect, this can be seen in the form of, say, a Witch of Rage being able to twist or win any argument by becoming overly aggressive - oftentimes in a physical or otherwise intimidating behavior that will show itself to be a pattern in the Witch of Rage’s life. However, it could also come in the form of a Witch of Mind who merely uses all of their skills in philosophy and grand-thinking to prove how others are wrong, that they know what they are doing, and also how to create and execute the most perceivably brilliant plan out of anyone. Witches are not to be trifled with or oftentimes even questioned in what they are aware of, even if their plans or actions are morally questionable at times.
When it comes to their friends, Witches will often use their powers to try and aid, help, or even benefit their friends - even if it means bending the rules of their Aspect or whatever environment they have been placed within. Life has felt like a near-constant uphill battle for the Witch, and as such, it should be of no surprise that they are often the ones who will be more than willing to try and make things far easier for those they love and trust. These acts of heroism and spoiling will often be accompanied by the Witch’s rebellious nature - as they are often ones to simply sit down and shut up when ordered, commanded, or even threatened to do so. With this rebellious nature, it may come to some surprise that with the powers of a Witch, they are often known to weaponize their Aspect to its utmost greatest capability. This can often be observed by a Witch manipulating their Aspect - twisting, turning, folding, molding, shaping their Aspect into whatever they want it to be. A Witch of Light could manipulate their Aspect so as to prevent important, life-altering information from falling into the wrong hands. On the same note, though, they are also someone who could turn that information into a source of insecurity, destabilizing the very foundation of the group they find themself within. If a Witch saw it better to make their Aspect into a source of chaos and anarchy, it will be a tough time trying to convince them otherwise.
Even seemingly harmless Aspects such as Space, Life, Hope, Breath, and more could become some of the most devastating forces in a group of players - if only because something - a broken heart, a false truth revealed, betrayal - a switch being flipped inside the Witch brought them to go and manipulate, to change, their Aspect into something it never should have been. Witches are powerful players for they have just as much power and capability to be the most powerful allies one could ever make, yet are often only a few missteps - a few more shoves - away from falling off the deep edge and becoming some of the most foreboding, dominating entities one could ever imagine. After all, Witches are the ones who often feel their emotions in great extremes rather than a subtle gradient. One other thing to keep in mind when it comes to the Witch’s powers of manipulating their Aspect is that it can come in one of two forms - a Witch can either manipulate the external instances of their Aspect, changing the properties, make-up, form, source, target, what have you. On the other hand, they could manipulate it on a far more internal level, and it should not be surprising to be told that this does mean the internal nature of the Witch themself. If a Witch cannot use their words to get what they want, to change the course in which they seek to mold into something different, if someone is far too stubborn as to not listen to the Witch - then there will be very little one could do to prevent the Witch from reaching into one’s own mind, heart and soul, and pulling them into a dance of strings and puppeteering. Witches are not fools, they are not capricious, they are not flighty. A Witch is always fully aware as to what they are doing, and what they want out of every step they take, every word they say, and every gesture they make. Witches are aware of themself and who they are - who they want to be.
As for the power of being able to manipulate through their Aspect, this is a skill that often takes far more practical, along with a personal, active approach than the Witch may like. After all, there will always be the kind-hearted Witches - the ones with a far higher moral code than others. However, the ability to manipulate through something as bold and rigid as one’s own Aspect is quite possibly the strongest power a Witch could ever acquire. In order to manipulate through their Aspect, the Witch must allow themself to become fully engrossed in the ins and outs, flaws and perfections, ups and downs of their Aspect. They have to fully dedicate themself to their Aspect - become one with it - if they are to ever wish to manipulate through such a core part of who they are. For some Witches, this task will be of no big deal - especially if they have an Aspect that seems far more “practical” to approach and manipulate through. Of course, that means there will be just as many Witches - if not more - who will find countless struggles in their journey to unlock this power and become fully aligned with their Aspect. Although they will never be on the same level of embodiment as their counter-part of Heirs, or of the Master Classes, the power that will come with this process is often enough to justify the trials that the Witch will inevitably have to go through. As for what these trials entail entirely often depends on the Witch and their Aspect, but the end game will forever be the same.
Once the Witch has become one with their Aspect and knows all of its angles, perspectives, and properties, they will finally be able to manipulate through it. This can once again be a far more personal, internal means of manipulation, as well as an external - perhaps even metaphysical - approach. As for the internal approach of this power, this could come with the Witch being a near master with their words, as well as their actions. While before they had a fairly good chance of being able to prove a point or win over some people with their words, these Witches are almost guaranteed to get their way in any situation they find themself within. These are the Witches whose Aspect often revolves around people than anything else, though more importantly how their Aspect affects the people than anything else. By being able to manipulate through such Aspects, the Witch could quite easily sway the minds and opinions of even the most stoic, rugged minded of people in their life, perhaps even going as far as being capable of convincing others that their entire identities and philosophies are wrong and flawed.
As for the Witches who have the Aspects that reflect a far more metaphysical and/or external factor, they are the ones who could be argued to embody the role of a puppeteer than anything else. They are the Witches who pull the strings from behind the curtain, orchestrating all that they can from within - or rather through - their Aspect. It is because of this under-the-table method of manipulation that their actions often go unchecked, unquestioned, or even unnoticed. By the time anyone may come to realize who is the one to have built up the crescendo of a song they find themself within, it will always be far too late as the Witch is allowed to wander off before any consequences can come knocking on their door. It could be argued that these are the Witches with the most corrupt, twisted, or even shallow morals out of any of their fellow wicked siblings, but it once again truly comes down as to why the Witch would do these actions - what their motives are. In a way, it could be argued that, if one were to present a question that embodied the entirety of Witches, it would simply be one question - “Why?” Granted, if one wanted to dive deeper into a far larger question, perhaps it would show itself as “What is their motive”, “Why are they doing this”, or “What is their end game”. Nevertheless, though, one thing is for certain: there is simply no way to know when it comes to a Witch.
Witches are a Class that has quite a split audience. They are those who are loved, adored, and admired by their fans and friends, and yet they will often have just as many, if not more, people who will hold great scorn and fiery judgment for them. Whether it is because of the fear of uncertainty, the discomfort that comes from their uncanny overly joyous attitudes, the opposite in regards to how explosive and loud their negative emotions can be, or their occasionally gray and questionable morals, the Witch is one who undeniably will have collected a few rivals and enemies throughout their life. Nevertheless, the Witch is one who will try to hold their head up as high as they can while still being mindful not to accidentally look down at people past their noses. As rambunctious and rebellious Witches can be at times, and how they may fail to contain their composure when put under a lot of emotional and/or mental stress, it could be argued that most Witches are simply people trying to do what they feel is right - both for themselves and the people they care for.
Having a Witch as a friend may appear to be both a blessing and a curse at times, but it could never be discounted that when one has a Witch as a brave and loyal ally, it is often best to always follow in the Witch’s footsteps. Which is to say - always looks on the brighter side of things, even when the world, or even friends have turned around and hurt you in one way or another. The Witch may be a polarizing figure to have in a group, and yes, they most certainly will bring trouble to the table every once in a while, but they are still the people who have seen and experienced what it means to be an outcast - to be different and judged by the rule followers in society. Although their powers may sound scary, and their words may occasionally hide daggers and venom within them, the Witch will always be someone who has a passionate soul, and a kind heart ready and willing to dish out countless love to those in need, and those they deem fit. A Witch is one who will always remain loyal unless proven wrong in their placement - so hold on tight to any Witch you may know and may even have the privilege of calling them a friend. Hold on tight and treat them right, for as kind and caring as a Witch can be, the warnings of their vicious and cruel nature should never be taken too lightly, either. Witches are no fools, after all.

#StoryOfTheDay...Todd Gray, photographer and author of "Before He Was King," a tabletop book which documents the years he spent touring with The Jacksons from 1979 to 1983.
"In 1979, after graduating high school I headed to art school. At 17,
I had already been published in Life magazine and was on tour with The Rolling Stones. By that time I had a really good portfolio of music concert images and CBS records...I received a call to photograph the group The Jacksons for their performances on "American Band Stand" and "Soul Train." When I showed up and went to their dressing room there were all of these people buzzing around Michael Jackson. I'll admit that I felt a little intimidated and immediately thought, I need to stay away from that situation. One thing I've learned is that you never want to get to close to the power because you might get burned, so I stepped back and kept my distance from Michael, but his brothers and I both went to Fairfax High School and that opened up conversation with Tito and Jackie and I was about the same age as them so we begin shooting the breeze. Later on, I started hanging out with Marlon and Jackie, but still decided to leave Michael alone.
It was obvious that Michael had the juice and everybody was attracted to it, including record executives, radio, just everybody, they weren't just following him, they were anchored to Michael. Again, I made a conscious decision not to socialize in that circle because I knew I was out of my league. That was a constant scenario, but Michael was dutiful and always had his management team and publicist by his side because Michael was genuinely shy introvert who was in the most public of professions, so he always kept a safeguard of record execs that would deflect for him and if anyone needed to get through to him they had to go through the label made filter. Mike had a game face and would speak few words in a soft voice and if someone from the media or elsewhere was making a request of him, he would whisper in one of his handlers ears who would then relay whatever message needed to be shared with that person. Michael did this because he didn't like confrontation and didn't want to offend or hurt anyone's feelings. Still his voice was not as soft as the one he often used in public, so I think Michael was also a little guarded. When I was on the road with them documenting, Michael was really critical of their performances and would talk about how they could improve their performances and he always did it in this soft voice. But make no mistake, when Michael spoke the buck stopped.
Once Michael was just surrounded by his family and friends he became the playful, trickster and jokester. Sometimes he'd call me up, disguise his voice, make up a name and ask me to do something foolish. He could mimic a variety of voices and played many pranks on me. One time I took pictures of him while he was in bed because he was late for a meeting I'd set up and wouldn't get up. He was like, "Todd, I'm gonna get you for that!" And he did. I'd forgotten all about what happened while he was performing one night and he'd told me to stand in a specific spot to take photos of him when he began singing that song. I did as I was instructed. So right before I go to take my position, Michael drops to his back and starts saying, "Help me, help me! I need some woman to touch me!" and every woman in that place collapsed on me. I was between them and Michael and I couldn't even get one shot in and he gave me this look like, I got you. Afterwards, I said you think you're so cute, and he says, "What do you mean, Todd?" I'm like, Mike that hurt; those people were crushing me and all he said: "Todd, the spirit just takes me sometimes and the spirit just took me." That's when I knew that was payback and that was the last time I stepped out of line with him (Laughs.)
This man was such an enigma. I have never met anyone who is both exhibiting the quality of mature adult wisdom because he was wise in many ways and ye exhibit qualities of child. Michael was authentically a child. Try as I might, I could not resolve those two polar opposites in the same body. We went to Disney land a couple of times and sitting next to him in a rollercoaster Michael's screaming and I'm just as giddy and screaming and letting my child out without reigning it back in. I have to thank him for that. He made it okay to be a child around him and that was everyone in his camp, we all became childlike. Michael would create that air and space and you'd simply enter into it before you even realized it. Initially, I was resistant and had a professional attitude, but I realized he was more comfortable when I was playful and he could relate to me on that level. What was great about hanging with Michael is that I was allowed to escape by removing my own mask of adulthood and nurture my inner child.
When I first met him I brushed him off mentally, thinking he's a lightweight, a kid, but I realized he's a sharp cookie and had to give him his intellectual due. Some experts believe that you stimulate your creative intellect by connecting with your inner child and let go of cultural constraints. You become a clear conduit of creativity because you are relaxed and the ideas will eventually come. Michael wouldn't restrict himself and would go back and have this generative process and gain new and fresh insight. I remember I was doing a cover assignment for Time magazine and Michael was sitting in his home theater and had his legs propped up on the chair and I noticed that he had on two color socks and I said, "Mike, you have on two different color socks." Now, this was when Thriller was taking off and Mike's confidence was at its highest. He said, "I know, take the picture." And I said, "But, Mike, they're going to talk about you." And he replied with a raised brow: "I know, Todd. Take the picture." I knew then that I had been put back in employee mode and was no longer his friend. In that moment, it hit me that Michael had already begun to create his larger-than-life persona. And he was right, everyone talked about it." #MichaelJackson #kingofkings #kingofpop #kingofdance #kingofmusic #kingofhearts #kingofworld #kingoflove #kingofpeace #mjforever #mjisthelightforever #mjisthebestoftheworldforever #mjismagical #mjismagic #mjisourangelforever #mjisourloveforever #mjisourkingforever #mjiskingforever #mjisangelforever #mjisloveforever #mjfansforever #mjfamforever #mjinourheartsforever #wewilllovemjforever #mjinnocent #factsdontliepeopledo #mjisthekingforever #mjisoneForever #justiceformj #fighttosavemichael 👑✨🤍

Capricorn Compatibility
CAPRICORN + ARIES (MARCH 21 - APRIL 19) Aries is the Alpha in most relationships, but here the Ram meets his match. In the Goat, Aries finds a more seasoned pack leader, and backs into a rare state of obedience. This weighty respect comes from Capricorn's ruler, wise old Saturn, the planet of maturity, authority and command. Capricorn is the zodiac's father sign; Aries is its firstborn child. It's the difference between a king and a knight, a queen and a duchess. Both are noble, but one is clearly the elder. This can be a dealbreaker for Aries in some cases, as too much paternalism makes this independent sign run for freedom. However, it usually works. Although Aries can be a hellish brat, Capricorn is unruffled and even amused by the tantrums, giving Aries space to act out. If you accept your cosmic roles, you can make excellent partners in both love and business. Aries is ruled by warrior Mars, and Capricorn is a four-star general by nature. You both see life as a battlefield to conquer, and with Aries' grit and Cap's determination, there's no goal you can't achieve. Earthy Capricorn excels at structure and planning, and is the terra firm beneath the Ram's restless hooves. Fiery Aries is a daring playmate who amuses, excites and entertains the sober Goat, especially in the bedroom (where Capricorn has a lesser-known lusty side). Aries is a flirt, and this can spark jealousy in traditional Capricorn. Over time, trust and mutual respect abolish the Goat's fears, and you make supportive lifelong partners.
CAPRICORN + TAURUS (APRIL 20 - MAY 20) ♥♥♥♥ You're fellow Earth signs who really vibe well together. By day, you're both hard-driving workaholics. Taurus is the plodding Bull, Capricorn the sure-footed Mountain Goat. Any business venture you launch together will thrive, and you share a deep respect for tradition, family and long-term security. You're both shrewd financial planners, though your love of earthly pleasures can break the bank, too. Once you punch out and uncork the Sancerre, you morph into a pair of hedonists. Sleeping and lounging are favorite pastimes, and on weekends, a forklift couldn't pry you off the sofa. However, Capricorn is far more self-disciplined than the indulgent Bull. Taurus is ruled by Venus, the goddess of beauty and pleasure; Capricorn by strict Saturn, the cosmic taskmaster. Where Taurus is a megalomaniac forever humming his own praise song, poor Cappy flogs himself for even the slightest misstep. Saturn's repression also gives Cap an eccentric side; he can fall into melancholy or fatalistic spells that confound Taurus. The Goat is always planning for rainy days—and as karma goes, plan for a downpour, and you'll surely get one. Taurus refuses to pack an umbrella, for he can't fathom worrying about something that hasn't even happened yet, nor shown up on the radar. You both have something to teach each other. The Bull is gifted at savoring the present, while nostalgic Capricorn obsesses over the past and the future. Strive to get your timing right.
CAPRICORN + GEMINI (MAY 21 - JUNE 20) A metaphor for this match: a music producer combines a soulful 1970s classic (Capricorn) with funky electronic hooks (Gemini) and delivers a mashup that's either a mess or a chart-topping hit. You couldn't be any more different if you tried, yet you can really benefit from each other's natural resources. Gemini is ruled by speedy Mercury, the lightning-fast trickster who speaks in silver-tongued half truths. Capricorn's overlord is Saturn, the cautious, conservative planetary patriarch, who only trusts that which stands the test of time. Gemini is versatile and restless, like a fusebox with a million criss-crossed wires. Capricorn is the dutiful ox who carries the yoke and plows the field, rarely diverging from routine. While Capricorn's dogged consistency and family loyalty can frustrate Gemini ("How can you let these people walk all over you?" Gemini asks, referring to Cap's elderly parents), it also grounds the scattered Twins.Gemini is Capricorn's one-man circus, keeping the Goat amused and entertained, adding color to his monochromatic world. You both have a lusty, experimental side, too. The magic really appears when you get physical, which happens fast, since your sexual attraction is intense. In fact, Capricorn is one of the few signs that can spike Gemini's jealousy. There are so many people who rely on sturdy, supportive Cap, and Gemini doesn't like to compete for the spotlight. To make this work, Gemini will have to accept that Capricorn's loyalty extends to family and lifelong friends. Stoic Cap will need to show a little more emotion, since impish Gemini needs to know he can get under Capricorn's skin. It will take time to work out the kinks, but the erotic tet-a-tets will be worth the trouble.
CAPRICORN + CANCER (JUNE 21 - JULY 22) ♥♥♥♥ Paging June and Ward Cleaver! Cancer is astrology's mother and Capricorn is its patriarch. You're opposite signs that might very well polarize into these retro roles. On the zodiac wheel, Cancer rules the fourth house of home, family and femininity. Capricorn governs its tenth house of fatherhood, authority, masculinity and ambition. In many ways, it's nice to have a mate who happily redresses your shortcomings. Yet, it can also be off-putting. Cancer longs for touch and affection, misty-eyed Hallmark moments and emotionally naked conversations. Stoic Capricorn can be stiff and formal, a closet neurotic who pooh-poohs Cancer's feelings as overblown melodramas. In truth, Capricorn just internalizes his feelings, then falls into depressions or flogs himself mercilessly. You must learn the other's "love language" to succeed as a couple.Cancer shows caring through sentimental gestures, food, togetherness and well-intended nagging. Capricorn's expression is through duty—bringing home a steady paycheck, showing up on time, holding it together when everyone else falls apart. Capricorn must learn to honor Cancer's feelings and intuition; the Crab must develop gratitude for Capricorn's loyalty and quiet wisdom. Parenting is where you really shine as a team. Raising children is the ultimate honor for your signs, as well as a creative challenge. You're both loyal to your families, no matter how much they drive you crazy. This is a quality you respect in each other. At the end of the day, you share enough common values to make a solid, lifelong match.
CAPRICORN + LEO (JULY 23 - AUGUST 22) You're insatiably attracted, but you often end up hurting each other through a series of misunderstandings and ego battles. Leo is ruled by the confident Sun, Capricorn by self-doubting Saturn. That's just the start of your differences. Leo is a starry-eyed Fire sign who believes that anything can be achieved by sheer willpower and the refusal to take "no" for an answer. Capricorn is a traditional Earth sign, equally ambitious, but rarely willing to color outside the lines. He approaches life like a steady Mountain Goat, taking tentative steps toward his ten-year goals. Your different pacing could drive you both mad. Although loyal Capricorn is usually the stalwart partner in relationships, Leo is far more devoted in this match. Lusty Capricorn is mostly interested in sex. While you'll have plenty of hot romps, Leo can mistake Capricorn's physical attraction for love. Oops! The Lion must perform due diligence, and assume nothing. Unlike Leo, Capricorn's love is hard-won, not something he hands out like candy to Trick-or-Treaters. Then, there's the cheerleading that grates on the Goat. Leo urges Cap to believe in himself, which the Goat laughs off as fluff ripped straight from a cheesy self-help tome. Yet, lo!—Leo follows Covey's seven steps and becomes a highly successful person. Instead of congratulating Leo, war is declared: Capricorn scoffs at Leo's dreams, and Leo sets out to prove Capricorn wrong ("I'll show you!"). Before long, you stay together just to spite each other. What's the point?
CAPRICORN + VIRGO (AUGUST 23 - SEPTEMBER 22) ♥♥♥♥ You're pragmatic Earth signs who strike a perfect balance between sensible and sensual. You bring out the best in one another. Virgo is ruled by Mercury, the communication planet. A natural psychologist and articulate speaker, this sign likes to talk everything out. Stoic Capricorn is ruled by stern, repressed Saturn, and struggles to voice his feelings. Capricorn benefits from Virgo's ability to draw him out of dark thoughts. When Virgo's anxieties take hold, practical Capricorn brings a helpful dose of perspective. Dutiful souls, you take care of parents, friends and family members, and your cozy home is everyone's favorite crash pad. Holidays and parties are warm, congenial affairs, and nobody wants to leave. Marriage is a sure success, and you laugh often, excellent medicine for your serious signs. The lovely thing about this combination is how natural you can be—a refreshing break from your formal public demeanors. A favorite example: One Virgo friend, a singer-songwriter, was stricken with a creative block. Her Capricorn husband poked his head into her studio, and found her obsessing. She launched into complaining, and he deftly interrupted: "Wanna f---?" A satisfied hour later, she finished the song. Offensive to prim Virgo from any other sign, but Capricorn can go there. You relax into your carnal natures around each other, loosening up in ways that few other signs can elicit.
CAPRICORN + LIBRA (SEPTEMBER 23 - OCTOBER 22) Capricorn is the provider sign, forever seeking a mate in need of financial backing. Libra is a vain dilettante who's happy to play muse to an Earthy benefactor. You have your oft-irreconcilable differences, yet you stay together all the same. In many ways, you have what the other needs. Libra is a master of social graces with a billion air-kissed "friends." Capricorn can be an antisocial grumble-puss who cleaves to childhood cronies and family. Libra spends on impulsive pleasures; Capricorn plans for tomorrow. Battles can be brutal. You're both convinced of your natural superiority; your haughty contretemps and ego showdowns merit a Bravo series. Of course, antisocial Capricorn would never allow cameras into the estate, while Libra would whip together a stylist, understudy and five-star craft services. Therein lies the difference: your values. Not an easy hurdle to scale, even for a determined Goat or a patient Judge. A successful relationship will require much compromise. The fawning affection romantic Libra craves will be in short order. Capricorn shows love through acts of service and loyalty, not pandering. Libra must learn to accept love in a less-adorned package, and trade a few parties for cozy nights in. Capricorn must exit the cave to meet new people, play host and smile once a season. You can do it—but will you be happy? That's the question.
CAPRICORN + SCORPIO (OCTOBER 23 - NOVEMBER 21) ♥♥♥♥ If you were to sign a pre-nup, Schedule A must clearly designate who will play the "Top" and who will be the "Bottom." After your attorneys haggle over the prone position, you may just call off the engagement. An inability to reach settlement is likely for two uncompromising Alphas such as yourselves. Although your business-savvy signs can make quite the contemporary Napoleon and Josephine, LLC, there are terms that must be negotiated in advance. For one, you'll need to swear off secrecy—and that will be the true test of your relationship. Scorpio and Capricorn are masters of underhanded power plays that could topple this merger fast. Your first job: learn and practice direct communication ("whip me like THIS" or "no, darling, the leather corset, not the PVC"). Master it, and the rest is a cakewalk. You can lash each other to bedposts, tryst on the conference table in your glass-paned office tower, or earn your mile-high wings with nary a flight attendant knowing. The 2.5 kids you produce will have some interesting conception stories, that's for sure. Not that you'll ever tell. A little secrecy with the rest of the world is fine. Just make sure to erase those sex tapes before the housekeeper finds them.
CAPRICORN + SAGITTARIUS (NOVEMBER 22 - DECEMBER 21) The fate of this match rests in your ability to merge your strengths. Sagittarius is the visionary and the starry-eyed optimist; Capricorn is the master architect and builder, the ultimate realist. You each excel where the other is weak, and you make excellent business partners. However, your values and lifestyles can be vastly different, complicating romance. It's like the class clown dating the class president—an odd couple indeed. To Sagittarius, it's fascinating that anyone could possess such restraint. Stoic Capricorn cracks hard-won smiles at Sagittarius' antics and amusing insights. Yet, Sag optimism soon clashes with Cap pessimism, and here's where you reach your impasse. Restless Sagittarius needs a playmate to dream and scheme, but cautious Cappy shoots holes in the Archer's impetuous ideas, pointing out the foundational flaws. Yet, it's that grim, unvarnished realism that saves the day in a crisis. While Sagittarius freaks out and lapses into denial, Earthy Capricorn holds a powerful, Zenlike acceptance of "what is." Love truly blooms when you make it through a dire breakdown and realize your incredible teamwork turned the ship around. For the long haul, independent Sag must allow Capricorn to be the rock, and the Goat must learn to take a few more bold personal risks.
CAPRICORN + CAPRICORN (DECEMBER 22 - JANUARY 19) Two ambitious Capricorns are on a lifelong mission to get ahead. If you can reach the brass ring faster by teaming up, then why not? You certainly admire each other's unflagging determination and crafty tactics—and you apply your business savvy to courtship, much like a game of chess. Name-dropping is akin to sexual banter for your sign, and "getting into the VIP section" sounds like a kinky metaphor. In a way, it is. You're titillated by power and yearn to be part of the elite. Sure, it may sound cold and calculating, but by nature you're a goal-oriented sign who lives by a long-term plan. Thus, your mate must fit neatly into the picture. You're a pair of workaholics with a closet kinky streak, and if you can leave the office before midnight, you'll enjoy a lusty connection behind closed doors. At the same time, you cleave strongly to time-honored tradition and remain loyal to your childhood friends for life. Parental approval and proper stock is a must. No matter how much you love someone, if he/she doesn't fit into the family dynasty, it's a deal breaker.
CAPRICORN + AQUARIUS (JANUARY 20 - FEBRUARY 18) This is the match of the traditionalist and the rebel, the rule-maker and the rule-breaker. Capricorn is the guardian of history, and Aquarius is an innovator who has little regard for the past. If you can meet somewhere in the present, it's sure to be interesting. Disciplined Capricorn can teach Aquarius the value of structure, and Aquarius can help Cap think outside the box. You're both competitive and controlling in your own ways, and few signs can rival your work shared work ethic. The wheeler-dealer light never switches off in either of you—you'll hand out business cards at a funeral. Still, you might be better off as professional partners, since your bedside manner is so different. Lusty Capricorn may be aloof in public, but this sensual Earth sign is a bona fide freak in the sheets. Although Aquarius may love to shock people in public, behind closed doors your interest in sex can be tepid at best. (As the ruler of electricity, gadgets may be preferable.) Socially, Capricorn can be cold or snobbish, choosing friends based on status. Popular Aquarius befriends everyone—don't be surprised if the Chinese food delivery guy ends up at the dinner table sharing your Hunan chicken. Still, Capricorn can be an important grounding force for Air-sign Aquarius, preventing you from floating off into the ether. Life is never dull with an unpredictable Aquarian.
CAPRICORN + PISCES (FEBRUARY 19 - MARCH 20) On the surface, you might seem like an odd match—imagine a Harvard MBA in Armani dating a paint-splattered artist in Oshkosh. Yet, your signs pair well, even if you don't want to admit it. With classic good looks and a dutiful nature, Capricorn fits neatly into the system. Pisces is a flowy Fish who excels at playing the the artsy rebel, the indie darling, the adorable mess. By comparison, Capricorn seems structured and regimented—but appearances deceive. While Pisces may delight in coloring outside the neat lines Capricorn draws, the real surprise is that Capricorn is the bigger freak behind closed doors. Capricorn has a dominant, even cruel streak that can play out in the bedroom (not that submissive Pisces doth protest). Leather, whips and kinky fun—it's all fair game. You both love to find lesser-known wine, music, and art, a pride yourself on having cultivated tastes. Together, you can traverse the tony uptown spaces to the lowbrow dives, discovering cultural jewels wherever you go. Your diverse strengths could make you great business partners, too. Open a gallery, with Pisces as curator and Capricorn as financial backer.

Ok, so @gekkonidae drew the Tangled the Series characters with pokemon teams here, and it inspired me to do my own takes!
I do plan on drawing them out sometime later, but I dunno if I’ll ever get it complete. I also have more ideas for other characters (like the brotherhood) so if this gets enough notes, I’ll make a part 2.
You can also feel free to drop an ask for another character, and I’ll try and make a team for them too!
Rapunzel Solrock: This one is pretty obvious with the whole sundrop thing, but I was really torn on whether to use solrock, Espeon, and Solgaleo, since they all have sun elements. I eventually settled on solrock since the rock aspect is so prominent in the series, but I might switch it to Solgaleo. (Suggestions are appreciated!) Smeargle(Shiny): To represent her artistic/Painter side. Shiny because its shiny form is more golden then the original Chandelure(Shiny): To mimic the birthday lanterns. I know it’s obviously not a lantern, but in all fairness, there isn’t any straight up sky lantern pokemon (As of yet) and this was the closest thing. The shiny form is also golden like a lantern. Kecleon: Pascal.
Eugene Rapidash (Shiny/Alolan): Maximus. The alolan form seems more regal than the original, and the shiny has Blonde hair, like Max. Zoroark: A trickster/thief pokemon from his earlier days as a thief. It was the first pokemon he actually caught, as a Zorua, when he was much younger.  Gallade: To represent his more knightly side. He was probably gifted it when he moved into the castle, or when he became the captain of the royal guard. Corviknight: Hamuel. Edmund probably anonymously sent him over to Eugene as a rookidee and they grew up together.
Cassandra Lunatone: Same thing as Rapunzel, just with the moonstone. Again, might switch it to lunala, but who knows! Aegislash: To represent her swordsmanship. Noctowl: Owl. Mudsdale: Fidella.
Lance Alcremie: He always talks about food in the show, and he just strikes me as the sort of person who’d have one. Polteageist: Similar thing with alcremie Furfrou: A posh pokemon he probably stole. Theivul: Similar situation to Eugene and his Zoroark.
Varian Zigzagoon: Ruddiger Golurk: To represent the Automaton Magearna: Same with Golurk. He probably found it in the tunnel he built the heaters in and decided to fix her up. Drifblim: Got it in his villain stage because the Saporians used hot air balloons.
Red/Angry Rockruff: Eugene and Lance gifted them a rockruff each after their first encounter, since it’s a relatively harmless pokemon, and a pretty good starter. Red - Lycanroc (Midnight): Red’s rockruff would evolve into the midnight form, sometime between season 2 and 3. This obviously mimics her werewolf form in season 3. Angry - Lycanroc (Midday): The polar opposite to red’s.

i’m taking back what was lost, and i will not be denied i’m crawling my way to the surface outside
After that post about the big Loki energy song resonated with as many people as it did, I thought I would share with you the other big Loki energy song that is the exact polar opposite of that. The sexy-edgy-rockstar-trickster-scapegoat-god with the tearjerker backstory conspiring in a murder in an effort to hold the universe together and then getting ritually sacrificed essentially as a part of the same effort energy. Like, same but opposite.
Also quite a banger in its own right...
