This is an old news, probably already on Tumblr but i was just thinking about Sigrid, her music and came across this anecdote:

“I was invited to perform with the Norwegian royal family at their castle because they had Prince William and Kate, the Duchess of Cambridge,” says Sigrid. “At the time, I was just so unaware of being an artist or how you are supposed to be in that type of environment. I showed up and it was really cool, and I started to sing. I was honestly s***-faced nervous but I was thinking I have to treat it as a performance.”

Afterwards, Sigrid recalls frantically plugging her breakout song “Don’t Kill My Vibe”, a defiant call to arms about music industry sexism, to each and every person there. The Duke and Duchess of Cambridge were particularly encouraging. “They were so lovely,” she says. “So I invited them to my Shepherd’s Bush show and of course they couldn’t come. But they sent a lovely note. It was like, ‘We can’t make it to the show but thanks for inviting us,’ and then Prince William signed at the bottom of the letter: ‘I have downloaded the album.’” It was 2017 and the album William was referring to was in fact Sigrid’s four-track EP, Don’t Kill My Vibe. The dark on a emotional level:

to me the dark is blissfull ignorance. its the oppesite of the eye, the oppesite of knowing. it is keeping yourself and maybe others in the dark. in Jungian phychology the part of ourself we hide is litarly called a shadow. So it's not wanting to see parts of yourself (on a personal level) or parts of the world around you. This is probably also why Basira is associated with the dark next to the hunt (I don't know if its on purpose.) She is wilfully ignorant about Daisy's actions. That is what I think can make a dark avatar. also yes its a heavily unexplored fear in tma, I hope this made sense.

OH THAT'S INTERESTING yes I really want some theme option with "kept in the dark" but I don't know how to word it for the poll (blissful ignorant or just ignorance might work) I've never made the Basira - The dark connection but that's such a good interpretation! There are so many aspects of the dark I feel are unexplored in the main series and i'm very excited to work with it

Indeed, I've got just some dialogue for this one. It's a Twilight, Sky and Warriors fic. Where Warriors get to teach Twilight about using the flames of Din.

Yes. It is the newest in the bunch and is a Sky-centric angst fic. My WIP title for it is called Who Watches the Watcher.

The steady count inside his mind, forced him ever onward. One two three… “How long do we have to go anyway?” Wind’s voice sounded over the gentle chatter of the crowd of his brothers. The sailor bound to the front of the group of heroes to be beside the one clad in gold. The sounds of their voices… “Not long, I can see a hill I want to be on top of before nightfall. Then we set up camp there. But If memory serves we’ve got an old campsite nearby that’s manned, we won't make it before nightfall but if you guys are okay with walking in the dark.” He was… So Tired.
